Coinbase Coinbase Support +1~858~771~8677 Free helpline is excellent.

Coinbase does have a more user friendly interface than most but also higher fees than most. When it's having problems or #down

Report to Coinbase Helpline +1~858~771~8677 which is excellent but busy as usual.

Good LUCK if you need support, however. My iPhone died about two weeks ago and have not been able to log into my account through 2FA. I have an authenticator but got assistance

Each time they give an answer it’s obvious that it is robotically completed using key words and does NOT address the specifics of your case. I’ve been going around in circles with these bots for two weeks now.Now the case has been resolved.

Desired outcome: Recommended to all Coinbase users.

Coinbase Hijacked account

Coinbase hijacked my account in December 2021. It has now been held hostage for seven+ months. All attempts to recover my crypto have been met with doubletalk and lies. I'm sure you have numerous similar complaints against this criminal company. I think it is highly probable that purloined crypto is staked and the interest stolen. Threat made be Coinbase to refuse arbitration if class action lawsuits are joined are as fraudulent as the company. They don't arbitrate.

Desired outcome: It is not safe to have a bank account connected to a Coinbase account. They clean them out, all of the funds will vanish. I want to withdraw my purchased crypto to an honest exchange.

I can relate with what you just said, Same thing happened to me, since last year, i couldn't withdraw my bitcoin or sell them to fiat.

Coinbase became authoritative on my own money, for one year and 6 months i couldn't access my funds. The support are not helped either. I sent all the documents they required. yet no way.

Recently i was able to met Paige Mccubbin, whom helped me recover my money from coinbase within 4 business days. I was paid in cash to my bank which made me so happy.

U can contact Paige Mccubbin on Telegram, her username is Paigecubbin.

Tell her everything, i believe she can help u.

I assumed I was the only one experiencing this problem because I went through the same ordeal trying to recover my funds from Coinbase and unauthorized transactions.

I saw an article on this website in October about Paige Mccubbin and how she was able to recover victims' funds from scammers and dubious companies like this one.

I quickly messaged her through her Telegram account, Paigecubbin. She was able to recover my money in 72 hours and deposit it into my bank account.

If you haven't resolved your problem yet, contact her to have it recovered for you.

Coinbase I would like an apology

Back in Sept of last year (2021) coinbase decided to lock my account.

I had been using that account with no problems since 2013. But I had been using it in a very simple way, I had been selling a tiny bit of btc once per month... But back in Sept I had decided to buy $10k worth of btc.

So, I transfer 5k from my bank, and buy some btc, this took some time, about a week to clear... Then I transferred a second set of 5k and purchase some more btc. At this point things got fishy. The account balance looked like a random number generator, its value was all over the place. Then they locked the account. At the same time the bank kept sending me overdraft notices. Apparently, coinbase kept trying to take out an extra $5k every few days, but I only had enough for two withdrawals from the bank for the original two sets of 5k. Anymore withdrawal attempts and the bank would reject it.

So, I spent about a month back and forth with the emails to coinbase. I hardly got a decent response from them. Most of the responses did not seem real (I don't think they'd be able to pass a Turing test), or they completely ignored what the previous email I had sent. It is as though some computer was responding.

Finally I posted the problem here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/CoinBase/comments/puytbe/a_messed_up_coinbase_account/

The above contains more details, along with support ticket numbers.

It was after my post on reddit about this, that I got what seemed like an email from a real person. It was within that email that I was finally able to see that the coinbase software kept trying to do a "third" withdrawal of 5k from my bank.

Anyways, they never fixed the account, but at least they, at some point, stopped trying to remove $5k from my bank account. But then their response to me was, they'd need me to give them $5k to open my account back up again. Then a few weeks later they changed that, and said I'd need to give them $500 to open my account again.

For the past few days I have been trying to log back into my account to retrieve the tax form from last year. Even though the account is "locked", at least before I was still able to log in... But now it seems I can't even log into it anymore.

