Coast Dental Services Dental practices

I went to coast dental lakeland fla south side
The ppl there are not that friendly however their house cleaning practices are not that great!
Not only was the room dirty (that I pointed out to the hygienist) but the hygienist was not practicing safe hygiene because when I pointed out dirty gloves on the sink she pushed them back in the garbage hole with her gloved hand. How many germs was she gonna spread when she touch my mouth? I asked for another room I told her I don't like this one it looked and felt dirty! She acted like she didn't care and no apologies from her she informed me I had to wait for half hour nope I said and left the place upset!

Coast Dental Services Customer service and quality of product

I went in for an emergency visit with a broken front tooth, After X-rays and so on we decided to do a bridge. They gave me a price and we scheduled. We applied for care credit and told them to put it all on that. a weeks latter they wanted to charge me for a cleaning that was never discussed. We did all the bone work and put in a temp then Covid came . Just recently I was able to get back in and when I did there was a new DR . Once my temp came off the DR said Oh wow. I did not take that as a good sign . I asked and she said I would have done something different. So the DR was putting in my final bridge and it did not fit properly or look right at all. She suggested we don't put it in and do a remake. So she put in a temp. The next day the temp cracked(Friday). So Monday I called and scheduled for Thursday and same thing . The office manager said she was putting in for a remake. Meantime another temp. 2 hrs later it fell out my mouth. I tried to reach out all day on the 16 but I was either left on the phone or no response . So finally today I reached the office manager in winter springs and I need to say that this place is not at all professional. I was told to call and check and when I did the office manager tried to talk over me the entire time. She even said that if I would listen then I would understand the question and when I tried to respond she just kept talking over me the whole time .Very disappointed . I have asked for a full refund since I have been dealing with this for 4 months plus. I hope the refund goes better .

I have medicare ins and was told your organization accepted this insurance, I wanted just a cleaning of my teeth but was told I had to have an exam first since I would be new to this practice. My ins covers this also so I agreed, after being put through X-rays and measurements the dentist came in and told me my teeth were actually in good condition but I did have gingivitis which I already new she wanted to sell me patrials for spaces where a few teeth are missing but when I refused this and stated I only wanted a cleaning she sent her technician in who stated it would now cost me $183.00 for a cleaning, when I said I only wanted the cleaning that medicare coves they DENIED me theses services. Now they will bill Medicare for services I did not want to begin with. The office was in the Sun City Center/ Ruskin location. I am furiouse and will be calling medicare to let them know of this situation.

I've been trying to contact your company about my refund for services that couldn't complete it's been over 2 months since I requested refund. Coast Dental Services the district manager mia

For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to schedule an appointment and it is only due to the fact that I am in severe pain and need Serious done. This young lady is the supposed district manager for this location in port Saint Lucie Florida who not once asked me was I in any level of pain and had been dismissive from the very beginning of our 1st conversation several weeks ago.

When I call back to reschedule I continue to get her because it is the holidays I suppose she is filling in and she continued to be dismissive and not helpful to me. I went for my appointment and I have a balance of a 100 bucks which have already given them close to a couple of thousands and and instead of her telling me at the time when she booked my appointment that I wouldn't be seen, she waited until I got here and said I needed to pay this $100 balance in order to be seen. I am still in pain it is a couple of days before Thanksgiving and this is the treatment that this establishment decides to give me after I've given all this amount of money and I just didn't have the $100 today.

She neglected to tell me that when she had ample opportunity over the past several weeks when I tried to schedule I will more than likely move my dental account to another location in port Saint Lucie because of this unbelievable treatment.

Coast Dental Services x-ray and initial exam

Was at this location on 6.24.19. Had an X-ray (1) and initial exam.

I have Humana Medicare and according to my policy, this is an IN-Network facility.

I was charged $14.00 for an X-ray (which I paid) and $43.00 (which I also paid) for the initial exam, all because this office fraudulently billed my insurance company with the incorrect CPT code.

When I called this office and asked them to change the CPT code they refused.

I sent a letter to Humana appealing these charges and to investigate the fraud charges. CPT code D0140 was used. I sent this documentation into Humana .

I also suggested to Humana that they not renew your IN NETWORK status in the coming year, because your personnel at this office have no clue what they are doing and the fraudulent billing practice.

I received a decision from Humana regarding this case. REF #: [protected] in my favor and your company owes me $57.00 for that above charges I have paid.

