response time
The response time from Chubb is ridiculous, the first time my alarm went off, they never called, their armed response only came after 20 minutes, he said thay he got lost. The second time, they also didn't call so i called them, i was told that they called but my mumber doesnt exist .today my alarm went off again and still no call and when i called they told me that my phone was off. They also randomly debit money from my account. The company may be good but the staff is incompetent so they must just fire all their call center and finance stuff...till then im cancelling my subscription with them.
Unfair Dismissal
In 2012 I was charged and dismissed by the company which I worked for the passed 12years. As response officer I was charged for missed breaking from the client's premise.Funny enough there were about 5 other employees with same charges who should been in the hearing before me but never and they are still working for the company, I was dismissed.I was the last charged but first to be dismissed.Even during hearing myself and complainant agreed with some company policies and procedures but never appeared in hearing minutes.Chairman was very aggressive to me and stopped me questioning the complainant and I feel that the outcome was very harsh and inconsisstant.Even if maybe I was guilty, demotion was another option to a lower level as I was level 3 (assistant supervisor).I will appriciate your help in this matter.Thank you.
