Cleartrip charges for extras on spicejet ticket - but spicejet did not receive

On 11th Oct. 2019, as given in Cleartrip order id [protected], I bought a Spicejet airline ticket PNR S6MKPY including 5 kg extra check-in baggage allowance (Spicejet charges 1900 INR for this) for a total of 7879 INR.

But the money paid for the extra baggage was not passed on to Spicejet and Spicejet sent me a ticket with no extra baggage allowance and a receipt for 5764 INR. I confrimed with Spicejet customer service that they only received that smaller amount and then paid Spicejet directly for the extra baggage.

That seemed my only option, since Cleartrip has been impossible to contact: their 'helpline' excludes human contact, their web contact form does not work in any of my browsers, they give no email and none of the other phone numbers given for them answer my calls.

Therefore I now want a refund of the difference between the two amounts which is 2115 INR, or at least of the 1900 INR paid directly to Spicejet for the extra baggage.

I feel that Cleartrip should be ashamed of themselves for being so hard to contact, and I wish they could be penalized for the inconvenience caused by their mistake.

Cleartrip extra payment charged

I've purchase a return ticket auh to del & del to auh, for total trip they've charged me extra 100 dirhams, i've applied a coupon code "diwali" as per t&c I will get 100 dirhams discount for my entire trip.
Once I made the payment, cleartrip charged me 100 dirhams extra.

Then I call several times to clear trip but still no response from there side.

I need my 100 dirhams refund which was extra charged to me.

I've already mentioned my trip id in section.

Looking for a positive response.

Cleartrip payment not received for jet airways flight

We had booked our flight ticket by clear trip for jet airways for july 2019 Dxb-Mum and return Mum-Dxb, as the airways was closed so clear trip promised full refund but till now there is no response and no refund also the amount I paid was 3800/- Dhs ref no is trip Id [protected], Jet airways 537, PNR BTEISA.

Please refund us the amount as we are following up since April as we the cancellation was done.

Cleartrip refund for the trip id - 190309121298 not done for 2+ months more now

I have booked the ticket from chennai to Riyadh on saudia airlines through cleartrip.
have cancelled ticket partially and i got the message from cleartrip about the confirmation on 14th Aug. I did not realize any money in my bank account.
And so i reached out to them in sep-2019 and i again received a SMS saying 1626 SAR is refund is processed and will be credited to your account in 5-7 working days.

I have still not realized in my account and have been following up wtih clear trip every alternative day and i am getting one or other excuses only.

Meanwhile, they sent me a mail again asking bank details towards end of sep and i got a confirmation over mail again from cleartrip on Oct 1st saying the refund is processed and will be credited to my accout in 5-7 days.

Till now, it is not done and they are giving it is under process...

now, i donot know what to do ...

can someone help me here

Cleartrip booking confirmation not issued

I buy 9 nights at Sarasota Residential Resort in Manila, Philippines. IN SEP 15/2019.
My trip id is [protected]
The issued Voucher says to contact the hotel in advance of the trip, using information from the booking confirmation in order to perform the check in.
I end up contacting the hotel using AGODA. But they told me they sent the check in information to the email stated in the booking confirmation.
Now I am in a endless looping, because I don't have the booking confirmation, even to know what e-mail the are sending my information.
All I need is this BOOKING CONFIRMATION THAT CLEARTRIP NEVER SEND TO ME.

Cleartrip refund issue

I Myself abid khan has issue related with refund. I am trying to book a irctc railway ticket on 1 aug using cleartrip. During the time of payment I had done everything right my amount also debited from my account but in the end payment failed page has occurred.I have check with my bank the amount is debited by cleartrip which is shown in my bank statement i am attaching. It's been more than 30 days I haven't got my refund cleartrip customer service are also not helping me they are asking only for trip id but they are unable to helped me with failed transaction amount which itself debited by cleartrip.

Cleartrip flight ticket from skyshopper-cleartrip flydubai

I bought a flight ticket from Romania Bucharest to Dubai and retour from Skyshopper but after they took the money from the credit card no ticket was sent to my email and for more than 24h. I contacted the website they told me to call the reservation from the flight company...on my reservation showing clear trip but no answer from Dubai office and after several attempts I tried fly Dubai but they said the responsibility belongs to Skyshopper and clear trip... please I need to know where's my ticket or you will refund the money and I need to buy new ticket to return to Dubai. Kindly see the attached regarding my transaction

Cleartrip airline ticket

I was booking ticket from Ranchi to Bangaloreon Cleartrip app on 18sep 2019 at 7.20 pm. my money 4407 rupees deducted from Paytm wallet but ticket not booked...paytm transaction I'd is [protected]...Cleartrip order I'd is128190204..I am attaching screen shot with this complain.There is no customer care no where I can call directly.. please help me in this problem...

Cleartrip flight ticket overcharged

i had booked ticket from chennai to kul by air asia, fare of which was Rs.6000 at the time of booking on air asia site, clear trip has clearly overcharged us with unnecessary additional charges like bloated base fare of 19986 + other charges 2364 . In addition to the convienence fee of 2200.
This is blatant loot.When i could hv gone on air asia site and booked within Rs.18000.
Expect quick resolution on this please.

Cleartrip unauthorized booking from debit card - adcb

Yesterday 08.09.2019 there was a unauthorized booking was made from by husband's ADCB debit card for a amount AED 1503 for Colonna resort IT booking no OPT was asked from Clear trip or Bank so disappointing that we have always been booking our Tickets from clear trip and there is no security of this site now. Can clear trip help us get this matter sorted and get the refund of the amount ?

Is this not a trust site anymore?

