Circle K management.

My wife and I worked for the same store at the same time. She was promoted to our lead customer service rep within her first 2 weeks. She was doing our manager's job as well as her own. She even did the hiring process for a couple of the newer employees as well. She never got the promotion in the system therefore she was never paid for doing the job she was doing. We ended up getting fired, both of us, the same exact day. I went into work one day (she was dropping me off and went in to get a coffee while I clocked in) I didnt even get a chance to clock in before I realized someone was there to cover my shift already. I asked the manager if I still had a job, she said no. I asked her if my wife still had her job. She said no. I was supposedly fired for "texting the manager on her off day" about a store related issue. She was at work the day I text her as well. She never gave my wife a reason for firing her. The district manager refused to transfer either one of us as it is against company policy for a married or even dating couple to work in the same store, instead she fired both of us and refuses to get us in contact with HR or to send us our separation notices. As a former employee I would not recommend this company to anyone. The management inside the stores themselves usually are not that great and its even worse when it goes higher up into district or regional. The manager at this paticular store is just terrible. The manager lets customers get things "on credit" without paying, she lets other employees take home scanned out merchandise that is supposed to go back to McLane. Things are utterly out of control and when brought to the attention of the district manager it gets ignored. Both of us would love the see this handled and the manager repremanded at the very least. We do not care to get our jobs back however I feel it was very wrong and unfair for my wife to have to do the manager AND assistant manager's jobs because they were too sorry to do it themselves and then her not even get paid for it.

Circle K customer service

Cashier had a rude attitude when I told her the pump (7) wasn't reading my card. She claimed something was wrong and to pay inside or pick a different pump. So I went to another pump and somehow it just stopped working, black screen. My husband and I reentered the store to tell her that the new pump had a black screen to over hear one of the other co worker (male with pink hair) calling me a [censored] and saying "she can go else where and get gas" so I did exactly that and will contact to do so. Either bag or tag the pumps so people aren't wasting their time. Store was in dismay as if overnight doesn't know how to use a broom and was not clean up to par. The big light for the price of gas was also blacked out.

Circle K advertised price

This is the second time in the last week I stopped at this store and they have signs up advertising Froster drinks for 79cents, the same cashier insisted on charging 99 cents. Today I ended up walking out and leaving the drink because of this. If a sign is out advertising a price it should be honored, I ended up stopping at Speedway and getting my drink there.

A picture of the cup you were using would been wonderful. Your right that froster drinks was advertised for .79 however and your not the only customer who either wasn't aware of this or just trying to get away with it and it clearly shows on the picture, it's .79 if it's in a froster cup. This issue got so bad at my store and I even noticed it at the Hanover, IN store that we actually had to put up a sign that .79 froster was to be in froster cups only. Of course we still had customers who pretended they didn't see the sign.

Circle K self serve gas pumps

I' m from Canada and We we're traveling to Florida. We went to one of your gas bar to fill the car up with gas . I under stand about pre paying for your gas, because of filling up and not paying but when I put my credit card in to pay they want your zip code that is link to your card but in Canada we have postal codes mine is N2N 3E8 and the pumps won't accept. I went in to pre pay $30.00 and got a receipt the amount came to $23.00 . They gave a receipt for the $23.00 and they said I would be only charge for the $23.00 which was the case. Is there a way that Canadians could put there postal code in so they would have to worry about not being charge right. Thank you for your time. John Marschall (email is john.[protected]@rogers.com)

Circle K 4 bean burritos

I went by in the evening time to purchase some burritos. I asked the cashier with glasses if I pay for 4 burritos could she make some because in the glass case there wasn't any. She said no we are out. I was disappointed. I said ok, and grabbed a fountain drink and I heard the cashiers talking about a customer and saying bad language I found that very disrespectful and unprofessional. Was not a pleasant moment for me at all.