My account # is: [protected].

I have reached out to this location and have been hung up on. I left a message through your corporate office yesterday 1.5.20 asking for regional or district manager to contact me at 321.615.5683 since your office manager at the above mentioned location is not available and there is no one there to cover in her absence. My suggestion is: CROSS TRAIN YOUR PERSONNEL.

The one girl in the office INSISTED you do NOT have a corporate office nor do you have a phone number. She needs to be educated on the company she represents and works for. She is NOT the receptionist.

I have all the documentation needed for this reimbursement. I will present all this when I meet with a manager.

I look forward to hearing from either a Regional Manager, District Manager or someone with authority to help with this reimbursement of $57.00.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

I walked out of coast dental upset and I refused their even touching me because the room was dirty and when I pointed out, to the hygienist, dirty gloves sitting exposed for everyone to see she proceeded to push the dirty gloves back down the trash hole with her gloved hand. Grabbed the spray bottle began spraying the dirty sink. Now I asked myself is she going to touch my mouth with those Now dirty gloves she had on after touching a dirty pair of gloves? That was the last straw for me I walked out And would not let anyone touch me. In these times we can’t afford taking risks such as that especially when it comes to the mouth! The ppl there are not all that friendly either the not so friendly hygienist told me I would have to wait 30 min for another room ...whatever I’m outta there!

Coast Dental Services bone fragment

On June 25 2012, I went to Coast Dental on East Colonial in Orlando, Florida. I went for full dentures and Dr. DuLac performed the full extraction procedure. It went very smoothly and easily, i thought. I also thought that there should be another x-ray after the extraction to be sure she got everything.
On the next visit, a week or so later, the doctor pointed out a large bump, or "Torus" on the lower gum. "I could cut it off with laser, but I think it's OK, " she said. "Just push on it a lot with your finger, it will go down." I thought that sounded ridiculous, but went along with the program.
When I returned to Coast for my pre-paid routine "reline" of the lower denture, the new dentist, Dr Uddin, informed me that I cannot have the reline because of the "Torus" on my lower gum which must be removed surgically first. She sent me to another Coast office for the procedure.
When I got to Lake Mary Coast Dental, I was given an estimate of $600 for the surgery. I could not at that time afford it, so I passed, choosing to live with no lower teeth, at least until my financial ship came in.
Being chronically in poverty (and then the Great Recession), jobless and basically penniless, I never made it back. I have been living for seven years with no lower teeth I have lost weight due to dietary limitations and my social life is dead. I feel unable now to initiate any romatic relationship and have resigned myself to being a lone buck. I feel that my life social and professional life ended with that extraction--I was a professional musician but it's quite impossible to play the flute and sax with no lower teeth.

After finally getting some awesome insurance from Medcare, I thought I would re-start the process and finally get fixed and get back into Life.
I went back to Lake Mary Coast Dental to discover that my new insurance was not so "awesome" and the new estimate was $3500, all from my pocket. I headed for the door, but as I was leaving I heard the doctor utter the magic words "BONE FRAGMENT"
After all these years, I find out that it was never a "Torus" but a piece of tooth that was missed and then ignored by the original extracting doctor, Dr DuLac. I was mis-diagnosed by Dr Dulac, Dr Uddin, and by the surgeon at Lake Mary Coast back in 20012.
I still have not been fixed, Dr Shoer declined to remove the bone fragment (without $3, 500) that was left over by her associate, Dr. Dulac.

Coast Dental Services service and refusing service

This is a follow up to my complaint. I was told that that office refused to replace a crown and post until they did all this other cleaning was completed. I had the work done after wasting money to sign up for your insurance and wasting my time. I paid 1, 700. I can't believe you are in business and would risk a person walking away and losing $1, 700.00. I hope your happy that you got me for the insurance cost which is useless. I hope in the future you hire better people who don't lose money for the company. What a shame.

