Circle K price

Chardon Ohio you're not honoring the purchase a polar Pop and get the Reese's king size for a dollar is not price that way in your system but yet there's flyers all over the door and polar pop machine indicating difference 440.904.0155 email. [protected]@gmail.com. I'm adding words because it told me that my complaint was too short really I think the shorter the better what else did I need to say but the price is wrong in the system that I was charged

Circle K poor customer service

I stood in line for a bit while the clerk Johnny stood there scratching lottery ticket and Ruben handles the line I can't remember exact day but I did tell ruben that I was gonna report it . Everytime I go in melinda assistant manager and claudia ruben are always working crew leader Edgar and the rest of crew spend all their shift on the phones. I hear the workers that do work complain i hate for them to leave.

Circle K management

I am 8 months pregnant I had just stood in a really long line to buy some coffee and a muffin with the little money I have. I had to stand there and re try my card about 6 times before it went through and my card worked just fine because I payed with it, it was a system error and the guy didnt even say sorry or anything. Then before I left I asked him for a water cup and he told me we dont have water cups if you want water you have to pay for a cup. I told him I just wanted some ice and I didnt have much money left to spend 1 dollar on a little bit of ice when this is arizona it gets 100+ degrees outside you guys should have water cups, it's just common courtesy. I'm a manager at a resturaunt and I personally order cups so we can give water to those in need. Anyways I went and got a cup to PAY for a small amount of ice and I had to wait in another long line which made me late for work. I talked to the assistant manager WALTER and told him what happened and he was extremely rude. He told me I dont have to order water cups and if you want ice your gonna have to pay for that cup. I told him he should supply water cups given how hot it is and he said no I shouldn't but thanks for telling me. Once again I'll remind you that I'm 8 months pregnant and I was in that store for 23 minutes practically standing in line that whole time because there were a bunch of people stocking and not helping customers. I think management needs to work on the way they talk to customers. I wasn't rude to anyone but I was treated with disrespect over some ice.

Also you need to understand that the bigger circle K's have employees that just does stock and not register trained. No disrespect and I'm one of the most customer oriented patient people you will find but no one forced you to wait 23 minutes, if the line was that bad you could easily made the decision to go elsewhere.

Jerkay.

The majority of circle K stations, mine included charges for just the cup. Your not paying for the ice your paying for the cup. The reason a lot of stations and even fast food restaurants or doing this now is because there was just too much people pretending they're just going to get water but in fact they're putting soda in that "water cup". Don't blame management for customers deceptive behavior.

Circle K filth

This store is the filthiest store I have ever seen. The garbage cans are always overflowing, all the creamers are out (didn't matter because there was no coffee made), no cups available. The floors have a months worth of grim on them. Everything is out of stock. The store smells like urine and feces. The men's bathroom has yellow crude that is urine build up on the urinal and the floor that had to have taken months to accumulate. The river of urine leads to a crap filled stopped up toilet that is being worshipped by three generations of flies. The employees are clueless and are more interested in their phones than anything going on at the store. This place should be shut down by the health board because it is always filthy.

This is a prime location and it is common knowledge to all of the local residents that it is always disgusting and never has coffee. (and at night the employees put a sign on the door and close the store for hours for no reason)
If the store was cleaned once in a while, stocked properly and open when it is supposed to be, the business would more than double.
I never write complaints but I finally decided to take the time to do this because I thought you should know.

Chaz.

I can agree that it should be cleaned and the employees shouldn't be on their phones. Here's the problem though and I work at a Circle K and dealt with lazy customers who thinks I have nothing else to do but clean after their laziness, while it is the employee job to clean the bathrooms, if everyone acts like an adult and start peeing on the floor and all over the toilet that wouldn't happen.

Circle K fountain soda machine

The fountain soda machines are disgusting at this store. There is some weird residue on the metal ice dispenser handle as well as along the caulking securing the machine to the counter. This location is very convenient and the cashiers are pretty friendly for the most part, but I worry that I may get sick from the soda machine. If the exterior is that gross I can't imagine what the inside (where the ice is and eventually ends up in my cup) looks like.

