Chrysler I am complaining about the purchase and everything that followed.

I purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica on the day I received my title CDJR that I purchased the auto with contacted me and notified me that she had transposed the last number on the VIN number and I had to return to CDLR and go through the paper work again.
Keep in mind I live 20 miles away and it takes about an 1:30 min to due the paper work again. The sales supervisor told me he would fill up my tank for me. It was full and he said the next time I came in he would fill it, they did.
The also took off $3, 000.00 on the original price. I waited a sufficient amount of time for my new title and returned to CDJR again and waited for them to do a search for my new title. After a period of time the contacted the clerk that handles the titles and it had been filed. The sales clerk told me that my time to tag and get my title registered had expired and I was 9 days over. She stated that it was their mistake and to bring in a copy of the fees and they would reimburse me for fees and taxes. The next day I updated my title and payed the penelopes and took a copy to CDJR requesting my check and I was informed that there wasn't any one there that could write out a check. The said it would be mailed to me.
I hope you have been keeping a record of the number of times I ad to travel to CDJR and my personal time I had lost.

I have 3 chrysler products and the last 3 or 4 vans I have purchased has been from CDJR since 2000. This is probably my last Chrysler product I will own.

Pacifica is a great mini van and they do warranty coverage including road side, but so many complaints scares me this maybe my last chrysler and i was an engineer for chrysler

Chrysler and sirius radio fiasco when you get their offer to extend sirius radio dont give then any info if you do and don, t pay for extend service they cut me off with a new 2020 pacifica
spotify pandora now offer similar services for free
after hour of anguish insults and lies on the phone with sirius in pakistan office they now will restore the balance of my service ...lucky me

Chrysler dodge ram dealership in hemet ca

I went to Buy a RAM 1500 Classic. On there website the 2019 truck was listed at 14, 958$ on website. I knew i didnt qualify for 1250 plus 2000 in trade in value lost, so list for me was 18, 208$. The trade in was a squashed since they offered 2000 dollars back in incentives on trade in. All the paperwork was correct came back and I noticed 3950 dollars added to the price and was explained that these were added accessories such as alarm (not even on car), carpet and even Nitrogen in tires (like you need nitrogen in southern california) plus other types of things nobody needs. I said i don't want those accessories there not on the sticker price and not listed on internet. Jose the closer shows me some Fine line about dealership can add accessories not included in price. I am pretty sure this is frowned up by the Car manufacturers. I knew exactly what the cost of the vehicle was before i went there plus or minus 20 based on APR which i have very good credit. If you go to there website and see all these sales there not sales, you will have around 3k of saving not the 7-9 savings that is advertised. Just look at there dealership webpage and you can see what is exactly happening.

Chrysler broken cars and prejudice actions from service department

I called less then 15 minutes ago to Brandon Dodge, since no one called me on my last 5 complaints to set up service.

I called and made an appointment for this Friday at 10 am, I told the service department and they confirmed, I remembered I had a gathering with the Denver Mayor so I had to reschedule for next Friday. I then got a call back from Brandon Dodge service department saying I cannot make an appointment unless I talk with the service manager...I asked, why do I have to make an appointment through him vs everyone else...he had no answer, I told him I would be calling dodge and as hanging up on him...I said what a [censored]...why?

Because now you have a lawsuit for treating customers different...I cant, now you are prejudice to myself because of my complaints...I guess this is how all crack teams work...tell me I cant make any appointment without talking to a service manager!

Against the law! You just said I complain to much so I get a special added fun, I cant make an appointment with the service desk without talking with a manager...top team!

Wow, prejudice is everyplace...I will also...as I do everything with dumb dodge issues...sending to all 3 local TV stations.

Even if your scared of me or my actions, you cannot not give me service or an added special step to make an appointment...against the law!

I will be getting legal help on this!

Chrysler vehicle armour warranty

Called a couple weeks ahead of time for a new fob and to touch up some small scratches which is all covered under the vehicle armour warranty in which I paid an extra 850 dollars in 2015. I was travelling 90 minutes to the dealership in order to get everything done on the same day. They said all they had to do was program the fob and spend 90 minutes on the touch ups. They sent me down the road for breakfast. I came back after 90 minutes at 10:30 Am and they informed me that the fob was not in. They said the order was cancelled and that they had to reorder it. They said it would not be until 1:30-2:00 pm. I said that is not my fault and can you send it to the dealership where I live and they can program it. They said no that other dealerships will not do it. My options were to wait another 3-4 hours or go back home and come another day. Obviously after taking off half a day from work and spending 30 bucks in gas I was going to stay. I was so upset as I had to rearrange rides for my kids to be picked up from school as well as 4 hours of my time just sitting and waiting. I was livid as they did not offer me any type of compensation for my time as it was THEIR mistake. Sorry they did offer to drive me to a mall to hang out for 3 hours.
I will never ever by another Chrysler product again. I will also make sure that my friends and family on social media know about the treatment that I received from BRAMPTON CHRYSLER.

