Thank you circle k for buying Cousins out in Piperton Tn. In less than one year you took a clean well run store into a typical run of the mill dump !the place is dirty, the employees are not friendly, they all seem to hate their jobs. I bet your food sales have dropped in 1/2, if you care to know why...you never have enough help there to get people in And out, what use to take 5 minutes To grab lunch now takes twenty minutes, some of us only have a 30 minute break. The icee machine does not work...said something severL times...they don't care " it's not their job" and now the bathrooms don't work . There are three registers... one is open, some times two, and cashiers have to serve food and run the registers...it's stupid. cousins did a much better job of running that store. Not worth it, just going to take my business some where else .
CSR just sitting on the counter while co2 tank was going off
I stopped at the Circle K on Quincy and Park rd store 9872 between 12:20am and 12:30am to get a fountain drink and two packs of Marlboro Menthol Smooth Ice. The CSR Monicah was just sitting on the counter on her phone while I could here one of the soda BiB's going off. Pretty sure there are plenty of things to be doing besides just sitting down and playing on your phone. The girl seemed nice but felt it was very unprofessional.

The circle K on Remington Ave in Thomasville GA, the only Caucasian woman that works there refused my service because she assumed that I was buying wraps for a minor . The minor gave me money to pay for a slushee, which she decided not to get because of the lady's refusal to let me continue my purchases.

A couple months ago I drove to my local circle k and the girl running the register was outside smoking with her boyfriend. I have never had any problem with anyone there and spent alot of money there also. As I stood in line I noticed she should be helping with customers but she was busy getting My keys out from the floorboard of my car and called the police on me for my driver's license and I almost went to jail. I mean come on! This is terrible. How did anyone know and what business is it of hers? Im furious. She walked up to my window with a smerk n no front teath handing my big ring of keys and my I.d back to me and I overheard the officer tell that she called in on me.. how embarrassing- this has caused me so much shame n confusion. I had to beg for a ride 1 mile to back to my house in the pouring rain as she laughed in my face.. thank you, Anna

Poor attitude and terrible customer service skills! I will never shop here again after I went in a paid for 15.00 of gas and my pump stopped at 10.00. I had to go back in where I was met with a terrible attitude and rude workers who told me I said ten and I was holding my other five dollars in her hand! They would rather argue with me than just put my money on the gas pump like the children they are! She ran away from pictures and they even tried to block my camera!

As I was paying, I mentioned to the clerk (Black lady - bigger build - in her 40's?) that they might want to clean out the gnats in the donut case — that it's a bit nasty. The clerk said "Oh, you mean the fruit flys?, Those aren't nasty".
Well I really feel that when you open the donut case door and are met with 5-6 flying insects - regardless of what species they are is very unsettling and quite frankly — Nasty. Moreover, when a customer brings something like this to the attention of the person working the counter, we should never be just dismissed. I'm trying to help you sell more donuts - not simply complaining. Many folks would slam the plastic door back shut and move on. Lost sales mean LOST PROFIT! Someone REALLY needs to explain all this to her.

I have been getting ice from circle k for 13 yrs. With cups that I purchased. I was advised years ago that I could as long as I had my own cups. Since the coronavirus outbreak, we are no longer allowed to bring in personal cups. So, I have been spending $4 a day for the past 30 days until yesterday. I purchased 2 cups and then asked for a bag and proceeded to pour the ice in thd bag. The clerk told me I couldnt because I only paid for 2 cups. I advised him that if the order wasnt in place, I would not have paid anything because I had my own cups. He said I was stealing. Now, I need to know who is right. I dont want to do anything illegal nor do I wish to be embarassed. So if u can answer my question, it would greatly be appreciated.
Unprofessional, rude staff
On 4/18/2020 approximately 5:30pm I received the worst customer service at the location at 116 Main St in Gordon, Ga. First, customers were not greeted upon entering the store, secondly the cashier was at the far end of the counter talking with a gentleman. I ask the cashier if they honored the discount for healthcare workers to get a tea or coffee? She responded yeah but you have to be in uniform and it's for a small item. I proceeded to pull up the flyer that stated "with ID" to show her.I had my ID to prove that I was a nurse. She stated again that you must be in uniform. My response was that don't make any sense, that's not what the flyer says. In a very rude and unprofessional manner she replied"this is their store they make the rules". I asked for her name, I told her that she didn't have to be rude. Her reasoning was that I was rude with her. In a sarcastic tone she gave me her name and asked if I wanted her supervisor's number.
I am very disappointed with the service that I received. To be a paying and to be treated unprofessionally is unaccepted.
If this store has set something different in place it doesn't make any sense because not all healthcare workers wear uniforms. I am a RN, I have been in the medical field for over 25 years. I have had jobs that require a uniform/scrubs and some that do not. At my current job I wear scrubs during the week and on weekends I don't.
