Citi Trends the employee are unprofessional

I'm a citi trends customer for a very long time and It's very shocking that the manager of this location is very unprofessional along with her assistant speaking at the Spanish about me and other people that walks in I am black but I also speak Spanish Fluently I can understand everything was she say and all the things she says are very rude Why as Customer I want to come in happy and satify for what I purchase this manager make assumption at me thinking I'm not buy anything Just because I'm Black Not every black person is the same and she is very racist and I think honestly for a person like that Should I manage your so your store a bad about reputation This is not the 1st time she did this to me and I'm tire I just want Justice and get this resolve as a customer or else I will report this to the news.

Citi Trends manager

I just want to inform you of how rude and unprofessional the Manager treats customers. I enjoy shopping at that location because I live 3 blocks away, I will not continue to shop their any longer. Your Manager is mean and nasty every time I visit to me or someone in the store. I spoke this morning and ask why was she so cold and mean when she talks. She informed me that she was not in the mood for speaking or smiling. How can you have her to be the face of your Company. The employees look very unhappy to work there. I am a customer service specialist and she does not fit at all.

Citi Trends not receiving my in store credit card

On 12/26/2019 I put some boots on layaway for my granddaughter not knowing they were running small. So after Christmas
I bought them back for a return not knowing you can't get your money back off of a layaway product. It's on the receipt but it was never explained during the process. But that's okay because it's my favorite store. On Monday 01/13/2020
I tried to use my in store credit. Thinking I was okay until I was checking out and I couldn't get my items! On 12/26 I was only given my refund receipt and the gift card balance receipt and no card. I didn't think anything of it until the manager said she gave it to me and I know she didn't. I would not come all the way to the store and shop if I didn't think the second receipt was the credit! The manager looked at the camera and she claims that she saw it in my hand on the 26th. I had the two receipts setting in the same place. I just chose not to argue and contact you guys. I am beyond hurt. I have never had an issue in the store. So now 42.79 is gone to waste. Granddaughter now don't have the boots or a replacement for her Christmas gift. Citi Trends 3 piece sport ball set

I went in on 12/17/19 and purchased this item alone with some more items, everything was in my bag but the 3 piece sport ball set. Now I wouldn't lie about stuff, first of all I don't steal and I wouldn't call the store complaining about it if I didn't have it..And I don't appreciate the manager talking to me like I was lying about this I spend over $100 that day I work hard for my money just to let stuff slide that I purchase and didn't have it when I checked my bag, that's was ine of my grandson Christmas

Citi Trends services manager very rude nasty

Grettings this is ms Hankerson I was in store purchasing somethings for me family myself my hubby overheard in a loud voice the manager of store going off on 1 of the customers she was only returning the item she didnt need the way the lady lightskin lady talk to customer was very sad she was loud yell at her in front of customers the people in front and in back look at us we all shook our heads like wow when you a manager you suppose to be courteous she definitely wasnt that very rude and nasty so I like to report her store manager on 12/18/2019 3pm this isnt business at all she needs to be dealt with by a higher up thank u if you have any? Citi Trends cashier

Customer came into store to shop. She dropped her check stub on the floor and the cashier at the time told worker to throw away the customer check stub.in which the worker did throw the check stub away. Customer didn't get rude but I could tell she was a little upset at how they handled it because she said it's the pants that she has on that made her drop it.

Citi Trends clothing, etc layaway [protected]

[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] Potassium Cargo Jogger 27. Total 54.03. I was told my layaway was put back by accident. in the end, after being told I didnt pay on it, which was incorrect. I hv receipts. I was going to get it out. Forced to take a store Credit of 22.12. I believe someone wanted my merchandise. The store has issues n many ways. Lack of merchandise

Citi Trends the professionalism and attitudes in your store is deplorable

The standards in this store is deplorable and need to be addressed you have uneducated hoodlums running your store everyone asks as if you're bothering them I watched a customer leave hundreds of dollars worth of items in a cart because of the rude and obnoxious staff you have there, they have no people skills and they cost you a lot of money in the long run north buffalo, ny deserves more and if this attitude continues we have a (walmart) being built as we speak so there is always another alternative

Citi Trends red black two piece set

Today as of 11/6/2019 I have visited Citi Trends. I picked up a few items of clothing in store. I picked up a two peice set that had a sticker sale tag for $6.00 as I got to the register to check out, I said I'm ready and asked the store manager I guess D.Gilmore to check me out, she said no at first. Ok! So I brushed the lil rude feedback off and continued to approach the cash register. Then D.Gilmore came to check me out. So as she was ringing me up, I watched the total screen to make sure items was scanned correctly and items. As she rang me up I noticed she pulled the sale sticker off the item and rung up original price, I confronted her and let her know. Tht I was suppose to get tht item for tht sale price cause thts waht the sticker said, she said no explaning her reasons why and I also explained to her that customers comes first and I was suppose to be granted tht sale because that's not on me. If the store employees check n fix everything in the store then they won't have problems. But D.Gilmore is very rude, I witnessed with other cilents too. Customer service is horrible .

