Comdata master card

Ive been attempting to call this pathetic company for two days just to get a balance. i spent a total of 2 hrs & 6 min! what the hell is going on with you people? twice someone answered only to be put back on hold.

In case your wondering, after 1 1/2 hrs of being on hold, your system automatically hangs up on people!?

Comdata Comdata Mastercard

The customer service is horrible. First, get a human on the phone, second, get one you can understand and who understands perfect english, and third, (this is extremely difficult) get one who knows what to do and how to do it! If you want polite, pleasant help...pick a different company. I have no choice but fall victim to this company. Feels like a punishment.

Comdata Comdata helped scammers scam me

As I was working from home getting over COVID my Check was stolen off my Comdata card from a ATM with my card in my possession! The text message alerts I signed up for never worked and when I got off from doing overtime FRIDAY NOV 26th MY CHECK WAS GONE! I called immediately made police reports sent all the information in to wait to be denied! Law!

I am a single mother living paycheck to paycheck this was treated with no integrity and they have foreigners leading you on with absolutely no help. This is sickening my rent is still not fully paid!

Comdata bbb

I was giving my fintwrist card a bit late from the company. When I went to use it it was declined. Hence it was only in my office the whole time. So I finally figured out how to dispute these charges. There were two charges of 350 and 400 which was from a atm and it exhusted my account. I reported it within 60 days and also reported dispute before I reported my card lost or stolen. Now I dont have any idea where my money is but it should be refunded. Im not sure who to contact about this its been weeks

Comdata Fuel cars

I cancel my card back on June 2021 because I was getting 5 cts disc on pilot fj and 1 ct on speedway

Until this morning I saw they still charging my bank account for 15 dóllars when I was told on jumé it was cancelled
Call this morning a nice guy try to help me but a girl called me and said she will cancel but the charges were not refundable
I did try to keep this card but with those discounts they were stealing my discounts because I use about 70000 on diesel per year
This morning she tried to make me have the account open but I do not need it
Any more info call me [protected]
Really hope that you can do something about it
It's not much money but it's only me think how many people this company is stealing from

Comdata Worst Company Ever

Do NOT get a card with comdata. It is honestly the word banking system I have ever used. The website is horrible, I can't make a manual direct deposit without calling customer service. Customer service was also lousy- I could barely understand the woman and she was not friendly. I also waited on the line for a really long time. It should not be this hard to do a manual direct deposit. They need to make the website better with more applications. Also, they charge money for direct deposit- PSA I'm only using this company because my employer requires it.

Comdata Not Working

I have tried to log in to my account and it says there's an error. It says my login was blocked. I received a notice via text that there was a $5.99 charge. I cant login to find out what the charge is from. I did not authorize it. This will be fixed, otherwise the account is now compromised and I will need to contact the agency who uses them. How do you just block users? I don't get it.

Comdata Tammy with customer service

Tammy at customer service is very rude and a huge inconvenient. The entire customer service team is unprofessional. They purposely make it hard to handle business. I shouldn't have to be on the line for over an hour to get into my account. When I giving all the correct information to access the account the reps will find small things like a missing dash . EVERYTHING ABOUT THE COMDATA IS OUT DATED AND INCORRECT. NO ONE IN THE COMPANY KNOWS HOW TO PROPERLY NAGIVATE THROUGH THE SYSTEM. MY DRIVERS ARE WAITING 40-60 MINS WITH REPS TO CHECK INTO HOTELS

Comdata Card card processor

Absolute garbage operation. Their game is add extra hidden charges to invoices and bill every 2 weeks so they can generate more revenue from their ridiculous $75 late fees. Look elsewhere.

Comdata Fraud

On December 3, 2020 My spouse received his direct deposit later that day he gets home takes a nap Since he goes in at 4:00am at about 5:36 pm 12/3/20 He receives a text notification stating a transaction was made for $703.00 . He calls Comdata customer service stating why was his balance $16.00 when he has not authorized or made any type of transaction. All they could say was that the transaction was made in the city of Fullerton what can we get out of that I mean anyone could have used it in any store, Gas station etc.. They could not provide any address of where the transaction was made just city which makes no sense how am I supposed to do my own report .They said we would have to wait 7 days for the transaction to go through and another 21 days in addition to do the investigation . What we don't understand is how did they do a purchase of $703.00 without having the card present or actual pin # . Only 2 people know my amount being deposited payroll at the agency and Comdata. Something really needs to get done with Comdata. This is a just not right x-mas around the corner Rent is due Today car payment, insurance etc... This really sucks ! sorry for the others who have been through the same Situation.

