Chowking service

Gusto ko lang gumawa ng feed back matagal na to eh ngayon lang ako nagkaroon ng chance. Pero this time magandang feed back. Kumain kami last january (I don't know the exact date) and that was our first time kumain sa chowking montalban with my family. May isang dining crew doon na bryan na napakaganda ng service hindi lang samen ng family ko pati na rin sa ibang customers. Napaka approachable nya. At one thing lang napansin ko sa kanya that time is napakahilig nya sa mga bata. Bibihira lang ang ganung crew na nilalaro yung baby ng customers. Sayang lang pagbalik namin doon kanina wala na daw sya doon. Sayang ng at hndi na namin mararansan ang yung ganun kagandang service. Pero sana makarating sa kanya tong feed back na to. Kudos kuya bryan 😊

Chowking poor service - citymall calamba

I ordered halo-halo at chowking- citymall calamba. Sabi 20 mins daw which was okay. Pero after 30 mins wala pa din so I asked a staff only to find out na wala pang gumagawa nung halo-halo which is NOT okay to me. Kung hindi ko pa nilapitan di pa sila gagalaw. To think na madami sila dun and wala namang ginagawa yung iba. Mas maiintindihan ko pa sana kung sobrang dami ng customer pero hindi eh. I waited for more than half hour for a halo-halo and they didn't even apologized for that.

Chowking chicken lauriat

Good day, I'm Allen Valerie Andaya. I ordered a while ago 1pc chicken lauriat for take out. I didn't check it before i leave the place because i trust the industry that may order was complete and also it hs a tape so i didn't bother to double check it. When i arrived home and open the meal it only has 1 siomai. I'm a fan of your chicken lauriat and i knew that it consists of 2 siomai. I'm very disappointed at your service.

Chowking unclean food

I ordered sweet and sour fish because it is really my favorite which I ordered for take out last April 29, 2019 around 7PM in Urduja Building, Urdaneta City branch. At home as I eating, I noticed a different taste of the food, it is like it's not new anymore. Then as I continue eating, I noticed something in my food, I set it aside using the spoon and I was shocked because it is a small cockroach. It is really disgusting and very disappointing. I promised to my self never to eat in any branch of chowking again. Please make sure to really implement your quality control because I know you should have one. Thank you

Chowking waiting time for take out

Iwould like to complaint the chowking in pureza near jollibee have a very bad service when it comes to waiting for the take out. I ordered one large milktea and took at atleast about 30mins for one large milk tea. Whats really cringy is that whenever you order take out you need to wait on the
Side like it with others who order take out like ur in some fine dinning restaurant. Take can just do our order in fronts of us while we pay them over the counter rather than filling up the take out order then wait for a ling time

Chowking unethical behavior

We order food to go, the cashier informed us that our order will take about 20-25 minutes and so we patiently waited. 30 minutes later only the drinks were only delivered. We politely ask a crew for follow up he said after 5minutes. after some time still, no food was delivered in our table. I personally went to the counter to follow up a crew said another 2minutes. It took more minutes no food was delivered. In my frustration, I ask the crew that I want to talk to their manager. He said, "for a while ma'am". they kept me standing in front of the counter waiting for the manager to attend to my complaint but no manager came. Chowking pork chao fan toppings

I ordered a pork chao fan shanghai via online. And i dont know if it came on time. I also requested for chiligarlic and additional shanghai sauce. And to my surprise the one that came is pork chao fan with fried siomai as the toppings. Trust me im pissed. I dont usually do this because i am usually satisfied with your service. And now im having doubts with you guys. And also your hotline does not work. Wherein it would have been easier to provide my order properly.

Chowking regular wanton mami

we ordered take out regular wanton mami and chicken lauriat at chowking candelaria branch with my mother and niece around 12:45pm then umuwi na kme pra mkakaen na pamangkin qh then my ung pamangkin qh na lumulutang sa wanton mami nya the he ask my mom "lola ano yung lumulutang". nkaka strike 2 na chowking skin since bumalik aq galing uae.. very disapointed aq.

