CiCi's Pizza rude customer service

Cicis pizza located in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia
They hardly answer the phone.
Wedn. November 29 evening I called to place a order for carry out a total of 7 times. I called 5 times and didn't get a answer I called the 6th time and the guy out me on hold for 8 minutes and hung up. I called the 9th time and got a answer and ask hm if they always put their customers on gold for 8 min and hangup and he replied sometimes if we are busy.I decided to go in person due to they are any 6 min away.I asked for the manager and explained the situation and he replied that i spoke with him on the phone.I told him he was rude and he didn't say anything just stayed quiet.I didn't get his name but he's the only Hispanic mánager there.while I was there I did observe that they were not busy and the bar was almost empty and it wasn't busy as he said in the phone

CiCi's Pizza management

This isn't as much of a complaint as it is a suggestion. I have been to many locations of Cici's and they pretty much are all run the same. It seems as though the entire franchise is run by the motto "do the bare minimum." It may work for the company for now, but I believe that if Corporate raises standards for your franchisees then sales will increase. It doesn't cost any more to raise your standards and expectations for employees. Maybe emphasize cleanliness and good customer service. It seems as though everyone involved in this company is satisfied by doing the bare minimum. (ex: minimal selections on buffett, running out of items and not refilling it until asked, only cleaning what is "necessary" and not going the extra mile to make sure its exceptional) I know many people who won't come here because of the low quality but I believe if you have the mindset of a high quality business even with low quality food you will be respected more and get more business. I was here during a Corporate audit and service was much much better than normal. Usually when I come they are out of pasta or dessert and it isn't replaced until asked. But I believe since corporate was here, the employees felt obligated to provide freshness and better service. However, this mindset is very dangerous to a business. If you are willing to take the extra mile for who is in charge, why not take the extra mile for the customers (the ones paying yall to stay in business)? I had an okay experience today but I believe that it was only because they were under strict supervision. (and even then it wasnt GREAT). Raise your standards

CiCi's Pizza restaurant cleanliness.

Came to CiCi's in Easley to have lunch the appearance of the restaurant is appalling there are hundreds of dishes all over tables there's trash on the floor people running around not doing anything there are only three employees in the store and two of them are standing there talking not a good impression for us to come back.

CiCi's Pizza customer service/ unsanitary

Horrific experience at ci ci's pizza in cape girardeau, mo! while paying for the buffet the cashier wiped his nose on his shirt that already had dried snot on it, there was food and trash on the floor, while eating I noticed a worker blowing his nose in the kitchen in plain sight for all the customers to see, none of them were wearing gloves or hair nets, and I found a hair baked in to my dessert pizza!, when I approached the manager to show him the hair he had an attitude and said "i'll just make another one" and walked away. I was absolutely disgusted not only by the hair in my food but the over all cleanliness and unsanitary practices of the staff! it's restaurants like this that are causing customers to avoid eating at other chain locations and giving your company a bad name! needless to say I want my money back!

CiCi's Pizza opening hours

One morning my family & I were heading to cici's pizza here in Monroe, NC. When we arrive to our surprise doors were still locked, keep in mind it was already 11:05 & opening time was at 11AM. We stood there for about 15 mins until somebody finally came out with a "OPENING AT 12PM TODAY" written in black ink on paper receipt stating, "Sorry we are not opening until 12PM today but looks like we forgot to put a sign up". Thats when we headed to Pizza Hut since we had been waiting all morning for Cici's opening time. I just wish if opening times change for whatever reason there was a way of letting customers know not letting us stand there in the cold & come out with a crappy sign that was apparently made as soon as they saw us outside.

CiCi's Pizza customer service

We went into your establishment to have dinner tonight. We only had a $100.00 bill to pay for our dinner but was refused dinner by a young man at the register named Campbell. He not only refused our service but was very mouthy when my husband complained about them not accepting our money. We visit your restaurant weekly and have never had this trouble before. We will not be back

I order a special made pizza and waited bout a hour went to go ask manager bout the pizza I ordered he had a real nasty attitude and just blow me off restaurant is nasty dishes barely clean bathroom nasty if my kids didn't like this place I wouldn't even come this is the first time I had a horrible experience here and it's the last for a manger to treat you the way he did just horrible

CiCi's Pizza store policy

On 11-18-17 Around 2:30pm I visited the Abemarle NC store with my mother who's celebrating her 76th birthday, my daughter and granddaughter. I was purchasing the meals for myself, my daughter and granddaughter. My mother had been taken out to eat for lunch by friends earlier so she was not hungry. The staff said they had a policy that anyone in the restaurant had to purchase the buffet in order to sit in the restaurant.

My mother suggested CiCis pizza, but could not stay to talk with us because she was not allowed in the store. She had to go out while we ate. Now first of all I would like to have you think about this policy. You mean to tell me that if a family came in and 1 kid had already ate they could not sit with their family? A group of high schoolers come in if one just wants a water they can't sit with their friends? What is wrong with this place? The lady was willing to loose 4 customers as she told me twice that all customers had to purchase a buffet? Let me tell you this is a very disrespectful policy and I'm ashamed to say I ate there with my birthday mom having to wait for us.

