Clicks Retailers Complaining about the store manager

My name is Slavia Mate.
I have a complain about Clicks store manager at The Glen Shopping Centre.

Today at around 10:30 I went to the store to exchange a damaged blender.

I was assisted by the Store Manager by the name of Kenneth Sibambo who gave the worst customer service I ever had in a retail store.

He was first busy on is phone laughing at his messages as I'm talking to him.

He then tells me I have to wait cause he does have stock so they will call me once they have.I told him I couldn't wait so I wanted a refund rather.
He said he couldn't refund cause he did not have cash in non of the tills.

I talk him I couldn't go back he then said okay ill refund you.
He still seats on his chairs carries on talking and giggling with his staff as I stand waiting looking at him.

Only once I told him I was I in a hurry he got up and helped the cashier with a refund.

For a store senior manager what kind an example is he sending to his staff with that kind of a behavior.

Very disappointed customer.

Clicks Retailers Poor regard for paying customers

In April 2020 I purchased a cordless kettle online. It arrived without a base. I was informed to go into the store to exchange it, this after I explained I shop online because I am disabled and reliant on oxygen. I was so frustrated, I decided to just purchase another one. It arrived today and again, no base. Customer care are simply no help. I am unable to go into the store, this was the reason that I just purchased another one. Very disappointed that such little regard is shown for paying customers. I do not have any expectation other than to receive what I paid for.

Clicks Retailers Terrible service and rude pharmacist at clicks in thaba mall

The pharmacy assistant didn't process my father's chronical claim correctly, sending him home with only 2 of 11 items. I contacted the medical aid to determine why only two items would have been processed. The medical aid confirmed that all 11 items have been approved on his benefit and should have been cleared for processing.

I contacted Wilma at Clicks in Thaba Mall. She advised me that she doesn't know why I had to go and contact the medical aid. She barked at me that they are only two people on duty and slammed the phone in my ear. I then contacted the Pharmacist to complain but clearly he leads by example with bad behaviour. He condoned her behaviour and blamed my 74 year old father instead.

Needless to say, I will be moving our business to another pharmacy where people are treated with respect.

I am complaining about the disgustingly experience I received from the clicks staff in Bellville and how they lied about the policies that clicks has they wouldn't exchange a parcel I had just recently bought all I needed was the correct size they told me no exchanges are made without the slip and you are not allowed to exchange anything withhold a click...

My husband went to clicks heiderand, mossel bay to buy an e bucks card. The cashier was extremely rude & arrogant said she knows nothing about it & left my husband standing there. He then asked if she was going to help him or not then said they haven't received the cards yet. Staff at clicks are rude, arrogant & very unhelpful. Will not shop at clicks again 😠😠😠

Clicks Retailers Manager safe sesh

I have hand in n philips saver at clicks gezina on 13 March 2020
During April a store worker phone me to inform me shaver will be exchange with a new one.
On 1 may i went to store to collect the shaver.Unfortunaly it looks of there s only one person who work with repair and if the person is off no one can help.
I spoke to Sefa Seshbe the manager but he is more intrest in his possion as manager then to help customers.He s also quick to say i can lots a complain if
I like. Why can only one person help with a repair. The manager have nt even look in the repair book or at my repairslip.This service will make that i never buy any thing from clicks again.There was no sign of customer service from the manager he just tell you to come tomorrow if thats customer service clicks have nothing of that

Clicks Retailers Covid 19

To i collected my medication and firstly these was no prototypical in place in terms of seating clients that they waited for the meds... Even after it had been pointed out to by a member of the public.

The most disturbing fact was when i arrived at the teller...This young man had a look of dis pear...As none of the management at Clicks are taking better care of their staff ! Again NO PRECAUTION MEASURES, they go about the day with no face mash and no gloves.

So whist seeing all this, whats playing in the background... What Clicks is doing about the safety of the clients... seriously!.

You enter the store and are given wet wipes not just any but BABY WET PIPES are are dumped inbox .

Seriously Guys...

Clicks Retailers Bad service with attitude

Clicks Wonderpark

12/03/2020 I bought Isomile milk 2 and realized when I get home I was supposed to get Isomile milk3.

I went back to Clicks Wonderpark to exchange for Isomile milk 2 to Isomile milk3. Clicks agent told me to go to Customer Service booth. I went there, the queue was long in the normal tellers, there were only 2 cashier tellers. I waited at the booth, a Clicks employee came to assist. Instead of assisting me with the change he tells me I have to queue up for the exchange, I asked why, it's just an exchange. He looked at me and said, "it's Clicks policies, or should I rather call you the manager"?

I said yes please. They called the Clicks Manager Lorrete Bodila. They explained to her, she didn't even greet me, she just said, "yes you have to join the queue". She had a sarcastic attitude and a don't care attitude. I said, "I'd rather get my money back instead of exchanging", she said, "no problem, but you would still have to join that queue for us to refund you. The attitude she had!

It's not the first time I exchange products in Clicks Wonderpark but this was the first, such an attitude coming from a Clicks manager. I asked her name, she showed me her name badge, removing her cellphone.

