The hiring manager is Ms. Julie. She will have a interview with you and just have you calling and calling . She will tell you to do stuff and than when you do it she always come up with excuses or never do anything . She will have you calling and calling and don't even explain if we have the job or not . She is very lazy and slow at her business . She constantly lies about applications . She don't don't know how bad this person needs a job . I have been calling for a whole month and she still saying the same thing . Be patient she have to talk to the manager . It shouldn't have to take that long if they claim they hiring . Pick up the paste
my order was cancelled
Bought a shirt from Citi Trends and that was a present for a friend.
I paid for my order and they took my money right away. I was promised quick shipping, but my order did not show up.
I even received a confirmation message and a tracking number, but when I tried to use tracking it didn't show me anything!
I contacted Citi Trends customer service and they said that there was nothing to worry about, but time passed and my order was still no where to be found!
Then one day I suddenly got a message from Citi Trends stating that my order was cancelled. Nothing was mentioned about refund.
Citi Trends is far the worst company I have ever bought from! Stay away!

I made my order in late January and did not receive anything yet. My order was quite big - I bought two dresses, a top and some jewelry from Citi Trends website. I was really impressed with all the beautiful designs and of course with their cheap prices.
After I completed my order I immediately felt that something was wrong because they did not send me any payment confirmations. I contacted support service but they did not reply and several days later I tried to get my order cancelled and failed.
I can't say anything good about this site, they are not to be trusted and I would not recommend them to anyone. Please buy elsewhere. All I want is to get my money back.
lost my money
I have ordered a jacket from Citi Trends website and after I paid I received a confirmation message and a tracking number. When I tried to track my order I found out that number they gave me was fake! I contacted Citi Trends but they did not reply. They finally replied about two weeks later and said that my order was cancelled because my jacket was no longer available. Just think about that again! They gave me a tracking number and said that my order was sent, but two weeks later they told that my order was cancelled. This doesn't make any sense! They said they will refund my money within 5 business days but that never happened. Lost my money.

I went to Citi Trends recently, but I was really disappointed by the staff and services. I came here 40 minutes till the closure. I went quickly and chose the necessary items, but the girl, who worked here, refused to take it and told me that they already closed and couldn’t sell me these items. I started to complain with her, but she didn’t understand me. She barely spoke in English. I left all items and went out. The worst services, staff and attitude. Better avoid this place and post comments if you have the similar situation.
Went to citi trend in anniston al they didn't have my layway and didn't get what I paid on the layway back that is stealing they where very and disrespectful just want my money back for the lay way that I didn't receive
On 9/28/2023 11:10 am I felt racial profile in Citi trend Rainbow city . Employee and From the Gm for not hearing my me out and just came out the back all on the employee side and not hearing or watching the cameras . This has never happened to me there I have always spent money there never in my life I felt like that
the city trends in beaumont texas located on avenue A is a mess ! customer service is terrible ! Everything is on the floor from shoes to clothes . It is always that way . customers are picking clothes from the floor and the dressing rooms a nasty !
Numerous racks of merchandise covered in cloth moth debris and larvae were for sale.
Purchase earrings item # [protected] really liked item but was missing two sets and instead of letting me exchange for 2 matching set they would only give me .30 cents discount.. very unhappy with the service
Its Saturday 7/29/17 and the hrs of operayion3clearly states 10a to 9p yet its 10:20 and still no one all i want is my layaway OUT i shouldnt have to wait in blistering heat in HOPKINSVILLE ky their is 2 many black people working NO STRUCTURE at all and NO im NOT racist im black..but thry are 2 relaxed in a business setting...
Your female workers refuse to help me but could talk on the phone, no customer service at all, this is Citi Trend in Dallas Texas on Singleton and Hampton, this is the worse Citi Trend in Dallas
I was wanting to let y'all know that the manger at 524 Shawonda Chambers is a awesome worker and always keep me smiling. My day can be going down hill but when I see her and that smile my day goes great. The store is always clean and the staff are always helpful no matter what.
Purchased a pair on 12/9/17 to wear to church, which was on my feet from the time I left my home to church. And of course that's when I noticed the heels and soles. When I spoke to the sale assoc. I was hung up on once and rude the next time . Will not shop at your stores again
Cashier and Manager were very rude to us. I asked for the Corporate number and the manager took a frame with the number and just placed it on the counter without saying anything. I need someone to call me today.
