Kitten In carrier bottle feed can keep in car
Can't keep kitten in car it is in a carrier and would just be in the booth while we eat . No contact and they refused us service it's 3 weeks old and can't be certified to wear a vest cause of age. It's still bottle feed and has to be fed on demand. I don't feel like it's a food safety concern as it remains in the carrier at all times and stays at the booth while we eat.
Desired outcome: Allow kitten to remain in carrier and let us eat

Rude employee
You have an employee by the name Gene that works at the Ft worth Eastchase store. She is very rude and has a attitude. The pizza there be soggy under the bottom. I've been going there for 10yrs and I see the business going down. There is not a lot to choose from on the buffet nor salad bar. Always new employees never steady same ones.

Manager Rene Lopez of Cumming GA Location denies to let me eat at Cicis at 9:10pm 2ndMar-20 and gave me only option to take away. I saw other people were seated and eating. I asked why we are not allowed? She said we need to clean. I said its 50 min. to go and above that there is no mention on door about that. She also denied online hours on google are not valid that says till 11pm. She also said you have to come in store to know we don't allow sit and eat after 9pm. Though the door says open till 10pm. She was rude and not sorry for anything. Very bad experience . It felt i am paying and not getting service. I am huge fan of Cici's but now i will think twice before going there. It has come to my attention that this site has been scamming people for quite a long time and there has been nothing done about it. This site is a China-based website that markets to Americans. They steal other peoples pictures and videos and they also, made up fake comments to make it seem like they are a legitimate business. But in all actuality the things that they are selling is not whats in the picture. They also provide a fake shipping address so that people are not able to return and get their money back. there are so many complaints on this business that is surprising that he has yet to be shut down this is very disappointing.

The food was cold and old and the business was filthy my family and I cam in to eat and my 2 kids wouldn't tough the cold old pizza so bas9i wasted my money.