Circle K 3 charges on my debit card that are unauthorized

I came to make a purchase on my debit card and get cash back of $10 but was told I had insufficient funds so confused I look at my banking app to check what happened with my funds and there's 3 charges pending from this store all 1 minute apart and 2 were the exact same amount of $8.67 then final charge of .01 can't so I tell the clerk he charged my card 3 times that's y there's no money there its already been charged he informs me he cant do anything until manager comes n at 5 am now it's approx 3 am so I'm stranded no gas here for 2 hours no money no merchandise from circle k & no one to help refund the money illegally taken off my debit card

Circle K service was unacceptable

For a customer to be at that Circle K on a daily several times a day on a daily definitely consider myself a regular there for the cashier to not accept my dollar bill because it had a half inch tear in the dollar bill right after I explain just what happened my soda just spilt and all I needed to do is buy another one I just walked out the door there she would not accept it and said they can accept my dollar bill like it wasn't good enough it was still in one piece I was completely unacceptable and I will not be going back to that Circle K if it's the last thing I do completely out of line disrespectful and that's all there is to it the older lady I don't know her name working at Circle K on 67th Avenue and Greenway about a half hour ago so morning shift completely unacceptable and I just wanted to corporate office to know that I will no longer give my business to Circle K I'm 67th Avenue and Greenway and in hindsight I probably won't be going to circle case. Unless something is done in regards to the situation this is completely unacceptable

All of circle k employees are rude as hell thats why I quit going to circle k they might not miss one but when loads and loads of people slowly one by one quit going there because of their useless employees who cuss at customers [censored] about their jobs and talk on their phones instead of taking care of customers maybe then they will notice and it’s happening already at least around here people drive out of their way to just go to a different store!

Circle K manager

I had the RUDEST experience EVER with one of your employees! My husband is also an employee at this store. I came in to purchase my coffee as I do EVERY morning and your employee Brittany came out of no where angry telling ME "you tell Chris to call me because I have some choice words for him!" Now I have NO idea WHAT she is talking about, my husband was not with me and again I am NOT an employee, I'm a CUSTOMER!

This was SO VERY unprofessional and down right rude, there where customers in the store and if there was an incident that she needed to discuss with my husband that should have been addressed when he came back for his next shift! I'm standing there trying to figure out why the creamer was placed in the machine and the tip was not cut so ME, the customer could access it and she is yelling about having choice words for my husband! I stood there appalled, I then said, "what is going on with the creamer I'm just trying to get my coffee" she then turned to another employee who was standing there and told her to cut the thing open and walked away!

I was told she is a manager? Is this the type of training etiquette your managers are trained to have with their customers? This "manager" has seen me come in the store on several occasions and has not ONCE said not even a hello, but she felt it was ok to come yelling at me about an work incident I obviously know absolutely NOTHING about?

I don't come in the store as my husband's wife, I come in as a paying customer and I expect to be treated as such! I am a business owner as well in my community and I would NEVER expect to have a customer enter my establishment and be addressed like this! I expect a verbal apology, written apology SOMETHING and I expect her to have further etiquette training on how to deal with customers! As a manger she is suppose to know how to leave her emotions at the door when in a work environment! UNACCEPTABLE!

As a circle K associate I apologize you had that experience. Let me advise you though that upper management very rarely if at all goes on this forum on a regular basis. You would be better to find out who the market manager is and talk to them directly.