Desired outcome: and for them to admit they ignored a serious internal problem with their software. If possible, fix my account.I won't hold my breath.

I got a credit in my bank account after the recovery.

You can verify what i just said, i will share a proof.

Coinbase is not under FINRA nor do they respond to SEC. In fact no one should do trading business that does not adhere to these commission practices. I have been locked out of my account, and during this time, I had lost $2000 even though I had made dozens of phone calls [protected]). Typically, I would be put on hold and then hung up. This has gone on for over 4 months with no resolve. I have also sent about 37 emails with a complaint number, of which were completely ignored, other than a canned response, 'we are diligently working on your request, Followed by, 'your problem has been resolved, thank you for your business.'

Coinbase is an American Company located in San Francisco, has received several thousand complaints about fraud, currency loss, system failure and yet the creators of Coinbase Fred Ehrsam, and CEO Brian Armstrong have only been given tepid warnings by California AG's office.

Their platform is completely buggy and this company should not be allowed to do business, but what is worse, is they are not being held responsible for the loss of billions of dollars by investors - buyer beware.

Coinbase Coinbase

I’ve been locked out of my Coinbase account for nearly a month now as it’s “temporarily disabled”.

I’ve had no notice or email. All my funds are pretty much stuck on the platform and getting to support isn’t really doing much.

I’ve reached out to Coinbase on many different support channels, they have stopped replying. They don’t even bother to reply to emails.

So they have pretty much stolen my money.

Desired outcome: Access to withdraw and move my assets.

SEC couldn't do anything when it comes to Coinbase or Crypto Related issue, It a waste of time.

The shame should be on Coinbase, I sure will never use them again.

@T-Afc, I can relate how you feel about it, I too went through a lot of hell when my account was disabled along with $60,000. That was stressful to my mental health.

I saw a post early this month here on this site. The post was about Paige Mccubbin, I was amazed and burst into happiness when i saw that she has been recovery funds to victims of scams Directly or Indirectly.

I contacted her about my issue, she was able to help me recover my money in 3 days, i was sent the money to my bank account.

You should try her out.

These thieves have held my account for over seven months. Some people have had accounts hijacked for years. I suspect they stake our crypto and steal the interest. Thier threat to refuse to arbitrate if you join one of the class action suits is hollow. They never arbitrate so it's not a viable threat. They steal money and crypto and there are claims of bank accounts being cleaned out. Be very wary, they want you to hook up a bank account and sell your crypto to get your money back. That is not a good idea, as I note above. Get your claim on record with the California Attorney General, they don't do anything, but they are stacking up the complaints. Your congressmen need a record as well. File a complaint with the SEC. So far, they too have done nothing, but the complaints pile up. Post on Twitter. My policy is to call these criminals out as often as you can. Good Luck!

Coinbase Cryptocurrency broker

Coinbase is a new state of the art rip off! No phone number to talk to someone! I have been locked out for no reason, can not sign in and my coins are being held in limbo! I have already filed a complaint with the S.E.C., The FTC., The state of New York who licenses Coinbase to be a broker and the Consumer Financial Protection. You have to complain through e-mail which is a joke esp. when they send you back the same e-mail without any solution. They have no real headquarters and I believe they still investor money and buy houses and travel with it. I like to know where is government on this issue since it has been happening for about 3 years now? These scumbags are enriching themselves on our hard earned money. I certainly worked hard for mine. These millennial owners think they are entitled and believe that they do not have to work for theirs but, to simply steal others!

Desired outcome: I want my coins back so I can place them in a reputable company with an address and phone number so, clients can reach them anytime like interactive brokers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bruce Tooker, you stated it all. I'm curious how long this will go on. Every day, a large number of Coinbase users ask for their cash or coins.

I went through a difficult period and requested withdrawals from my Coinbase account to my bank, but Coinbase refused to listen to me or offer any assistance.

