Coast Dental Services - not able to contact office

I have been calling the Red Bug Lake Rd clinic. Goes to voice mail, then cant leave a message because its full. Have called the appointment line for 3 days and have escalated the importance, because they are delaying patient care by not providing the dental clearance needed for radiation treatments. Every number that I called, even corporate office number goes to appointment line. What is going on with Coast dental?

Desired outcome: Someone higher up than the appointment line to call me back, so that radiation treatments don't get delayed

It appears to be their standard operating procedure. It's happening where I live. The bully, intimidate and gaslight you hoping you will leave (that's if you have the flexibility of time to spend constantly going back to their office seeking some type of resolution). They need to be shut down. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, if I'd known that I would never have step foot in that office. CIGNA insurance, I feel, is complicit in this, their "network" was the main reason I chose these thieves for routine dental work which they charged me $732 for upfront. CIGNA covers that 100% and they KNEW it.

Coast Dental Services - Customer service and quality of product

I went in for an emergency visit with a broken front tooth, After X-rays and so on we decided to do a bridge. They gave me a price and we scheduled. We applied for care credit and told them to put it all on that. a weeks latter they wanted to charge me for a cleaning that was never discussed. We did all the bone work and put in a temp then Covid came . Just recently I was able to get back in and when I did there was a new DR . Once my temp came off the DR said Oh wow. I did not take that as a good sign . I asked and she said I would have done something different. So the DR was putting in my final bridge and it did not fit properly or look right at all. She suggested we don't put it in and do a remake. So she put in a temp. The next day the temp cracked(Friday). So Monday I called and scheduled for Thursday and same thing . The office manager said she was putting in for a remake. Meantime another temp. 2 hrs later it fell out my mouth. I tried to reach out all day on the 16 but I was either left on the phone or no response . So finally today I reached the office manager in winter springs and I need to say that this place is not at all professional. I was told to call and check and when I did the office manager tried to talk over me the entire time. She even said that if I would listen then I would understand the question and when I tried to respond she just kept talking over me the whole time .Very disappointed . I have asked for a full refund since I have been dealing with this for 4 months plus. I hope the refund goes better .
