Circle K cashier at store - rude (eric)

At store 10701 Unser Blvd NW, ALBUQUERQUE
Very RUDE cashier-ERIC to everyone in his line. Treated customers w/absolutely no respect. He was dressed sloppy, no name tag, greasy hair, angry acting like he hated his job but he should not take out on customer @your store. He should be fired honestly. All customers where all noticing how rude he was!
Sad that someone in customer service can be allowed to work at your store. Be the last time we go there. And we know others felt same way on a busy Saturday morning.

Circle K employees

Hello,

I have a very serious complaint about the employees at Circle K, Mount Pleasant.

UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL situation! I was embarrassed! And the employees at this location have NO education in serving foreign clients!

Please contact me ASAP, as I want to talk to someone higher in the company.

Also, if not contacted I will take this up with my lawyer!

Circle K cheated out 20.00

6/27/19 12:27 PM ORDER NUMBER 335599 CIRCLE K 6301 REGISTAR 1
on the above date i pullin to pump 5 went inside got a few items and went to checkout i purchased 20.00 in gas total bill 31.73. which i paid with my visa when i got to the pump inserted the hose no fuel just a see cashier on screen. when back inside to the same cashier, i asked can turn on my pump 5 please. she said when i'm through with this transaction. I went back outside waited nothing happened so i went back inside. This time it was two cashiers and the manager peter. They said what pump are you at I repeated 5. They printed another receipt asked me what did purchase i told them then they said your gas was put on the wrong pump. If i wanted gas i would have to pay another 20.00 while standing their i pulled up my account on my cell. pending 31.73 circle k. i refused and left the store went to another gas station and purchased fuel. I feel cheated out of 20.00 my credit still says 31.73 circle k. things should have been handled different by the circle k staff. i'm asking for a formal reply..faye taylor 9207 westlake circle belleville mi 48111

Circle K ice coffee

I go to this location that is a little further from my house specifically because they have a ice coffee machine, and it is open 24 hours a day. Well for atleast the last two months when I have gone there (which is atleast a few times a week, if not every day) the ice coffee machine has not been work and had been empty. Would you please get it fixed as soon as possible so I don't have to go to 7-11 to get my ice coffee. I really don't like hot coffee, especially in 90+ degree weather..

Circle K I am employee

Hi my name is Donald Berdine And my fiancé Meghan Dawson. Our boss Jamie of the Circle K in Patterson PA put words in my mouth yesterday calling me saying that me and my fiancé said the N-word to a coworker that we work with. This coworker called Jamie after my fiancé walked out due to her being very disrespectful towards my girl Meghan and she called Jamie previously letting her know that she was gonna be like to work due to she had to go to the hospital and pick up her grandmother who was being discharged and she is legally blind and cannot see. Yes show my fiancé got to work And she said why are you late very very rude I don't like how this coworker talks to my fiancé at all And she is not mine nor my fiancé's boss she needs to learn to respect other employee coworkers at the Circle K in Patterson. As my fiancé Turned around and walked out And she told her she could stay here and work Charla of her I haven't p.m. I want to hear Directly from Andy who is Jamie's boss tomorrow morning thank you and have a blessed day

Circle K poor customer service

Circle K at 7802 S.P.I.P store 1505 has 2 employees that were so rude to me Saturday at 11 oclock Customers were ignored by both clerks Ms. Sue and Miranda. They didnt acknowledge us in store and were talking bad about their co worker Jake. They complained in front of customers. Another clerk came and told them hey turn around you have customers and Ms.Sue got real rude she slamed the register and didnt even greet us. Miranda said I cant get noone Im making Kolochies and went about to ignore us. she did get the register when what appeared to be her husband came in. I go in alot Im pretty much a regular. I love the other workers there they are so nice and friendly. They are full of smiles and are always nice. Theese 2 are very rude and should be retrained in customers service. Thank you

