I would like to make a complaint against General Manager Shannon McNeil. I was a worker at her store for five months. I got employee of the month in June and was told more than once that my work was very needed and appreciated. She terminated me yesterday, for lack of reasoning. stating that I had abandoned my work. Which is a completely falsified lie. First of all, it is against the Law and Circle K guidelines to terminate someone that has not had a no call, no show, for three or more days. I was only a no call no show, one day. Reason i know about the three day no call no show, is due to a former worker named Jessica had done the same thing. She had not shown up for one day and i informed and asked Shannon why wasn't she fired. Shannon informed me that she could not fire Jessica because the store needed to have her not show up for three days. Which she didn't show up for three days and was finally terminated. She continues to employ workers that steal product and tamper with their hours. Workers that continue so use that store as their own piggy bank and spread lies about other workers. I'm talking about Jessie, JJ, Samm Bargo, Andrew Davis and Rita. This general manager needs to be removed from her duties and a new General Manager needs to be put into place before this gas station goes down the drain for no reason. Thank you for your time, and if nothing is done within a week, I will be filing a lawsuit against Mrs. McNeil for wrongful termination.

I purchased a vape pen from Circle K. The product needed charging, no big deal, but even after a full charge it would not function. It was a dud. The employees at Circle K wouldn't even offer a replacement and essentially told me too bad, going so far as lying about informing me to test the product before I left. The product is in its original packaging and I brought the issue to their attention in just 2 hours. It's a pretty clear violation of Consumer Protection.

I would like to use my Frys fuel points at Circle K, but nobody working there seems to know if I can use my fuel points there. I want to know if I can use them, if I can get up to $1.00 off per gallon and up to 35 gallons on a single purchase. Nobody answers the phone and if they do, they hang up. If you go into the store, nobody working there knows. The location is 705 E 4th St, Benson AZ 85602.

Got 2 packs 3 days ago. 3.15 pack when you buy 2. I paid 5.60. Today bought 2 sign said 3.15 when you buy 2. Paid 7.60. Receipt has 3.55 ok. Girl didn't help. Knew nothing about it. I told her the sign says 3.15. She don't make the prices. Prices on the products should match the register. Nice way the rip people off. Most don't pay attention right.

I've been going to this store for many years now and have never met such a rude disrespectful loud mouth employee that works at circle k now I didn't know drugs were allowed to be used by the employees during working hours well that's exactly y Ive been banned from going back into the store becus I decided to let the g. m know what was going on in her store and we'll next day I get told I can't go in the store anymore I thought I was doing the right thing by letting the manager know I caught her worker in the restroom sniffing drugs off the toilet seat haaa she forgot to lock the door well apparently I'm not allowed to go in the store anymore ikno for a fact unless I've been caught stealing or being rude to one of the employees that's when I'll get banned from store which I haven't done either or who can I talk to about resolving this issue and hopefully get a apology from the employee and the general manager from old persal Rd store also I think the employee should be fired immediately due to her being so unprofessional and getting caught doing drugs at a place if business what if my 10 yr. old daughter was with me that day I caught your employee doing her drugs in the restroom then what!

I purchase fuel exclusively at Circle K stores. I utilize the Easy Pay system. Therefore, I spend very much money at Circle K. If this means nothing to Circle K, please let me know, and I will take my business elsewhere. I say this because, this is the second time I've had cause to make a complaint about a Circle K store. The first time, it appears, you did not think I warranted a response. Hopefully, your CRM has improved since then. My concern is as follows:

1) It makes no sense to me, that, in your initiative to push self serve checkouts in your stores, You didn't consider it necessary to have said checkouts accept your own in-house Easy Pay cards.

2) You did not train your employees to know that the system does not accept Easy Pay (provided the clerk is familiar with Easy Pay at all). I waste a lot of time explaining to clerks about this. Apparently, they are trained to push the customer to the self checkouts, so they selectively do not hear the first time I tell them that it will not work. Or, they waste time, trying to run the transaction, before hearing what I'm saying.

3) I visited your store at 3350 E Main Street in Mesa AZ last night 31 May 2023, at 9:56 p.m. I went through the scenario of having to explain to the clerk that I cannot pay for fuel at the self checkout. Normally, a clerk will then move to a regular POS, and do the transaction. This clerk just stood and looked at me. I moved to the regular POS, expecting that the subtle prompt would jog her memory. When she still stood there, looking at me. She then said to me that that register was closed. I lamented that I would not be able to purchase fuel. Her response, in a condescending manner was "Well, it is what it is." Normally, I have cheery exchanges with Circle K clerks, especially late at night, when I know they are at greater risk, and maybe a bit more apprehensive. This poor choice of words and attitude said to me, "I don't care if you have fuel or not, and I don't care if you run out before you get to the next station. In fact, I don't care if you come to Circle K at all." As I said, I would like to know if this is the view Circle K takes of me as a consumer, or, as an individual, so I can decide where to purchase my fuel from now on.

