Circle K customer service

Purchased a boost mobile card and gas. Gave the clerk the money for some reason the boost refill would not work. I asked for the money back and the clerk even said she knew she made a mistake told the manager about it. She told him just to give the money back. The manager argued for about an hour did not want to give me my money back, which made my wife late for work being that i live 35 mins away from home. He told me to come back cause he has to see if i really gave him money, when the clerk told him i gave him money he still didn't believe me. So i get home my wife calls the store and he tells her i can come get the money now cause he proved that i did pay. My wife stated why didn't you just give the money to me while i was there instead of all this happening now i have to drive 35 mins back just to get 60 dollars.. The manager was very rude about the whole situation.

Circle K service in store

I am complaining about the Circle K store on pines road in Shreveport, Louisiana. They had no cups or straws or anything out for the polar pops and then when you would ask them if they had any you would get ignored. Finally they brought some out but were very rude to me and other customers and treated us like it was our fault for asking. I ended up with a size I did not want and having to use a slushee straw instead of a regular one. If this could be resolved it would make me and very many others very happy. Thank you.

Circle K customer service

Came in to a Circle K to grab a usual thirst buster. Walked up to an associate who was closed at the register just to ask if they had a key to the bathroom or if it was open. Was rudely being told, "I'm closed go talk to one of the others." So I proceeded to the next cashier to ask the same question and was told 3 different things. "Oh no sir no key." "Oh no just knock." " Sorry sir it's out of order." I thanked them for there time and walk out with my thirst buster. No more Circle K for me.

Circle K food service

Circle K, 13401 Dixie Highway, Louisville, ky 40258 I have walked into this Circle K 7 times to buy chicken livers and was able to buy them twice. One of those times I called first and had to order a pick up. One time they said I had to wait 15 minutes so they could fry the chicken breast. Another time same thing except I had to wait until they fried Chicken fingers again wait 15 minutes. Yesterday at 11:30 am, I stood there and stood there. The girl wouldn't acknowledge I was there. I made plenty of noise. Since livers wasn't up I left. I just now called (it was noon) and asked if the livers was up. They said not for another hour. seriously?! I know your company will not miss my 10.00 per order but if you do not get some kind of time study done, I predict the food service will shut down. Livers take a matter of a few minutes to cook. Worth the waiting time. Circle K will not get anymore money from me. Dollar store next door to Circle K, wants my money. Dairy Oueen down the road wants my money. Maybe if I rally on the internet I can persuade others to feel the same way. If your interested maybe I will tell you about a screaming match between one of your employees and a customer. At the end the customer threw her beer down and said, I'll never come back here. Your employee did not handle it professionally. I'm disappointed and angry right now. In time I'll forget and move on but I will always remember not to shop at Circle K.

You should definately go to Dairy Queen, or the Dollar store to get chicken livers then...

Oh... wait... Does DQ or Dollar Store have fried chicken livers? No? Too bad for you, Martha... You will never get to stuff down the succulent chicken livers of the Circle K, ever, ever again. 😞

Circle K manager pharah assistant manager mike

I'm a veteran I have served in the United States army and every time I come in the store on lake Bradford Rd Tallahassee FL store number 5168 manager pharah always say he looks like he's on that Molly he looks like he on drugs it's not right she needs to be replaced she doesn't respect her customers she doesn't care about customers saying negative comments like that it's not professional. Mike Assistant manager he does the same thing and he harrass customers always trying to talk to people women harrassing women. You'll need Managers there that really cares about the customers. Thanks

Manager pharah Assistant manager Mike every time I come in the store there goes that man on that Molly he looks like he on drugs that's not how you talk to people and she says I'm so sick of him coming in here. Assistant manager Mike he always harrassing the customers trying to talk to other people women and when I come in the store there goes that man on that Molly he looks like he on drugs that's not good customer service at all. They're supposed to respect everyone that comes in the store. They need to be replaced with people that will respect the customers and respect the company circle k because they are not making a good representation of you'll company. Thanks for your time.

Circle K refusal to take cash payment for fuel

Twice I was refused service due to remitting a 100.00 or 50.00 bill at which time on both occasions fillung up would have given less than 15.00 in change. I understand stores proctecting their investments, but better training and supply your stores with proper abilities to tender change would be nice. I plan on talking with my friend from the local news because I think this isnt just an isolated incident but a common business practice at your locations.