Circle K customer service

I came into the temecula location on pechanga parkway and there was a gentle man there asking about getting a drink they told him the button not working. I heard the young man say that's fine it always is can you go to the back and grab me one. The employee who claimed to not be on the clock got angry with the customer for asking the same question. Which was why can't you grab me one like the other night shift workers do. The employee most def treated the customer like he was trash while talking to him and that's not how business work customer is always right. I then left out the store only to see the customer walking outside without his drink he managed to reach. I asked what happend he said they said he was disturbing the peace. I then saw him go get in his car and put his hands in his head. I walk up to the car and asked why you so upset there are other stores to buy from. He replied saying it's because they racially profiled me and said they called the cops on me. He went on to say I didn't threaten or even say anything wrong besides ask the same question. The guy was really torn up some people really do just have problems and customer service is something you suppose to have even in the worst case scenarios. The customer was in the right of other employees have got the beer other times when the door is stuck from the back and he always comes around this time it shouldn't have been a problem. Actually there wouldn't have even been an argument if the girl/or guy not sure which it was had just helped him with getting a beer while the other guy was ringing up versus arguing with the poor customer. Honestly if the guy/girl had just shut up and went and got the beer for the customer there wouldn't have been no problem. The time the employee who was clocked out spent arguing with the customer was easily 5 times the amount of time it could've taken to walk to the back and grab a damn beer. Honestly this was the worst thing I think I ever seen for once I seen a black man get pushed to the side while o a white guy I know for a fact I would not have been treated that way to call the cops on somebody for something like that is very disgusting i'll never return to this location or any other circle k due to the fact that when the he/she left I heard her say call cooperate tell them all about me my name is kailey. I was just so shocked at the fact an customer service business would allow something like this. A customer can ask the same question as many times as they want you choose how you want to deal with it but anger and yelling and saying nuthin will come of this is very sad for a big business like this. On 9/25/2019 between 11:40 pm and 11:50 pm I witnessed the worlds worst customer service act ever I can't believe that I seen what I seen the fact that the guy managed to grab his beer threw the only door that can open and they tell him they won't serve him is wrong you can't choose which customer to serve just because you don't like them if he was being aggressive rude or even disrespecting them I can understand a no sale. But for someone to constant ask why can't you do what the others do and get treated like that shows that this company has failed the guy sayed he been coming to this store for three years and the past year the door get stuck every other week or so it's crazy how sometimes an innocent person is treated as if they are in the wrong as a customer we should be treated better

It sounds to me like the customer got upset when the employee said he can't grab it because he's not on the clock. Also you talking to this person and the customer saying what he is saying sounds like hearsay. Let me remind you that most if not all states it is illegal to work off the clock and this particular store could have a policy that states that even if it is to help someone out they can't do that. Now lets say the customer was racially discriminated than he needs to speak to the store manager.

Circle K ricardo employee

I went in there to get a drink in there a year ago the soda was flat so I did not want it anymore threw out the cup, he tried charging me for it then he accused my friend and I of stealing I let it go for the past year e everyone I came in he was very unfriendly and disrespectful tried not allowing me in because he accused me of stealing when I hadn't, I came in today he followed two costumers out of the store and accused them of stealing and told them not to come back, I am also in the retail business and it is not allowed to accuse people of stealing that is seen as discrimination, I asked how to contact a customer service line and he told me there is no kind of customer service line or any RSD numbers along with district manager numbers, he had lied because I found it here online I feel discriminated against I want him terminated or I want compensation for how I was discriminated against if not I will co tact a higher person thank you for your time I look forward to hearing from you

Circle K the entire store including the subway department

I would like to take a minute of my time to make a complaint about the Circle K/subway in Fort McCoy FL 32134 it doesn't matter what time of the day I walk into that store it doesn't matter what I'm going into the store for I will spend a good 15 to 20 minutes or longer if it's subway related waiting for any kind of service I am one customer that will never shop at your Circle K again because I don't have time to waste it's supposed to be a convenient store and it's not convenient when it's taking more than 30 minutes of my time . I'm don't know how to run a convenient store but I can tell you that I can stop at any mom-and-pop convenient store between here and any other state I drive it and it will not take them a quarter of the time that it takes me to get what I want at your store !

Circle K cashier

My husband whom happens to be Hispanic, went in to purchase gas and the cashier told him " Sorry, didn't mean to scare you with all these cops here!" And proceeded to laugh at her own comment as if it were humorous!

This comment is racially insensitive and offensive to our family! It is not okay for this woman to make a mockery of police to minority interactions or to insinuate that my husband would have a reason to be nervous with their presence!

I have called and left a message to your customer service in our region and would appreciate action towards this matter.

