I have booked a flight with citybookers, and then had to cancel my flight. I called to their international number, talked with their customer service and they put me on hold for more than 13 minutes. After another 5 minutes, my request was handled and my flight has been canceled. I called them like more than 7 times and talk to their customer suppot. They said ur refund will take upto 45 working days, and this is [censored] now almost 11 months

Since 26th june 2018, till today, 30th of may 2019 I haven't got my refund, I sent several emails and called them, every time they say we have technical issue with our system.. But now this is sad to say that from 2 weeks they are not replying my email.. Got no reply!

I will never book through this company and you should so..
City bookers do have some shame. I plzz recommend everyone do not book your tickets from this site at any cost.

My flight was booked on 14th March 2019, and subsequently cancelled by Citybookers on 17th March due to some reason. Booking number is CB2186429. The initial mail said that the booking amount would be refunded within 7-15 days. Till that day after nearly 40+ International calls and 80+ e-mails the refund amount is still not processed.

Every time I connect to the customer servicing agent they say the concerned department is working on the request and will be resolved soon. The case has been escalated multiple times internally but still no resolution has been provided.

Most unprofessional customer service from this company and seems there is no intention to refund the customer money. Since last 2 days no one is picking the call and the site is also down. Not sure if the company has folded and ran away with customer money.

I would like to warn everyone not to use this travel Agency for any booking as you will experience the worst treatment if you make the mistake.

I had booked two return tickets to mumbai from dubai vide travel dates 27/05/2019 — 31/05/2019 by oman air. I had got a confirmation from city bookers but air lines has no record as yet. Pnr number given by city bookers is qvnxap, please confirm back my ticket at the earliest as it has been so many days since I had booked the ticket and money has already been debited to my account.

I had booked a airline ticket through Citybookers.com on 25th March 2019, for my trip from Newyork to Dubai on May 20th. I booked online using my credit card and got a instant confirmation for AED 1781.00 The booking ID was CB2186941. I got a message that the e-ticket will be sent in 24 hours, then when I mailed them, got a reply it will be issued in 72 hours and then bluffing for each e-mail of mine. They gave a confirmation number - YHMECZ which was also fake one. I clarified my booking with my flight Azerbaijan airlines, who confirmed that there is no such booking in my name. Now I realised it's a fraudulent, fake and a scam website aided by KAYAK.AE search engine. I have contacted them several times but they keep replying the ticket is process. I was flying to US oon the May 1st but still no way to track Citybookers.com or get my refund. One after another some cheat keeps replying my e-mail, no way to contact them. All that I could do is to lodge a police complaint with Dubai police and nothing has happened as of now. After sending so many e-mails and no e-tickets issued by Citybookers.com, I had to book another ticket for my return ticket for the May 20th since I had to leave to the USA on May 1st. I didn't want to enter the USA without a confirmed return ticket and face the immigration officials and get my entry rejected. Until then I have repeatedly requested them to provide me my refund since no ticket was booked by them. They didn't reply for a while. Then, on the May 2nd, after I reached the USA, I got a surprise e-mail ( after 38 days of ticket booking and payment) from Citybookers.com an e-ticket for the same date ( May 20th) for which I have already booked another agent (while I was already in the USA). This was a big shock and another mental agony for me, since Citybookers have kept silent for more than 2 weeks neither writing to me or updating me. I was very much disturbed and I told them that I need my money back. Now, they started fooling again, saying I need to cancel the ticket and then the refund will happen. I wrote to them saying it is their fradulence that is responsible for all these confusion and chaos. Hence I need my full refund but they insisted that I cancel ticket. I told them to cancel since I already have another confirmed ticket. They said they will apply for cancellation and refund but nothing has happened so far. I got cheated by them again. I left the USA on the 20th May and so far no word again from them. This is a case of clear fradulence and a novel way employed by some unscrupulous travel websites and agents now. There is no end to their cheating even when some government agencies unable to end these fradulence. It is the poor innocent internet ticket bookers who are the great losers.