On this website, there was a Paige McCubin piece that I read. The story described how she has assisted numerous consumers in reclaiming their money from con artists and organizations like Coinbase. Her Telegram handle is Paigecubbin, and I messaged her there. In just three days, she assisted me in getting my money back, which was then paid into my bank account.

So if you haven't recovered your coin yet, Mr. Bruce, I suggest you get in touch with her.

Coinbase Staking and contest entry losses

Had ADA and was collecting rewards then out of nowhere they disappeared. Rates changed to 10% of what they were for ALGO and contest entries were never confirmed after buying and selling double the requirement. Coinbase was supposed to be safe and secure but feels like crooks on WallStreet have taken over stealing factions of dollars from millions of people adds up daily. Just glad I did not stake ETH, something funny about you may lose all of your investment, which is "unlikely to happen" (then why the disclaimer and removal of liability to Coinbase). Coinbase wallet has a similar disclaimer "Coinbase is not responsible for funds lost on Coinbase Wallet" then why use the Coinbase name and portray it as a product. I believe this is a less than legal business plan to provide Trademarked products that "Coinbase is not responsible for". If it has your name, is being promoted, and is provided directly on your product then how are you not responsible? Do you not have the same faith/belief in the products that your pushing on the masses works. Exploitation of the poor and working class, waste our time and money not yours to fine tune individual algorithms that do not match the market, because the unicorn that is Coinbase is its "own market". This is how to print money for someone/company with way to much money. Not a free and unrestricted currency for the masses as crypto is supposed to be but a syphon for your wallet. Invest in pet rocks before Coinbase at least you will have something to show for it.

Desired outcome: Shed light on Coinbase practices

Coinbase Coinbase

On 3/15 my bank successfully transferred funds to CB for a crypto purchase. The purchase was completed properly. On 3/20 I attempted to make another purchase and when I hit "preview buy" a message "Acct. Unlinked" popped up. I hit the "relink your account" button at the bottom of the screen, and a new screen stated "Acct. already connected" followed by "success your acct. has been successfully reconnected". When I hit the continue button, the next screen had the same "Acct. Unlinked" that appeared after the "preview buy" earlier. After clicking on the "relink your acct" button once again, but now along with a new smaller blue bar at the top that stated "we are linking your account", followed around 4 seconds by a larger red bar that stated "we are having connection problems, but your funds are safe. Please try again later today."

This never ending loop has been going on since 3/21 when I first called CB support on the phone. They gave me a support case number and told me it was probably a "glitch" are their end that would resolve itself in 7 business days. Ten business days later the problem persists. I called a second time yesterday to support and spent 45 minutes with a staff member. Seeing that she obviously had no idea what to do to solve my issue, I finally demanded she send me up the "food chain". She agreed to "escalate" my case to the next level...and then hung up on me seconds later. I then filed a compliant case immediately thereafter on the CB compliant form. Some hours later I received an email from the compliant dept. basically admonishing me for not allowing the support staff to solve my problem!

I called support again today, and after speaking with staff for 10 minutes was disconnected once again! I have just filed a second compliant with CB. The lack of competency and regard from the support staff is quite shocking, to say the least. My only option at this point is to get my account elsewhere, perhaps Binance?

Desired outcome: To get my crypto account away from CB and to a more responsible party.

The Coinbase Company is quietly running a number of subtle frauds.

I experienced the same issue you did when I sent Coinbase $100k by ACH from my bank. I made every effort to get the team's attention in order to fix the deposit issue, but they couldn't care less.

I was able to recover my money back into my bank account with the help of an article on this website that addressed Paige McCubbin and how she has been successful in recovering victims of fraud/scams and any related issue with Big Companies like Coinbase. Her Telegram handle, Paigecubbin, caught my attention in the story. I contacted her, and within 48 hours she had found a solution and had my money returned to me by the Coinbase company, transferring it into my bank account.

Coinbase Coinbase crypto exchange and Coinbase Wallet

1) I sent a total of $2500.00 to Coinbase from 2 different banks.

