Clicks Retailers pharmacy

I went to clicks pharmacy to go pick up my pills then they tell me someone allready got the pills in graff reniet why did they give my pills to someone in graff reniet and am in beaufort and i took n box the same month the other person took n box now my subsprubsion is done all because of this lady i want this problem sorted and i want my pills. because of clicks nw i dont have any pills why did the person in graff reniet give the person the pills if he saw it was already given out for that month am staying in beaufort west and my telephone numbers is [protected] work [protected]

Clicks Retailers service.

I went to clicks Mariental Namibia a few times. I love that shop. The many times I been there, I never had a friendly service, only the boys there are friendly. The cashiers are so loud, if there nobody at the till, the one is screaming from the front to the back "kasiere!" They usually stand together there by the counter talking there own stories, very loud speaking and laughing, it's so Unprofessional! a few times when I get to the cashier, the price was not right, then I have to wait while shes screaming for somebody to come and help. no problem to wait, but the way they call somebody oh my goodness! They all need training, they cant serve a customer. I don't know how to explain it, its a zoo there, I never see so many unprofessional people in one place! Please do something, the shop is nice and clean, but it is not a pleasure at all to walk in there and feel how they laugh and talk bad behind your back only because you ask for better service. Please do something I want to enjoy shopping there, its a beautifull place to do shopping, that staff especially the woman are dusgusting. Thanks for listening to me.

Clicks Retailers online order

Good morning

In July 2019 I placed an online with order Clicks and none of my discounts went through upon checkout and payment. I then contacted the customer care line immediately to advise them of what just happened. They said there was an online problem and they are attending to the matter and will get back to.

I have called in 2 times since then and Clicks has still not refunded my money nor had the decency to even contact me. I order with Dischem as well online and must be honest, their service is amazing. I would expect so much more from Clicks considering they have been around so much longer.

Please can Clicks refund my money they took from me or should this be classified as theft?

Clicks Retailers pharmacy

I gave the pharmacist the prescription for antibiotics as my GP prescribed, instead I was given pills to treat high blood pressure and water retention. Not only does this boil down to extreme medical negligence, I was hospitalized due to the side effects of the wrong pill I took. I took the medication as I was instructed to (2x tabs 4 times a day). I started having extreme side effects after already inducing 20 of the pills I was given. So much for a great health care system and trusting your health care provider not to kill you by accident.
It is extremely pathetic.

Hi Samantha, Yvette here. At which Clicks did this happen? The same happened to me and the Clicks which we had a huge fall out with yesterday, said my husband and me are the only two people complaining about the service.

Clicks Retailers pharmacy

I have an issue to sort out with horison view clicks( The village). I have tried since 9am to get a hold of them telephonically but the phone phone was never picked up. Called the head office to get clarity, instead i was put on hold until the phone automatically hung up.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in Clicks and my problem is still not resolved.

Clicks Retailers clubcard

I damaged my clubcard a few months back and went to Clicks King William's Town to ask for another one. They gave me a new card and I learned a few days later that it was not linked to my old one. I then went back to the same store and asked that they link it and they said it would be done in 24 hours. I carried on using the card and found out that this was still not done. I downloaded the app to try and see if I could get this done myself but could not sign into the app. On Tuesday I called customer care and I was told that the email address on record is different to what I'm using now and I asked the lady to please update it. She said it would take 24 hours. The next day I tried again and I was still not able to sign in so I called customer care again and this time I was told that the lady who assisted me the previous day had only updated my contact details and not login details. I asked the lady to please fix that and make it all right and she said she did and I must wait 24 hours. I asked her to also see if she could check the link for my card to my original card I had before. She said the link was not done but she would fix it and I would need to wait 48 hours. This morning I'm trying to sign in and still I'm getting the same error and this tells me that this whole thing still has not been resolved. I am not getting agitated and annoyed with this whole thing because I've been trying to get it all done for so long with so much patience. I'm extremely unhappy now and very frustrated by all this.

Clicks Retailers crèche guard

I purchased a few items on 10 Oct 2019. At the till I saw crèche guard for an extremely low price and took. I asked the cashier why it was so cheap and she just shrugged her shoulders. I took it in good faith as I am a loyal clicks customer who has not had an issue like this before. When I gave it to my lil nephew his mum noticed that the expiry date was 10/19.

I brought it back to the store to exchange but was told that I would have to the full price for the non expired one!
Firstly I think it is entirely unethical to sell expired items even if it is at a reduced price. What would have happened to my nephew if his mum didn't notice that it was expired!
I will be taking this matter further as I'm not happy with the response of the Store Manager and how many people are exposed to this unknowingly.

Clicks Retailers service delivery and poor customer service at the call center

I placed an order online ref:#[protected]
The time of arrival is up to 3 working days. I received a confirmation email and sms to say my order is on route on the 7/10/19. I've been calling the call center since the 8th and was told the order is still on route but can't confirm how far/ where it is. Yesterday being the 3rd day I logged 2 calls, on the 1st instance I was told Clicks is well within their time frame and therefore I must just wait for my order. Later in the day- minutes before 5 I called again. The gentleman took my order number after listening to me and put me on hold for 15 minutes and later cut my call.
At this point it's day 4, I am going out of the country this afternoon and haven't heard anything from Clicks. I am deeply disappointed by the level of service received.

