Circle K customer service

Been going here for years but not anymore. This is the third time someone in my party or myself have been denied sales because somebody else in the party didnt have an i. D on them. Been they're for years, obviously known to be 28 due to past visits. [censored] that old [censored] you got working at that store. I wont be back because of her. Its november 3rd at 3:45.. Yall need to get rid of her. Cause somebody else dont have an id... Lost mine and my friends business.

Circle K nasty attitude

Cashier named chantey not pleasant to customers. She has a very nasty attitude and should not be working with the public. My co worker and I went to purchase our coffee on friday morning as we do daily. Store is suppose to open at 7:00am, it was 7:15am when she unlocked the door and let a line of customers in the store. The clock inside the store is 15 minutes slow! Once inside the store cashier (chantey) does not have all the coffee cup sizes stocked up so many slots are empty! We proceed to the line where I presented 2 of the circle k club cards to be stamped, one for my coworker and the other for myself. She only stamped one club card and not the second card until I told her it was for my coworker who had just paid for her coffee! Then she (chantey) proceeded to get smart with me about my attitude! When she was definitely the person being rude! Mangement needs to teach that employee that when you work in a public place (bp gas station) and you come in contact with the public, her attitude needs to be friendly, pleasant and less ghetto!

Circle K lottery

I am extremely upset at the fact that, I enjoy playing scratch off tickets like I always have. Now I dont even want to try and that irritates me so much. The reason I dont want to play anymore is because the workers are playing the tickets also and have the advantage. Thats not fair. An employee personally told me he placed a ticket near the cigarettes for a while to see if anyone wanted to buy it. So he says. Then apparently he decided to buy it himself and won $200. I had been playing that lottey the same night and decided against that ticket because of what he said. Today he was there again. I bought 1 ticket and went home to scratch it. I lost. Went back and got 2 more only to realize 1 ticket had been taken inbetween and I lost on both after I scratched them to just to see if that was the case. I cant say he was the one to take it for sure, but I do know hes played before and his wife stays in the parking lot for hours sometimes for whatever reason. And as far as im concerned, all the money I have spent there and as good of a realationship I have there, which can be checked.. I feel totally cheated. Maybe I would have bought that $200 ticket. Or maybe that 1 ticket missing may have been my winner. Just the fact that your employees are allowed to play the tickets and win at the very store they work at is appaling. How can I win against that. I have told many different people over the thousands I have spent there over the years buying tickets that this store either has the worst tickets in texas or they are playing them. Now I know which one it is. Sad...

Scratch off tickets is a game of luck and I learned that you can't go buy the odds on the back of the ticket. I can give you a perfect example, I used to have a gentleman come in and buy at least 100 dollars worth of lottery tickets and one day he bought 10 $20 tickets. The next day he told me he didn't win a single one of those. I don't know what that specific circle K policy is but if your losing money it is no one elses fault but your own and if you did spend thousands of dollars perhaps you should get yourself some help.

Circle K br

So I came in to buy gas and I filled my tank up and I went to buy a drink and some other food and I was told that there's no bathroom working and that the employee bathroom that they had extra they had lost the key was very rude and. I travel from Florida to Alabama and I stopped at this gas station twice the bathroom has always been out of order I understand that things need to be repaired but I also understand that when you have customers that you need to have a public bathroom and not to be rude about it I visited on Halloween night at 11:32 p.m.