Remember, it's not only the money lost but peace as well, bringing mental agony and stress. Please never ever book through Citybookers.com since I believe most of the names implicated resembles Egyptian names. Again I did read elsewhere that there is going to be another one who are going to open Citybookers.com (Egypt). Dear readers for heavensake don't book through these scam agents and loose all your money from your credit card. AVOID CITYBOOKERS.COM AND KAYAK.AE It's a scam which I came to realise after reading so many reviews on them from the internet.

It's been almost 6 month since i haven't received anything from this travel agency. I reserved my tickets for 3 people from kuwait to cairo and after reserving and confirming, they came up telling me that the refund is in process. What the hell? You haven't issued tickets neither giving me refund? Till when do i have to wait tell me? I need my money back or either i swear to god i'll be going directly to the court with all the emails and calls that i have for you. And i have all the calls recorded on my phone.

A Clear scam, thief Operation! I had booked a ticket for my family 5 passenger round trip flight Dubai Manila Dubai on 3rd of April 2019. The ticket has not been issued! They've stolen the money. This is a complete robbery. I am now in debt receiving my bank statement and this company has ruined the vacation of my family.

All people involve in this ILLEGAL Operation must be in jail and I will not stop till I get my money back.

Authority of Kuwait where this company based should take a legal action on this and ensure to help the people who experienced injustice.

I had the same experience at citybooker. I booked my friend flight to Manila to Dubai on April 15, 2019, when my friend arrived I the airport she is saying the ticket is not confirmed, when I called city bookers they says that they have technical problem and the flight has been cancelled 4 days before the flight. I am so angry they even did not sent email or calls yo inform that has problem...its a traumatic experience... till this time almost 2 months my refund money did not yet return to me always saying they already raise to the concern department.

It's over and give up to ask my refund money... leave it to God and pray for them, God knows what they are doing and they will be punished soon...

It will not be long last... one day God will do something for them... just watch.

Good Morning. I am writing this serious complain against the Kuwait based travel agent called CityBookers.

I had booked my Abu Dhabi to Lagos(Nigeria) return flight from CITY BOOKERS and paid an amount of AED 2748/- last April 05, 2019. They released the PNR hence i was assured. However the date of departure, i was shocked once i was trying to do the web check in and realized that PNR does't exist. afterwards i immediately contacted the call center of CITY BOOKERS. They just casually responded that due to technical reason by flight was cancelled. It was really heartbreaking situations and i was so disappointed. There was no other option in that time rather to buy another travel ticket, hence i bought immediately new ticket with 3 time more cost.

from the that day, I am continuously following with them over the phone and email in order to refund my money. But they keep making excuses and just casually responding that it will come ASAP. its been more then a month. I would request for my refund on urgent basis.

I have attached all email copies along with my payment slip .

i had issued an ticket from dubai to kuwait on 26th april 2019.before one night city bookers cancelled my ticket and i had to book other ticket on airport as they didnt even informed me and was a lott expensive for me. My Booking Number is CB2187593 and they deducted the amount from my bank account. it has been nearly 20 days and i have called more than 50 times and they just transfer me to a different employe everytime. they dont have any answer for my money. ISNT THAT MY MONEY? they have no realisation what they are doing. there behaviour is just ridiculous. i cant believe how are they still working. they should stop there site and service as they cant provide any customer satisfaction.while receiving they deduct in just seconds and in returning the money it has been days. i say this is HARAM for you CITY BOOKERS. do have some shame. I PLZZ RECOMMEND EVERYONE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS FROM THIS SITE AT ANY COST.

My horrible experience with City Bookers - I booked my Dubai-Delhi ticket on 12th Feb (ref num CB2185347) for flight on 18th April and after reading issues with the Airline in newspapers (Jet Airways PNR: LTFLVI) I checked my PNR status on Jet website on 24th March and it was invalid!

Immediately I contacted City Bookers and Airline. On 2nd April Jet Airways sends me a mail confirming their approval for full refund and aays that they have informed agent about the same. Still City Bookers doesn't do anything. Since then, I must have send 10 emails to them reminding of the refund but no one responds from their side now.

I dont know what to do. They are based out of Kuwait and dont have a international contact number. The case is very clear - they owe me full refund for my ticket. And I will not give up till I take that.

city bookers and online travel agency not providing refund for the cancelled booking since 1 years, i have sent them around 100+ emails and still no money.

please do not book with them. This case not only with me but also with many other people, they are blocking in facebook so that nobody posts bad comments..

