ColourPop eyeshadow palette and lipstick

After complaining on here about Colourpop sending me the wrong order and then telling me it will take a longer processing time now I received an email saying my order had shipped. They actually lied because the tracking number shows it hasn't shipped. Lurie of their customer service was not truthful. It was obviously a stalling tactic to give me a tracking number. Colourpop has the worst customer service ever. I will never buy from them again. I will stick with reputable companies who I know has great customer service. After I emailed them stating the tracking number says it hasn't shipped I got an email back that was word for word the same as the one sent before they lied about it having shipped. They completely messed up my order but are making me wait longer for the right order.

ColourPop eyeshadow palette and lipstick order

I was shipped the wrong order and then told by Lurie of your customer service that because of your promotions etc. it will take 5-7 days just to process my order. I find this unacceptable since you shipped my order to the wrong person. Most companies would try to rectify this by putting in a rush order for me. Obviously you do not value your customers. Lurie has not responded to my emails about refunding my money if it is going to take that long after already waiting for the order once and receiving the wrong items. This is a bad way to do business.

ColourPop everything

For my first time experience I would have to say this was probably the worst experience of my life. I ordered the Disney collection on colourpop to only realize that it got returned back to the sender when I contacted your department to have the item free ship they advised me to reorder my item the thing is I cannot reorder my item if all the items I purchase are sold out at this point so I was not very happy about that. I would to have this matter escalated tosomeone higher as I really still would like my items. So far I can see colourpop is not customer friendly they do not provide good customer service and they don't care about their customers

ColourPop delivery issue

I've ordered 7 items on 23rd of July. After 20 days of waiting there was no sign of any package. I was told another package is going to be shipped minus one item. A MONTH later, still no package. Tracking system says its delivered. Was told, its normal wait for few more days .9th September now and still nothing.. After numerous mails, im told nothing can be done. I'm told to chk local post service. There are 100s of them operating here. I asked for your affiliated local courier service in Singapore and your ppl stop responding.
Thoroughly hassled and disappointed with your service.
Hope you take this complaint and your customers seriously and do something about it.

ColourPop customer service

I made 3 orders during the new foundation launch on the 14th of June, the products have yet to be shipped and I simply requested a refund instead, that was 3 days ago. I was told the order could not be modified, cancelled or refunded because 'packing' has already begun and yet still nothing has been sent. So basically my money is being held hostage and they will send product when they feel like it. Shouldn't be two days later if packaging has already begun for them to send my stuff. I don't even want the items anymore, I want my money back and to be done with this company. Also their concealers are always below half full causing you to have to re-purchase another sooner than you would have to from other makeup companies who provide concealers in the same sized package. Now I may have to take this (and the matter of the concealers) to court just to get my refunds. They aren't responding to my customer service emails, PayPal, nor social media comments. This was my first time ever having this happen with this company but will certainly be the last as after I hopefully get my refund back, I'm done with them. It's ridiculous the way they are ignoring me and won't simply refund my money for products I do NOT have or were never sent to begin with. The orders say they are 'processing' yet they took the money out of my account long ago. I want my refunds.

ColourPop on the daily eyeshadow palette

On the morning of 8/5/18, while getting ready for work, I opened the palette and the shadow You Know the Drill fell out of the pan and onto the floor. I have attached a picture.

When it arrived the shadow was already a little crumbly and flaked onto the mirror in small chunks, but I didn't expect something like this to happen before I had even used that shade once. I purchased the palette on 6/4/18 and the order number was #9996031, and it arrived near the end of April.

I'm hoping for a replacement or a refund, but I'm open to other suggestions for resolution.

ColourPop customer service and missing products

Colourpop has the worst customer service that I have ever witnessed in my life. I ordered my products two weeks early to ensure that they would be in my possession on time. I place my order April 7th 2018 and received part of my order April 14th 2018. I immediately contacted customer service which is only via email. They claim that they take up to 48 business hours to respond to one email. Once you've waited 48 business hours to get one response and you reply, it takes an additional 48 business hours to get another reply. Colourpop left out two small items that I purchased. It has taken the act of Congress to even get a reply from anyone. The only reply that they respond with is a dry generic response every time. Colourpop does not care about their loyal customers or any customers. There's no other way of contact and you might get your stuff and you might not. I needed my items by April 21st of 2018 and if I even get them they will not be here for another week. It should not take 7 business days to ship two small items that only weigh ounces. I don't understand if I'm dealing with people with extremely low IQs that do not know how to expedite a package or that they're just plain lazy.