Circle K customer service

I hate to be one to complain but I was VERY upset today with how I was treated and what went on. My family and I are normal customers. This morning me and my children are all sick and stayed home from school and work. My husband went this morning to get me a coffee and he left the debit card on the counter after he paid for my coffee and didn't realize it. He went back a short while later and went to grab the card like normal and it was the same cashier as it was when he bought the coffee for me. Knowing He needed the debit card to go to Kroger to grab me and children's medicine and soup at Kroger. When he got there the cashier was absolutely rude and my husband said I need to grab our debit card that I left about an hour ago, I can't seem to find it and I'm pretty sure I left it here. The cashier was rude and stared at him and said there was no card left here to my knowledge and my husband said, well I know it was left here so can you please check and it's says my wife's name and it's a first financial yellow and white card. And the cashier said oh ya you did leave that here but I can't give it back to you because it only has her name on it. So he proceeded to explain that we were all home and he needed to go get our meds and food for us at home. He said it's our account so there's no reason I can't take the card. So the cashier said again well it has her name on it so you can't have it back. No sorry, no explanation of clear company policies and my husband was absolutely baffled. So he comes home and I'm not only SICK as a dog, but I have 2 little girls that need their meds. So I had to waste MY gas and drive all the way back to circle k to get the card. When I get there the guy was RUDE as can be and I'm like honey I need my card back, I am sick I shouldn't have even had to leave the house as you could have called the bank or done whatever you had to do to see that it's our family card and we use it here, all of us on a daily. And he says so absolutely rude, I can't give it to you and I'm just standing there like... what... why? And he said because it's in the safe and I have to wait ten minutes... so I'm like this is crazy, it's been way more than ten minutes since I've been gone so I'm not understanding if you put it in the safe right away then why do I have to wait ten minutes and he was SO Rude and explained really nothing to me about what was even going on. I'm like sir I just want my card so can we just figure out how I can get it back I am sick, tired and I should not have had to even leave my house from taking care of me and my sick children. So I wait, more than ten minutes and by this point I am crying, so he calls his manager and I'm like do I need to call the police or what ? And then as his boss Tina is trying to make sense of this situation he says I will just get it out of the safe and gets it out and checks my Id and I'm just so baffled as to why this is all happening. I'm a regular here and nobody has ever id'd me at ALL or my husband or my children for using the card. We've actually left it one other time and my husband got it back from a woman about 5 months ago and she was very sweet and he went about the day. I think I'm just so confused as to why some days they check ids and some days they don't and I think it should have been explained better and I'm furious I had to waste my time and gas to do this ridiculous stuff to get out card back. It makes me so sad that the customer service is so terrible and I was clueless as to what was going on. I just don't get the sometimes checking ids for cards and cigarettes and sometimes no, do they just card who they feel like carding at the moment and if there is a company policy, why was it not explained and why was someone so hateful about something so silly that makes no sense? I'm sorry I'm just mind blown?! Please can I have some explanation as to why me and family are regular customers that why I had to waste my Gas and time on a terrible day when we were all sick when this has happened other times and nothing like this has happened. I feel like we were singled out and it's very hurtful I just don't know what I want to do about it. Please give me some type of feedback. I'd love to be able to keep being a customer but I'm so embarrassed and outraged we were treated this way? So sorry to complain but this is too much. And hopefully you can get better employees that are on top of things and not nasty and rude for no reason as well.

To Whom It May Concern

I have been a loyal customer of Circle K stores for over 15 years. I have time and again received great service at Middle Georgia Circle K stores which is the main reasons why I stop. I am writing in regard to the extremely poor customer service I had received On October 28, 2019, around 1200 hours, at the Circle K on Highway 49 in Baldwin County. I purchased $15.00 gas and a $5.00 lottery ticket. I gave cashier with the name Christy on her shirt a twenty dollar, and presented her my awards card which is located on my phone app. She stated that "I've already done cash you out; and lottery, gas, cigarette and alcohol don't count towards awards any way." It's not much of what she said, it's how it was said and the body language. She was very OBNOXIOUS. I was appalled by such behavior. Your company has been known to provide good customer services, and I writing because I don't want bad attitudes like cashier Christy to tarnish your company's name.

Circle K circle prepaid card

I purchased a circle K prepaid card on 10/15/2019 from the above store location. This was for employees to purchase gas. Today on October 26, 2019. Employee when to fill up car for work and was told that the two people working in the store today did not know how to use the card. I find it hard to believe that your own employees are unable to use your own prepaid cards. Are they not trained when the are hired? I thing the manager of the store might need to have a training class for the employees so they know how to do the job you are paying them for. This is a inconvenience for myself and my employees. Don't know if in the future I will purchase and more prepaid cards from your company if your employees don't know how to use them for business transactions.

Circle K no wet floor signs

I slipped and fell at this location right outside the front doors after purchasing a soda. I am 37 weeks pregnant and saw no floor signs. When I fell the employee didn't even offer for me to get up he just simply walked passed me and went and grabbed a floor sign. A customer had to get out of his car to help me up because the employee didn't. He was a young employee with short hair. He grabbed the floor sign after I fell and put it on the front of the doors where it should have been before he started washing the deck. I didn't land on my belly but I did land hard on my knees and my wrist. I am so appalled that there was no floor sign to warn people and the employee didn't even bother to help.

