I ordered a full birth certificate for my daughter through this website canadianbirthcertificate.com and paid $86 for a $35 service. Instead of making process easy they filled wrong information and I got puzzled. A five day process become months process and we had to cancel our foreign trip. They take our money to make things complicated. They intentionally make mistakes in application and do not bother to help after receiving money. This website is pure scam. Instead of customer services they are harrassing their customers. Don't fall in their trap.

Ordered and paid extra to expedite my son's birth certificate on Nov 17. On Nov 20 I received an email requesting me to sign the authorization letter which I did immediately and my ordered was confirmed as being processed. On Nov 25 I received another email stating that I cannot sign the authorization letter as my son is over the age of 19. My son was only 18 at the time of my order and authorization. He did not turn 19 until Nov 27. So on Nov 25 he would not have been legally able to sign the authorization. I should have received this birth certificate within 2 business days as promised on the expedite. Over a week later comes the email telling me my under-aged son needs to sign. Of course then I panicked because you have all my info and should know that he was only 18 at the time of the order. I cancelled my order right away, but I am still waiting for my refund. I should have done more research on your business. Big lesson learned on my part. I can't believe the way you operate. I have filed a complaint with BBB and I am furious about this whole situation. No returned calls from anyone despite several voice messages. Your emails mean absolutely nothing until I see my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and nothing short of a scam. I paid $100 to expedite a copy of my son's birth certificate. Paid November 17, 2019 and was to receive it within 2 business days. It is now November 25, 2019 and I have not received it. Numerous calls, emails and texts have not been returned. Call the government agency listed on their website who informed me that they have no record of my reference number given and that I most likely called a third party. More research online brought me to realize that is probably a scam and now I am concerned about where my information will end up. I have requested a call back and left several messages. I am not getting a response. I have clicked their link to process a cancellation and a message comes up stating that my request cannot be fulfilled.

Requesting a full refund.

I ordered a birth certificate via rush service on Jan 11th, they processed my payment ($105) but never submitted my application to vital statistics. They have not answer the phone and will not respond to my emails. I have now had to resubmit an order to vital statistics directly and pay for it twice. I would like a refund for service I did not receive.