Citi Trends boys jogging suit

I purchased 98.00 worth of boys and girls outfits on 10/2/2019 at the Hopewell Va
location, The outfit in question was worn on 11/4/2019 for picture day and washed on today 11/6/2019 . Coming out of the wash it had a hole in the seam of the pants and lent all over this outfit, I tried to explain to the manager on duty Tameka the three outfits were all washed together and II even tried to she her the other outfits I had purchased in the store on the 10/28/2019 but she wanted no parts of it being very rude.I proceeded to the back of the store while telling Ms . Tameka I would be calling the customer service number on the receipt. This is not the first time this young lady has been very rude to me . The last time she was rude to me and another customer was approaching closing time and she was loud while letting the customers still shopping that it was time to leave the store. As a customer in your store I spend way too much money to be treated this way.

Citi Trends store layout

I am a disabled person who has to use a 4 wheeled walker or my wheelchair. I love shopping at Citi Trends but can not anymore. There is never enough room in certain sections of your stores..like the men's section ..that a full size walker or wheelchair can not go thru the isles because of the narrowness of them. I am not able to get up and walk thro the isles due to my handicap. I wish this would change. I am sure I am not the only one who has this exact same issue. Please help to resolve this very large issue. Thank you

Citi Trends manager

In August, I have a video of the manager making fun of my hair while talking on the phone when she was supposed to be serving other customers and us arguing about it. Last night, I entered the store and walked to the front to drop off my bag so I could shop. The manager brushed passed me and then this manger proceeded to lie and said I hit her and called the police on me. I am a well known music artist with many Celebrity friends and large social media followers as well as a college graduate. If nothing is done about how I was discriminated against then I will proceed with a law suit of discrimination to the Citi Trends company and release the video to all media outlets, celebrity friends etc. I am highly upset. Why is a manger on the phone making fun of my hair when she's supposed to be helping customers? I have videos from last night as well. I am angry and upset.

Citi Trends manager accused of stealing

The manager of the store accursed me of stealing she told her cashier to tell me whatever I put in my purse to take it out. I told her cashier that I don't steal. She said her manager told her to tell me that because the cameras was there by me. I asked her where was her manager she said up there looked like she was in a silver box with no windows. I finish shopping and when I got to the counter I told her to tell her manager to take those crooked cameras out of there because I don't steal I'm 61 years old and I have never been accursed of stealing nothing in my life. This is so embarrassing and I want and apologize from her she could have came out of that room and apologize. I had sat my purse on some boxed up tee shirts on the end of the isle to get my glasses to see the price on the underwear I had and when I got my glasses out and put the case back in my purse that when she probably thought I was stealing. She could have come and apologize I want an apologize from her. I would like to speak to the CEO of the company call me at 1-225-356-0637 Ms Williams leave a number if I don't answer so I can call you back the day and time it happen October 17 2019 at 5:12 pm on a Thursday. Everyone say they wouldn't have brought nothing out of that store but the owner of the store didn't do me anything it was his manager. I'm 61 years old never, never, never been accursed of stealing. my family was shocked and my friends. This is so hurtful. Need an apologize.

Citi Trends rude customer service

I stop at Citi Trend in West Allis, Milwaukee, Wi and received rude for no reason service. The cashier was stocking clothes when I approached her to ask her about plus size in men. I asked if they only carried bigger/ plus size clothes for men, because all I'm finding is larger size and I was looking for a 32•32 in men. First she never spoke after I spoke to her and continued to stock and gave me no eye contact as if I wasn't talking to her. When she finally looked up at me she had a very rude/ mean look on her face. And I asked what was that look for and she said, because I said it wrong, " it's big men" to mind you on the other size for the women it did say plus size. Regardless if I said it wrong I didn't deserve the rudeness for no reason. She also checked me out. As I walked out the alarm went off, she forgot to take a sensor off and didn't even apologize nor look me in my face after finding out, she too made a mistake like I did by saying "plus size" for men, which is wrong. Please have a conversation with your employees and customer service. It's sadden me when you can't go into any store in our city w/o getting the already mad customer service people. I could've made a seen and treated her like she treated me when I made a mistake, but i'll Rather resolve it this way and hope this incident gets brought to her attention. It's her job and she has a purpose and I'm sure it doesn't include and a attitude. I checked out at 4:15 pm, 10/09/2019. Cashier number 1021425, C. Citi Trends manager miss graham

My wife is pregnant and she works there as a assistant manager ms Graham harasses her everyday and threatening her my wife Shanterial Murph about her position working there at citi trends shes disrespectful to my wife and give her tasks that she's not supposed to be doing putting our child at risk my wife does her best to complete the tasks by herself with no help because she doesn't want to lose her job but ms Graham always finds a way to make my wife's day hell she's put my wife on all closing days holiday and weekend my wife doesn't mind working but the harassment needs to stop please help us and our unborn child my name is Jose Franco [protected]

