Hi, I purchase clover long life milk weekly but was dissatisfied with the taste of the my last purchase, the first one was ok, so was the 2nd but the 3rd had an awful taste, so did the 4th pack.It is my first disappointment with this product.

Just opened one of your yogurts for my granddchild and upon opening it there was a damn cockroach in it. And if you think of saying it's me or my grandchild here is to many witnesses who saw me open it directly from the fridge. Very disgusting and very disappointed. It was bought at Checkers in Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain and the product was sealed.

Good Day Clover Team.

We have used Cover products for many years but lately we have had several products that haven't reached their Best Before dates.

Today's situation was probably the worst.
We have had to throw out an unopened 2L of milk and a half finished 2L of milk almost a week befor they expire, both with the same BB date, both are clumpy and sour.

Todays date: 2019/11/08
Best Before dat: 2019/11/14

I bought a tropika juice (2l) today n gave my 2 year old son a glass of the juice. He immediately started crying n saying his tummy was sore, upon inspection of the juice I noticed that it was a bit foamy and when I tasted it, it was completely sour. So disappointing as the expiry date is only the 30th of November. For further information please call me on [protected] or [protected] as I need an explanation... It hasn't even been a week into November and the juice is already off. I have attached a pic for your reference.

I am a regular customer at Clover. I love your products and was always satisfied. Until recently
I bought clover cream today 27/10/2019. The BB date is 4/11/2019.

When I whipped the cream, it got all watery. Making clots and tasting very funny...

I am very disappointed. And would really reconsider buying clover fresh cream again...and am paying R25 just to throw it don't the drain...

This same thing happened 2 times before... And thought it was just a one time thing.
I attached a photo after whiping the cream. And I did nog over whip it...

I hope this problem will be addressed

I bought a 6 pack of classic smooth strawberry, peach and fruit cocktail yoghurt. And ate 2 from the pack. When I opened the strawberry Yoghurt the one the side of the Yoghurt had a orange colour instead of pink. I thought it just got mixed with the peach flavor, smelt it and then ate it until I vomited out everything as it tasted so disgusting similar to a battery acid taste.
I am utterly disappointed in clovers product as I bought this last week and the expiry date is only November 2019.

Hi. I purchased a 800g block of semi hard Gouda cheese at my local Checkers Hyper (Brackenfell, Cape Town) and upon wanting to use the cheese a few days later I noticed that the cheese was already mouldy.
The cheese is still sealed and I have not been to Checkers to return it as I no longer have my till slip
Please have a representative contact me to arrange for a product replacement. Thks

I'm sitting on hold... it's been 67 minutes... no response... they are "diligently working toward resolutions". I have a bar full of customers but can't close out any tabs... way to go Clover. Completely unacceptable. I have a hot Chi on my clover station in order to have clover call me back. I activated a hot tea, received a phone call, then was transferred three times to different people who were unable to help me out. It appears as though there is some type of error on the clover server. And they are basically avoiding calls from customer complaints. I have no idea how to close out customers tabs right now and fear that I will lose the revenue from these customers due to chargebacks associated with incomplete transactions. When I need their assistance most they are not able to help out. Way to glue clover

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and possible consumed poison from your 3 litre Clover Quali Juice . I'm really worried about what I consumed and the effects it could have on my unborn child .

I purchased the juice on the 26th of September 2019 . Subsequently I missplaced the recipt. I cant retune the product the store. I would like you to collect the product by me and test it to find out what I injested. Also I would like that you please replace my juice.

I recently purchased 3 of the 800g clover cheese upon using them to top our pizzas and leaving them in the oven the cheese does not melt in any way it just dries up burns turning brown take a look at the picture, this is very concerning and with all the rumors going around of plastic being used in cheese does this give me grounds to sue yours [censored], as my kids etc have already consumed this so called cheese

Hi i have purchsed this cheese from gateway checkers in durban, with the best before date the 20/09/2019 and noticed the cheese is already mouldy and hard. This is highly unacceptable from clover. The new packaging is not the nicest either its hard to separate. We have loved your gouda slices but this last packet we purchased was not of clovers standard.

Last week I bought two packs of the abovementioned product. Upon opening the first one I realised the cheese was very crumbly and did not have the consistency I am used to. Even when I cut it as usual, it would just fall apart. I could not even grate it. Now that I opened the second pack, the same occured. Is it something you changed i the recipe or is it the storage at your facility or Pick and Pay Madelief centre that is not up to standard? I never had problems with your product before.

This new margarine that is so widely advertised on Expresso every weekday is not available in the local Supermarkets. I was blessed to have seen it at a Spar Branch in Riverside Durban but when I went back it was sold out and informed by the Management that they don't know when they will receive new stock. If you are going to advertise your product on National TV, please ensure that you follow it up by making it available for us consumers to be able to try it out and see for ourselves that it is as fantastic as advertised. I await to hear from you with a positive response.

My brother purchased three six packs of the new clover numel milk for me and I was not happy at all with the product I got. The milk was all separated and chunky when I poured a glass to drink. Then I tried opening another box from the second pack it was very discoloured. It was very yellow in colour and had bubbles in it. The next pack when I tried making a bowl of cereal from that one after warming the milk the milk was exactly like gone off milk the milk was separated from the water and it was lumpy.
I have purchased numel before and it was not at all like this. I'm not happy

Dear Sir/Madam,
With respect I purchased the Clover Gouda 800 gram cheese block about a week back and unfortunately, for the first time in my life, as well as being an avid cheese lover, I had to give away most of the cheese block due its terrible taste! It was marked Mild 2 with a subtle taste. I even tried to melt the cheese. The sell by date was well within limits, and the packet was sealed. Unfortunately, I cannot see myself ever buying the Clover Gouda cheese product again!

The Clover fresh milk that I have recently purchased expires on 05 September 2019, however, when I used it yesterday (02/09/2019) it was already spoilt. See attached pictures.

Please note that this is not the first time. Two weeks ago this also happened, but I just disposed of it. The 2lt that I also purchased spoiled before the expiry date. I had also disposed of it, but I am experiencing this way to many times and therefore had to complain.

I have been buying Clover Danone for a very long time but recently it has been nothing but a disappointment, 2 weeks ago I bought 12 Danone and the condition was very bad and I had to get rid of them since I couldn't take them back to where I bought them because of the distance.

Today I bought 48 Danone from Shoprite and I again it was in a very bad condition, I am very disappointed because I have waisted so much money on this now I don't know what to do.

I had purchased a 250 ml Clover Fresh Cream from Pick n Pay in Woodmead on 14 August 2019. The expiry date on the packaging was dated 04 September 2019. However, when I got home and opened the packaging, the cream had a terrible smell & had gone bad. The cream was frothy and tasted sour. I had already started cooking & could not go back to the store to return the cream, instead I threw it in the bin. I had to then use milk & flour to make a sauce for the pasta that I was making before. This is the second time that I have experienced such poor quality & it is disappointing especially since the expiry date had not been reached.

We as a company, Total Modimolle, received the last delivery on the 1st of August 2019, we paid the invoice on the 5th of August. Did not receive any calls or deliveries from the 1st of August, to just find out that our Account is on hold!
On Tuesday, the 13th the Call centre, took our order, and it should be delivered yesterday, the 15th of August - still no delivery!
Customers are complaining - and we're telling all the customers about the bad service from Clover

Hi there, just very disappointed buying the clover orange juice in south Africa. This has been a firm family favorite for many of years in my household, just recently say about 6months ago, it began tasting very different. Gone were the fruity orange juice that tastes now like its been watered down. Extremely disappointed especially since it costs quite a lot.
