The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

These people have been charging my checking account for various amounts for at least 3 months. I am very ill and didn't notice this until after 3 months my account went into over draft, costing me an extra 180 dollars. I don't have and account with Att and haven't for more than 5 years and they leave me unable to contact them. You get all kinds of different companies when you try such as Manta and Cortera. The phone numbers supplied are either out of use or never answered. I want my money back.

RX Smart debited $279.99 from my checking account. I have never heard of this company and never ordered anything from whoever this is. I called my bank & they gave me a number to call: [protected] & all it asked was for me to leave my name & number & someone would get back to me.

These people should be jailed. How did they get my bank account info?

My son had a contract with cingular - their service was horrible - either rude or would make promises not kept - bill was never the same - he spent hours on the phone trying to get things fixed - the store fronts would tell him one thing - customer service would say they had not authority - finally a phone rep told him to cancel his service if he was so unhappy - so he did. Now he is being harassed by a collection agency for $386.00. Thus far he has not returned their phone calls. The lady is rude when she leaves messages. This is uncharted waters for us. Any suggestions?

I have had 2 withdrawals from my bank account for AT&T & I don't
even have an account neither! The bank sure isn't working for us, filled
out an affidavit, then the only thing they could say is we will have to
close out my bank account & open another one. What is to say that it won't happen with that account? I don't know where to go from here, but, need to do something to put a stop on what they are doing, they are going to do it to other people as long as they can get away with it!

I'm having the EXACT same issue, except that as far as I know, it has happened only once so far. I"m am about to SNAP! Were you able to find any contact information?

You are messing with the wrong people. I work hard for my money to have it taken by at&t, which i don't even have an account. I want my money back and will sue the higher ups if need be...
