I went in for an interview today and when she asked me why i was quitting i was trying to explain to her she cut me off and was VERY RUDE and VERY judgemental before I was "allowed" to explain. When i started to she basically told me to shut up. Her words were "this is my interview im talking" yet she cut me off mid explaining what was going on at the place i was quitting all she heard was i was quitting cause they changed managers...and when i was trying to give her examples of what was going on she kept cutting me off and basically calling me a liar...how would she know what is going on over where i am quitting she does not work there. Just because shes been a manager for 42 years gave her NO RIGHT to treat me the way she did no matter what my reasons are. Then she pretty much said i wasnt getting the job because i offended her by my reasons for quitting...i know nothing will be done about this but she should NOT be able to treat people the way she treated me today over something she knew NOTHING about! If i could remember her name it would be included!