Chrysler lied to me

I had to purchase a replacement Radio/GPS for my 2014 Ram in Nov. 2018. (with 2 yr warranty) Before purchasing from Al Deeby I asked the simple question, will I have the latest version of the maps on the new unit. I was told yes. After using it for a year and being frustrated with the GPS I found out by calling the map supplier that I had version 1. At that time I was told they were on version 10. In early Oct. 2019 I started the conversation with the service department about the issue. They never did deny that I asked the question about what version of maps I would be getting originally. In early Nov. 2019 the radio was replaced because of a different issues. This radio/GPS again has version 1 maps. Here it is Jan. 13 2020 and I was just told by the head of the service department that they will not be updating the maps. It now cost me $162 to update my maps. This reason and the fact I was never called back to discuss this issue is the reason I would never recommend anyone using this service department.

Chrysler service department

I am complaining about the service deptment at Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep because everytime I take my 2017 Ram 1500 truck in for an oil change and tire rotation I end up being there for hours using the express lane which is first come first serve for service. Every time I go I am to Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep about fourth or fifth in line. One time I talked to a service manager and they told me to make an appointment. Every time I try to do that I am told they do not make appointments for an oil change and tire rotation. So I went to a different dealer ship and for the oil change and tire rotation even an inspection, but I had to pay for it because I did not purchase the veihicle there, but I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Can your dealer of choice be changed to get the free oil change even though the veihicle was not purchased there? Please let me know either way at [protected]@cox.net.

I even went to the same dealer to have a leveling kit and new all terrain tires put on because Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep would not give me a quote after I asked them about three times. The other dealer is a lot more customer friendly. By the way the other dealer is Starr Motors in Suffolk VA, wish I purchased the truck there even tough it is a little out of the way.

Chrysler service department

I brought my 2008 Chrysler town & country in for an obvious valve cover oil leak. I told the service advisor that it was obvious and told her where the leak was. Hours later I called and was told that the valve cover wasn't leaking and was told that the oil pan was leaking. I told her I inspected the rear valve cover and it is obviously leaking. I also told her that I never heard of an oil pan leaking and not leaving any oil spots on the garage floor, which mine wasn't. She told me she would have the mechanic check it again. She called me hours later and told me once again that the valve covers weren't leaking. I picked the vehicle up and had a camera probe and showed her the oil sludge caked up around the base of the rear valve cover. I also reached my hand back below the rear valve cover and showed her the caked up oil on my fingers. She apologized and scheduled another appointment for me, thus inconveniencing me more. She didn't tell me the mechanics name but her name is Jamie. I'm very upset and believe they were giving me the runaround because my vehicle is still covered by the lifetime Powertrain warranty and the repair would've been covered! I will never go to that dealership again and probably won't ever buy a Chrysler again!

Chrysler chrysler pacifica

Chrysler, you have let me down! I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and have already received $3000 in repair bills for the intake valve and active grill shelter problems. There have also been 5 recalls on the vehicle since I purchased it. I am very disappointed with the quality of this vehicle. I will never purchase another Chrysler/Dodge vehicle.

Chrysler 2019 pacifica

Brought vehical in for its second oil change/tire rotation. immediately after leaving can hear and feel unbalanced tire. Bring it back to dealer and service dept tells me it will be 60$ to fix. WTF! The vehical is new and was fine when I brought it in? If you dont mind losing a customer then do nothing about this.

Chrysler service

I have a Chrysler 200c AWD with 66440 miles and recently noticed the transmission has been slipping in D4. I called there and told the service department my trouble and was told I needed to bring it in to the service department. I want to tell you that I bought the car at Star Chevrolet and when I called there they told me it was a power train issue covered under my manufacture warranty and I needed to take it to a Chrysler dealership. I made arrangements for my car to be taken to the service department only to get a phone call stating they would not look at my car unless I paid them $106.00 to run a diagnostics test, no one ever informed me that there would be a fee to look at a manufactured covered issue at any point speaking to either dealership. My boyfriend lost time and money taking my vehicle in for me and they would not even look at it. If there is a fee for running diagnostics on covered services someone should have told me before I made arrangements. It was an off pay week and I live paycheck to paycheck and did not have the money set aside, My warranty is running out in the next 3 weeks. You should not make people believe these things are covered to 100, 000 miles if that is not the case and if an issue arises that needs to be addressed if the service is covered it should be up to the dealership to look at it free of charge. I have owned several jeep grand Cherokee vehicles and have never had issues with Chrysler before, this was a very disappointing service and somewhat humiliating incident. If I had been advised of the fee I would have been prepared. I am a very unhappy customer and would like some resolve. Sincerely, Mrs. Francine Dilucia

