I bought a movie from them. It would not play. After a lot of emails back and forth. I sent it back so they can see it wasn’t playing. I received a replacement and that would not play as well. Emailed them back and I was told it was my dvd player and or settings. I had them know that my dvd player has no problem playing a store bought dvd. He told me to put in a computer and it will work. I do not have a computer. Haven’t heard anything back since and it’s been two months.

I was and have been looking for a movie “three [protected]@. It hard to find. Saw ad said they had 1, I paid for it plus shipping! I got it, black flimsy box with a paper label printed, it’s blank dvd no title. It’s on recorded from 25 days if Christmas channel. Not original! Poor quality very foggy grain made. I’m so mad! If your movies are prerecorded it should clearly state this! Misleading ppl to think it’s legit is wrong! I should of read complaints first. No I don’t recommend this to ppl, it’s very misleading. Should if paid 3.99 and copied myself

I own an original DVD of Song of the South and know what the original should look like. I ordered two DVDs of the same name March 2022. The website leads the consumer to believe that they sell first-quality DVDs.

What I received was obviously copied with poor color, no labelling, and a flimsy case. The DVDs were supposed to be a gift, but I wouldn't give these copies to anyone...only the company who made them.

Wish I had seen this website before I ordered.

I am sending them back for a refund.

After ordering undercover Christmas on 12-10-21 for $14.95, and the second movie desperately seeking Santa on 12-10-21 for $14.95. Shipping $5.25. And 15% off $4.49. Total $30.66. Order date 12/10/21. Order #cmr-93888. Picture quality poor. Movie stopped every 30 seconds. No picture on DVD to show what movie it is supposed to be. I would appreciate a fast and speedy resolve off this problem. Thank you.

I paid $18 for a movie that was copied and 0ut in a very thin frail case. It was in just a plastic envelope with no padding and the disc was broken on arrival after waiting 9 days for shipping! They are not contacting me after sending an email with pictures of the mess that was sent to me.

Your channel is becoming impossible to watch---do you not care about the content sent out---Very sad in such a technical time ---maybe you could hire someone who can fix this----

I ordered 4 DVDs from this company believing that they were the original movies and that they were new DVDs. I received them today and was extremely disappointed to find they were obviously copied to a blank disc with only white paper, no labels and very flimsy covers with printed pictures of the movies. This company is a total SCAM! I will never order from them again. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

"the SDubsititute wife" The DVDwas a bootleg copy that had blank spots fuzzy parts and some spots wherte the colur was all orange or all red. No lable on disk and cover for case was a copy of real case that was copied on a wery poor printer . There was no copy rights infromation on any thing I got. This company is crook stealing money from customers and stealing propety from the true owners on the movie

Never excepted it they will not return emails or snd refund. What else can I do but please let everyone know that they are a scam company

I signed up for your channel through Roku streaming. I want to watch it on my second tv but it won't let me subscribe on my second tv. I get a message saying to contact Roku but it is impossible to do. I can't find my question to get help. There is no way to contact them by phone or email. Can you please help me since no one at Roku will help me

I ordered two DVDs thinking they were legitimate movies and they are movies made from someone's DVR complete with the Hallmark logo in the corner of the movie. The cover art was printed and pasted to the jacket and nothing was printed on the actual DVD so they are obviously pirated. And if you click on their link, the movies on the website look like they are legitimate copies. I see quite a few complaints against them so why are they still in operation?

I purchased a DVD of the movie Fools' Parade from this company. I received an illegal copy which had been copied from TCM.Com. Their logo appeared on the screen while we were viewing the movie. I attempted to contact the company by email, but it was returned deliverable. They list a phone number, but it says it is for messages only. You should avoid purchasing from this company.

Received the movie we ordered from an address other than the company address on the credit card trans. It was on a blank disk with a photo-copied insert from a movie or paperback -- illegible so I can't say which.

The company takes email correspondence only -- if you call, you have to leave a voice mail and they'll get back to you via email.

Very shady. I reported them to the FBI Intellectual Property division.

I ordered a DVD "Running Brave" for my grandson's 13th birthday. He is a runner. With 5 min. left to the movie, my son said the movie stopped!
My grandson, who is overseas, called me and said, "I was really liking the movie but it's broken. It stopped with 5 min. left...Very unprofessional. Don't you watch a copied movie to make sure it's okay? I'd like my money back or the movie complete!