Clicks Retailers iron

I bought a safe way iron at clicks Umtata Plaza at the beginning of the year but now its not working so i took it to the store where i bought it, because they said i should return is when its giving me problems with the slip and the box, i no longer have the slip with me but its still has the box, unfortunately they they said didn't assist at all instead the manager gave me attitude saying there is nothing she can do and its not first time they doing this last time a bought a black Opel foundation they had no testers they just gave the one which they thought was suitable for my sick, which was not when i applied then when i was returning it back they didn't assist until i went to another clicks .

am sure if it was a white person they would have made a plan but they taking advantage because am black i even called the call center they also didn't help me.

Clicks Retailers an expired product was sold to me

Good day,

I purchased the my natural hydration mask on the 8th of September to discover that it's been expired in June so 3 whole months and it was still on the shelf.

I would like a replacement product and a gift card worth to reimburse me for the cab fareing my time because I have to pay to fetch the replacement.

I'll load the pictures of the product. I haven't used it yet. Tis such a waste of my time. I love the product but I need a replacement product and a gift card for the inconvinience.

Clicks Retailers pharmacy service

I went to Clicks menyln mall pharmacy, that pharmacy need to change the service or even better hire more staff if possible you get to the pharmacy to a line and only one person is helping the line where are the others? why do the have prescription side and over the counter if only one person is only working
I was about to leave and go to the next pharmacy which is close by dischem or medirite but the young lady (ANNA) who was helping the line had a very beautiful smile to every customer she was helping only that smile made me to wait
but they seriously need to change their services or clicks will loose us as customers because we getting the same medication we can get in other stores

Clicks Retailers power serum

Good day Sir/Madam

I purchased a power serum from Clicks, the dropper was broken, I didn't realise. I used it and a tiny piece of glass/whatever material the dropper was made of nicked my face, it bled on that spot. I am very disappointed that something so dangerous can happen with your products, it could have been worse and could and should be prevented from happening ever again.

I do trust that you will attend to my concern as soon as possible.

Clicks Retailers responsible pharmacist

Today my mom went to fill a prescription for my dad at the clicks Pharmacy in Springs. She specifically told the RP that served her that she did not want generics as the doctor had advised against it. The RP said he would give her the original antibiotic and went on to dispense Zithrogen which is a generic. My mom phoned me afterwards as I am a pharmacist myself and i told her that Zithromax is the original. Either your RP lied to my mom thinking she wouldnt know any better, or he is ignorant and doesnt know which is the originator of the medication. Either way this unacceptable service as a medical professional nevermind the RP.

Clicks Retailers inconsiderable poor service and lack of decision making

I have been a client for clicks for over 2 years. My medical chronic was dispensed by them and they advised that they have delivery services as well for people who are working and cant get to the shop in time to collect their medication. They have been giving me a extremely good service. I could get my medication in time and the service was excellent. This month I was expecting my medication as normal and passed 3 days, still no one pitched. I called clicks to advise what is the delay and the informed that unfortunately Head Office decided to terminate the services inconsiderably. As clients, we were not contacted of such decision and taking into consideration that some of us are on chronic medication, we depend on this medication to survive and I had to default my intake for 4 days ...

I feel that is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. You gamble with peoples lives to such an extend and you don't inform us whatsoever. The service proven to be excellent is now a disgrace because you have no respect for people. Did you even take this into consideration for those older and critical patience who were benefiting from this service, how is going to inconvenience them ? Have you considered the repercussion having us going to queue long lines for a service which was accommodate us to minimise the strain and frustration to get serviced ? I am very disappointment to say the list because we have been loyal customers to you and this is what we get in return ? What is the use of having your services if we don't get satisfactory joy out of it ...? I think you better gather around the table again and reconsider this decision, not for you but the business as well as your customers who deserve this service. Not everyone is privileged and have cars to get to your shops and the delivery service is very imperative and is a demand, not an option as you may perceive . get your act together and re-activate this service for those who are more disadvantaged and desperately requires this service

I hope you will reconsider and feedback will be supplied to all the Quagga Clicks customers going forward

Clicks Retailers bad service

Worse service ever! I went to gonubie, kings mall, east london clicks yesterday morning. Standing in the rain waiting for the doors to open at 08:00 I have asked the person at the door when the store will open. He answer, s "I don't know" and after a few minutes, I asked him again and then he replied "our system is off". Still they leave the customers standing in the rain. Nobody went outside and explain the situation to the public... Just keep everybody waiting. : (

This morning, I went back. Standing at a close clicks in gonubie, kings mall again at 08:00. Again I was turned away with the words "our systems is off". I was called back with "o sorry, the systems is not off". Never never will I do business with any clicks again. Worse services and unfriendly staff that don't know what is going on in their stores. I snipped my card in front of them. I will not recommend clicks to anybody!

