1-877-hi-mom-dad review: Not made aware of rates/charges

I made an emergency call to my wife from Orlando Florida using 1-877-hi-mom-dad it of course asked me to input my debit card number, which i knew(i had no choice it was 3:00 a.m. and no way to get change). I was not made aware of any rates/charges that applied of course that's a red flag(once again no choice). However the first call went to my wife's voicemail. I then called again and had about...well wait i should say approximately because i checked on her phone. it was a 6 minute conversation. so come to find out after i was being embarrassed by my card being declined i checked my account...so to my dismay i was charged $10.99 for the call that went to her voice mail(in which i did not leave a voice mail). Then for the 6 minute call i was charged a breath taking $27.99! Their customer service is terrible and someone who sounded 12 years old kept repeating that he couldn't do anything. so he said he would refund 5.00 of the 10.99 voicemail call which is nowhere near even sufficient. at this point its the principle.