Unbelievable bad customer service never seen such a poorly ran business with so little concern for customer. upon entering the store I was immediately told if I had not purchased something I was ordering and I needed to leave very obviously the employee was just rentals bindings for own life having a verbal and very obvious opinion about myself Tony Moreno. Circle K employee/ customer service

There is a employee by the name of Tiffany. She is very rude she asked my 16 year old daughter do she have a problem as if she wanted to fight with her. She never gives a total. Today I asked for my total and she just stood still there and still did not give me the total. I made a complaint with the manager and she said she would take care of it last week. But nothing has been done because the same behavior is still taking place. If this young lady always has an attitude and cannot communicate with the customers she should not be in customer service. I should not have to make a complaint on her every week. The store number is 1590 I believe and it's located on the corner of North Illinois St and South Belt West in Belleville Illinois

Circle K dairy men’s 2% milk

I bought a gallon of milk on Friday August 24th. My kids tried the milk and complained about it tasting bad. I tried it the first day and I thought it taste like milk (I don't drink milk to often) well today on Aug.26th I tried the milk and I gagged. It has a horrible sour taste. The expiration date on the milk is Aug.27. I call my local circle k on tallmadge ave, Akron Ohio. And the manager tried to blame it on my refrigerator temperatures. I have never had this problem with any type of foods, and my refrigerator is semi-new. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I just threw it out, and let it go. But for it to happen again it needs reported and it's not ok. I have 3 kids that were drinking this milk and could have got seriously sick. I am a regular customer at this circle k and the way the manager handled it is not good customer service by any means. I just want to make sure it does not happen again, people expect good milk.

Circle K employee complaint

The lady working night shift on8/25/2018 @10:30 pm went out of her way to be rude to me and please pull surveillance tape because all I did was ask her a price on doughnuts which she sighed and said I will have to ring it up . I then asked if I could use her restroom and she just stared at me for like fifteen seconds and gave me a go to hell look I said yes why wouldn't you with no sarcasm are joking was horribly rude . I will definitely not return because of her attitude. Good luck making money with employees like this one. If you any questions please don't hesitate to call me [protected].

Circle K manager sandy

The store manager is extremely disrespectful to customers and employees. The manager came out of her office and yelled at her employee due to she had a line and instead of helping her employee she went back in and slammed the door . ATM has been down for days and credit card machines have been too. I will never go back to that due to the manner in which a manager treats her employees and customers like they are beneath her.

Circle K cleanliness

I walked into the circle k on 32 St and Van Buren in Phoenix Arizona at 715 am. The entire place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The floor and counters near the soda machine were so sticky my shoes were getting stuck to the floor. The soda machines have the little bar that releases the soda were also so sticky. That when I pulled my cup away. It kept dispensing soda. Over flowing the soda everywhere and onto the sides of my cup. I then looked around for a napkin. So that I may clean the sides of my cup. All three napkin holders were empty. The bottom of my shoes remained so sticky that when I arrived to work. I had to use a wet towel to clean the bottom of my shoes. I will never again step foot into that circle k again.

Circle K gas purchase

Went in to get gas . The cashier declined my card twice ! Causing my card to have a $50 pending transaction on it ! Lies to his manager and said he voided out when he told me it declined. I left called my card the customer service working said that the transaction indeed went through . I went back to the store and Nothing was done about this ! I'm outraged ! This is the gas station on LA-21 in Covington

Circle K cashier

Cashier named Jakyra at circle k Baton Rouge on Jones Creek and George Oneal. Flirting with customers, very slow with transactions, was rude to me when I paid my gas, made me wait unnecessarily, made me go in the store twice to ask to turn on the gas pump, then she cut my gas pump off in the middle of my transaction. She kept my change. I will never give circle k another dollar of my money. It seems that circle k hires the most unintelligent people. You need to have a better training period, better customer service. Cashiers are usually on their cell phones, chewing gum and speaking unprofessional in the presence of customers. Jakyra is not professional in the field. Does not seem to take her job serious. I handle 1500 children a day for a private school and deal with people in general professionally. Maybe your employees need a monthly evaluation on handling the public and not acting like a high school sleep over! I'm done with circle k peroid. Tired of unprofessional, unappreciated, unitellagent people who are behind the cash register at circle k!

