THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS MADE ME PUT 5000.00 FOR THE APPRAISEL AFTER THEY SAID I WAS APPROVED THEN SENT THERE APPRAISER FROM COLORADO TO OREGON TO MAKE THE APPRAISEL ...WHEN THEY ARE NOT EVEN LICESEND WITH THAT STATE THEN BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE THE APPRAISEL REPORT EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR IT THEN WHEN I WORKED OUT A DEAL WITH THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WITH OWNER FINANCING AT A BETTER INTREST RATE THEY CALLED UP THE OWNER AND SAID I BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL THEY ARE LYING ###.

    3. The Black skine is not show on photos, Skype or other place.
    4. Profile in LinkedIN too is white clear from picture guy !
    5. Send only Fee /Tax document, which if re-read will find so elements of frau !

    This is just plain fraud! You did everything you could to keep from giving this loan. After months of being jerked around and lied to and deceived my son gave up. He walked away with his money in your pocket. Don't try and come off like some innocent lender who did his job! You did every thing you could to not close this deal. You left the owner of the motel holding the bag not my son. How do you people sleep at night?! It is people like your company that has cause the economy to crash. You can talk all the deceit you want. We know the bitter truth of all of this and I am sure many other people out there has gone thought the same thing. That is why there has been regulation but on companies like yours, not that this is going to do any good. You will just find a way around it and keep sticking it to hard working people.
    Yes he sign a loan commitment to put money in your pocket!
    He never disappeared you wanted more money up front! He refused to do so, that is when you made it impossible to close the deal.

    The client here signed an exclusive agreement to provide a loan commitment. The client accepted the commitment delivered by CMP Commercial on behalf of the bank and paid for the appraisal. Then the client disappeared while closing the loan with seller funds only to resurface to demand a refund. CMP Commercial was entitled to the full funding fee, but did not persue the case in court. He broke his contract and CMP Commercial never got compensated for a dime. Even the appraisal fee went to the appraiser.