Circle K cashier attitude about sale items

I was in the store today 7/10 at 530-545 and I attempted to purchase 2 large packs of Doritos and 4 packs or red, white &blue trollies, a pack of hotdog buns, and a pack of miscellaneous Candy. Several of the items were marked with huge sale signs for instance 2 for $3.00 on the trollies and Buy 1 get 1 on the Doritos. When the items did not ring up in sale I told the clerk the items were in sale and she told me to bad that's the price he had entered into the system so that's what I had to pay, I told her that is illegal and she said to bad then I asked for a print out of the price I was being asked to pay and she said only once I pay for them mI told her I wasn't going to pay those prices but wanted a print out (because unfortunately my phone was in the car) and she literally looked over my shoulder yelled "Next customer" and told me u had to wait for her to clear her line. I had my 6 year old Autistic grandson in the car and she refused to wait on me. So I waited until the line was clear and then I was very angry and returned in she then again told me I had to return tomorrow to deal with her boss. I am in the store 2 to 3 times a day and an personally known by store managers at 3 if Tallahassee locations because I own a small business and have done over $300, 000.00 with ur company in the past 3 years. That ceases today. The clerk on the cash register closes to the door has ended our business relationship.

You nosey people with way to much time on your hands my grandson was not only and I never stated he was AND not that it's anyone's business but I frequently visit Circle k because I own a business that uses fule. You busy bodies are just as inept as the clerk!. I had other vehicles with me that day all accompanied by adult drivers and other personal so please call the local authorities they know me as well I am a leader in my community and not a person with so much time on my hands I assume things I have no clue about.

Circle K attitude of employee

I stop in at the store at 1115 san pedro very often. I have gotten a simply cup for coffee refills at the promotion price of $0.99. The associate, Jo, seems to have a very difficult time charging me the correct amount. Even after countless times of telling her. When I tell her the price it upsets her. She gets visibly upset and one time was even like, *sigh* Jesus Christ. She has become increasingly rude. Now she scans my cup and slams it down. Once it looked like it was going to fall over. I told her there is a button on the screen and she was like, no there isnt let me have your cup. I feel like this is excessive over a dime difference in price.

Roylinda abney (rj) is the rudest most foul mouth person i've ever heard that works for a comperation and gets away with it while on the clock shes been warned about a certain situation envolving someone in the community that is a loyal cutomer of circle k talking about her personal life involving this lady, and still sits up here talking about the situation she still claims she will not wait on this lady and her mother who also is and employee of circle k at the same store absolutly still will not wait on this lady, in which doubles the work on the rest of us ! i p
ersonally have had different people from the community ask why is they allowed to to work here when they do not want to do there jobs? and continue to bash ms.Tina to other employees and customers!there are some people and paying cutomers that are sick of it, im submitting this online because hoping something can be done about this, this family is known for violence and will retalite against anyone who speaks on this matter involving ms.Tina these to especially rj really makes our circle k look bad, she comes to work in slides, she just really gives our store a bad image.. I even let ms tina know when our big bosses mr david and ms lisa were going to be here last week she herself even spoke with them and nothing has been done about it!

I parked at a pump with a trailer to pump gas but had to go to the restroom first the manager i guess idk who he was came yelling at me move your truck you are hurting my business i told him i am about to buy gas i just need to use the restroom he said move it first or pump gas i told him im about to pump gas and buy lunch and heat some lunch up for the microwave he wanted to charge 1 dollar he said pump the gas or move it i said thats how you treat your customers he said yes i dont care if you dont come back was going to spend atleast 80 including the gas it is the last time i go to your store it had happened before but i still kept going back but this is the last time

Circle K customer service

I went into the Timrod st & alvernon location around 6:15-6:30pm on 7/8/19. When i got pulled into the parking lot i noticed a female cashier outside on her phone & also talking to a young man in the parking lot. I went inside to purchase alcohol. I was helped by a older male cashier, think his tag said kelly. As the transaction was happening the female came back into the store with the young man she was talking to in the parking lot. Male cashier tried telling female that the young man was being rude, not showing id so he wasn't going to sell. The young man was being rude, talking to the male cashier & taunting him while he talked. The female cashier said its ok, sell to him, he's a regular you don't need to card him. The young man was wanting to buy cigarettes. The male cashier kept saying, no thats not right, i'm not selling without being shown id. The female kept repeating to sell to the young man cause he's a regular, you don't need to card. This was really uncomfortable to be witnessing & seeing happen infront of multiple customers in line. The actions of the female cashier (i wasn't able to get her name, but was wearing a red polo) seemed very wrong, especially when she kept saying that not to card to the male cashier.

