Clientele Deduction via debit order before my money are in my account causinge y pay unnecessary fees

My debit goes off before my money are in my account causing me to pay unnecessary fees at the bank. I want to change my Deb t order date. This almost happens every time wheny due date falls over a weekend. My name is Malcolm Hoffmeester. Please contact me on [protected]. I have a cash back funeral policy and another policy.

Clientele Unauthorized debit order

I was recently tricked by a clientele sales person.she told me that clientele is offering bursaries, as a person who's in need of a bursary I gave her my personal details and my money on my account was taken, it is said that I have joined a clientele life insurance.. I need my money back because I didn't join a life insurance and I'm still a teenager who can't provide from himself.

Clientele Debit order

My incident took place at Kwaggafontein Moloto road four way were I was wrongly manipulated to provide all my personal information by sweet talkers advertising their service then all of the sudden I was involved in an unauthorized debit order I want it to be canceled ASAP here's my ID number [protected] I will really like my full refund because I'm a student I can't even provide for myself how will I be able to pay Clientele legal policy.

I've join without my presents and they deduct R280 ×2 in single month also I want to cencal this clientele legal policy I want nothing do with it

Clientele Debit order

I was wrongly manipulated to join clientele but because I lacked knowledge I was involved in a wrongful company and at wrong time they've took my personal information and then boom I'm involved in the debit order I wasn't planning for. I'm a student my savings are deducted monthly

Clientele Legal aid

Clientele breached our contract, I was fired February 2020, I kept paying until my last cent Clientele doesn't care what I went through, deciding to pay my premiums or feed my kids. I choose to pay my Clientele premiums thinking this matter will be sorted immediately but months after I was dismissed from work and months after claiming, Clientele dragged they feet to solve my case. I was chasing Clientele down for months to fix my situation. I had to represent myself while I paid my premiums to Clientele. I had represent myself at the CCMA while paying my premiums to Clientele. Everytime I call Clientele using my last money, the call center agent doesn't even call me back when my Airtime runs out to finish the process, Some Clientele call center agents promised me a lawyer will call me in a few days but it never happend, I have spoken to more than 10 Clientele agents who assured me my case was being handled. I was warned that this is how Clientele operates. Clientele lied to me and today Clientele won't represent me because I don't have money to pay my premiums while unemployed. Clientele wants me to keep paying for services they don't provide. Months after claiming at Clientele Am still unemployed, I ran out of my pay out money months ago because I was still paying Clientele every month. Clientele are criminals, Clientele took my money for months and did nothing. Clientele is in breach of our contract I paid and Clientele didn't do a single thing.

So am not going to commit suicide anymore, my mission in life is to tell people My Story of how I was Robbed by Clientele and hopefully help someone from making the same mistake of putting all they Trust an Money in Clientele. Am seeking external professional help like Clientele said I should. I want all my premiums paid back to me. The Clientele services are awful, Clientele doesn't care at all about me but Clientele knew my situation, Clientele had my case for months and waited till I went flat broke to tell me my policy has not been paid so they won't represent me but Clientele has Never Ever represented even when I was Paying my premiums. If I was a White Person I wouldn't be going through this darkness alone. Ombudsman is not the only help am going to seek, now am going public with my story. I was paying Clientele to protect me instead Clientele is destroying my life.

Clientele Funeral cover

Hi can you please help me cancel my policy with due respect [protected]. I didn't get any call from clientele consultants since the deductions started last year and I sent an email to their services so that I can cancel my policy but still i'm being ignored, id no:[protected] please i'm tired of this company and we haven't made any agreements, but only the agents who asked me to give them my id number and my bank card to check if I can qualify for their funeral cover then they said one of their consultants will phone me, till today I haven't get any call from clientele consultants

Clientele Premium life cover

I srnd numerous of e-mails and phone calls to services @clientele.co.za they don't come back to you, I don't know there is just nobody who is in charge or can take responsibility to look in your matter, life is tough and you put 10% inflation on our policy, I can't afford my policy from 01 august 2020 and I can't lose all my premiums which I already paid, I just want to ask to put my inctrease of my policy on hold or the inflation which you called it, which is far out of the gazzete of the state? Every people struggle with finance and now suddenly you can't help us and take our money? You help me previous and now you can't, what is happening to company? My id nr is [protected] mr f.J. Cilliers, really your people by client service is nor probably bern trained, they can't make decisions and why did you help me previously and now suddenly my policy don't give them an option this is really bad service, they promise me a manager will come back to me, and till now nothing happens? Where is your management to help this people, sitting at home and eat our money? I want urgently this matter to be resolve because it is nearly august, but clientele 3 years back and now is two different company's, they are busy to steal money with an inflation of 10%, this is really bad and they try to cover up their responsibility against the clients, my tel nr is [protected] for any evidence, there is one time which I phone the sevices dept where they cancelled my policy that's how stupid they are, I asked only to not increase my policy, not to cancelled, I got prove of this they reinstate my policy after a big fight, I am paying my tel bills to hold on till up more then 10 mins everytime for nothing, no one can assist you, really someone had to be done please I am asking very nicely,

Clientele I cancelled my policy with clientele but still money is being deducted from my account

