I visit this cicis at least twice a week because it is close to my home and that's what my grandkids always want.
I get pizza hot wings and bread sticks and cinnamon rolls.everytime I go they seem to be busy, but I have yet gotten a fresh pizza.i live less than 5 minutes away and I have to warm the pizza up every time. I even ask is the pizzas fresh.tired of wasting my money on food that I have to take home and reheat yuck.

maybe a coupon for a couple of fresh hot pizza would be nice.
it does no good to call the store.it is located on 2200 block of sw 29th street in okc ok.

My daughters elementary school, Caldwell Elementary McKinney, had a spirit night at this location on August 28th where we had families come out to eat at the restaurant to raise money to support our school PTO. We only were getting 10 percent of the nights proceeds which was 1400 and had a great turn out. We are now on the process of collecting the proceeds of 145 dollars and are getting the run around. The current manager claims they don't do spirit nights. We are at a loss because we not only brought in great business but we feel like the 10 percent of the proceeds we raised are not being given back to us. We are an awesome school in McKinney that are raising funds to contribute to our kids future and I think this is a horrible look for the business that's in our community to treat the people they serve this way. Please let me know who I can speak to to resolve this issue.

We have been ordering CiCi's pizza for our school for years and we have partnered with CiCi's during our culture event every year for 4 years. Typically it has been a young lady that we work with and she sends us flyers and we put info on our site for Cici's and give them our business when the school needs pizza. This year however, a manager by the name of Jason was extremely rude when we called to ask if they were going to participate in the event this year. He said they've never participated in years prior and they don't give away pizza. Here's my problem if you don't want to participate anymore that is absolutely fine but DON'T BE RUDE and don't tell me we have never done this in the past when we've been doing it for four years! I am not a beggar and don't appreciate being treated as such! We give Cici's a lot of business throughout the year but that WILL NOT HAPPEN ANYMORE!

We just had dinner at the Hialeah, Fl location. As we arrive, in front of us we're 3 teenagers fooling around and having a nasty conversation with the cashier, until finally we asked if they are in line. They barely moved for us to place our order and pay. When I signed my cc receipt, they had left to the game room, I asked the cashier about whom they are, it turn out to be employee that had already finish working. They stay to play, eat free and just hang out. I placed and order for my pizza, the paper says up to 4 ingredients. My order was a flat with bacon, ham, pepperoni and onions, never got the onions and the dough was barely cooked. Waited thirty minutes for this and I finally went up to the girl to ask about my pizza and she had next to her already cold. So as my daughter my two grandchildren and I are eating, three young guys come and sit next to us. They were very annoying saying bad words and so on, they were two feet away from us and I have minors with me. I noticed that an older woman employee kept coming to their table. I asked the lady if they are employees too, no they were all three ex employees, friends of all and ofcoarse getting free stuff like the large sodas. Our final moment there was when they started to smoke their, the lady did tell them that they can't do that and one of them said to her, where's the sign. We just got up and left, didn't even finish our meal and after paying $26.04 for two adults one soda 2 children and one soda.

On Wednesday August 21st my husband and I went to CiCi's Pizza Buffet for dinner. We arrived at 730 PM. When we first got there there was hardly any Pizza out no dessert pizzas however they did start to bring more out after a bit. But shortly after we got our food and sat down they took the whole salad bar apart and put everything outside of the salad bar salad dressings weren't marked so we had to guess between the ranch and the blue cheese that stayed like that the rest of the night when we were there. Then while we were sitting there eating one of the workers took a chair with a chain and closed off both ends while we were still sitting there eating we had to hop over the chain to go get more food from the buffet kids were jumping over the chain I'm surprised nobody fell and got hurt. This just made us feel rushed like we were not supposed to even be sitting in that section they didn't even wait for us to leave to block it off and putting all the salad up really made everybody feel like they were closing in five minutes when that location said they were open until 10 p.m. we were very very dissatisfied with the service we got there last night

Hello I am a current employee of cicis and there is an employee by the name of Myshell Williams who constantly plays in coworkers food and post them to social media. Its getting to the point where I'm looking for another job I'm afraid of my well being and being poisoned. If no actions are going to be taken I'm afraid I'm going to take the legal route. This behavior is unacceptable I'm afraid she is going to try and drug me.

On July 25 2019 I went into the Hixson location in Chattanooga Tn. The workers were not nice and the customer service was horrible. The manager Tiffany had a very bad attitude I asked here to make me a specialty pizza, she blowed very loud and asked wat kind. Later before we got ready to leave i asked for a box to put the specialty pizza in she said no then began to throw the pizza in the trash. This will be the last time I go to this location me and my family go there two r three times out the week but not any more i will spend my money where workers have better customer service. Being a manager you should know how to treat the public i am a manager at a hair salon and this is not how you treat people i will tell them where not to go.

Seats have mildew food in all cracks of benches, light fixtures above table has dust where you can write your whole name, soda machine rugs are spoiled bathrooms are disgusting where the cook the pizza food all on the floor and all of this is at 11:00am. Air vents is terrible. They need to hire a cleaning crew or Dhec will be paying them a visit. Kids are here and this is very unsanitary.

I have buying Cici pizza since my children were 3 to 5 years old, and now they are 22 to 26 years

And, First pizza that I have known at cooper street and Mayfield Drive, Arlington, Texas.

Through the time, Cici Pizza became a get go place where consumers and don't feel secure to eat, and rough and high school attitude of workers. It doesn't seems like that there is no leaderships exists in Cici's pizza. However, I have so bad experiences with Cici's pizza work group than any others such as Dominos Pizza Hut, Pappa John's and others.

Last few weeks, I have pitching more outside foods because of construction in my house and giving Cici ‘s Pizza to buy from them.

Last two to three days, I have ordering Cici's pizza located at 360 Hwy and Green oak .
And, usually my order, two large one topping pizza along with a cinimon role, which is advertised on the board as $14.99, for pepperoni pizza, but Cici's always charge an extra dollar because of Spanish choice, which did have a problem pay an extra dollar.

However, when I called, there were too much background noise, and attendant will not understand because of language barrier or else. I requested Manager, who was Mr. Daniel which he rough and unpleasant over the phone. I placed the and went pick at store where they we're charging $22 plus. I requested Manager Daniel who came verbally unprofessional, and demanded to show the receipt what I paid yesterday. He was charging me approximately $18.00, which I did not have a problem to pay, but Mr. Daniel tone of conducting businesses with repeated customer was not acceptable. I asked him that I bought yesterday and you can check in your system. He said doesn't have a time for me. Basically, he was accusing me any sort of taking advantage. I did not like his conversation and I left pizza and left and went to Other Pizza place to buy where my family was for the dinner.

I am not looking for any compensation, but looking forward to someone give teach and counseling how to conduct business professionally and politely.