ColourPop colourpops bad customer service and their racially insensitive "gift"

Colourpop and their misleading "free global shipping over $50" had me stretch my order to reap the benefits. Instead, i was charged with an extra £15.43. Which means that if i went under the $50 and paid for shipping i would still pay for the extra UK customs fee. This is nothing but modern day robbery.
I used to sing their praises as i used to order from them whilst i lived in the US and had no problems... their products were affordable with reasonable quality. After going back and forth with their poor excuse of customer service, i decided that it was best not to incur a bigger loss as the items would be sent back to them and they would resell them for a bigger profit. So i put my pride aside and paid for items that will go in the bin just so they don't gain any more profit from their unethical ways of doing business.
In addition to this, after finally receiving the package, i was pleasantly stunned with a "gift" inside apologising for the lateness. "Thats cute i guess" i told myself as i opened the gift thinking it was a lipstick. After fully opening the gift i felt insulted to say the least. They gifted me with one of their "sculpting Stix" in the colour 'castle' which was too light for me as a black woman. How? How could they assume my ethnicity and conclude that the "gift" would be a match for me? This was just the icing on the cake as i was willing to let the bad customer service scenario go. If you're thinking "its the thought that counts" well, i see it as them not thinking of me or anyone darker or even lighter than me to a degree so, it simply doesn't count. THERE IS NO EXCUSE to these racially insensitive "mistakes" companies keep making in their advertising and product distribution. Not to mention that this same collection that is now discontinued and was previously under fire for naming the darker shades names like "yikes", "typo" and "dume". I'm obviously going to refrain from purchasing their products in the future but since i don't want to waste my time sending emails to the worst customer service team, i just want to use my freedom of speech and share my experiences with Colourpop cosmetics on various platforms and help someone else avoid what i went through.

I've had makeup companies "gift me" before with cosmetic that were not colour appropriate for me. I simply passed them on to a friend who could wear them. No biggie.

ColourPop customer service after sales package not received

Sad to say no matter how much I love Colourpop products, I will unfortunately not be purchasing from this brand again. The product in itself is amazing and the price as well however when it comes to customer service they have the worst system ever. Third time buying and it is always the same issue, it seems all they care about is that you purchase their products and that's about it whether it gets delivered does not seem to be something they particularly care about. The tracking system is useless and not up to date and when you enquire about the progress with regardless to the shipping of your package you get inconsistent and most of the time unhelpful response. Rephrasing what I emailed you about will not change the fact that you experience enormous delays in your delivery system. Yes I understand customs and posting are not within your control but it is very unprofessional to disregard your clients' concerns altogether. Big no no for the future ! I put in an order on the 22nd January to be shipping to Mauritius still nothing, I checked with both colourpop and the postal services on my side.

ColourPop super shock shadow, frog

i just picked up my package from the post office and i open it to see my shadow is all fallen apart, it's in 4 parts and i don't know what to do. it's not a normal shadow so i can't just touch it up with rubbing alcohol and everytime i touch it, it fall apart more. i've ordered many things from here and have never been dispointment. this time i am.

Okay. I'm confused. I have no idea what you're talking about. But I had a stroke 3 1/2 months ago, so alot of things confuse me now that didn't then. This shadow thing is interesting though. Is it something artistic?

ColourPop colourpop is a scam

My tracking number has not updated for more than three weeks. When I contacted USPS they said they were still awaiting the shipment from colourpop since 23 January 2018. Obviously colourpop did not even ship my order since USPS hasn't even received the package.

On my colourpop account my order is stated as unfulilled with a total of USD $0, however USD $20 has still been taken from my paypal account. Colourpop ignored ALL my emails asking about my order and deleted every comment I made on social media.

Colourpop is a SCAM. They have non-existent customer service and do not care about their customers at all. They are more concerned about ROBBING people of their money.

I will not stop till I get my money back from this SCAM of a website.

ColourPop ureceived order

I ordered 2 Yes Please and 1 U Had Me At Hello which cost $50 on the 21st of November 2017. Until this day (17th of January 2018) I still haven't received my order. I am utterly disappointed as I was planning to at least receive this order before Christmas but this order was never delivered to my house at all. I reported this incident at the beginning of the year hoping I can have some answers or even a refund but I didn't get any of that and now I also have $50 taken from my account with none of my order received.
I was hoping to have a pleasant experience of ordering something online with the thought that Colourpop is an reputable company, unlike other online websites/ company. But I am utterly disappointed and I hope to have a refund as I didn't receive the products I've paid for.