Chowking service

I am a big fan of chowking fried chicken. Well actually I am addicted to your chicken. I know and I am aware the delays in preparing and serving my order. BUT in terms of customer service and the behaviour of the staffs. Well I cant and I will not tolerate it. Its actually almost 2 weeks now since Ive experienced the rudeness of your service crew and how they treat their CUSTOMER or should I say PATRONIZERS.
As the cashier told me it will took 20mins and asked me of I am "willing to wait" Well As if I have any other options...So I waited. But it took for almost an Hour BEFORE I followed up my order to the dining crew but I reveived a tiger glanced and he shouted someone in the kitchen area "OK NA BA YUNG CHICKEN? INAANO NA NUNG CUSTOMER!" In sarcastic manner. I stared him while he is moving in the dinjng area then I caught him glanced in an angry way! Yes indeed I saw it!
So I decided to go in the counter area. I saw him whispering the same person in the chicken pointing my previous place where he last seen me.
I know he's not aware that I was in the counter when he throwed the cup of gravy then saw him talking in whisper manner his co worker telling that person that I am annoying!
Imagine, talking behind your customers back is not a good indication of RESPECTING your guest.
So I asked the cashier to call the manager on duty, then Cathy came out. I am calm going back then. Explaining my side and whats tje matter. I asked her to conduct her internal invistigation. Then provided my contact information. BUT as of now she never call or even bother to reach me despite that I told her that I will waot for her feedback. Then I conclude, thats why your staffs isnt good providing what the patronizers deserves tje right amount of respect because even the head was not sincere to her job!
I am also in retail business and I provide customer service. Thats why I am expecting to be treated the same manner.
I respect otjer people and even the crew with dignity. But why chowminh caltex staffs always doing tje same thing! Nothing has change even I upthrust3d my concern before with the same branch. By the way. Chowking is very near to my unit.
Please do something about it.

Chowking service

I ate with my family last time at Chowking Robinson's at Balagtas, I asked for a glass of water at the counter area, the manager on duty saw me but she didn't gave me instead inutos pa niya sa isang service crew, na maraming ginagawa at sumagot ng "iseserve ko lang po ito" bringing a tray of food but she is the one na wala namang ginagawa kundi makipagdaldalan sa isang kahera. This is not supposed to be happening gusto ko lang maging aware kayo sa paligid. Ang ending, nobody gave what Im asking for. Umuwi nalang kmi.

Chowking discourtesy of the crew

So ayun na nga, pumunta kami ng Chowking Santa Rosa Bayan Branch It was all good from the kuya guard and kay cashier but this kuyang crew caught my attention when the time na sinerve nya yung order namin. He was like "nagdadabog" basta nya lang nilagay yung orders namin w/o even asking kung kanino yung mga order na yon. Ang kinaiinis ko dinabog nya yung food sa harap namin. And then when we asked him politely if we can get a new sauce. Tapos si kuyang crew walang gana di man lang makausap nakasimagot pa and then natapos na kamit lahat lahat kumaen wala padin? Pag pagod na sana magpaalam kayo sa mga manager nyo, kung may problema kayo let them know. Di yung tamad tamaran tayo sa pagaasikaso ng customer. Im not againts with the people na nagwowork as a crew its just that we need to be professional. Please make sure that your employees/crews are well trained to assist customers they can atleast undergo behavioral training as well. I hope this feedback will bring changes on that current management. Thank you!

Chowking managers attitude towards inquiry

Around 355pm, april 25, 2019, we dine at CHOWKING IN OSMEÑA St, Cebu City (Express Inn). I asked the cashier to load my happy plus card in the amount of 600. Then she gave my orders and forgot to give my change. Then around 7pm, i went back to the store to get my change. I asked the cashier and she said, mam we will check the cctv. Then she approach her manager, and im so shockèd on the manager's expression. She made faces like as if I was telling a lie though she havn't checked the recording yet...Then after 10mins, when they have already checked the cctv and proved that i was telling the truth, they returned my change immediately. Admittedly, i know that i also have my short coming in the said incident but i was prudent enough to ask your personnel properly and i did not expect that kind of reaction from her since i know that all managers pass through proper customer relation trainings...i hope that you could atleast call the attention of the said store manager...thank you!

Chowking manager and store

Earlier today 04/23/19, I ordered Pork Chao Fan with Fried Siomai at Chowking Centris Quezon Avenue. The manager of that store already saw my order on dispatching area but he ignored it, my order is on dispatching area for about 5 minutes, but the manager just chitchatting with one of the crew that is on break there. Finally, one of the crew noticed my order on dispatching area and she served it to me, I asked for chilly garlic but the crew says that there is a 5 peso charge for it? What? My order has siomai, how come that I need to pay for the chilly garlic? Worse chowking store I've ever been. The manager is male the tall one who has a brushed up hair.

Chowking 2nd incident of late delivery from shaw branch

4/22/19 3:44pm I made my order to the delivery hotline, followed up twice on the same number after not receiving the delivery on pronounced time, then an order confirmation was done 2 hrs after stating order was just placed.

It's now 6:26pm and order it not yet received, so inefficient!

Rider came in 6:29pm, I received an almost water halo-halo and you even have the nerve to make us pay considering all the inconveniences you brought us!

