Christian Collegiate Academy review: Treatment of students/employees 1

I am a former employee of Christian Collegiate Academy in Gulfport, Ms. I have witnessed discrimination and unfair treatment against students and even witnessed false stories being made up about certain students just so they can be removed from the school. I also witnessed the younger kids being hit by the staff members which was reported but nothing was done about it. During my time at the school, I would be reprimanded for enforcing the rules on certain students. Students whose parents hold a certain position in the community or donate money to the school receives special treatment and are not disciplined like the other students. These students are allowed to bully other kids and nothing would be done about it. If certain staff members decided to exhibit integrity and not go along with the unethical behaviors that some staff member and head of school engaged in, we were met with a hostile work environment and some even terminated. I would like for more parents, former employees and even student to speak up and not be afraid to voice their complaints. Too much wrongdoing is swept under the wrong at this school.