Well, customer service reps are only required to lift up to 25lbs and push/pull up to 50lbs. Anything over 10lbs requires a back lifting belt. And if you hurt yourself while not using the back lifting belt you're s.o.l. if you get injured. Also, personally was never was trained at any retail nor warehouse job to put up a wet floor sign outside the shop on the cement? Never have seen such a thing outside of waterparks.

Circle K customer service

My brother is a quad in a wheelchair. For some reason your pumps are a little bit tougher to squeeze than others and due to my brothers condition he couldn't pump gas. He went inside and requested help and neither employee would come out and help him pump gas. Thank goodness there was a young man in his low 20's who offered to help him pump gas. There were 2 employees working, it occurred on 10/22 around 3:30pm. I would hope that your company as a whole is being coached to help people less fortunate than the average person. A note on the good side you do have employees that work at this store that do come out and help when needed. Today when he asked for help the 2 employees working just looked at him like he was an idiot. No response what so ever. With employees like that I would be totally embarrassed. That's not what I would call good customer service.

Thanks for listening and please teach your employees to be more respectful to a handicapped customer.

Circle K racist comments about my hair.. then a call was more racist

I was informed by a cashier at circle K that dreads were "nappy" and that they didn't want my kind of hair... I have dreads.
Moreover, the call I got with an apology from an HR marketer from the specific store told me on the phone "well if you don't wana believe my apology is real, we also have a African American women you can speak to she will actually care and help"

It went from me being called nappy head in the store... to me receiving a "apology" phone call and being old they also have blacks who work for them.

This makes me sick I hate racist people.
Also I have not had contact weeks on in now.

Circle K disrespectful and lazy csr

I was in the store today on 10/20 at about 145 pm AZ time there was a line out the door and one of the CSR was walking around talking to another one who was mopping when she finally jumped on register she mumbled next 6 times and when someone started walking up to check out she said aloud to the customer "I said it [censored]ing 6 times" everytime I'm in the store she spends all her time glaring at and mean mugging customers. I worked for circle k for 2 years and so did my girlfriend and we are both appalled everytime we go in to that store at the way multiple staff members behave it absolutely goes against everything circle k stands for no one feels welcome and you lose customers everyday I truly hope you send someone from corporate to comb through camera footage and everything and and clean up the problems. I would love to keep shopping at circle k but as long as this continues I will not be going into that store thank you for your time

Circle K gas

I went to the circle k in Rumford Maine yesterday and bought 10 dollars in gas and you took 75 dollars out of my account! I happened to be out of state at the time and only have 100 dollars on me and because if this you left me with 25 dollars. I am now stranded down here in Massachusetts and couldn't go to work today. You have really screwed me over. I was told you people hold this money as a holding fee till the ten dollars clears! This is a rediculous amount of money to keep for 10 bucks. I am beyond furious. I want my money back now.

Circle K touchless car wash

On Tuesday, September 3 when I purchased a tank of gas I also bought a $10 ultimate car wash. I proceeded into the car wash put my car in park in the designated area. The car wash turned on and started working when the over bar fell on my car and proceeded to scratch it up and down the driver side. I wanted to drive out, but I was afraid it would cause more damage. I went immediately inside the gas station and told the attendant. She came out and took pictures with her smart phone and also reported it to the claims department. I was also told that it can happen because it's a mechanical arm and they would take care of the damage.

I have sent multiple emails using the above claim number with photos of the damage

The damage is quite significant with the scratches cutting through the paint and primer. I've had two estimates and both are over $3000 because the Front bumper, hood and whole driver side of the car will need to be repainted. I will also need a rental car while the repairs being completed it could take 10 working days.

Circle K the service of employee jenifer gillespie

I went to circle k in virden for a phone wire and a drink and employee Jenifer Gillespie called the police and reported me. Jenifer lies and said I left my children unattended for 20 minutes. The store has cameras and surely the footage to prove how much time I took. This incident happened on 9/23/2019 at 7:45 pm. I have the proof of the police finding it to be false. I visit the circle k in virden often and spend a great deal of money in the store. This is the second time there has been an issue with Jenifer. The first time she was talking very loudly calling my stepson "Gay" I am very appalled by her actions and am surprised her ethics have not affected more business. Circle K pepto bismol and coupons