Circle K customer service "manager'

I drove 12 miles out of my way to the circle k on hwy 41 in charleston sc to get a car wash. The car wash menu/box was out of order, so I went inside the store. The clerk "sold" me a car wash (which I paid for!), but could not get a code to use it. She called over her 12 yr old boss manager, he tried to wrestle with the cash register, but could not get anything to work. He says, sorry, it is not working. The clerk (she) had walked off... And this kid just stood there. I was like, okay, are you going to give me a refund? He was all like, did you pay cash - well, yes, I did - but does it matter? I paid for a car wash, and you are not giving me a car wash... So refund please? He finally gave me some attitude, some lip, and a refund. I had merchandise on the counter waiting to be rung up and paid for... He is like standing there not helping me at all. Then he finally rings it up, does not give me a receipt. Hello. We can write off these things on our taxes, but only if you give us a [censored]ing receipt. This guy is a completely incompetent [censored]. I will be taking my business to the exxon carwash even though I detest exxon - at least I will get a [censored]ing car wash out of them - and a receipt for it!

Circle K service

I was recently working at your 2755 kettering store and i was fired yesterday (07/04/19) because of my allergies. I am allergic to grass and cleaning chemicals. I asked the store manager brandon would he like for me to bring in notes that certifies my allergies and he replyed no and still tried to advise me to do things i am not allowed to do . once i brought it back up beverly and brandon himself got upset. Beverly decided to raise her voice and and accused me of having an attitude. This store is very unorganized when i first was recruited for the customer service representative they were having me and another young lady come in and sit for hours wasting our time two days in a roll having us think we were about to actually start the job giving us false information that our background checks has came and they never did . them restrooms are disgusting not one employee including the managers clean the restrooms .

I want to tell you that i was fired for my allergies but they cannot do that because it is illegal, so i admit and i said sorry i lied and said my superviser sexually harrassed me. i said that my coworker also did the same thing that he kissed me and put his hand down my chest. I told someone who was supposed to be my friend that it never happened they told the supervisor I said i made it up. they said that was the reason they fired me not my allergies. the people that work here are dis honest. when you tell a friend a secret she should not blab it i even apologised but they betrayed me. but i dont care i am a happy person.i smile.

Circle K lottery

Hello I wanted to share my experience at one of your stories witch was 5929 new cut road Louisville Ky 40214 at around 5:10 am at 7/5/19 I came into the store to buy a lottery ticket from the lottery machine I put in two dollars and the machine wouldn't give me my ticket so I ask the lady at the register to help and she reply with attitude that the machine didn't belong to the store and that she couldn't help me out I reply well the machine is in your store I'm just asking can I get my Money refunded or could you just give me the ticket from the front she still had a attitude and told me no she couldn't do anything and that it wasn't her problem she had no interest in helping me out at all. I was still facing her dictation and she just basically ignored me. She wouldn't look at me. so the machine out of no where ended up spitting out my ticket but she had very bad attitude very poor customer service. She was order and short I guess I won't come to this store again

Circle K wally employee at store located at skipper rd and bruce b downs

I went into the store to purchase pretzels and beer when i got to the register a middle aged man named Wally (unfortunate, I know) refused me service says my ID was "mutilated" because it was slightly bent. I then asked my girlfriend in the car to purchase the items for me less than one minute after. To my surprise she came out of the store less than a minute later saying once she went to the counter and said "hey my boyfriend just came in and you said his ID was mutilated( exaggeration at it's finest) I'm trying to buy the stuff he wanted" he replied by saying "well what did he bring up to the register" she told him it was the beer and pretzels and he turned around and immediately procurred it from less than a foot away from him. Upon hearing this i went back inside and asked him if he really didnt know what my girlfriend was referring to on account that this whole process literally took less than 5 minutes in total. In an act of immaturity that is completely unfit for a man clearly in his mid to late 40s he rolled his eyes(the hardest I've seen in years very high school valley girl esq) and said "I get a lot of customers". I have been coming to this establishment for years and have never been treated so blatantly rudely. He clearly is a very insecure and unpleasant man and i will most likely discontinue going there because of this experience.