Comdata Unauthorized frudulent transaction(s)

I, Percy Compton is the only authorize user on my Comdata card that was issued to me via. the United State Postal Service through me from Universal Logistics trucking corporation. I am the owner operator of Hall All Trucking Limited liability corp. My work assignment which are also known as delivering freight also known as loads or material on my truck my truck unit number issued to me is four four nine. zero zero one [4490.001] which I am the a driver for Hall All Trucking limited liability corp. for my freight broker which is Universal logistics trucking. After delivering the loads I receive payment settlements to my trucking company Hall All Trucking from Universal logistics trucking corp. by way to my Comdata card. I depend on my Comdata card. Most of my transactions consist of purchasing diesel fuel mainly from for Hall All Trucking limited liability corp. and monetary withdrawals done through automatic transaction machines. Ninety five percent of my Comdata card transactions are done within the state of Ohio. I discovered my Comdata card had a very low balance that's when I contacted Universal to dispute fraud unauthorize transactions.

Comdata My fleet cardservices

Our company has this card which is very unreliable. Our company had a truck that had a oil cooler replaced at Hudson County Motors Volvo Truck Dealer in Secaucus NJ. We have a $10, 100.00 line of credit on our account. The bill was for $4720.77. We did as we was post to and did a one time purchase approval for the amount. Card kept getting declined. So we contacted Comdata and spoke with 11 people at this company. None of them could help with the transaction. We started these calls on 7-10-20 at 14:00. We stayed on the phone with someone from this time till 18:00 when the shop closed. Still could not get this matter resolved. Told to call back Saturday morning and was assured that they would be able to get our truck out of the shop.
Spoke to two people on Saturday who was unable to resolve this matter. The last one told me we would need to provide another form of payment. So this is what we did. So Comdata your card is no good for our business and you can kiss our business good bye.

Comdata Pay card

I ordered a new card last year. Never received it. I called numerous times with promises to send one out. Still never received it. I had to call our HR department to activate one that was in our safe. Now that card has expired. I never received a new one from them so I ordered one on line. A month later, still never received that one. I called today and they made no effort to expedite a card out. Another 10 days with out a cars with my money in it. This is hands down worst company to deal with. They just don't care

Comdata Did not receive new card

I have not received my new fintwist comdata card and it was sent out first of february. The money that is on my new card is all the money i have. And on the app it shows last four of my card and for me to activate it to be able to use it but its been way over the seven to ten days it said to take to deliver it to me. Comdata my card was stolen and used while I was incarcerated..

I was arrested on Aug 28, 2019 until October 1st 2019 for a unrelated incident...my comdata card was stolen by Ann Allen and my pin was changed..i reported it stolen immediately on Sept 1st no action was taken by comdata..Ann Allen accessed all my funds from Aug 28 2019 to October 1st 2019...i have turned in police reports as well as they have videos...I was told my money would be put back but has not...Its a new year almost 6 months l8tr...wheres my funds..My name is Amanda MacLean I worked for Alamo ga Cirkle K my card number was [protected] D.O.B. 12/10/1979 I would appreciate immediate attention in this matter considering its 6 months later and I've submitted all evidence..you can contact chief Roger Bryant Alamo ga police department at [protected] or [protected] Thank you...