I came to this location on 10/16/19 to purchase gas. While at the pump I was offered a coupon for a free circle K water with any purchase through the GasTV. The receipt printer was out of paper so I went in to get the coupon and make a purchase. I was told by the clerk that this location does not honor the coupons and will not print it. Today I came to purchase PeptoBismol and Gatorade. The price on rack was $2.99 but it rang up for $3.29. When I informed the same clerk from the other day, she stated"That was the old price it's $3.29." I suggested they change the sign to the correct price especially if they know that it is incorrectly priced. She just repeated that's the old price it's $3.29

Circle K I got let go because I was in jail

Hi my name is david Westerhoff I worked at 5990 store I did not show up at work for 2 nights because I was in jail I went to court and they through it out there is no way I can get any paper work from them because there is none they said it was a wash i love my job i was always there i always did extra things to improve store i always help lori out with alot of things i need my job please email me at [protected]@gmail.com

Circle K breakfast taco - chorizo and egg - contained a strip of plastic.

After purchasing a chorizo and egg taco, my daughter and I drove away and she began eating her taco. I heard a horrible noise and looked back and she's choking and tears were running down her face. She reached into her throat and pulled out about a 5 inch long strip of plastic that must have been inside of the taco. Photo is attached. Please be more careful when prepping tacos at this location.

Circle K rude customer service

October 15th
After selecting products to purchase I then had to wait several minutes for the cashier (Name tag: Chris) to acknowledge I was standing there. She was taking what sounded like a personal phone call. Once served I was denied purchase due to a scanning issue. The CSA's tone of voice was arrogant and rude. Having worked in customer service and retail this treatment is unacceptable and I felt disrespected having to wait to be served without any communication or apologies. I asked why I was denied purchase and I was told "I can't sell you this" again asking why I was told "I'm not selling this". The item was a baked good, not a tobacco or lottery product.
As a regular customer at this store I have never been treated like this before this individual was hired.

Circle K employee gossiping loudly

I went in this morning to get a couple energy drinks and there was a female employee in the middle of the store gossiping very loudly to some customers about someone named Dylan. We made eye contact, but she didn't welcome me into the store and continued talking crap. It was very unprofessional and gave out a lot of negative energy, which of course is bad for business. As a former Circle K employee, I just couldn't stay quiet about this, and wanted to express my thoughts. On a great note, employee Will at the register was wonderful. He was polite and professional throughout the other employees rant.

Circle K coffee / customer service

I have been going to circle k for a long long time. I love the convenience and their atmosphere and of course the wide variety of merchandise to choose from. Well I have had the same rout ifs ne now for at least 3 years. I wake up grab my 20 oz tumbler cup and head straight to the circle k before my eyes are even fully open. I get their with my husband. Majority of the time I'm buying 2 coffee refills and 2 packs of cigs every single morning. We walk in he heads off to make up the coffees how we like and I hurry and get in line.. sometimes it's very long and we do it this way so we can be done paying and making the coffee at the exact time. It's never been a problem the entire 3 years that I have been doing it.. well about 2 weeks ago one of the circle k employees I walked up to had just an awful attitude the second I walked up. Well I asked for my cigs an then the coffee an she tells me my total and I asked if I could type my number in because I participate in the coffee club and it just made her explode. She started saying you can only get a refill if you have a circle k cup and I cant ring you up until he gets over here with the coffee. Well i started complaining a lot first of all i was just in shock with how i was being treated. Well finally we resolved the issue with it being okay to use my tumbler cup. But now we are no longer allowed to split up and he go make the coffee while I pay. It really is an inconvenience and to be treated the way they do about it when I come in every morning paying good money to that store. Now when i get my 6th free coffee I'm not aware of it being my free one until it's already made and i get up in line well when she says it's your free coffee i have to go pour my coffee out that's already made because the free one gets to be any size and i take advantage of being able to get a big one.. it slows us down it really has caused problems. it use to be a breeze going to the circle k, I've gotten to where I dred going and want to look into finding another store. I mean no one ever had a problem with it their are not a set of rules listed anywhere saying it has to he that way that women simply had an attitude with me didn't like me because I'm white or just plain out wants to be a b word, and started making up rules just to be mean. I'd really like to get some feed back about this situation because I do like the circle k and hate knowing I may have to go to another store. And i forgot to mention if this was a rule or a policy how come it was never enforced the past 3 years I've been coming or how come I can stop at any other circle k and they don't mind at all that we have our own tumblers or that I get in line and pay while he makes the coffee... my names Rachel Lawson phone number [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com.