I don't necessarily have a complaint!

The officer on duty @ the above location certainly does not have any familiarity with being around Blacks :as I once came into the store, he was videotaping with his Personal Cell phone!

My info concluded he was sending the photos to particular Police officers within the Tallahassee Police Department... facial recognition is quite common within the federal government! However, he was illegally obtaining photos of shoppers ; I'm sure if this occurred with Whites, they would have immediately brought this complaint to the Store Manager!

Another officer walked into the store and he was saying to him "I could shoot one of them and I don't even have to call the police!

My Synopsis and Conclusion" is THAT officer is not used to being around Blacks!

As he is one of your subcontractors, its just a matter of a short time, he will shoot a Black and It I certainly believe it will not be a justified shooting or killing! That will result in a civil and criminal lawsuits and you have to pay in the bill! And of course you will have the Blacks screaming White Supremacy!

The Officer is Mentally Deficient! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS A PERSONAL ATTACK... Send one of your Employees' there and see for yourself!

By listening to him and looking at his repour and demeanor he's not used to being around Blacks... He thinks by pushing his chest out, he scares Blacks ;

The OFFICER thinks he's a Gangster! I'll tell you what a Real Gangster is ; a Gentleman, with Money and got Problem Solvers...

Since april and the other lady have been replaced from the store on maple and rhodes this store have gone down hill. I have been going to this store for over 10 years and I have never been so unsatisfied by the professionalism in this store. The younger workers are rude they don't greet they don't say thank you have a good day, numerous times the store has not been open in the mornings and people standing out regulars being late to work. The language and action in that building has caused other regular customers to say that they don't even want to come here anymore because of the ignorance that is showed.. When april and the other lady was there everyone loved going they kept it clean they were friendly and started your day off good by always greeting you and telling you to have a good day they stayed on top of thieves and always manage to conduct themselves in a very professional manner. Your staff now there is horrible rude ignorant and lack professionalism they stay on their phones they hold conversations with each other and make customers wait until they are done they wear anything in there and I know there is a uniform to be worn the only one I have seen was a lady name tina I think a young girl she was pleasant but the boys in the morning the and afternoon rude this is not a good look especially when you have regulars I wish you would really get april back because we miss here and miss the way she made a customer feel

I'm a former employee of circle k in goldsboro nc off of memorial dr. My name is shanna carson. I got sick in 2021can't remember the month was out for a couple of days let me add I had been with the company 5 or 6 years. Anyway was told if I didn't come back that Thursday not to come back had dr.notes so district manager called me and said she was moving me to a different store and told me to go in and do sick leave tried but my manager had changed my password on my dash and she has everyone's password so she can do that. A week later I got notice of termination I do know the laws in NC unfortunately for them. I had left for a year and was never removed out of their system so when I came back I never got offered medical benefits spoke to my manager about this also never resolved so now I have a ton of medical bills and guess what Im still not working due to being ill still and have since filed for disability. I've also hired a lawyer for wrongful termination and medical bills. After all those years you would think hr would see what's really going on in their stores by these managers and appreciate the employees who bust their butt for a measly 12hr job.

Today I was in a circle K at around 12:45pm (April 9th, 2023) and bought 2 drinks (coffee drink and gatorade) and gas. There were no iced cups for iced coffee so I grabbed a Circle K Brand bottled frappuccino. When I got home I realized that there was mold/ milk slime growing on the inside of the bottle. I checked the expiration date and it was February 20th, 2023.

Circle K on hwy 21 in Covington,Louisiana. I went to go do a doordash order at McDonalds . I parked in the parking lot bc I needed gas and got drinks . There was nobody in line so I went up to cashier ready to get gas and pay for drinks. Your employee Heidi turned me away and said to use the self checkout . Mind you I have never been in that store and have never used self checkout besides at Walmart. I personally know her , she has a vendetta against me (SA victim of her husband at 16) and she personally told me she was going to kill me and beat my [censored] . Do something about this cause I’m am a customer and I shouldn’t have been treated like that. Personal stuff should be left at home NOT brought to work. It’s their job whether they like it or not. I do not have videos or photos because I was in a rush to get out of there to get my fiancé from work.