Circle K assistant manager jaime

I was at the location at 6306 E. Riverside Dr. and Montopolis Dr. Austin, TX. I was tempted on purchasing 2 packs odd Marlboro Lights Special Select cigarette that are on sale for $4.94 per pack when buying 2 packs. The cost would be $10.78. The Assistant Mgr. Jaime did not give me the discount. Because he was on a different register that did not provide the discount and was not signed on the other register. He said that it's only a $1.00 difference and tried to continue sell me the cigarettes, but I refused. I was at this location 3 days ago and the lady cashier was able to go to the other register and provide my discount. If this is the case as to where I can not receive my discount, then he should take off the sign stating, purchase2 packs of Marlboro Lights Special Select cigarette that for $4.94 per pack when buying 2 packs. The advertisement thats on the store glass door. " False advertisement" if you ask me. I can not believe the bad customer servive that I received from this man. Circle K regular gas pump #1 far east side.

Saturday June 22nd 2019, at approximately 6:45 am, I paid cash 40 dollars to the attendant for regular gas for my boat. I preceded to complete my transaction and enjoy my day. My boat had 5 to ten gallons in it prior to get gas from your company. After put the appropriate 16 gallons of fuel in boat I headed to the ramp. As soon as I attempted to accelerate the engine bogged down. Once I drained the fuel water separate it continued to run sluggish. After I drained the separator four more time . I headed to my home and drained the remaining gas out of the tank . Approximately 20 gallons of fuel was removed from boat and from that twenty gallons almost two quarts of water. I am requiring reimbursement of 40.00 for fuel plus 39.00 for water separate filters . If you have any further questions please contact me at [protected].

The gas station is located in loxahatchee florida 33470 in the Publix shopping plaza.

Circle K gas

I was at the pump getting gas i let it fill up while looking at my phone. It reached 15.00 then stopped it self. (I was paying with a card at the pump) i wanted 20.00 so it pulled the switch to pump more ot put about another dollar then stopped again. It continued to do this until at 18.00 i gave up and finished the transaction and left. When i got home i happened to look at my mobile banking app and it charged me for 26.00 worth if gas. I called the store it happened at immediately and the sales person asked me to call back in the morning to speak to a manager. I just called and spoke to an assistant manager and he told me to call corporate. Im submitting this here because i can not seem to find a phone number to call for my state.

Circle K general complaint concerning several things

4 years Circle K 7105 in Southwest Harbor Maine Countrywide quality service and products. Recently a new manager took over and ever since then there have been severe problems with customer service and wood products. The trash cans are always packed full restore is filthy now there are never any breakfast sandwiches for workers on the island. This morning they even had the wrong coffee and both of the house premium coffee pots. And it takes forever now to get through the line because only one register is ever open. It is a terrible situation and many people here are complaining. Please Rectify this situation

Circle K cheeseburger

I purchased a cheeseburger from one of your locations in Gainesville, FL. As soon as I opened it up, you can see the bread/top bun was extremely burnt, and it also had what look like mold. I moved the patty and there was mold on the bottom bun as well. This is completely unacceptable. I threw the burger away, but I did record a video. I was not going to eat it and get sick. I would like something done about this immediately, or I will be sending the video to BEtter Business Bureau

Circle K being out of product

Since last Thurs I would leave with my iced tea and when I got to work the unsweet is a sweet Raspberry. Today I thought Ill taste before I leave there was barely half glass in the unsweet container and container says unsweet who knows what it was because when I complain to the 2 managers on duty they ignored me and then got rude about my questioning about why are they making raspberry sweetened in an unsweet container . Some diabetics like me cant have it. When I tried to complain with phone number on receipt Fri that number is disconnected. Guess what told them today Monday the phone number on receipt still same and they know its wrong but dont know how to change it and offer me the correct number to store in my phone to call if I have anymore problems. Really keep your number in my phone so I can call to report more problems. Makes me wonder how many complaints they get or dont get cause no one can call them in. But when 2 managers are ignoring you and rude why even call your juat going to be talking to the same deaf ears.