Coast Dental Services dr. quinn - periodontist

I have been a patient with Coast Dental since 2011. First, under the name Laquna Marrable and now under Laquna Ross.in all of my years with your organization, I have never experienced anything so traumatizing. My crown that has now been in place covering tooth number four for roughly eight years came off this past Saturday. I called Coast Dental Buckhead first thing Monday morning and they told me to come right in. They were very sincere in their approach, understood the issue and were immediately taking steps to draw up the best solution given the sensitivity of the issue and the location of the tooth. My smile. I work in leadership for a prominent company in the Atlanta area and cannot have even one day missing this tooth. They called around and scheduled me with the Periodontist Dr. Quinn for Wednesday for a consult for crown lengthening and then again on Friday for treatment. They explained that the process was long and would take months, but they wanted to make sure that I kick started the procedure off as seamlessly as possible given my situation. Their schedules reflected that his availability thereafter was slim and that he only worked in Buckhead on Fridays. This was all done in an attempt to get me the best service and quickly begin the process. Need it also be said that I have no pain, no infection and no swelling. When I arrive to Fayetteville on Wednesday for service, he tells me that double bookings aren't a part of the companies practice and that he wouldn't be able to treat me on Friday at Buckhead. He would have to wait 4 weeks to slot me on the schedule because his team generally submits the billing to the insurance company and then schedules care once the exact amount due by the patient is known. He called this a pre-d. He then shared that he was made aware that I was on vacation (did not ask my dates of travel or any details) but continued to say that he wouldn't care for me until I returned because of the medical risk of my recovery and his access to care for me as needed. Upon advising him that this time off of work would be better for me to recover since I'd have a nice period of time to relax and rest after care, he still told me no. He said that my appointment was being cancelled and that once the pre-d was returned from the insurance company I could schedule a slot with his group. I left flabbergasted. This can't be a Coast Dental way of doing business. I researched and the recovery period is 3 months and the recommendation is no strenuous activity or travel for up to three days after your procedure. I leave 5 days after my scheduled appointment this Friday. At this point I'd even cancel my travel as this is more important. Going into a holiday, I don't forsee him being available anyways if I did have a need or pain rather the emergency line with the on call doctor, his staff already shared that he was booked and that the facility was/is closed thereafter as we approach the holiday. I am off from work for 2 weeks and feel that this is a great time to relax and recover, more so important I wouldn't want to return back after being off for this time, assume dental surgery and need more time off from work. My ask is that my appointment that was confirmed be placed back on the schedule for this Friday at 8a. No one, including myself deserves to walk around for weeks with a missing tooth in the front of their mouth if it can be prevented. If they are healthy, have insurance and can pay they should be provided care. I have an appointment and it was confirmed. If this cannot be done, my messaging is going to focus on the fact that a Coast Dental Periodontitis refused care because I had two appointments scheduled at once (one for consultation and one for treatment) and it is not company policy that this is permissible and that you all agree with the Dr. Quinn that my care shouldn't be provided until my insurances clears with MetLife and you all have the pre-d with my exact amount I am to pay. Oddly so, I always pay at each visit for prior appointments so it's unique that now this is the case for him. If a immediate resolution isn't determined I will go to the Better Business Bureau with my complaint. I wasted three days for Dr. Quinn's appointment and five if Fridays appointment is cancelled. Coming into Labor Day, my ask is that I not be forced to search elsewhere when he is fully capable of performing the service as scheduled. He is rude and inflexible in his medical practice and unlike anyone that I have encountered with your company. I caution Coast Dental in siding with him on this as he does not reflect your brand or provide a great patient experience that your other providers offer within your organization. I expect to be contacted via email or phone at [protected] today. Thank you for your time.

Coast Dental Services overcharged refuse to give refund

Coast dental has over charge me almost $500 and I have been trying to get a refund since early last year. They claim because I do not have the same card, they cannot give me a refund? I am confused, if I do not have the card and you over charged me, why is it that I have to suffer from the over charge in the first place. I have asked to see the policy were it states that they only give refunds to the original card but they are not able to provide me with that policy.

Coast Dental Services lower partials

My lower partials do not fit properly. I have gouges inside bottom gums where the partials are too "long". This happens immediately upon insertion, without chewing! The dentist said I needed to develope callouses and to return in two weeks to see where blisters might have form to show where they need adjusting! Oh my gosh they expect me to endure this pain for two weeks when I cannot tolerate a few minutes. And forget about chewing anything...agony! Please advice

Coast Dental Services dental treatment receiving

3 weeks ago I was told I would have clear clasps on my partial dentures. However after I spend 1000$ and my insurance was billed over 9000 I pick them up with ugly, unsightly shiny silver clasps that are extremely noticeable. Having to get partials is bad enough, but now I can't even feel confident smiling because everyone can see I have them. I was basically told too bad and they can't fix the issue at this point. I know it can be fixed, they are just refusing to make it right. I'm so extremely disappointed with this serious problem. What can be done to rectify this embarrassing situation forced upon me? Do I need to speak with an attorney? I need immediate help on this matter. Palm Coast Florida office

Coast Dental Services beware of coast dental in buckhead, ga. they are scammers.