I waited in a queue and she refunded me with a sarcastic face. This kind of a service is unacceptable for Clicks. As customers we knew Clicks as a Service oriented retailer, now even Clicks management is giving customers unnecessary attitude.

Clicks Retailers Service

So today my sister and I went to the downstairs Clicks at our apartments as we are residents at the Woodstock Quarter Apartments. We needed to do our make up shopping. We were followed by a strange guy who is now the new security at the store because the old one that knows us is on maternity leave. This guy started following us and it became very uncomfortable to a point I had to ask him I'd there was any thing wrong that we were doing. I spend a couple of Rands at click on a monthly basis to a point Tjd stuff knows us there. I really felt like the security guy treated me and my sister like thieves to a point I felt like my right as a consumer were violated. I understand he is doing his job to make sure that the store has no thieves but I have void that I will never use that store again coz it was really uncomfortable to be followed by a man who I didn't even know what his intentions were.

Today Sat 14 Dec 2019 no money in my bank account

With this email, I'm going to open a criminal case at SAPS, theft under false impressions

Suspects : will be personal assisted me with this refund, Darren & Finance at online orders refund, manager Bianca assisted me last and Clicks Company

Clicks Retailers ariel washing liquid

We'd 04.12'19 morning, I ordered online products from Clicks, payment went immediate through, I received an email as proof of order and payment, saying 1-3 working days to be delivered, Mo 09.12'19 I phoned early morning to ask about my order, I got an escalation no that someone will phone me about my order, at 16h50 I phoned again, before they close, I'm put through to the person that needed to phone me, Darren, saying that he works until 19h00 an would've phoned me, really, from this morning, twice my airtime, now he's looking for my order, o it's out of stock, from Wed 04.12 my order and payment went through, until Mo 09.12 I needed to phone twice, now he tells me, with attitude, I have to wait up to 3days for amount to return to my bank account, when I made payment, clicks received immediately their money, no emails, no sms, no phone calls, informing me out of stock, pefetic, how many online orders go through, with this service delivery, I was informed by a staff member, this is the service I'll receive from online, they don't do what they say or promise on online orders

13h20, again I have to phone Clicks again on my airtime, speak to Willeen at Finance, informing me that I have to wait 3days for my money, I request for Manager, holding on phone for almost 3min, I spoke to Bianca and after numerously requesting my money, because my order was done 04.12, on my phone call 09.12 discovered no stock, today 10.12 another 3days to get back that's mine, my airtime died on me and I forward an email to Bianca for immediate refund to my account, no returning phone call, I'm just a public who Clicks rob

Darren from online, would'vesend me an conformation email from 17h tot 19h, that he did forward my request for refund asap to finance, its 20h30, nothing, the same way my order was treated from Wed 04.12

Today, Tu 10.12, I was promised by Darren yesterday, that before 10h, finance would inform me of refund, again another big lie, my money was good last week Wed when I paid, now I must struggle to get my money back asap, due to there service lacking

This is the best of Clicks, Bongi from Clicks Customer Service CT, phones me now, Tu 10.12 @ 11h33, INFORMING me that the items I ordered, is out of stock, really, 7-days later picking up there's no stock and after I spoke to this Darren person, that don't do, as he promised to me yesterday, trying to calm me, giving me extra back on my club card, With only swiping at Clicks, no I don't want anything from them, I also got an email request on Facebook from Clicks, until now, no response or money in my bank account, this is how clicks steals from the public

Clicks Retailers service complaint

Good Day

I trust this email finds you well. On the 28th of November 2019 at 4pm.I stopped by at Clicks Parow Centre after work because it was close to work and i needed to get a few things before black Friday and the weekend shopping madness. I needed a foundation as well as a setting powder. The way Click is structured you stock your different brands next to each other and have a make up consultant close by to advise.

As i browsed at the different brands i had trouble with finding the prefect colour to suit my complexion. I spent +- 10 min reading the brands trying to test the colours on my inner arm to find the suitable colour.

The make up consultant standing there never once asked me if i needed assistance, yet she applied make up to her own face, staring in the mirror chatting to every other random staff member passing by. Eventually after really not having a clue i asked her for assistance she looked at me and said we don't have that (Yardley)setting powder as a tester.I then asked her do you have the foundation and we could see, they didn't stock that either. My irritation was not that the item was not in stock it was the way she spoke in a unhelpful manner.

I then reached out to her and asked her to advised which setting powder i can use in a another brand. I thought that it would just be logic advising a customer with an alternate.

She went to the mirror again and this time started removing her make up because she said " ek is nou duk al van die make-up". Eventually she advised me to use Essence warm toast after waiting. Not having a tester again she swiped some across her finger across the powder and put it on my inner arm and said you see? See what the colour was lighter than my arm? Feeling so helpless i said ok il swipe my finger and she said put it on your nose not looking at me looking in the mirror removing her make up. She looked at me saying you can take the colour if you want but that is up to you. I was like what the hell seriously?

I was so dissapointed in her manner of speaking, advising and also the interest in herself more than the customer. I left the products just there and decided to go to Edgars to seek professional help.I don't remember her name, however she is short, wears a wig and is fairly dark. That was truly bad service, there are many people out there looking for a job and this the way that woman decided to represent Click, Parow Centre.