Chrysler dodge ram 1500 ecodiesel laramie limited

Took my $50K Dodge Ram Ecodiesel to Jack Wolf Jeep/Chrysler because the air suspension was leaning to one side. After an entire day at the dealer and no call back i showed up and was told they did not have a technician that could fix it but had another technician look at it with no luck. Then i was told my bill was $143 and they handed my truck back to me with no fix and no advice on how to get it fixed. I have zero problems with paying for service, i have a big problem paying for lip service. I ended up buying the software and the OBD2 connector, educating myself on the air suspension system and fixing it myself. This is one pathetic dealer. I have worked for Chrysler for 25 years and this will be my last vehicle from this company. I was warned by several people about this dealer but i guess i figured how bad can they be and this was an easy fix. I WAS WRONG. Jeff Celletti [protected]

Chrysler 2012 chrysler 200

Chrysler vehicles with serious issues with heat/heater core and cooling system. They require continue repairs and replacement. Cost falling on me the consumer. Heat blows hot and cold on different sides. This is a serious safety issue resulting in the inability to maintain a clear window during inclement weather. I had my car (2012 Chrysler 200) serviced on this issue last year and it has occurred again. This time they are trying to say it is my fault and it cost me almost 300 for a diagnostic . Now they say I have to replace the new radiator i put in last year and also a new thermostat and housing unit...they wont replace the faulty heatercore unless I dish out another 1700 to replace the other gunked up parts.

This is a issue in the manufacturing of the motor resulting in slug being dumped into the heater core/cooling system plugging the system up.

Chrysler and their service team/management are well aware of this issue. Now I have the issue again and must pay for the same repairs due to the faulty manufacturing on Chrysler part.

It is time for Chrysler to step up and stand behind their product and it is right for the consumer or a class action should be initiated...My grandson is having the same issues and I have dished out so much money to get this problem corrected. Seems Chrysler does not care nor do their crappy dealerships. I am at my end and there is no help in site. Fix the problems with this heater core issue and stand behind your cars.

Chrysler loyalty sucks

As mentioned before: still have 2017 Pacifica that loses power while engine keeps running. My brother-in-law bought 2017 Pacifica about same time in Ohio and had the same problem. He was told by Chrysler that there is no fix. I've experienced no fix after several trips back to dealer service.

Two times now I'v had to coast across railroad tracks with no power to accelerate if needed... there have been other similar incidences that have scared me and my wife.

When I bought the Pacifica, I traded my 2014 Grand Caravan in (great car) for Pacifica. Had 0% financing... didn't get loyalty discount or 0% financing on new 2017 Pacifica. I liked my Grand Caravan so much that my friends two married daughters purchased one each and one was totalled broadside and was replaced with new.

Have not bragged about my Pacifica, but, it is a nice car other than power loss problem. Drove 2019 Pacifica Touring L Plus while my 2017 was in shop. Had no power loss problem even once... would like to have one but because Chrysler doesn't seem to care about my safety, probably won't happen. I may have a new car by end of this year

I am writing to request compensation for $1, 597.68 for repairs to my 2013 Town & Country Van. While the vehicle is likely out of warranty, this failure should not have occurred under the circumstances. I bought the vehicle gently used from the proverbial little old lady and I, myself, drive like one.

I have owned several Chrysler/Dodge vehicles and until this fully satisfied with their performance and repair history. My last Dodge Extended Van lasted with minimal repairs for over 247, 000 miles!