ColourPop highlighter

On the day of black friday, I decieded to use the opportunity to order a few products from Colourpop, which sells gorgeous cosmetic products.
I ordered three products, a blush, a highlighter, and an eyeshadows palette.
The blush and the palette were perfect and I was thrilled, but when I opened the highlighter, which is my favorite makeup product, I was immensely dissapointed.
The product is shattered, and falls out in dust when the packaging is opened.
The highlighting product should be a smooth, pressed finish, creamy and gliding on, whereas the product that I have recieved is dusty, broken, and dissapointing.

I received an email on the 1st of December saying my order would be here within 2 weeks. I have been tracking my order and it says it's been dispatched from Heathrow, London, on the 12th. I don't understand how something can take more than a week to arrive when it's in the UK, I also understand it's Christmas time so these things take longer, please can you advise me on what to do?

ColourPop my order

I ordered 6 items from them. The quantity is important in this story. I received my order on time, but 4 out of 6 were missing. How can this be explained?
I called customer service and asked them to tell me how it happened and why. They put me on hold for 50 minutes and after that eventually said that the items were sent separately from each other. To my question when they will arrive? they said that they have no tracking number and can't answer. Wonderful.

ColourPop holiday collection

I ordered feted over $200 during the Black Friday sale. I order the adorable Holiday lippies. I got them but in their generic clear and silver packaging. It's sipposed you're be a ris gold with dots to rep Holiday 2017. They aren't doing anything even tho when i ordered it, it clearly shows the new design. As a collector, that's a HUGE reason why i ordered. Isn't this fraud?

ColourPop unjust custom duties

About a month ago, I ordered around $50 worth of cosmetic items from ColourPop's website. The site has a policy of free shipping for international orders above $50, and I was happy to avail that, given ColourPop's budget-friendly makeup line. I was excitedly awaiting my new products.

Today, I received my products, and, I must say, I was devastated by how things turned out. The postman informed me that there had been various customs duties imposed onto the products, which added up to a whopping $32.21, which is more than half of the money I was due to pay originally (exactly $50.40).

Now, I am not saying that I did not read ColourPop's policy on customs, that customs fees are separate from the order. And I was fully prepared to pay what I logically assumed to be a nominal fee (having read reputed Pakistani reviews and blogs on this very issue, and for larger orders too), in return for the products that I had waited so long for. However, the huge amount of customs that have been lobbed onto my, frankly, very small quantity of products, have rendered my pocket-friendly purchase null and void. My main reason for availing ColourPop's services was consumer welfare, and I regret to conclude that I have achieved nothing of the sort. In fact, had I known this was to occur, I would have definitely bought high-end products locally, since the costs are now practically the same!

For now, I have sent the order back with the postman to the post office until this issue can be resolved. I humbly request ColourPop for a refund of my order. I understand that this is a rather over-the-top request, but I also fully believe this customer-friendly company will fulfil it. It will help me escape this incredibly unfair situation, which is taxing, for both my money and my mind.

Hope to hear a favourable response very soon.

ColourPop brow pencils

I have contacted Colourpop numerous times and they keep copy/pasting a generic response via email which doesn't help me. I called their corporate number over 20 times yesterday throughout the day. It just rings forever and they don't pick up! Horrible customer service! I got defective products and they won't admit it even after I sent them pictures like they asked! I am officially boycotting this crook of a company. #boycottColourpop

ColourPop customer service not providing any customer service!

I recently placed an order at Colourpop and stupidly keyed in the wrong address. I panicked and immediately sent an email to Colourpop's customer service to plz help me change the address.

I got a reply 1 day later requesting for the last 4 digits of my credit card used for payment to verify my identity. I sent the 4 digits within an hour of receiving that email and I got a reply from the same person within 3 mins telling me she's sorry but my parcel has already been shipped!

I mean come on! Isn't it obvious that I want my parcel to be stopped from sending out with the incorrect address? Is it that hard to understand?

Believe it or not this is actually the second time this happened to me while shopping at Colourpop. Luckily the first time it was just a matter of my name being misspelled but now I have keyed in a totally wrong address! I know it's my mistake to keep keying the wrong address but I thought that's what customer service is for! The first time I got lack lustre replies from the Cust Svc I got turned off from shopping there for many months.
