I bought 40 dvd's off of powerdvdstores and quite a few were defective. After a couple of emails the wrote me back telling me their masters were the ones that were defective and they couldn't send me new working dvd's. So they offered me a refund. Well 2 months later they still have not credited me with my refund. I have written them numerous times only to hear back once or twice saying they are checking with accounting.

I am also waiting to hear back from them. I purchase the complete set of Jag dvd's and also Matlock. I received an email that they were checking master copies. I received a few replacement copies, but 5 out of the 8 that they sent (which is no where near what they owe me) are bad, and I've emailed them several times since, but have not received a reponse. It's pretty sad that you can't trust a company to do what is right.