Circle K circle k employee smoking outside of the store near the door entrance within 10 feet of the gas pumps.

Date of occurrence: Wednesday, 8/22/18
Time: sometime around 12:30pm
Description: I had stopped to go into the store to make a purchase when a man near the door was going to light up a cigarette. I said to him you are too close to the gas pumps to light up. He was not going to light up and then a store employee came out of the store and she proceeded to light up a cigarette being 10 feet from the gas pumps. Her response, I don't give a dam. Then she told the man he go light up his cigarette which he did. I said to her you need to be 50 feet away from the gas pumps. I said to my friend in the car to call the Fire Marshall. The store employee said she did not care. Go ahead and call. Instead of going into the store to make a purchase, I said to my friend let's get out of here before they blow up this place.

Circle K hiring manager amber thrasher

Went in for a interview with her 8/20/2018 walk in she asks who I was I told her she's like u sure u have an interview I said ya I've been emailing amber got told to be here at 2 she says I don't know who u talked to 5 minutes later oh yea I guess I was emailing u I like ur resume. Ur I don't want to go further with the assistant manager job she rather hire me for csr 3 dollars less but would be a month and I'd need to pay for a food handlers cars but wasn't surtain I'd get the job was [censored] wasted my time go a week of emails of oh I'd like to get u in for our assistant manager program to no csr or nothing

Circle K cashier named jerry who was on duty.

I was returning home from a trip with my wife and we stopped at the Circle K store/truck stop for me to cash in some scratch off cards. There a few people in the store when we arrived.I went in and was standing in line and was finally waited on by this cashier(Jerry)who was very nasty acting toward me.I said to him (i would like to cash in these scratch offs and get 4 number 14 game cards.In a very nasty way He(Jerry) replied i'm doing the best I can and you need to give me some time.I replied(i am not rushing you sir, take your time.As he was getting the cards out of the case I heard him mutter to the other cashier whos name was Kaiya and looking in my direction(that son of a [censored])I observed him name on his name tag and a little later did get the black female cashiers name from her name tag.There was anoth customer that came in the store about 8 minutes later and she and this cashier(Jerry)also had some words.The lady said she was going to make a complaint also.I shope circle k here in my town on a regular basis and other circle k's when traveling but I will not be disrespected in this manor and I WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO THAT PARTICULAR CIRCLE K AGAIN.

Circle K customer service of cashier; employee service or lack thereof

I went to the Circle K at 32nd street and Chandler Blvd in Phoenix AZ 85048, and tried to work the buttons to pay via debit card for gas. None of the buttons were working. So I went inside, and the cashier just stared at me.. so I stared back. When it was my turn at the register, I told this guy, who was about 25-30 years old, short, squat and short black hair, that none of the buttons were working for the debit/credit card @ pump #1. He said so? I just looked at him, and I knew he really didn't give a sh*. Then he said how much do you need, so I gave him the money, got my change back from him, and I said thank you. He didn't say one work, not a sorry, or we need to put a sign up there, and I think he knew all along your pump wasn't working. What an idiot you have working there. This guy needs to be fired. Not one ounce of customer service skills.. I won't be going back to Circle K.. what an awful place.

Circle K hostile employee

I am a regular customer at Circle K #3932 on Cherry Rd in Rock Hill, SC. On Aug 18, 2018 at approximately 1:30-2pm I was in the store & could overhear a conversation taking place between 2 employees one being a CSR by the name of Fatima..She was behind the counter sitting down using extreme profanity, causing & was grossly aggressive. I have witnessed her hostile behavior on other occasions & after the incident yesterday I am not comfortable returning to your store. I feel those who deal with the public should exhibit professional behavior. This woman should not be interacting with the public & her behavior reflects poorly upon Circle K as she is a representative of your company. I could overhear this woman threatening 2 inflict bodily harm against another individual. Fatima did not seem at all concerned that customers could see & hear how she was behaving. This is unacceptable behavior