I will tell everyone I know that if you have anyone in your party that's not hungry don't go to CiCis pizza, cause they can't come in to sit and talk while you eat your food.

CiCi's Pizza cinnamon rolls

Not only do I go for the alfredo pizza, I also go to cicis for the cinnamon rolls. When I went tonight to the location in monroe nc on dickerson drive, I was so disappointed. The alfredo pizza was so dry, not enough cheese or sauce. They also didn't have any cinnamon rolls! The manager told me they didn't proof the dough so they werent available today. Cicis is supposed to have an endless buffett, and this time was not the case. Makes no sense why they weren't prepared for a sunday. Please tell me why this is acceptable?!?

CiCi's Pizza complaints about service

On October 25th 2017 me and me and my boyfriend ( who are African American)went to cicis pizza in northline commons. And we went in to order the buffet we also ordered the wings with it also and lizeth ( the cashier) when when we we asked for the wings lizeth said no! We don't have them so then the people behind us ordered the same thing ( buffet with wings) they got it the cashier was Hispanic the people who came behind us was hispanic the point is WE WE'RE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE WE WERE NOT OF THE SAME ETHNICITY

The Gainsville Texas not only has a rude manager but does not have much of a selection of pizza. Just moved to the area, but I certainly will not be going back there anytime soon.

CiCi's Pizza restaurant and food

Ci Ci s in Monroe NC on Dickerson Blvd has gone to Hell. The resturant is terriably dirty and I dont think they every wash the booths or the tables. In the after 4p.m. group of us 45 - 62 ages there is no excuse for what use to be a great place to eat to no one caring what happens in that resturant! The staff stands around and texts on phone and God forbid if you need something and you go up to the staff and they just act like you arent even there.
Do something about this and get yoy good business back along with an A grade not an 82 B!

CiCi's Pizza take out order

I called in two pizzas with extra cheese on both and one with added mushroom to half. I received my extra cheese pizza without extra cheese and it was separated in three places as if it was from different pizzas. My other pizza with extra cheese and half mushroom also did not have extra cheese. When I brought them back inside after looking at them once getting in my car to tell them they were supposed to be extra cheese I was told it had extra cheese and the employee walked away and continued cleaning. The employee did go speak to her manager and came back with the same response without even checking the pizzas for themselves. I am a loyal customer to this franchise. I have been for years and always order the same thing and never has it ever looked so poorly no matter what state I've gone to. My kids and Myself could not eat pizza because there was not enough cheese on it. I'm more upset that they disregarded me as if I had made it up without checking to see if there was a possible mix up or mistake with my pizzas.

CiCi's Pizza service and taste

I visited Store #13, located at 1220 N. Town East Blvd, Mesquite, TX, on September 26, 2017. I called the restaurant 5 times before someone answered the phone! When they answered, they asked me to hold and put the phone down on the counter and never came back to me. I was on a time crunch, so I decided to drive to Cici's while I was on hold & unfortunately hung up when I arrived Cici's. I told the female at the register what happened, she stated they are having problems with their phone! I ordered 2 Large Meat Eater, 1 Large Pepperoni and 1 Medium Supreme and paid $36.76. As stated, I was on a time crunch and when my pizza's were given to me, I didn't notice the size until I arrived home and opened the boxes. All the Pizza's were Medium! I was also disappointed in the taste! Though the Sausage and Canadian Bacon pieces seemed larger than normal, they tasted horrible! I tried to notify the restaurant via phone, but my calls have gone un-answered! I would like a full refund for this awful experience! My family and I will continue to be patrons of Cici's Pizza, just not to the Mesquite location.

CiCi's Pizza customer service/ food

My mom and my 3 sisters recently dine in with cici”s pizza this past Friday (Sep 22, 2017) the employees were very rude, disrespectful and also cocky. My sister asked if they could fix a personal pizza and bring it to the table, the female employee roles her eyes and walked off and didn’t even put the order in. A gentleman that was an employee then approached my sister saying they don’t do personal pizza anymore. But 10 minuets after this situation occurred, a family that was on the side of us had a personal pizza brought to there table. Later on during the evening my mom and my sister started not to feel really good they began throwing up and also having very bad stomach pain and was constantly using the restroom. They went to the doctor and was told they had food poisoning. The location of the cici”s pizza was 19705 Highway 59 N, Humble, Texas 77338. I will no longer give this location any of my business due to the disrespectful employees and also giving old food.