Circle K snapple bottle

I was at your Keene NH location on west street where u went inside and bought a bag of M&ms, a Snapple, $20 in gas on pump 2, and my daughter a little horse stuffed toy. I went out to pump my gas but as I was filling my tank it rolled under my car and got run over by another car leaving the gas pump. I went in to ask the man at the counter if he could replace the bottle I just bought and he told me no. Once I left the store with it there wasn't anything he could do. I was pumping the gas I just paid for. I feel like I should of been able to get another one but instead I had to buy another. Not great customer service.

Circle K management

My name is Teidra Green. My daughter Lonniedra Howard works at your Hattiesburg location on Hardy St. For the last 4 days, she has been texting and calling the manager Kristen about her work schedule with no response, I even texted her. I feel it's very unprofessional and a lack of management skills to not communicate with her whether it's to tell her know she's no longer needed or she just isn't on the schedule for the week. I need this matter resolved, so my daughter knows what's her next move.

Circle K parking for customers

today 9/21/19 at 1:40 pm I tried to get into the store on Lake Bradford, I couldn't. the lot was blocked off by idiots going to the fsu game. so I went to the store on Jackson bluff, that store was renting out parking spots. even the handicap spots, so I couldn't park there even though I had my placard showing in my window. so I parked on the sidewalk going into the store. So who is getting the money at 20 dollars per spot? where do the customers for the store park? this is getting to be [censored], quit renting out spots to drunks going to a worthless game. who gives a crap about fsu? I sure as hell do not care if they win or lose, what I care about is being able to shop.

Circle K 24 hr store closed

I stopped by just before 3 am and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed. I knocked and the cashier, Jo, said they were closed and would be for the next 45 min. From what I understand there should be at least 2 workers so the store could still be open. In the few minutes I was there at least 4 people drove up and had to leave. This store is next to the city bus transit center with drivers getting to work by 3am. Many of us stop there. Perhaps there is a better time to do this if they cant have 2 people there.

Forgot to add between 3 and 4 is most stores slowest hour making it perfect time to do end of day. Sure ya lose a few customers during it but it gotta be done.

Circle K staff

I've been to your store at this location 3 times now and 2 out if those 3 I've been kicked out for no good reason the 1st time me and 3 of my friends went and it was completely fine I wasn't going to buy anything but at the same time I wasn't making any noise or anything like that and out of everyone there my 3 white friends and me (black) I was the only one who got kicked out for no reason mind you and he said to me, get out of my store I wasn't angry and I usually don't get angry but I do remember things, second time we went there it was completely fine I did the exact same thing that I did last time except I was recording it and nothing happens. And now to today I walk in say hello. No response, no problem he probably didn't see me so it was going fine until I was going to go into the Bathroom in their store. I was walking towards the bathroom he points at me and says and I quote "get out" I respond with "what?" (Keep in mind he's singling me out and nobody else in the store) he says his normal line "get out of my store now" I say "I'm just going to the bathroom I haven't done anything wrong" he just starts yelling at this point "get out of my store right now" well my other three white friends are all seeing this they get treated like regular customers while I wait outside. I decided to call them I couldn't hear what he was saying but they hung up on me as soon as I told them what happened" call them again just a couple of minutes ago same thing happened except this time I told him that I was going to tell management he hung up right after that. Is there something you can do about this please

Circle K judgement of identification

I went inside the store with my son present to purchase chips, a cold drink, and beer and of course I had to show my ID. I have lupus as well as skin lupus and as I showed the clerk my drivers license, I was judged based off of my picture because of my condition and claimed it to not be me as it clearly is me so they wouldn't accept it. I will never shop at any circle K if this is how they treat others with illnesses. I was laughed at and humiliated before and as I walked out of the store.

Circle K manger

They are the worst people u can have running that store they put people on the walls calling them theifs want pay a girl for 25 hours cause they think she stole coffee was bad store was nasty paid the manager 80 anything over paid cash so the did not have to pay her ot pay. Never had printed checks all ways hand written no paper at gas pumps. Did not honor any thing free on ap from circle kay