I had booked in cheap flight CITY BOOKERS and paid an amount of AED 2059/- last March 29, 2019. They promised to release the ticket within 24 hours but till date, nothing happens. They had sent me the booking number ( CB2187126) but later I had checked in Cathay Pacific I found out that my ticket is not issued. We had spoken with them and sending them a lot of emails but they only gave us the same answer there is no assurance when they will issue my ticket or please just refund the money. I worked so hard for the past 3 years without my family but because of them, it will be ruin. And it seems like most of their client had the same situation as I am in right now. Please help me get my money back.

I have booked ticket through citybookers.com on 31 march 2019 for my family to travel on vacation april 30, 2019 after paying and payment deducted from my account instantly, I received booking confirmation stating within 24hrs eticket will be shared after that on 2 april I followed up with hotline 1800015 I was informed too many tickets on queue so asked to follow up on 15 april 2019, since 15 april then continous follow up but till date havent received eticket. As I got curious cross checked with srilankan airline I was informed ticket reserved will be hold till 19 mar 2019 but no payment received from citybookers so far. If anyone could help would be highly appreciated. As I dont trust this website anymore. I have attached booking details received from website via email. Thanks

Please help me also. Im also a victim of this fraud/scam company. Its my first time to booked online, I download a cheapflight apps in google play and search for flights. I happened to get the cheapest price offer by citybookers.com. I immediately take the offer and paid it through my credit card. I called the bank and the payment was claimed by citybookers.com but still no ticket number given to me. I called them and told me to wait for 1-2days so I did but still no issued ticket.. I also called etihad airways to confirm if there is booked ticket for me, but they confirmed that it was only a reservation but no issued payment yet to confirm or get my plane ticket. I want to fully refund what I paid and stop their operations so no one can get fraud/scam again.

I booked a ticket through the search engine Kayak.ae for my flight from New York to Dubai through Azerbaijan airlines. Kayak.ae showed me that Citybookers.com offers the cheapest price and they directed me to that website. Hence I booked on the 26th March, through Citybookers.com. I got a reply initially that my e- ticket will be delivered within 24 hours to my email. I didn't receive it. Then when I mailed them, they replied saying it will be issued soon. The ticket had a airline PNR which is a real fake. When I checked my ticket with Azerbaijan airlines, I got a reply from them saying there is no such booking in my name. A person by name Mr. El Sayed replied saying it is definitely a confirmed booking and that the E-TICKET issue is in process. 5 days gone nothing has happened. I learnt from the internet that citybookers.com is a number 1 fradulent company operating from Kuwait and a branch in UAE. No contact numbers in UAE. I believe I have lost AED 1762 on this ticket booking. I have made a complaint through relevant authorities who are investigating this issue. My genuine appeal to all the flight bookers is to avoid Kayak.com and Citybookers.com. I strongly believe that there is a Nexus between them and a part of the money goes to Kayak.com as well. It's very painful to know that these people have been cheating many online customers for quite long and escaped the authorities in Kuwait and UAE. Please never get cheated by these websites.

On 2019 march 24 I had booked an air ticket through the online website called "city booker" I booked the wanted ticket and also paid for it through a credit card then they informed me that within 24 hours they will get me my ticket and sent me a booking number 'cb2186837' still they didn't send me the ticket. I sent them various e-mails but never got a reply from them yet. Since it's a cheating work done by a team, I kindly request you to take an action as it's our responsibility to not let anyone else get into the same matter as I got in. How are we supposed to inform this to the authorities of uae and kuwait? As the website is representing those countries it even spoils the name of these beautiful countries. I was about to take the ticket which is abu-dhabi to colombo. Through srilankan airlines i'm legit trying to inform about this matter to the authority.

I had purchased 4 tickets through citybookers on 18th march 2019 and I didn't receive any tickets through email but the cash had already gone from my account. We had mailed you many times and message through messenger also but we didn't receive any answers from you. How can you take the money without issuing the tickets..?. So please refund our money as fast as possible. when we contacted the bank they told to file an case on ayatta and in police station. So we will file an case against your company if we didn't receive any reply from you today itself.