2) My banks sent the money by ACH to Coinbase.

3)I checked with my banks and they confirmed that all $2500.00 had been

received at Coinbase.

4)In my coinbase acct. they showed $1250.00 total. I used it to buy ETH. I called and their support person told me to wait 1 or 2 days and check again.

5)I called them again 2 days later, then they told me to create a wallet with them and put the ETH in it. And they could trace the rest of the cash. I did that and gave them the 12-word phrase that their system created.

6) Later, about an hour, they emailed me that they didnt tell me to open a wallet and now they couldn't trace it.

7) I checked my account and wallet my cash was gone. I checked the wallet and my ETH was gone.

8) I called my banks and made a complaint and said I wanted my $2500.00 back. Then I went back to my Coinbase account and found that I was frozen out and Now, I am out $2500.00 and they stole $1250.00 in cash and $1250.00 in ETH (now worth $1400.00).

9) Help me get my $2500.00 back and I will be happy. As of now THEY HAVE STOLEN $2500.00 FROM ME.

10) IF YOU USE COINBASE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TROUBLE.

11) ps I HAD USED THEM BEFORE 2 YEARS AGO WITHOUT PROBLEMS. BUT I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Desired outcome: Refund my money. Maybe this would be a good firm to begin a class action suit against their non-ethical company.

Coinbase unable to retrieve lost crypto

I bought Ethereum on My Ethereum Wallet and on Oct 19th I attempted to send the crypto to Coinbase I hit the wrong button sending my Ethereum to a different type currency (CGLD)...big mistake and now because their support is so hard to use (have tried four separate times), I am out $12k. Yes, I made the mistake but they do have custody of my funds and could help me less any "gas" charges but they are unwilling to help.

Desired outcome: $8k would be satisfactory.

A heartbreaker, Coinbase. A three-month period saw my $12,000 frozen. I kept contacting the support staff through email but they were unable to assist me.

When I looked up Coinbase to complain about my account, I came across an article on this website.

The article went into more detail about how Paige McCubbin has been able to recoup peoples' money from con artists and organizations like Coinbase. To inform her of my frozen $12,000, I messaged her on Telegram. Within two days of her response, she had managed to get my money back from Coinbase.

Upon recuperation, I received a credit to my bank account.

You can check what I just mentioned. Her Telegram name is Paigecubbin.

Coinbase I'm hoping that my money what is left of it in my coinbase portfolio is released to cash out to my debit card immediately if not sooner.

Opened an account for bit coin to purchase a $680 dog,

I waited two days to be able to make a purchase due to "funds not available to xfer from your bank." Contacted my bank three days later they said they had released the funds two days prevous. I called Coinbase to find out why they would not release my money so I could make a purchase with bit coin because the seller requested that I make payment for bit coin. I purchaed bit coin and then wanted to make the purchase but could not due to "funds not available, however my portfolio said I had funds. They said I needed to wait for xfer. Then I called again the next day and asked why my funds were still not available for transfer, and they said,"well you sold your bit coin for cash."I was not aware I had done that, so I told them it must ahve beena mistake. I asked if I could cash out and they said,"well you need to find out how to do that we cannot tell you how to do that. "Then I researched google internet and learned how to do that, then I went back into bit coin and tried to cash out my bit coin UDS, and then it said,"funds not available."I called Coinbase again and they said I"had a hold on my account."but could not tell my why! I told them I am very upset and I need to get access to my money. By this time the bit coin was decreasing in value and I lost 65$ of my money in a few hours the day before. I tried to cash out three or four times in one day and it still said the same thing, I called coin base and they said they would"escalate my request to release the hold but it could take a at least 24 to 48 hours. "I cant believe that the customer service people, said,"I cannot help you, and then my money was being chipped away bit by bit literally and I still do not have access as I am typing this to you to my money! to purchase my puppy. What a nightmare. This should be illegal. I hope these people go to jail but not until after I get my money back. Thankyou.

