Circle K Store floors and bathroom and outside sidewalk area

Store @ 58 and Central Ave in St Petersburg Florida is filthy and the ladies bathroom had feces on toilet seat, urine on floor. The outside sidewalks need to be pressure washed and trash need to be picked up. 5756 central avenue

Circle K Night employee

Store on 1330 West University Dr Tempe AZ

At approximately 11:10 pm on December 23 2020 at the store located on 1330 W University drive in Tempe AZ

I visited the store and the employee and myself got into a disagreement with regard to my lack of a mask. He just assumed I had read the one of many advertisements that you hang in your windows. And got an attitude with me when I pulled my shirt up to serve as a mask. He rudely responds that I should've read the sign. I argue. He asks me to leave. I remove his handmade sign from the door and I immediately leave the store to proceed across the street to your competition.

Please review the inside camera footage and I hope outside footage as well. I certainly hope audio is involved.

Now the above story is not my complaint.

My complaint paint begins when you're employee ran out of the store to cuss me out, then invade my personal space and call me a "[censored]" for removing his handmade sign.

It was at this time that I informed him of his zero tolerance violation and he needed to to go back into the store. He then proceeded to call me fat and lazy along with a whole multitude of other slurs that I could not make out as he was walking away.

Desired outcome: Disciplinary action

Circle K David retter of store 293

The manager at store 293 in palmetto ga has told me that the players card machine is still down and everyone at the other stores says there machine is up but this manager has screwed us out of $120 a couple months ago and this week i got screwed out of $55 . The manager at this store 293 is very rude to customers and bad attitude very very rude his name is DAVID RETTER he owes my wife and i $175 we need our money now because they done lost us as customers thanks on advance

Circle K Staff

When I cashed in my lottery tickets and requested to purchase more I was picked on and harassed for spending money. When I purchased a bottle of water I was told that there was no change for me. They thought it was funny. Two male employees laughing because there was no change. I left the store and was so mad I returned and asked for the managers name and they gave me a phone number that is not in service. But they also at that point gave me my change. I will never stop at this place again where I am and harassed by spending money and my change is withheld. This is the new circle k on blanding and wilson in jacksonville florida.

Circle K Bad fuel

On 11/21, fueled my BMW Z4. A few miles later the engine began to loose power and the check engine light started flashing. The car started having acceleration issues too, sputtering and stalling. I have been waiting for Risk Management to honor my claim. I have reached out to my lawyers, waiting on an answer from Circle K. DTPA will be my claim since they promise warranty on their product.

Circle K Exposure of customers to covid

If you want to stay healthy, do not patronize the Circle K store at 1351 Germantown Rd., Germantown TN 38138. Their employees have been repeatedly seen wearing masks pulled down below their chins, which completely defeat their protection and violate local law. This has been reported to local law enforcement, but it continues. The indifference of store employees and Management to the risk of infecting and possibly killing customers is shocking and unacceptable. Apparently, the only way to influence this behavior is by not patronizing the business — if management even cares about that.

Circle K Associate Tony

On 12/04/2020 at 5:25pm. I was angrily, physically approached within an inch of my face by a clerk that was not wearing a face mask, named Tony. I did nothing wrong as I was spit on by Tony as he yelled at me to leave the store. Tony not only did this once, but he did this twice! The 2nd time I protected myself as I put out my arm to keep his unmasked face at least 2 feet away from mine. With covid-19 spreading as it is right now, I was assaulted by Tony! The police were only allowed to watch what was provided, which was the 2nd assault, not the 1st assault when Tony spit on me an inch away from my face. I request an immediate resolution to this complaint as this clerk should never have the opportunity to ever do this to anyone again. Covid-19 is major and what happened to me today should and is expected to be taken very seriously.

Circle K Fuel pumps

If you are going to update the fuel pump's POS, don't you think it would be prudent to get the pumps updated first before you flip the switch on a new program. All of the customers in Fountain Hills/ Shea location nearest to the 87/Bee Line have to walk inside, wait in line and pay the cashier for fuel.