Circle K manager at haverwood/ tollway store

This morning I was getting a coffee for my son which I normally do, I put a few creamers in and took 5 extra just in case my son wanted more and the cashier, Ali, told me that in the store I cannot have that many creams it was bad for my stomach and next time no cream for me. He embarrassed me in front of many customers, I am a single mother and don't need the hastle. I would like to know what your policy on coffee cream is. Otherwise circle k has lost mine and my family's business. And we were daily customers. I will be sharing my experience on Yelp and all other social media platforms

My name is kiara calvin. I work at circlek on Indiana nd Vicksburg ms. I haven't received my check and I been askin about it every since last Thursday when I suppose too got paid I have heard back from anyone at it and it seems like I'm working for free I'm late I'm paying my bills because of this matter it seems like nobody wants too help me at the store about it so I'm just asking can somebody fix it I have been waiting patiently about this. Circle K racial discrimination lawsuit

My name isJoseph despenza. I'm an ex employee that was ran off from the circle k oak harbor branch in Slidell La. I was ran off from working for you all Buy a racist manager by the name of Kat and a racist customer the reason why I am claiming that she's racist is because the customer called me a Red Nigger right in front my ex manager "Kat" and she did not ask her to leave nor did she call the cops on her. She just opened up a new register just so she could take her order because I refused to ring her coffee up after she had called me a nigger in front my ex manager "Kat". So after she had called me that horrible word she was treated as if it was ok because the way Kat handled it to me made her feel like she had some type of immunity against being kicked out of the store after disrespecting me infont Kat... so me and my wife go there this morning because even before I worked there that was the gas station we always stopped at in the morning to get a coffee before work we go into the gas station and the lady that called me the N-word was there she immediately started picking at me not knowing I didn't work there anymore so me and my wife cursed her back out Kat called the cops on me and kicked me out of the store for cursing Her out so she can curse me out she can curse my wife out and don't get kicked out and don't have the cops called on her but I can't do it to her Kat was wrong for trying to get me arrested this morning for having a verbal altercation with the racist customer that made me quit please pay some attention to this because every black employee that's worked there before me and quit say that Kat is racist there is another manager at another branch that I won't say says she knows that Kat is a racist My phone number is [protected] and I'm really thinking about calling the lawyer and suing you all for racial discrimination

Circle K service

My son went into circle K and proceeded to get an icee and the light did not indicate it was ready or not ready. The cup overflowed with liquid/solid mixture, forcing all the liquid to rise to the top and overflow. The clerk on duty at 8:15 on 6/30/19 at the location on highway 90 in Patterson, Louisiana. Fussed at my child, embarrassed him and stated that she now "had to clean up the floor", my boyfriend stated it was obvious that the lights were not functioning on the machine and he explained this to the clerk. The clerk did not offer to help clean up the mess and only indicated that it was more work for her. The stores floor was obviously soiled and in need of cleaning prior to this incident.

Circle K the cashier

Tracy an employee at store 4966 on kingsfield told me after I asked what her problem was that I always make a mess and I don't. Also refused to give me complaints number and said not to come back to the store yet and started acting like I was being rude. When I was just trying to get a word in edge wise. This is the worst I have ever been treated in the history of me using circle ks and unless this is resolved y'all will lose a lifetime customer. I have never had customer service this bad in my life. Also when I opened the door she said I asked you not to come back but she only threatened me with that

Circle K problems with service

On June 29, 2019 approximately 3:00 pm, I arrived at Circle K, 5445 Capital Circle SW, Tallahassee, FL 32305 to purchase a $.79 Any Size Fountain Drink. After standing in a long line watching one employee busy herself with stocking an already stocked food area while one employee worked the cash register. She rang up my drink and said, $1.07.

I questioned her stating that it says any size fountain drink $.79 which would be $.85. She demanded $1.07 for my purchase. I hand her a $10 bill while holding a hand full of change that I was going to give her. She had an attitude when I told her, here is $.10. She told me it was too late she already rung it up.

I said, are you kidding me! I gave you $10.10 my purchase is $1.07 that is $9.03 all day long. She said it was my fault for waiting to long. I accused her of not being able to count and feeling sorry for her generation that can't do simple math.

This employee cheated me out of $.22 cents, insulted my intelligence and created an unnecessary negative experience. I do not believe I will ever go back into this station, even though it is directly across the street from my house.
