The first set of windows they installed were wrong, they cut chunks of framing out to make them fit. Then they capped over the drain holes in the sill. Aftewr 2 or more years they finall came out and replaced the windows. When there was a problem they kept delaying anfd even tried to sell me outside siding saying that was why they leaked. Well it's been about 5 years and the windows still leak. I would not recommend ever buying windows from clear choice. When there. I should have left the old windows in, they never leaked.