This could be overlooked if it was a few days or maybe a week but a month plus is regrettable. The first few weeks I told the cashier as well as other customers and they would always reply like it was the first they heard of it.
James your assistant told me there was nothing he could do as he put it "they move at their own pace".

You are placing your employees in an embarrassing situation as they have to make an excuse for their company.

Your back door battery has been out for weeks and it sounds like a bird is in the building. Several weeks ago you had a very terrible sewer gas odor and I told the employee how to rid the problem. Your P-traps had gone dry thus allowing the sewer line odor to come up through the floor drain. I told her to pour 50% vegetable oil then add water down the drain would cure the problem. The next day I went inside, she told me "Great idea, it worked"!

I own a mid sized construction company, so yes I understand what needs to be done to satisfy a customer.

Circle K Employees

Hi I had a complaint about a couple workers, as I was checking out tonight. I noticed a new worker zay on the night shift. He didn't have his mask on and he was coughing left and right without covering his mouth. I noticed the other worker autumn was just on her phone standing around with about 5 people in line. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

Circle K Racism, prejudice, discrimination

On 11/07/2020 approximately 11:30 A.M. the circle K. clerk and I was communicating a transaction of business located at 4402 E. Washington St. Phoenix Az. The circle K. manager overheard me asking the clerk to sale me a Fantasy 5 ticket Arizona lottery ticket and let the lottery machine pick the number for me. The clerk started to process my request.
The circle K. manager with a anger tone voice ordered the clerk not to sale the Fantasy 5 lottery ticket to me. I asked the circle K manager why not. She said, I wanted you to fill out the lottery number form and I will process your request for you.
My disable is my eyesight. I am blind in my right eye and legally blind in my left eye. I have been buying lottery ticket from circle K. for more than ten years.
On that date and time there were about seven persons inside the circle K. store that witnessed the humiliation, embarrassment, and frustration I had endurance for wanting to purchase a Arizona lottery ticket.

RESOLUTION: Written or verbal apologize, and reprimand.
Compensation and Punitives damages in the amount of $25.000

Circle K Deli counter

Every time without fail when I visit this service station, the deli counter salad bar is a disgrace. I've been there first thing in the morning and many times throughout the day.
The salads are all open to the atmosphere for so long that the mayonnaise on the egg salad is yellow, the lettuce is wilted & brown, the rocket leaves are wilted . The hot counter food is hard due to being there for so long.

I asked to get fresh lettuce and was told that there was none.

I got two sandwiches made, with just salad. Then to my disgust there was chicken in it. Obviously from dropping into the coleslaw or something.
I don't eat deli meats as I worked in that industry before and know what's in the "meat"

The milk in the coffee machines tastes of plastic.

You can tell the staff there are just pissed off, it's the same every time I go there. I don't blame them, it must be a cultural thing.

Circle K Discrimination.

Visited circle k today to buy latto tickets and was treated unprofessional by the cashier. He must of been having a bad day today so decided to treat customer rudely. I fill my three cars with gas and get my lottery tickets just about every week at the Lapalco Blvd and Manhattan Blvd location. I will gladly take my business somewhere else where customers are treated with respect.

Circle K Ex employee wrongly accused and fired

I was ex assistant manager at baton rouge store, I was wgongly accused and fired from my job I been with the company almost 25 years, I been try to contact wit mr tim hodges but he never in his office or trying to ignore me. I called hr four five time and text my market manager damond jackson about a copy of my check stubs and a copy of my termination paper but never response me. I been treat like a [censored]. Idon't know what to do.

Circle K Gas hold on debit card

On Monday Sept 28th, I stopped in for gas. I attempted to pay at a pump outside until the pump didnt inquire about my alternate ID for Kroger points, which I intended to use. I went inside and paid $30 with my Cash App Visa card ending in 6086 exp date 3/26. A few minutes later I received 3 notifcations on my phone from Cash App re Circle K. The first one was re the $75 hold from the pump transaction that was cancelled, the second was another attempt for the $75, which was declined, and the third was about the $30 trans inside for the gas I pumped. I have returned to the store for assistance and called the manager on duty for as well. She didn't know what a "home office"was when I asked for the phone number and was quite rude to me. I am in the customer service field and was very surprised by her rudeness and lack of knowledge.
I am asking for the $75 hold be lifted or the $75 be returned to the card listed previously. I can be reached at 706.524.6664 if you have any questions.

