I can't log in to my account for 45 days in coinlist.co site. It says 'Approve new device. We just email you'. But nothing comes neither to my inbox nor spam box. I have written my problem to coin list support with ticket number #99473 but no response. After this, I tried to contact from Twitter, Facebook etc... But still no answer. I can't reach my investments (instantaneous value = $12850) I just want them to answer me and fix my login problem. That's all.

Beware, Coinlist steals your assets. I have the same problem. I opened an account and transferred crypto there. Then I went to trade and it tells me the user ID or password is invalid. I go to reset the password and the site gives no option to reset a password. I know both the user ID and the password were correct. Have created many tickets and emailed Customer Service a few times. They never reply. I am told that China, US and Canada cannot use. Not sure what the rest of the world experiences. Since April and this is July 2021, no resolution.