Cleartrip refund not processing

I have cancelled a ticket which is from Muscat to Hyderabad Via Dubai on 09.Aug.2019 (Travel date) through the Emirates Airlines.

Its been 2 months 7 days since I have Cancelled the ticket and till today I haven't received any refund from Cleartrip.
When I'm trying to contact the Cleartrip customer service, they were saying that the payment is pending from Airlines side. The same story they were repeating from the past 15days when I tried to call them.

Please help me in getting the refund very soon

Cleartrip payment taken but booking failed (x 2)

Your website said it was "having problems" and that the payments had failed, but my bank account shows that you took £40.08 x 2 from my account.

Cleartrip cleartrip/indigo flight ticket

I had booked a Indigo ticket on 02.09.2019 from cleartrip and my icici bank a/c was debited with Rs 7446-00 towards payment.
but I have not received the ticket till now. I called your customer no. and the automated answering system was asking for my booking id, which I did not have.
This is ridiculous, even customer contact email bouncing back (contact@cleartrip.com)

Is this cleartrip fraudulent? I have all my evidences, Please help

Cleartrip Refund of my flight ticket

I booked flight with Cleartrip but fl8 rescheduled by indigo so i need to cancel flight because i am not agree with that date.

So request to camcel and refund amount, from indigo refund amount to cleartrip and send invoice to me.since 1 month it is with cleartrip but they till now not refund.

Cleartrip I book a ticket in cleartrip, money deducted and they said payment failed.. I will try more times but don't touch them.

Good morning sir. booking was done by 30/08/2019, amount deducted from my account and Cleartrip views payment failed.. what can I do sir please help I am in emergency.. my mobile number +[protected]. Cleartrip complaint about mentioned allowed baggage weight

My name is Ayat, i was having a flight two ways Shariah -Cairo- Shariah with dates :
Dep.: 12/07/2019 & return : 12/08/2019 .
I booked through clear trip & received my ticket attached while you mentioned in the ticket that i have 30 kilos allowed weight during departure & 30 kilos on return.
once i reached the Air Arabia airlines Counter in the Airport, they informed me that only 20 kilos is allowed not 30 like what you send me.
after a lot of negotiations they told me that your tickets are fake and only 20 kilos allowed for me & because of you i paid 805 AED as Extra weight (TAX Invoice attached).
i need to know if your website is cheating to force us to pay extra money at counters at airport as there is no time to do anything or to miss flight and book another one?
as at Air Arabia office they told me it is not the first accident with same status to happen with your website & they asked not to book from such not safe websites again.
i need explanation & compensation for what happened also i will raise a complaint to consumer rights.
response needed from your side as soon as possible urgently.

Cleartrip refund not received for bd.320/- trip id no.[protected]

Kindly refund money of my cancelled tickets of Junaid and Tooba as saudi airlines are not allowed me for boarding, due to single name of passport so that we issued fresh tickets in this regard as I am following clear trip since June 2019. Firstly customer service is not cancelling my tickets then I discussed with saudi airlines customer care and they confirmed me that I have refund and then I called to ykour Indian customer care numbers but still they were institing me. Anyway, I got Bahrain customer care number and finally they cancelled my tickets on 10th July and promise to refund me within five working days.

Saudi Airlines confirmed me that they released my refund in July to clear trip. I am calling frequently. Firstly customer service told me five working days of cancellation I will receive my money back but still I have not any confirmed response. Sometimes, customer service personnel takes half an hour on hold on account of checking the status of refund and saying there is no refund and sometimes they are saying it is in process sometimes, they told me it is with finance team.

I am sorry to say that I am really disappointed with you and your customer care. Kindy resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Cleartrip flight booking

Dear Team,

It has been a very sad experience while taking services from Cleartrip . Being a frequent user of Cleartrip, I relied on the customer support of Cleartrip, However I noted that customer care executives are untrained and not having complete information of flights in their inventory.

The below mentioned is the sad story which I have encountered with cleartrip support department.

I booked a ticket with Air India express from Abu Dhabi to Delhi having schedule departure on 11 April 2019 at 00:20 am with Trip ID:190408413958. Later I tried to merge the ticket with Air India having departure for 11 April 00:05 am almost at same time, As my family was travelling alone and I want to accompany them with my friend's family.
However when I checked with clear trip customer care to merge it with Air India flight, they asked me to cancel the existing booking and suggested me to book a new ticket with air India .

Later I booked a new ticket with air India Trip ID 190408418850, but when boarding pass was issued, we realized that it was a same flight code shared with Air India express for which I was asked to cancel the ticket, and all of this happened due to incorrect information from customer care executive resulted in cancellation of flight and rebooking the same with different airlines.

Despite of several reminders and follow up my money was not refunded and no action has been taken against the customer care executive Mr. Gund Sagar for providing incorrect information .

I have already sent multiple emails for the follow-ups and intimation about legal action getting initiated from my side. However reply has been received from customer care executive.
Hence I would request you to kindly share the corporate office address for initiating the legal action for providing the incorrect information and later not accepting the fault of customer care executive resulting in financial and mental harassment.

Cleartrip very poor customer service - nobody can change/reschedule your flights

I have been calling cleartrip customer service for so many times to change my flights and after being put on hold for a very long time, the CSR will always say that there is a problem with their server and they will call back but nobody every did! How many times do I need to make an international call to change my flight bookings and I am running out of time! Someone please call me back and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Cleartrip payment not received for jet airway

I had booked a Jet airways ticket on 01.09.2018 and and my ticket was cancelled by the airlines due to there personal reasons. I am chasing for my refund since past 9 months but till now i haven't received any refund. every single time i call customer care they give me next months date to follow up.I need my money back for the trip ID-[protected] at earliest.