Clicks Retailers pharmacy prescription medication

Good Day,

I'm very unhappy about the service I received from the pharmacist today who assisted in the prescription section! I went to Clicks at 13h50pm and waited in the queu like all the other clients. I have a prescription which my neurologist normally sent to me via e-mail as he is at Kloof Hospital in PRETORIA and i'm in Randburg. When I got to the counter I asked the pharmacist that I need ONLY Adco Dapax which is a normal waterpill. I did explain to him that I get my prescription from Dischem but at the time when my husband collected my prescription he did not get the waterpill as I still had a few left. The pharmacist said he can't help me and that he can't accept my prescription if my neurologist did not mail it to him! I showed him that the mail was sent from Kloof hospital and then he said he does not know me or my doctor and that I must go to Dischem. He treaded me as if I want to get the prescription double! Everything goes through my medical aid Discovery. I did not ask for the full prescription and did not lie... He said that he can't pick my details up nor my husbands details and did not even bother to add them onto clicks system. He said looks like my clicks card is a duplicate, and mentioned two other peoples names. Not sure how I get my points if the card does not belong to us! He walked away and ignored me... I stay in Malanshof and Dischem closes at 2pm. I won't make it in time hence the reason I went to Clicks. Normally I spent a R1000 plus per month at Clicks but I will not buy from any Clicks again due to this service received.

Clicks Retailers slow service

After Telkom, Clicks probably has the worst service in SA. No matter which Clicks you walk in, you are bound to be met by long cues and slow service at tills. Why is this the case? In no other pharmacy have I ever waited as long as in a Clicks. Do not think because you probably have the most successful loyalty program in SA that your service can be crap. You're gonna lose a lot of loyal customers. Its not hard. Just train your staff to be more efficient. Get systems in place to let make your flow in the dispensary more efficient. If you are purposely slow at the tills to increase the chances of people buying sweets, your strategy sucks. You're losing hundreds of feet per day because people refuse to let their time go to waste because of your notoriously slow service. You can be the best pharmacy chain in SA if you provide the same value in terms of time as you do on money.

Hi, at which Clicks branch was this? I have a query with clicks in middelburg and they said this morning, yelling at me, that my husband and me are the only people who has a problem with their service. horrible thing happened though. when my husband yelled at them yesterday afternoon after a year of bad service, wrong medication, no medication in boxes, not correct qty's, ages you have to que for prescription meds being ordered way in advance... o yes and the personell at the tills then laughed at my husband when he just had it yesterday with their poor service. they phoned me this morning yelling at me and said my husband needs to come in and apologise or they will sue him for saying "the" racist word. I couldnt believe it. i told them to get the camera footage. They said there were no sound. so, we were made out to be the criminals, even after all of this. now i'm too scared to log an official complaint because its their words against one guy. Sorry, now i'm telling you all this, but i dont know what to do about this except just telling someone I dont even know. I sure hope your query wasnt also in middelburg?

Clicks Retailers account and script closed off

I spoke to the pharmacist to enquire on 13 July 2019 what I would need in order to get my medication earlier as I won't be here. She said i must bring proof of my travel which I did. She looked at it and gave me my medication.

Now I had to learn my profile was closed off. Because they saw i also went to another doctor previously and that was only because I moved from Port Elizabeth to Port Alfred and back to East London. And my doctor was sick also a lot so I had to then go to other doctors and not intentionally.

The pharmacy manager, Sandra would have called me to resolve the issue as I still have a few months of prescription repeat left.

It has been a week. Very poor service. First of all closing profile without any contrary argument as to why it happened that i sometimes i had to go to other doctors and pharmacies because I was living in other cities and when I was here the doctor was sick for long. I therefore had to go to another doctor.

And then I spoke to another pharmacist at Port Alfred Clicks. Prudence and she just cancelled the call in my ear. And Jeanine thr store manager said she will have a look and come back to me still she hadn't.

Clicks Retailers garnier nutrisse hair colour

I always use to buy my hair colour 5.25 Frosted Chestnut at our clicks in swellendam. But since last year middle of the year they just stopped to stock the colour. Although if i go to Robertson or Worcester click i always get the colour there. I mean the whole idea for us to have a clicks is not to go outside our town to buy the stuff we need. I would like to know what the reason is for not stocking my colour although there is al the other different shades you do stock?

Clicks Retailers customer services

On the 5th of August I went into Clicks Store at Tubatse Crossing and stood at the self medication counter of the Parmacy section without anybody there being able to assist. I asked the lady attending to prescprtion clients if there is anyone able to assist me and she told me that she is alone.

I went to stand in line at the teller area and waited to get to the front to inquire about the whereabouts of the Store Manager. The refer me to a lady with the name of Truddy.

She informed that I need to walk with her. As we got to the counter she spoke to another store assistant in her language and told me that someone will assist me. I waited for a while without anyone assisting me.

I walked back to Truddy at the front of the store and informed her that nobody assisted me and that I would like to have the Regional Managers number to complain about their service.

She retrieved it from her phone and I asked her to write it down.

I will be contacting Victor - Regional Manager Clicks Limpopo Area with regards to unaceptable service received from Clicks.