Chrysler recall / vandalism of property

Car was brought in for routine repairs regarding automobile recall. Upon arrival and paying for my battery, my car was brought out to me once I got into my car I noticed that wires were dangling from the Hood release, pieces missing and loose from under the steering wheel and above all else a big gaping hole in my backseat where it looks like someone set my car on fire my windows are full of soot. All of my belongings have been rummaged through in all of my liquid items such as perfumes and sanitizers were poured out with all the tops off. I immediately went back into the service department and ask them what the hell is going on with my car. No one had any idea or explanation as to what happened. My car had been in their possession for two weeks. Someone obviously knew about the fire because debris was cleaned up. Still no one could give me any information. They did not call the police and report the vandalism nor did they call me. They waited until I got there and hoped that I drove off without looking at my car. Once again this is Rivergate Dodge/Bob Frensley Nashville TN. I will be calling the police today to file a report against the dealership nor do I want my car back I am afraid to take it because no one knows what happened to it and what other damage is have been done. I need someone to get in touch with me immediately because I will be suing Bob frensley Dodge and Chrysler.

Chrysler recall failure or false warranty claim

I contacted Cummins Dodge in Weatherford OK Oct 18, 2019 and talked to Chad Cummins first letting him know my car was not fixed by the dealership as they stated to me and that it was in worse shape now after them bringing it to me Thursday then it was when I took it May 13th. He stated that he did not know what I was talking about which I had contacted him a while back about it. He stated that he knew my car had been nothing but problems but that he just sales cars he don't build them. He stated he does his best to keep them running and that sometimes they build a product that not high enough quality built. He stated I needed to contact Chrysler and push the lemon law. He stated when they build a product like that he cant just give me a car just because Chrysler built a bad product. He stated im his customer not his liability. He stated that he was all for helping me get the car bought back but he couldn't do anymore then what he had tools to work with.I told him I knew it wasn't there fault and that I had not had problem with the dealership till they brought me back my car and it was not fixed after being there 5 months.

I told him the shifter knob did not indicate what gear the car was in like it did before and that I called Steve the Tech Advisor at Cummins and he said he would have to talk to his mechanic and get back to me on the issue. As of Thursday at 630pm I still had not received a call from Steve. I advised Chad that Steve had called and left me a voicemail the morning of Friday Oct 18, 2019 but I had not called him back yet but I would after our phone call but I needed to let him know that my car was not fixed. I told him I had a mechanic come look at my car and the mechanic said my car was not fixed and that it was a very serious safety issue because the car can be put into gear without the keys even being in it or running and the break does not have to be pushed for the car to even go into gear. I told him that my car was in worse shape now then it was. I also stated that my problem now was with Cummins as well as Chrysler because they sent my car back saying that it was fixed when it is not and that now it is a safety hazard and can not be drove because the shifter knob can engage just by pushing it back and forth without car running.He stated that if they don't build parts to fix the car he cant do anything about it. I stated that if they could not fix it then why did the mechanic say it was fixed and why did they send it back to me saying it was fixed. He stated he just couldn't do anymore and for me to contact a lawyer. He said its expensive for us for you to be driving around our car(loaner). I asked why did the mechanic say my car was fixed if it is not fixed and that it is in worse shape then before. He stated that we have done all we can do and you know we have done all we can do. I told him why cant he call Chrysler and tell them this car is not fixable and he stated he was not allowed to do that. He stated that he does not know why we are even having this conversation and that he has got to hang up. I then contact the service dept at Cummins to ask what mechanic worked on my car and Justin stated id have to talk to Steve. I told him I called about the shifter knob he replied yeah youll just need to bring it over here. I told him that's the problem that the car was not fixed and it was not driveable. Explained to him what the car was doing and he stated the car was working properly when we brought it to you. I made sure and told him I had not even drove the car and that the mechanic that looked at my car only test drove it for 5 miles. He then hung up on me. I then tried to contact Donnie at Cummins which is who I had been talking to about my car but for 2 weeks I had left voicemails left messages with receptionist for him to contact me as well as text messages and not once did he return my calls or even respond to my text messages. I told the receptionist it was very important that Donnie calls me back she said she would give Donnie the message but after an hour or so I called back asking for Donnie and Dave Morris answered. I asked to speak with Donnie he stated Donnie was not available. He stated im Dave Morris I manage this store I said oh Donnie doesn't manage this store anymore he said yeah. I told him I called Steve this morning to let him know the car was not fixed and that I had a mechanic take a look at the car and he stated it was not fixed. I explained to Dave what the car was doing he stated they test drove the car 4 times and that they did not find anything wrong with it. I asked if they did not find anything wrong with the car engaging into gear without the car even having to be running or break pressed. Dave stated we didn't find anything wrong and it didn't act up for us or other wise we wouldn't have returned it. I asked Dave, "so your telling me the mechanic pushed the shifter knob back and forth while the car was turned off and it didn't move back and forth. Dave stated yes our mechanic did before we released it or we wouldn't have released it. I asked so how did the car get messed up if your stating it was fixed. He said I don't know you've had another mechanic touch it so I wouldn't have any idea. I laughed and said oh I figured you would try to say something like that. I said the mechanic literaly test drove the car for 5 miles and that he could not have done anything to that car if it has been fixed. He stated I was told you had legal representation I said yes and he told me to contact them. Monday morning they refused to speak to the attorney. I am now seeking another attorney because I declined the offer FCA sent. I also will be looking at filing against Cummins Dodge as well for sending my car back stating it was fixed when it is not and it also is a serious safety hazard because If anyone was to just get in the car for any reason and they accidentally hit the shifter knob it will go into all gears and roll away. I also have recorded audio of these 3 conversations as well as the mileage on the car when it left the shop as well as when the driver dropped it off at my house with his initials on the invoice and pictures of the mileage after the mechanic test drove it. This has become a very serious matter and im very concerned about the fact that no one seems to care about the safety issues with this car. I refuse to even get in the car that's how uncomfortable I am because of all the problems it has given just with the transmission not including the new engine, turbo, starter and many other things. Since the day I purchased it May 31, 2014 the total days it was in shop for repairs was 442 days as of Oct 17, 2019. Tell me as a first time new car owner that being without a car for over an entire year is ok and that I should just deal with it even if its past 5 years old by just few months. I had warranty when it went to shop in May but May 31st it ended. I have documents for 95% of the complaints, cases with FCA, BBB, FTC, Attorney General for the past 5 years showing ive tried getting something done bout this car. I towed my car to Doug Grey where they will be inspecting it. If my car was fixed by Cummins then why when they received the part Sept 20 did it take them till Oct 17 to fix and why does the service report indicate other things were replaced that did not need to be. If Cummins fixed it like they stated then it needs to be reported that the RECALL part has already failed after 5 miles. I truly do not feel that it was fixed i beleive they just did what they needed to in order to get my car out of there. I was lied to numerous times and now my emails are blocked from Cummins they talked to me like my safety concern did not matter and hung up on me as well when asking about my safety concern. The fact that the dealership sent my car back to me with a safety concern and they are refusing to even speak to me or the attorney tells me they must have done something wrong so either it is a failed recall or a false warranty claim that FCA will be paying for when they did not even fix it and stating they did. I have documents and recordings of said phone conversations with the 3 men from Cummins that hung up on me stated my car was fixed and that his mechanic did move the shifter knob without car running and that it did not move from gear to gear and of the owner stating that if Chrysler does not make the parts available to fix the cars they can not fix them and for me to contact an attorney. i tried adding recordings and documents but it only allows certain files that i dont have saved in that category so if you want them I will have to email them.