Coinbase Coinbase Account

Had $8,900 one day, $0 the next. No reasoning, no explanation, no customer service help, etc. I believe this happened when sent from BTC to another account that doesn't accept this transfer. This money just doesn't disappear. If necessary, I can write the program, 10 minutes, that would prevent this from happening to anyone dealing with Coinbase. It has to be put somewhere.

Desired outcome: Would like a plausible explanation why this happened.

Coinbase is a rip-off. Regarding your subject, despite having a fully confirmed account, I waited more than three months to withdraw $100,000.

It is aggravating when customer service representatives act as if they are unaware of what is going on. Additional documents were requested despite the fact that they were not required, and I complied. Despite this, they did not assist me in resolving the pending withdrawal problem.

While browsing this website, I came across an article about Paige McCubbin that described how she was able to obtain money from con artists and unethical businesses that abuse their clients for victims like me.

To summarize, I messaged her on Telegram under the handle Paigecubbin. She was able to reclaim my money within 72 hours, and it was transferred into my bank account.

Coinbase caused me a great deal of anxiety. When I first learned about Bitcoin, I purchased one on Coinbase and attempted to send it to my second Wallet. However, they refused to let me withdraw my bitcoin, so I was turned down.

I contacted Coinbase's customer support representatives on the transaction by phone and sent a few texts. They answered by providing information on KYC.

I completed the KYC procedure the following day, but I was unable to withdraw.

They never responded to my frequent requests for help transferring my bitcoin.

The worrying part is that Coinbase refused to let me withdraw the proceeds into my account after I sold the Bitcoin back to them. Without assistance, I fought for years before giving up.

Recently, about a month ago, I attempted to start a topic on the Coinbase page to tell the world about my experience with their service, but I noticed another complainant and it was similar to mine, so I kept reading, and then I saw a comment on one of the articles about Paige Mccubbin and how she helped people like me who are the victims of scams and are being oppressed by large companies like Coinbase, Blockchain, and Binance.

I sent her a Telegram message using the name Paigecubbin. She was able to recover my money back, and it was transfered into my bank account. I was astonished to learn that everything took place in just three days.

I'm sending this post to other Coinbase victims like myself so they can take advantage of this opportunity to get their money back.

Coinbase 'beware pls" scammers, liars, bad customer service and everything else above

I am new to Coinbase as of 12/2021, what a BAD MISTASKE. On 1/11/2022 My acct was hack by Coinbase. but they will not take responisbily or ownership and trying to put it on someone else. It was confirmed that my acct was Hack by someone through Coinbase. My Shibu crypto totaling 11,555,194.26237 was converted and sold out. I did not Authorized anyone to do this. I have been trying to get this resolved and I get no where but the running around and repeated emails or no emails for days. I tried calling and they tell me I have to email n a live person can help me. So frustrated. I still have some other Bitcoin in my acct. Which I tried to access but, Now find out though so called customer support, my account is under someone elses name. So they wont give me information on my own acct. I have to go through email rep that gets me nowhere. I have done everything they have asked of me from ID verification, Police Report and statement. Which mean nothing. This makes me so Upset and PISSED OFF. They have told me that my Shibu Crypto is not Reversable and No Refund can be done. Oh really so they think you can STEAL my Crypto and my hard working Money and act like it's not their fault. You have another thing comming. I will FIGHT to get whats mine back and Hold your Company Accountable for EVERYONE. I will seek Legal Counsel and do a Class Act Suit againt this company.

Desired outcome: I want my Shibu Crypto 11,555,194.26287 replaced into my with current market rates. So this dosnt happen to someone else.

Coinbase is a global scam. They don't care whose account they lock or how valuable the money is to the owner. I was denied access to $10,000, despite the fact that I made the deposit. I was not permitted to purchase Bitcoin or withdraw funds back to my bank.

I saw a post on this website about Paige McCubbin and how she has been assisting victims like me in recovering their money from scammers, fake investment companies, and shady companies like Coinbase.