I once opened a Clientele policy around December but then I cancelled it after losing my job around mid January, but then last month Clientele deducted R210 from my account then I went back to the lady who helped start up the policy she assisted me in cancelling it. Yesterday Clientele deducted R210 again from my account, I now dont understand what is happening because I cancelled that policy not once How can I get my money back from Clientele?
Clientele has been nothing but a nightmare to me because I keep on losing my money while I cancelled my policy. An amount of R420 has already been deducted from my account ( last month and this month)
Please assist while its still early

Never again am I doing business with Clientele, the service is poor and they do not assist in time when you have a complaint but when it comes to deductions from our accounts ay their very fast
I'll be expecting a response from now

Clientele ifa policy

I cancelled my policy with IFA(clientele life policy) and they send me a feed back to show that they have cancelled only to find out this month that the policy wasn't cancelled. After my bank notify me of debt debted by IFA so please i want my money back into my account and assuring me that they wont debt it again. Before the end of this day i want my money back

Clientele unauthorised debit

Clientele — unauthorized debit

I do not have any policy with Clientele and never confirmed any debit order for clientele. But i was suprised when i recieved 2 messages from my bank showing i had paid 2 debits to clientele on 2 different policy numbers. Since i never confirmed any debit order for clientele, this can possibly mean clientele accessed my third parties without my knowledge and my consent, i would then request clientele to repay all the amount back to my account before the end of today.

Clientele unauthorized debit

I have called the complaints department numerous times and my issue has not been resolved for over 2 months.

I do not have any policy with Clientele and do not attend to in the near future due to the professionalism and the turnaround time that Clientele attends to complaints. However there have been debit amounts on my account for an amount of R295 in the month of November and December 2018 totalling to R590.00 unauthorized debit.

The reference number my compliant is CER532672.

Please note that, I have been failing to get someone to resolve and reimburse me the money, should I do not receive a response I will accelerate my complaint to FAIS Ombudsman.

Clientele dignity plan

Greetings
I am hereby stook thus policy and how ever feel like the consultant which I spoke too uyanda left our some very important information.
Now sudden death appears in my family as i'm trying to claim, hence the consultant tsepiso I spoke too now said I am the only one covered, which I really don't follow because the guy who signed up my contract said I could cover up to 13 people, from there I covered my mom three brothers and my niece. As I am claiming it's quite a shock that only me is covered. Its been five months since i've joined the policy and I am not happy at all.. How ridiculously would I cover myself alone, where is there common sense in there? I am very cross that such important information was not given to me, therefore feel like the people behind the desk "consultant uyanda" what they urge for is to make numerous sales with left out information. Now plz tell me how exactly must I wait for approximately two weeks for thus complain to actually be filed? Whilst I i've a body sitting by mortuary waiting for burial. I am not happy how consultants easily convince us to take such polices whilst they aim is to reach the target of sales. With all due respect, I am very cross and right puzzled and don't know what to do, I have to be by work within after one week, here am I having to wait for 2weeks for my query or compliant to be filed, whilst my family are relying on me and yet assured they all safe and covered.

Clientele wealth plan

Morning I've been with clientel in 2017 via IFA funeral plan and business .so past month a lady phoned me offering me a wealth plan, I then explained to her that since I don't need funeral plan with Clientel what she can do is change the my funeral plan to wealth plan she agreed that she can do that, with the same amount I was paying and that I R295 monthly .and you always debit that on the 25th of every month .and today I woke to another Debit order of R220 what is it for cause that's not what we agreed in .please I want my money. I can't pay R515 for something that I don't really need.

I would like to cancel my policy, I tried sending email regarding the cancellation of my policy I could get help the responses I got we're not helpful . I would like to get my money back hence I didn't Know it will lead to deduction of my income each month . My AF number it's AF855506. I'm not working and I cannot afford to pay pay R420 per month as a student . Please I'll appreciate your assistance in this matter

Clientele funeral

My claim is taking too long, I thought it's 24 hours to after receiving all necessary documents but it's more than that. When on the 14th June I was told something is adding up on this claim and they are still investigating. how long is the investigation of a funeral cover? What would happened if I did not have other options to bury my brother who had his funeral cover?

I had a Lasting dignity cashback plan with Clientelle from 01/11/2006 which I was hoping will allow me to bury my loved ones with dignity one day, but was disappointed by Clientelle. This policy was paid up until the time in August 2018 before the first claim which was submitted in October 2018. Due to factors outside my control which a caring company would have understood, Clientelle chose to repudiate my claim due to not having received the September and October premiums. I informed that I was not aware of the unpaid stop order premiums since I had traveled to attend to a life and death matter concerning one of my insured persons. After referring the matter to the "Arbitrator", the decision was upheld that Clientelle did not do anything wrong and that if one premium is not paid at the time of claiming, the Policy will lapse. This is really heartless and demoralizing to clients. It would have made sense if they could provide records that they indeed warned me about the possible lapse of my policy due to unpaid premiums that were paid via stop order. There are many issues that can arise from this arrangement and once a caring company detect unpaid premiums it should attempt to get hold of its client to try and resolve the matter. In this instance Clientelle claims, they send 2 SMSes to warn the client. What if that number does not exist? This is daylight robbery!

Jhooooo that's what they do even me I lodge a claim on August bt even today they always came up with excuses first they told me about investigation until nw they were saying it gonna take 14 working days bt it's already 23rd day today still under investigation if it's how they steal our money they are crooks
