Circle K - cashier rick working shift at 1015

This has happened more than one time but when I go in to pay for lottery tickets and my other purchases with a debit card cashier Rick tells me I have to pay cash for the portion lottery tickets. The merchandise has been charged to my debit card he says but then the lottery tickets he says I need to pay cash. This results in a bickering argument with them and it's happened twice I don't understand why I have to pay cash when I'm using a debit card.

Circle K - customer service

I went into the Timrod st & alvernon location around 6:15-6:30pm on 7/8/19. When i got pulled into the parking lot i noticed a female cashier outside on her phone & also talking to a young man in the parking lot. I went inside to purchase alcohol. I was helped by a older male cashier, think his tag said kelly. As the transaction was happening the female came back into the store with the young man she was talking to in the parking lot. Male cashier tried telling female that the young man was being rude, not showing id so he wasn't going to sell. The young man was being rude, talking to the male cashier & taunting him while he talked. The female cashier said its ok, sell to him, he's a regular you don't need to card him. The young man was wanting to buy cigarettes. The male cashier kept saying, no thats not right, i'm not selling without being shown id. The female kept repeating to sell to the young man cause he's a regular, you don't need to card. This was really uncomfortable to be witnessing & seeing happen infront of multiple customers in line. The actions of the female cashier (i wasn't able to get her name, but was wearing a red polo) seemed very wrong, especially when she kept saying that not to card to the male cashier.