Circle K new management

I am writing in regards to the Circle K located in Sellersburg Indiana, the smaller of the 2 stores in town.
Finally after quite some time the store was actually clean, had friendly employees and then a new manager was placed at the store. I am in the store at least once daily often times twice, sometimes more. It is the most convenient one from my home. Since the new manager, Amanda (I believe) has taken over, I have seen her actually work a register once, and once straightening a product outside of the store. However she has put a bench out in the front so that she can sit and visit with whomever, heard her belittling staff in front of customers, the store is consistently out of items that I know they typically always would have. The assistant manager runs the store or tries to the best she can anyway. I saw the store manager once last week in the at least 20 times I was in or by the store. If this is the best that can be done then just close it, as it's currently being ran if what you need is in stock then you consider yourself lucky. It's obvious this girl is young and lacks experience and her people skills definitely need improvement. I can speak for many customers by saying we often drive out of our way now to get better customer service and know that we can find what we're looking for.

Circle K Frosty machines

Boyfriend and I going to circle k everyday about 1-2 times daily to get frostys for the whole family. I can't tell you how frustrating it is at 100 degrees out and not one single circle K 's frosty Machines are working or out of juice or something. Today the 16th I stopped at Store number 3037-Outof order and Store #4650-outbof order.
Gas is getting high again and we shouldn't have to drive around looking for a cold frosty. They should have them a majority of the time.

Circle K fountain drinks

I bought 2 fountain drinks. My boyfriend brought them to the car I tasted mine and it was flat. So I sent him back in with them to exchange them for ones that arent flat and the cashier. Who didnt have a name tag as to nobody at this store wears name tags ever. Refused. But his name is on my reciept. Renald Hyacinthe is the name on the receipt. He told us that he would not give us his name or anything so I could call the manager in the morning either. I just dont understand why it was such a problem. He just checked us out and the soda were still completely full when we took them back in. I want my sodas refunded or exchanged.

Circle K coupon

I received a coupon from a recent cigarette purchase (from this circle k) and the cashier refused to accept my coupon. I know a $0.50 coupon is not much but another cashier accepted the same coupon just 1 day earlier. This coupon come inside the same cigarette pack that I have purchased. No manager was on site to correct this issue.

Circle K treated with disrespect and racially insulted by an employee

I was in line at circle k located at 505 Reynolds st Waycross ga 31503 and a guy in front of me said to me I could have his change which was like 85 cent . So I grab it and the employee then stated give me my change SPIC.and I was like excuse me are you seriously doing this I decided to give him the change the guy left me.then the employee told me to get out and I said what did I do wrong he then grabbed my items I wanted to purchase and slung them across the store and then took a Billy club out his pocket and swong it toward me and hit the counter and screamed at the top of his voice at me made me leave and other costumers left due to how he treated me I feel insulted and emotional destroyed due to the embarrassement he caused me time was 1:00 am Saturday June 15th 2019

I was paying for my stuff n this old man acusses my kids of stealling the cashier had ask n my kids said we didnt there is no need for us to steal.. The employee got an attitues n started to argue. As we made a fist and continued to argue i asked for the magers number and name to call n let them know about the issue and he started to argue again n said we can go ahead n call her right now... The rudeness and disrespect from an employee as well as acussing is not okay ... I felt like we were being judge by the way we looked.

Circle K i'm am complaining about service

Currently at your store in Mesa, As on 415 N Stapley Dr mesa, AZ 85203 you have a woman of the name Tammy last name starts with an S employed and I'm done with her attitude. She is rude to my husband even when she has no reason to be because he was there tonight the 13th of June at 1050 addressed her as ma'am and everything and she was completely rude. I've personally see her be rude to other customers all well as us. Even the lyft driver he was ridin with said she is rude and has no business working in customer service. I am done! I will also be calling customer service line about this woman as well so I'd seriously consider doing something about it. If you pride your self in customer service put this woman and her attitude in place. She is Caucasian with what looks to be dyed red hair not natural and is short heavy set woman with glasses.

When into the store at 4:22 PM to buy gas and some snacks for my kids. Spent 26.10 and paid with a $100 and the cashier refused to break my bill and make change for me. I asked her to check again and she said it would take her about 10 mins to make change with a time release safe. I told her that was fine and she gave me a huge attitude and rolled her eye...