Comdata fraudulent charges from hulu

Hulu has been taking $54 and change off my Mastercard since May 2019 I didn't catch it till this month so yeah I'm out like $432 I have called comdata and filed a dispute on December 10th also called Hulu on dec 10th as well and they marked the account as fraud. Today on dec 31st I called to see why my refund has not been put back on my card after I was told you people only had 21 days to dispute which is up now we'll still no refund and now im being told I have to do this and then u will make ur decision.A supervisor from ur company called Hulu today with myself on the line and they told her I have never had an account with them that this was fraud indeed so as I still sit here with no money back I guess im just suppose to sit back and let you people take as long as u want this is so unprofessional and not right

Comdata oversize permits

On Dec 12, 2019 I submitted an oversize permit order to comdata #548220 Is requested a specific route for IN & IL. I was charged $200+ I can't find the receipt right now. I received a clarification call about the IL permit from a confused person.
Both permits were issued with incorrect routing. IL required a small change.in was not even close. I called the IL permit office directly to see if there was a reason my requested routing was not available. It was available. I called Comdata again for a correction, the lady told me I would have to pay an amendment fee. I stated it was not my fault and I would not pay again. I ask for a supervisor, she put me on hold, after 40min and no one responded I hung up and called back, again. I explained and started again. This time the lady said the amendment charge was under $20. It was soon determined the IN permit would be corrected at no charge and I finally agreed to pay the IL charge even though the mistake was comdata's. After spending over an hour on the phone the amendment was submitted but the charge turned into $6 for IL & $66.73 for you! The people who made the mistake in the first place! What I received was another identical incorrect IL permit! I went directly to the IL permit site this morning and easily obtained the permit with the routing I wanted with no hassle, for$25! I have used Comdata for more than 10 years and encountered but I am done with your layer of confusion and exorbitant fees!

Comdata unauthorized credit card charges/scam

My name is Ebony James i have the fintwist mastercard, I received my direct deposit from my job on November 22, 2019. The next day which was November 23, 2019 i didnt use my card until that night. It declined and i didnt understand why because i had just got paid and it told me my balance was at $0. i called and there were 3 UNAUTHORIZED transactions on my card that was made at a atm that i had never ever been to in my life two for $204.50 and one for $164.50 i have never withdrew my entire check from my card that ive had since AUGUST of this year with my job. It was very devastating with thanksgiving in the same week that this happened and i was really counting on my paycheck me and my 2 children. This has definitely been a nightmare for me i would love to have those 3 transactions from that ATM refunded to my card on November 23rd two of them for $204.50 and one for $164 which was not at all authorized by me. if the fraud deptartment investigates the cameras of the atm i would also like to press charges on whoever it was that robbed me of my paycheck from my card. i can be reached at [protected] thank you.

I’m so sorry Ebony. I know it’s a little late but hopefully you have received a resolution by now. I’m on here for the first time because I just got screwed over the Thanksgiving weekend and at first I thought it was my employer but now I’m starting to think that it is the ATM company are use it at CVS because it’s free. And I’m not crazy about the 60 day alleged resolution timeframe. Also the helpline for my debit card the lady was acting as if she were right and I were wrong and I told her let’s get one thing straight”. The customer is always right”. You need to strongly make that clear during your conversation with every customer- Even if you know for a fact that they are wrong. There is a very simple and professional way to speak with them about it and without leading them down the yellow brick road you can always send a letter afterwards pointing out what the problem was and how they could have a better experience in the future but never tell a customer there wrong while they are explaining their case and clearly upset on the phone or in person.

Second thing she needed to be told was that the customer is the most “important person”. Resolution and sometimes being made in a customers eyes by simply expressing concern about what happened I have all the company will strive to not repeat the same.

I would love to hear about your resolution if you’re reading this and also I will keep the site updated on mine. It’s funny how the receipt they gave us is not your typical receipt in comparing to others online. Supposedly it should’ve been an insufficient funds receipt but it came out as if we were looking for a balance on both checking and savings and it has no reference number. And I think it was you who mentioned about the cameras and I’m wondering the same thing. After this we went down to Rite Aid trying to get $40 from there and got insufficient fund receipt from them. Who in their right mind is going to run around doing is wasting gas and time when there’s no money in there and then making phone calls and posts about it? I currently do DoorDash and Uber so it’s been really a struggle between the gas prices and the weather and now some scandalous ATM company. I never gave those machines much thought but now I am really going to be careful and my best advice is to get cash back from the dollar tree, for a buck and you can get either 10, 20
Or $50 and walk out with the purchase of candy bar for the road and no fee! And it’s not every day you can take $10 out or $50. I wanted to end this very long paragraph on a positive note. Please get back to us on your situation and I hope things are going better