COMPLAINT: Coast Dental 3330 Piedmont Rd NE Ste 13, Atlanta, GA 30305

I ordered night guards which was recommended by one of the hygienists at the Buckhead, GA location.
Once ordered and received, They did not fit the first time tried, I came back and they didn't do another impression, instead they tried to make it fit. They never worked for me even when I tried using them forcefully the night of the adjustment.

I called them shortly after that to explain that they didn't fit me well, receptionist said that I could come back and replace them, they said I don't need an appointment I can just walk in to do this, so there's no record of me even expressing there was an issue when I walked in with my kids appt one day!, Because an appointment was not scheduled for the fitting (2nd time around) .

Time went by and at that point, I just wanted a refund since the adjustment still made my night guards feel uncomfortable. I have 2 of my kids going to this facility for cleaning and braces, so Im always coming there.
I spoke to them every time I went there regarding this matter and no one seem to be able to help with the refund. They said I will have to call the manager Ryle, since she's never there! Which I did and no one seems to have explained to her what the issue was when she finally answered my call, she told me that she was going to look into this with corporate so I can be refunded and never called me back.

I went to the office several times with my daughters braces appointment and asked to speak to her or get an update, no one seems to know where she ever is nor have answers for me. I asked if I can just leave the night guards there at the office now March of 2019 during my daughters dental appt. they said no, you don't have to return it, we will just refund you. When RYLE manager gets here I'll have her look into this.

I was moving to Florida, so I could not be able to bring it back to the office. They said you don't need to so no worries (Receptionists/Front desk said this on my daughters last braces appointment at that facility). Then I hear from Ryle and she states I need to speak to corporate for the refund, mind you I've been trying to get my refund for months now since 2018 and now it's too late to get refunded since its now 2019.

I called corporate (813) 288-1999 10 times and left voicemails and no one EVER called me back except for an email I sent which I got a response to. They told me that the managers have to request the refund and that it would be okay to return the night guards, the office at buckhead will contact me with refund details. Ryle (Manager) now calls me saying that the refund was approved, but that I would need to return the night guards and I will be refunded a lil over $700 which is what I paid. I said, I wish I would've known this so I didn't have to incur any shipping fees now. I was there with the night guards with my daughter's appointment so, why didn't your office accepted them? She explained no worries, we'll refund you the shipping cost just mail them in so we can process the refund. I shipped the night guards

Shipping was sent 5/6/19 and it was received/delivered 5/9/19 by the office. I called around 2 weeks after the night guards were received and they stated over the phone that the night guards were just received today (this was middle of May) and that they needed time to process it. I said, okay that's ODD it shows delivered 5/9/19 she states they get mail LATE sometimes. I was like okay, I'll call back later so you guys can update me.

I gave them until 5/30/19 and this time a SHERRY S. (District Manager) answers the phone takes a message when I asked to speak to Ryle since she was not there, like always. Sherry S. calls me back with an update saying that she has requested refund with corporate and it can take 6-8 weeks. I was like WOW I have to wait months to get my refund?

She stated she also just got the night guards 72 hrs ago. LYING TO ME when I can clearly see the tracking and delivery date. They all tell you that they just received mail. The tracking shows delivered 5/9/19 and I keep telling her that.

The more I speak to her she gets rude and careless about helping me anymore since she's proven wrong and caught lying, then she stated that she's the district manager and that refund gotta get approved through her and that I'm not getting refunded ANYMORE!

So about me waiting 6-8 weeks to received my refund was a LIE.. She lied to me about the wait (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AT THAT OFFICE) she switched her story while on the phone today and this time said that SHE WILL NOT REFUND ME and THAT I WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK!

Also asked if I wanted the night guards mailed back to me, I was in shocked how careless this people are at the buckhead location. I'm told to mail the night guards and also, that I will get refunded by headquarters and now I am not?

I mean this location is a JOKE they steal from people, LIE to their customers BACK TO BACK and continue to talk to you saying (I'M SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY) That's all Sherry S. kept saying to me even though she knows, I was LIED to by the staff and now her. This company has really bad staffs who are making the company look terrible. The service is extremely poor, unethical and front desk staff needs to be replaced.