The same thing happened to me except mine is a $100 hold. It has been 5 days and it is still pending. I am at the store now and they offer no help. My bank can't release the hold and I have $1.64 available to my name.

The Easy Pay card is nothing more than a bank debit card. So, why don't I get the 10 cent discount for using my bank debit card? It pays you instantly, just like the Easy Pay card. This is financial discrimation as far as I'm concerned. I choose to buy my gas elsewhere.

Circle K Service bias based on race

Dear Circle K, I have made an effort to contact Circle K via phone and writing since September 4, 2020. Circle K has ignored all efforts and has not returned one phone call since 9/4/2020. I want Circle K to know that I am still pursuing the incident from 9/4/2020 (Manager Ana). At this time, I am still trying to obtain the 911 recording and will pursue getting it via subpoena if necessary. Since, the Manager made a false report to the Vista Sheriff upon their arrival. I have notified the California Lottery Commission of the incident. I believe the Manager, Ana, called the Sheriff on that day as an "Act of Racial Prejudice." She only called after I began to record her with my cell phone when she refused to redeem my lottery tickets for more tickets for no apparent reason. She falsely claimed to Sheriff she was concerned about COVID-19 and CASH. NO CASH was requested and I will continue to pursue this issue. Once I receive the 911 recording, I will begin the process of contacting all available entities if Circle K continues to refuse to contact me. I am keeping records of these efforts and Circle K's failure to respond.. I believe their manager, Ana, acting on behalf of Circle K was trying to incite law enforcement on the basis that I was a Black woman a trend that has been played out against Black people throughout the United States on an increasing basis. At this time, as of 9/30/2020; Circle K has not made any effort to contact me. I will continue to pursue this issue until I obtain some form of resolution and will escalate this as I obtain recordings, etc. to support my complaint. This behavior does not appear to be consistent with the message from the CEO Brian Hannasch on the website dated 06/08/2020. Since Circle K continues to refuse to respond, I can only assume you do not intend on addressing this issue and will proceed with all necessary actions available to me.

Circle K Customer service

I am being harassed by one of your employees. Every time I go in the store, Which I have been going in for 2 years and never had a problem with anyone, she insist for my ID for Cigarettes'. I am not a child. I am 40 years old. She will ID 5 times a day. No one else Id's me after they have done it the first time. This woman knows how old I am and just wants to start an argument with me. She is nasty and rude. Now she is saying that I am never allowed to come back in there and will call the cops on me if I ever come back to the store that I have been going to since I bought my house here 2 years ago. Oh, I interrupted her smoking a cigarette this morning. I buy cartoons on cigarettes and Vuse pods every week. I spend about $300 in this store every week between gas, cigarettes and other stuff. I get along with everyone in this store except this woman. I am tired of being treated like this and now she says she will call the cops if I come back because I told her I am tired of her harassing me. She is out of control.

Circle K Policy for employees

Recently a customer came in while they were having problems with the computer system going up and down. The worker was doing something when the customer violently verbally attacked the worker. We are all under stress with all that is happening in life and the way that customer talked to the employee he should have slapped in the face and thrown out permanently. But because the worker reacted to this man cursing at him violently, this [censored] hole company circle k fired the worker even after he apologized to the scum customer. Screw circle k! I will never shop your stores again anywhere> you just lost a customer and my family> shame on you for not backing your employee showing that your workers have no value to you at all. Another scum company,, I hope you end up shutting down permanently.

Circle K Went to reload a gift card cashier took the money but didn't tell me that the card was expired no im out that money

i what to circle k in edmonton alberta put 100 dollers on gift card to find out that it was expired do to not useing it for 90 days but the store manger and customer service says im out the money will never use circle k again im a long time customer but i have had enough witch is to bad it was going to be a gift and that was my last 100 till the end for september so this is a real piss of for me when i told customer service what happend the guy said to bad so sad