Citi Trends customer service at the thibodaux store

First of all I want to say I'm a very loyal Citi Trends shopper I've spent thousands of dollars at your stores all along the coast yesterday I went to the Thibodaux location with a cosmetic bag I had bought at a different store the day before it was the five dollar item and I noticed when I got home it has something like glue on the bottom I tried to clean it but it did not come off when I returned it to the Thibodeau store Jamacia who was the acting manager would not take it back because she said I had damaged it by trying to clean it she called the manager twice I kept the bag and left the store I remembered I had a layaway there they waited for on five people before they ever went to get my layaway when I asked if they were going to get it out Janisha said I was not the only person in the store I worked 30 years in the retail industry and I've never had it rude and ugly experience like this I also feel like I was discriminated against Jamacia and Ramona who is the store manager I've also witnessed sitting behind the counter one night and complaining about how much they hated the job I don't know what can be done about this but I can tell you I returned a $50 layaway yesterday because your store would not take a five dollar item that that had glue on it I also witnessed a person behind me in line whom they waited on and they would not return her items either she bought exercise or activewear clothing I also witnessed on a different occasion that they would not take pajamas back these items are not written on your receipts. If These people are so miserable at their job they should not be working there something should be done I'm in that store almost every day and it is the first time I've been treated ugly and disrespected and discriminated against it should be taken note of what happened yesterday and these employees should be reprimanded

Citi Trends manager

Visited the store I'm pregnant so I carry spit cups or small bags. My boyfriend took one of their bags on the counter because I was feeling nauseous but wasn't trying to ruin everybody else shopping experience. My boyfriend walked over to the hat area and immediately we feel like we are being followed. I separated just to see and went to the baby department by that time I look up and the manager is harassing my boyfriend. She then yells "call security" confront of everybody and even had some people joke and tell security as well. He then pulls out a wad of money explaining to her we work hard we dont have to steal especially $7 hats. She then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't keep the throw up bag and escorted us out. We didn't get the hats or baby clothes we wanted and left embarrassed. She pointed all the way to the end of the mall and told me to go there and not to come back. When we asked her why she is accusing us of stealing the said "I'm not I can call security all I want" and we always shop at Citi trends. This experience makes me never want to come back again I was so embarrassed

Citi Trends damage item on layaway

I had 2 chief men on layaway in Marion S.C..I told my son to pick up my layaway on 8/7/19.When he brought them to me I unwrap them out the bags n they were broken in certain spots.They are very fragile items n they had them in loose bags.I went back to the store soon when I seen it.The manager told me that she can only give me store credit but no refund cause she dont know when it happen.I ask her did she checked my items in the bag before he took them out the store and she says no.Now if she didnt check my items and he bring them home broken how in the hell I cant get a refund from them not putting my items in a box or secure place.Its not my fault that they are broken and yes I do know about no refund on layaways but if a customer item is damage than yes they should be entitle to a refund!

Citi Trends billboard bluetooth with mic

Had the system for around two weeks and it want connect to my Bluetooth or anyone else and you can't hear anything couldn't find receipt but I have the box and everything that goes into the box I didn't want the money back all I wanted was to exchange it for one that actually work in the girl was very rude to me and obnoxious and we refused to even look at the system

Citi Trends store manager

I did a application for citi trends in Aurora Illinois on lake street and called the same day to show my interest and to be offered an interview, Sharon (the store manager) has been sending me off for 2 days saying to give her a call back at such and such time so I did until she finally decided it was ok to give me a interview, she has been keeping on hold every time I called the store as if she's so busy but in reality she is a unprofessional son of a b**** .. going back to what caused this situation so I went in for a interview the day she asked me to come in I was on time and everything, she's talking to me like she was for sure she wanted to hire me after I told her I had open availability for the position that she needed and she was sure she wanted to hire me. So she said she was going to do a background check on me and that I would get a email sent to me (Mind you a background check only take a few days to come back) so I'm waiting for 2 weeks and I called her about every other day to see f it came back because obviously it didn't come to my email so everything is looking fishy by now because I've never had to wait weeks for a background check to come back and every time I called her she had me on hold for about 10-15 minutes just to make UP A LIE OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE SHE COULDNT BE WOMEN ENOUGH TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS UP! so she told me she would call me when my background check came back (week 3) I'm like seriously something is wrong because I've never had to wait this long so I called her today AGAIN BECAUSE I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK LIKE SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO DO! I call her and she's hesitating like she's trying to come up with a excuse, saying that it wasn't her decision that the DISTRICT MANAGER DECIDED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE! After all that time I waited and she wasted my time! I am a strong independent single mom and this lady played with me! She even talked to me for a long time at my interview as if she was trying to motivate me and be cool with me but whole time she lied about hiring me! This lady is full of [censored] and she should be TERMINATED they are out of order at this store and they are unprofessional! I'm seriously upset with the whole situation but everything happens for a reason and I felt like that was a good thing that I didn't work there because it probably would of been more problems because I heard the workers there gossip about stuff that they aren't getting paid on! By the way to remind you guys SHARON NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