THEY DON'T CARE about calling you back or helping you with ANY ISSUES! They can care less if you lose your money or sit with at your appt hours in the lobby. I don't even know how they are in business. Only good thing about that place was the Orthodontists which only come there every other month, they were professional.. Some of the doctors are also nice. But the BACK OFFICE AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF there including manages are SCAMMERS and LIARS. They have no customer service skills AT ALL and will NOT help anyone with a refund even if they request it on time and fitting issues.

I would like a FULL REFUND and due to this incident I will remove my daughters orthodontist service as well, my children dental service including mine. I don't ever want to do business with Coast Dental again.

Coast Dental Services service

I was scheduled for the usual 6 month check-up and cleaning on May 22, 2019; this appointment was rescheduled 3 times. When I arrived, I was called in and proceeded to the room I was assigned. Waited almost 45 minutes before I finally received my cleaning.

Usually after the cleaning, the doctor would come in and check on the procedure performed and to make sure everything was fine. Well, to my surprise, there was no doctor on site ( which I thought was very usual, especially in case of an emergency). I was very concerned about not having a doctor on hand. I had questions regarding my bite but I was told, the doctor isn't available on Wednesdays... Really? I was also informed that he was leaving Coastal in a few weeks. Since I have been with Coastal, there have been 4 to 5 new doctors at this facility.

This is the 1st time I ever went for a dentist appointment with Coastal (I have been a patient for 12 years) and the 1st time of experiencing No Physician On Site to check the dental hygienist's cleaning!

Also the bathroom lights were out.. maintenance ?

Coast Dental Services insurance scam to sell unwanted expensive services

United Healthcare managed Medicare plan included limited dental treatment, but only through Coast Dental. As a new resident to Central Florida, I booked an appointment for a bi-annual cleaning at Kissimmee's East Vine Street location. I was forced to have full sets of Xrays not covered by United Healthcare, only to be told by the receptionist that, "A regular cleaning will only polish the dirt." She would, however, schedule me for a "deep cleaning". The cost? ONLY $1, 100 not covered by United Healthcare. Furious, I phone another Coast location, specified I was new to the area, and had dental insurance. I wanted to schedule a cleaning but was told, "A regular cleaning will only polish the dirt, but I can schedule you for a deep cleaning." A third location--this one in Orlando--achieved the same EXACT quote about "polishing the dirt." That receptionists are diagnosing conditions, especially over the phone, indicates that the dentists are instructing staff to say that. Not only Coast lost a potential patient; I canceled the United Healthcare policy and returned to original Medicare, where many dental facilities will provide maintenance (cleanings) at discounted prices. Curiously, I did not need a deep cleaning.

Avoid Coast Dental, which uses insurance company referrals to bilk patients for performing unnecessary procedures.

Coast Dental Services 4 crowns broken / charge-back / in collection

I no longer have the four molars that were 'crowned' by coast dental.

they all broke, while eating or flossing.

now, 6 years later, coast dental has had an issue with care credit whom I
financed with.

furthermore, coast dental has hired a collection agency to re-claim
some losses they incured in this matter.

i'm not pleased with coast dental, to say the least.

I may be in pursuit of legal action to resolve this.

Coast Dental Services service/product - unprofessional employees and bad service for crown

To whom it may concern,
I have many complaints and concerns
1. Lack of professionalism
- the front desk didn't have anything together or recorded and were very rude.
- the doctors working on my teeth were talking about my husband and myself in my face. They were talking about other coworkers and I was very uncomfortable(they stopped working on my teeth multiple times to finish their laughing fits).
- the doctor and assistant messed up while operationg and told me as they were operating and tried to make it seem like it was funny or alright.
- (I had a root canal at the McDonough Endodontic center and everything was great- then I came to coast dental to have them take out the temporary filling and put in a permanent one and crown) they decided to do why they wanted and laser my gums which wasn't needed and didn't have all the tools and make fun of my tooth in the process.
- what was supposed to take an hour max lasted us a little over 3 hours in that place(with more pain and no crown)
2. Improper care
- they told me that the permanent crown would come in max 3 weeks and they didn't call till over a month and some change later to say it came in.
- the temporary they gave me didn't last 5 minutes in my mouth(on my right aside on the top which I haven't eaten with in months and still haven't), and when my husband called they told me to put tooth paste in it.
- no real solutions to anything and they left me with an inflamed gum which looks ready to burst while waiting for the crown (which I'm pretty sure I will not be able to get today because of my gums).
- my tooth now hurts and has gum meat surrounded that space meant to fit the crown in.
- no one has called to check or come up with anything.
3. Financial issues
- they changed the price from when we went in for medicine for the pain I had when I first noticed my tooth had a major problem. They gave us the prices for a root canal and crowns and etc. The price went up and my husband went to fix it. The woman who seemed to be the manager said that that happens in weeks but then changed it ok the spot. That's not how things work when dealing with insurance and the billing company and etc.
- my husband and I will not be paying to have them fix this issue they caused and we need solutions ASAP.

