Citi Trends Service

The manger at Citi Trends in Cordele, Ga is so rude. I’m from Vienna, Ga. I was in the store Saturday July 30. She keeps her face frown up and is very DISRESPECTFUL while I was in the store. I ask her something concerning a shirt. She just snapped me up real quick. I really enjoy the store just hate when she’s is working.This isn’t the first time she his have happened to me

Citi Trends bad customer service

Went to return a pair of pants and manager didn't want to assist me. at the same time I spent another $130 dollars at the store. The previous time I spent $200 . pant didn't fit my daughter, I just purchase them 3 days before. And I only wanted to exchange them. Every time I go to this location the manager is very rude. I told her I'll go across town before I spend another penny here. my telephone # [protected]

Desired outcome: She needs to be retrained!!!!

Citi Trends service

the manger marie at store 805 is very rude and racist. Everytime a black person enters the store she thinks we are stealing and immediately follows us. She is very rude when spoken to and has no customer service and needs to be fired. This happens everytime me or any of my family or friends have entered the store and it is the only Citi trends in wichita. I would love to continue to shop at ur store but if she is there I will not

Citi Trends False Opening Time Online

It says online that the Citi Trends store on Brained Rd. in Chattanooga, TN opens at 10AM. While I was waiting outside the door, the white female manager that was extremely rude told me that the store does not open til 11AM but I was there before 10:30AM. Another complaint I have is that she and other employees there were not wearing masks either!

Citi Trends Bought a gaming set for christmas

Bought a gaming set for christmas some of the keys didnt work on the keyboard and headphones kept going in and out and i went to get a refund for it and they wouldnt refund me the 24.99 plus tax they said they can only give me the amount that it is on sale for now which was 18.00 so they refunded 19.08. Its not us customers fault the merchandise didnt work we should be entitled to the full refund. This was the hopkinsville kentucky location

Desired outcome: Wouldve been nice to have full amount paid refunded

Citi Trends About my layawy and the rude employee

I'm a regular customer here at the Citi trend In Gadsden Mall I went last a week on the 27th to make a payment on my camera can show that I was in the store talking to a manager let her know that I don't have my receipt 🧾 but I'm here to pay On my layaway she looks me up first she told me that I didn't have a layaway. its a. Very long story told I was told that my lAyaway was canceled ❌ the employee, not the manager went and got the security guard then refuse to cancel
My other layaway told the security guard that I don't have any other layaway I have my receipt the manager did nothing it's all on camera it's a lot more

Citi Trends Secret wishes Halloween costume

I bought the playboy bunny Halloween costume by secret wishes at my citi trends and the costume came with gloves the problem is the gloves are clearly but left handed gloves and they are a big part of the costume and now i cant wear it and they dont do returns on costumes, I shop at city trends all the time but this really was an inconvenience to me and to top it off I had to go spend more money to buy another costume to where to the event, really disappointed

I received the worst display of customer service ever today from the Manager of the Citi Trends. It was around 5:30 or so, the manager came up to me with no greeting, no smile, no nothing to greet me as a customer. I said are you have a ruff day...she just looked at me with a look like...state your business I'm busy! I said, I would like to pay on my Lay-away and I handed her the slip. She pushed those buttons on that cashier like she was mad at the world. She laid my receipt down on the counter far away from where I was standing ( she did not place it in my hand ) and she then walked away while saying something under her breath. I said to her what did you say? She then said, (with an attitude) I said thank you for shopping Citi Trends...have a nice day! but that is not what I heard. Citi Trends Service

I'm complaining about the woman that was working at the Citi Trends on Airline Boulevard Portsmouth Virginia she was very nasty and rude to me for no reason at all I've never had this experience with anyone that works there I have been shopping Citi Trends for two years now I love the store very much but this woman is very hateful she was working there May 27th around 6:30 p.m.

Drove from Lawton Oklahoma to a baby shower Saturday a went to Citi trends in Texas to buy a baby shower gift, not a good selection but I found a baby bottle that had a bottle, rattle. Rag socks also it turned into a bank, I'd seen in Dollar General for $3/&5 Dollar's it had no price on it, I ask cash register lady how much she said $20, no ma'am their like...

I went to return items purchased with my receipt. I used my debit card and pin the orginal date of purchase and they wiuld not let me get cash back. So they took the card I paid with and the bottom part of receipt is showing approval offln and my bank is not showing anything and nothing has been put back on my card. The day I went to buy my itens another customer came in disputing the same exact issues with this store.

My name is Desiree Lockridge. Two and half weeks ago I slipped and fell in one of your stores in Detroit on Warren and Conner due to a wet floor from snow and slush soon as I entered springing my knee which became swollen. There was a rug on the exit but not the entry. I asked the manager to do an incident report. She did not. After asking for a copy of my hospital discharge papers, she made a copy and took my name and phone number saying human resources would call me. I still shop there so I spoke to her 3 more times since the the incident. First she said human resources would contact me in a day or two. Then, it was next week. Yesterday she said the person was sick and would get back to me next week. My biggest concern is after I fell I had to insist to her 3 more times that I really hurt my knee and she needed to do something about it immediately before someone else got hurt. She said all I can do is mop because I don't have a rug to fit in front of that door. After returning to citi trends from the Hospital that same day she have a rug down. My number is [protected].