Chrysler replacement of radio and radio dash bezel (trim)

they replaced my radio but instead of putting my trim (which was a medium frost beige) they put an old black trim with some wear showing. My van is a 2015 town and country 48700 miles. I tried to find out why and all they say is radio comes with that trim. I feel the trim with my van should have been put back on since it was part of the trim when i bought the van. I dont think you like it if they changed part of your interior trim that takes away from it. Plus the fact they feel since you dont work there you know nothing about vehicles so they can tell you any thing. I still want it changed back to what i had. and dont know who i got to get in touch with. Most likely what happen was they broke mine and it most likely would cost them $100 so they just grapped a used one and figure customer wouldnt know any different. Chrysler 2019 jeep renegade

My 2019 Jeep renegade messed up. We took it to the shop to be checked. Come to find out. It needed a new dash cluster. We had to leave it. Part was supposed to be in within two weeks. Ended up staying in the shop for one month. I feel we should be compensated for the month it stayed in the shop I don't see why it would take so long for the part to come in and get put on. We had to pay on a vehicle we were unable to drive

Chrysler they messed up my engine

My name is Danielle Jones and I need to file complaint against Chrysler Three Rivers Dodge Jeep and Ram and my complaint is that they did work on my car and messed up my engine can you give me a call at +[protected] thanks
And I filed a lawsuit with the lemon law and now there trying to settle out because I was sold a lemon and I want something done about this ASAP.

Chrysler 2014 dodge ram larimet

terrible gas mileage, no power. took to Marlette Dodge dealer in marlette, mi they tested it and stated the exhaust value on #4 hole was not moving and vertict is it needs a cam and lifters. the cam is in stock and the lifters are out of stock and 13, 800 are on back order according the service advisor. this is my only truck to continuing working. the service advisor advised that he had no estimated date of parts to arrive as 13, 800 were on back order. my question is if 13, 800 are on back order is this issue going to be a recall? please help your loyal chrysler dodge truck owner