Nothing was professional, didn't appear legal. No one really had our best interest and appeared to discriminate because we were young.

Coast Dental Services dental cleaning

I had a very bad experience at this practice. I went for a dental cleaning and I ended up with so many tests. My dental assistant Jolio ran all those different type of tests and he wanted to do an oral cancer tests that was going to cost me $130 which I refused. After all those tests I was asked to pay $487 to do my cleaning. I said I never been asked to pay for my cleaning before. I was advised that I should have been paying for my cleaning if I did the proper cleaning. In over 30 years that I have been cleaning my teeth, this is the first time I was asked to pay almost $500 in addition to what my insurance will pay for dental cleaning. My cleaning was going to cost me over a $1000 between me and my insurance. When I refused to pay I was refused a regular cleaning that comes with my insurance twice a year. I will never go there again and I recommend people to refuse to get all of those tests that they force you to do to make more money.

Coast Dental Services billing, ft. myers office, gary aspinwall

On January 22, 2018 I had an appointment in your office to have a crown which had come loose examined and hopefully re-cemented. After the dental tech took several x-rays, Dr. Aspinwall cemented the crown back into place. After the procedure was completed he looked at my x-rays and asked if I had any other issues or complaints. I responded by saying I had one tooth with a sharp edge and wondered if he good smooth it off a little, which he did. Dr. Aspinwall then said that one of my crowns looked like it needed some attention, that in his opinion, it would probably crack before too much longer and if I chose to have it repaired it would eliminate the chance of it cracking and me losing the tooth all together.
I asked what the cost would be and the dental assistant asked what kind of crown I wanted? I said the cheapest one, no one can see it anyway! She said she would call and find out if my insurance would cover it and tell me how much my out of pocket would be. Upon returning, she said "great news, it's covered, and your co-pay is 125.00". I said that's great, I'll make an appointment, at which time I learned the office just had a cancellation and you could do it now!
After removing the crown, taking new molds, making a temporary tooth, I paid 195.00, which was my 125.00 deductible and I assume the cost for x-rays and re-cementing the tooth I originally came into the office to get fixed.
About two or three weeks later, the crown was ready to be installed and I returned to have it glued in which was done without any problems. After the tooth was installed, I was asked if I still wanted my teeth cleaned which I had inquired about on my previous visit. I said yes, and I made an appointment on March 16, 2018.
When I came into get my teeth cleaned I was told I needed a deep cleaning and my cost was 120.00, and it wasn't covered by my insurance? plus if I wanted some kind of special irrigation it would be an additional charge….. All I wanted was a normal cleaning, but I agreed to the $120.00 without the irrigation rinse upcharge.
When I was ready to leave the office and pay for the services, your office manager told me I owed additional $315.00, I said for what? She said my insurance didn't cover the crown! I said what! I was told my cost would be $125.00, she said well, I'm sorry, the type of insurance you have didn't cover it. I said, then we have a problem, because I wouldn't have had it done if it wasn't covered. She told me to call my insurance company which I did.
Delta told me my crown was covered, but the crown I chose was a more expensive crown than what is covered under my policy. When I asked if getting my teeth cleaned is covered, they said yes, twice a year and my co-pay is 15.00.
I called your office and left a message with my name and number to discuss this situation, but no one has called me back?
The bottom line is this, I was mis-informed about what my cost would be and now I'm being asked to pay another $315.00. I like Dr. Aspinwall, but let's be real about what really happened here. I've already paid your office a total of $315.00 for 3 procedures (re-cement, crown replacement and cleaning). I want to do the right thing, but I don't know what would be fair. It's in everyone's best interest to get this resolved, but asking me to pay another $315.00 is not the right answer, you need to take responsibility for not providing me with accurate information for which I totally based my expense decisions.