CiCi's Pizza terrible management

Esme, the head manager at Cici's in San Angelo, Texas. Schedules her employees on days they have requested off, as well as schedules employees to work without telling them. For example I just started working there and requested one specific day off and she has me working a double on that day. It's ridiculous, and then one of the other employees called in and she put my name down on the schedule to take their shift, but never told me! There is more, she doesn't do her job. All she does is talk to other employees, she had a new employee that started the same day I did, training me. How does that make sense? I have had experience with bussing tables and washing dishes while this is his first job. That and there is no specific training that they had us do. As well as one of the older employees that has been there for 4 months had strep throat and she had him come in the next day even after he went to the ER and the day of show her the doctor's note that said "Cannot work for 2 days minimum". She had him scheduled the next 2 days and made him come in for both. The other managers are perfectly fine, they'll get onto someone for not getting something done, but Esme will blame you for others mistakes and is honestly not a good manager.

CiCi's Pizza I am complaining about the customer service

Hi,
I ordered 3 pizzas 1 chicken alfredo, 1 pepperoni and 1 supreme on the phone. After 10 minutes I saw the recipt for supreme charged me twice a regular one then I asked to change one of them. They said wait to make another one. But they didn't give the other two. I was waiting another 20 minutes total 40 minutes and my hungry kids at the car. The end showed me all 3 ones that forgot chicken on 2 Alfredo pizzas. That lady said if you want these 2 you can take them anyway we're making another 2 with chicken. I took them to the car and my hungry kids started eating one slices each. When I back the lady said my manager said bring them back to add chicken. But when I brought them back my kids already ate half of them. I got it from my kids mouth. I really didn't expect like this after their mistake. I didn't like their treat. After mistakes usually
saying apology or make the customer happy after long wait and their mistake. I was about to give all pizzas back because I was mad. I told them I didn't like their treatment. Manager was Brandon John as I asked them in that time.

CiCi's Pizza how they didn't take care of the customers

The bathrooms were nasty. There were some food all over the floor by the soda machine. Not one employee cleaned it up. The GM manager today was very very rude. . We had a birthday party go on there today and we asked him nicely if he could put are frozen ice cream in the freezer and he said no so we had to let it sit out and melt and the kids did not want to eat their ice cream cuz it was all melted like a milkshake. So he was very rude and I will never eat at CiCi's again. Unless something is done about the cleaning in the restrooms and the cleaning the restaurant . Someone would had falled on the food an got hurt... no one even came by to pick up the plates that the people ate off of.

CiCi's Pizza customer service

I just walked out of the Cici's on Whittlesey in Columbus, GA. I entered the restaurant with my daughter right behind a couple. No one was at the counter, but the manager soon walked up. I waited patiently while she took the couple's order. They had a specialty order so it took some extra time. I was very put off when she walked away after taking their order as if I wasn't standing in line behind them waiting. But then I figured due to the specifics of their order perhaps she was instructing the person who makes the pizza on what they wanted. Then as I'm waiting I see her putting pizzas out and wiping down the buffet. This was very upsetting and it must've shown on my face because she looked at me and then addressed me for the first time by saying that she would be with me in a moment then continued what she was doing. Seriously?

My husband and I went to Cicis in Maryland we were very disappointed with the food there and the worst part of visit was when we had to use restrooms the floors whe extremely slippery my husband fell taking the sink with him whatever they use on floors are dangerous

CiCi's Pizza customer service

The manager answered the phone and asked how he could help. I told him I was checking to see if my order was ready. Instead of him asking me my name, he said well I don't know who you are so I can't help you. I disconnected the call and went inside. The disrespect ensued. He then tried to charge me 20.00 for 3 medium pizzas when they were listed as 4.00 each. I told him yup make the correction. He did so begrudgingly.

CiCi's Pizza I fell in the store due to grease on the floor

Husband and I went to eat and the cici's in denton, tx. It was about 7pm. After getting a plate I was on my way to get some cinnamon rolls when I slipped and fell down from a greasy spot on the floor. My husband and a woman with a cart of dishes came to help me up. I said I fell from stepping on that spot, she said 'i'm sorry' and then walked back to her cart to adjust the dishes.
When I was at the food bar I saw the manager in back and told her I fell, and she said where? she came out to the floor and saw the spot, the busser came rushing over and wiped it up as she watched. I said I fell and now my back hurts and I twisted my ankle a little bit. She said 'i'm sorry'.. By then the lady that had the cart started bad mouthing me and in an angry tone of voice she yelled 'I said I was sorry, what more do you want?' among other things in spanish (I am an american, I speak english!)
when I looked at the manager standing there between us, I asked her why she was allowing that woman to talk to a customer like that, she just shrugged and walked away, back to the back and into the kitchen.
For sunday and most of today, my back has hurt me, and my ankle was a bit swollen. But it's mostly the terrible management and the way the employee was allowed to bad mouth a customer who had just fallen at their fault that was shocking to me.
I want to know what the process is when one falls and is injured in your cici's.. So if it ever happens again (if I ever bother to eat there again).. I know what to do.. Especially now that I know you have no decent management there to take care of emergencies. I do not have the money to take myself to the emergency room and pay hundreds of dollars when your restaurant is at fault. Wish it would not have to be taken to court, but I guess I would get a lot more money that way.. Do you even care? looking forward to hearing back from someone who is in a real management position and a responsible, reasonable person with authority on this matter.