I messaged her on Telegram as Paigecubbin. She recovered my money from Coinbase within 48 hours, and I received payment into my bank account.

If you are a victim, I recommend contacting her to recover your funds.

Coinbase Coinbase Holds Your Crypto Hostage

I created an account on coinbase to purchase a helium miner. I was pushed to coinbase from the vendor's site to use their crypto exchange to purchase USDC and then to pay for the ordered product.

I get to the end of the purchase process from the vendor and find that coinbase has a 9 day hold on my USDC. If you are pushed towards coinbase to make purchases, either find an alternative or walk away.

After setting up a coinbase account and purchasing USDC using my bank account, I then find that I can't use said crypto, but I can use it to buy or sell ANYTHING on the coinbase exchange.

In other words, "thanks for dumping your money into our piggy bank and as long as you don't actually plan to use your money for anything other than buying intangible goods, you can use it with our permission. However if you want to buy something real with our...I mean your money, then I'm sorry we don't allow users to spend their money unless its for us"

In all seriousness, this is the first time in my life I have been fooled into putting money into a service that I could not get out. Coinbase may be fine to use to shift crypto around but for real goods it's a total scam. Avoid like the plague

Desired outcome: I want my money released so I can pull it and use a service that actually allows me to use my money to buy goods and services not directly attached to coinbase

Despite this, they did not assist me in resolving the pending withdrawal problem10

If you haven't solved your problem yet, contact her.

Coinbase I want to sell my bitcoin

Do not trust Coinbase. I cannot sell my bitcoin.
I purchased Bitcoin through Coinbase. I had to connect my bank in order to transfer my funds for the purchase. I tried to sell today and was told by messages that my bank account was not recognized. I contacted customer service and they were able to see my bank account in the system and noted my email was also in the system. I could get into my Coinbase account and see my money, but could not sell today. Customer service spent an entire hour with me and could not get it to work! The agent put through an escalation request in order to get a customer service manager to contact me. Have not heard from them. It has been 5 hours! I cannot get my money out.

When Coinbase decides they want to shut you out of your account , that means its over. They claim you account was compromised and you are no longer able to have access to your funds.

Coinbase notifies you of a problem, then shuts you down. YOU ARE UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME. So lets re visit the situation.

Coinbase takes your funds

Coinbase notifies you that your account has been compromised.

After a month of back and forth emails, Coinbase says sorry no money for you.

Coinbase will not tell you what happened to your funds and will have no further contact with you.

We should all be asking ourselves, if this even legal. I know of no other company in this counrt that can get away with it.

When my account was suspended. They never responded when I reached out to them across all platforms. I emailed them asking them to help me sort out my suspended account so I could withdraw my money, but they were unable to.

I was reading some reviews on complaintsboard when I came across a piece about the Paige McCubbin Firm. Several comments on the article described how she has assisted many victims recall their funds from con artists or dubious companies.

Her Telegram handle is Paigecubbin, and you can message her there. She recalled my funds from Coinbase four days later, and they were deposited into my bank account. I advise getting in touch with her for assistance.

Coinbase Money back in originating account

My husband tried to email me Bitcoin from his coinbase account in an attempt to move the money from Bitcoin to our bank account. When I clicked on the email to accept thinking it would bring me to my online banking so I could deposit the funds it asked me to open my Coinbase account or set one up. Reluctantly I set up an account and then when I went back to accept the transfer it wouldn't let me. The funds are not in my husbands old original account and they are not in my new one. We have sent a number of requests to coinbase and have had no help that actually fixed the problem. The final support said that the money would go back to the senders account if it wasnt accepted. It has not. It's not a huge amount of money but it's ours and it's gone and they don't seem to care. Someone has it and I suspect it's the company. Trying to open a trouble ticket is next to impossible…it's the hardest to use trouble ticket system out there.

I think that coinbase is a scam operation and don't know what to do next. Does anyone have any suggestions!