Chowking sobrang bagal ng service (chowking pasig simbahan)

Yesterday night lang tong incident 6:54pm. Bukod sa napakalabo ng inissueng receipt samen. Eh sobrang bagal po ng service ng chowking. Ito rin ang napansin ko sa kahit saang chowking branch. Pero itong kagabi lang sa chowking pasig simbahan ay grabe. Given naman na medyo mag aantay ang customer sa order lalo at puro made to order yung nasa menu nyo pero yung 30 mins na pag aantay eh sobra na para sa isang customer. 6:54 natake ang order namin. 2 orders lang naman ito kung tutuusin. Kumpara sa ibang customer na nandun din para magdine. Sabi ko pa sa husband ko around 7:13pm "naku, eh kung tayo naiinip eh lalo na yung iba" 2 separate families yung nag aantay din na mukhang madaming order. So sabi ko sige onting antay pa. Nag uumpisa ng sumakit tyan ko dahil sa gutom (2 mos preggy) pati anak ko nagstart ng magtantrums. 7:20pm. Wait padin kame. 7:25 nagdecide ako na ipati take out nalang order dahil sobrang nadisappoint na kame sa bagal ng dating ng order namin. Lumapit ako sa counter at yung order namin nasa warmer na pala pero wala man lang nag a out para maiserve na sa amin. Narinig ko pa sabi nung isang cashier "diko napansin na nandyan na sa warmer eh" dahil malabo nata ko diko nabasa name nung cashier.
7:30 to 7:35 nakatayo parin ako sa counter dahil pati pag aantay maitake out yung order namin ay nakapa tagal din bago nagawa. Umuwi kameng parehong mainit ang ulong mag asawa. Nagcrave lang ako sa chaopan dahil buntis pero nasira lang ang gabi namin. Sana maaksyunan ito ng management ng chowking dahil di naman lahat ay makakapag antay sa bagal ng serbisyo nyo!

Last sunday lang din april 14 sa chowking pasig palengke naman mahigit 40 mins kame nag antay sa order na halo halo. Tingin niyo tama pa ba ito?!

Chowking attitude of the crew

Me and my family went to Chowking Mega Station Philippines at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon of Apr 20 (Saturday). We were on the corner right side of the counter to do ordering. The crew on the counter named Anne Glaiza Soliman whose only listing our orders took the order of my aunt, and when were about to give additional order she refuse to accept the additional order because it has 1 discount coupon. She insisted for a separate transaction for our additional order. And she just leave the counter and when to other counter to punch the said orders.

My complaint here is the crew (Anne Glaiza Soliman) itself is not approachable and i think she has rude attitude. I really wanted to be enlightened of the process why 1 discounted coupon should be in a separated transaction? Out of 11 regular orders she want us to separate that order. And plus, shes not even polite or nice to explain to me the reason, rather she leave us that make us feel that shes really a rude crew.

After waiting for the order we got more irritated because the suppose to be order should be take out instead it became dine in. weve been there in the corner waiting, where in the first place we want to do fast ordering. As soon as the bus boy was informed that our order should be take out, they manually transfer the foods to a take out pouch that make us wait more.

I never did this kind of complaining because I have respect for crews and other staff regardless of the name of the store or establishments. But this one crew really got into my nerve, I think she offend me the way her treatment. She only become kind when i finally ask for her complete name because she knew that I will report her. But this complaint is not to humiliate her or what. I just want her to reiterate on how to approach customers and how to be polite with clients. And I think chowking should remind her about of this code of conduct or better send her again to do training like this.

Sabi ng crew nym carl tama po ba un? So ilan costumer po ang ssbhin nia ng gnon ng nkalikod kme sorry kung malakas po pandinig ko at nrinig ko un padura ng soup so lahat ng costumer na mgpaparefill need dinuraan? Chowking halohalo

DEAR CHOWKING,

I bought halohalo early tonight and it's not my first time. I used to add on my meal with your halo2x. I'm just disappointed with the serving as it was served the mixture or the ingredients inside are very poor compared it to the other branches/stores. Even if there are a lot of customers I just hope you could still provide good quality service. Lastly, I didn't purchase coke float, then why my soft drink seemed to have a plenty of ice like 3/4 of it.

This is my first time to send feedback. I love your halohalo but It's disappointing even if it costs cheap. please follow standard..

Chowking unavailable ice

April 19, 2019 just this evening. Nag dine in ako sa chowking cabantian-buhangin. Una, hindi po nag inform yung front counter na walang available na ice. Nagtaka lang ako kung bakit walang ice yung drinks ko. Umupo muna ako saglit para hintayin yung order ko.. Lately, may nakita akong crew na kumuha ng ice sa ice-bin sa counter area kaya lumapit po ako and I politely asked the crew kung pwede bang makihingi ng ice. Then the crew turned his way back and asked their onfloor manager sabing "maam ice daw". I would really understand the store's situation kung hindi bastos yung manager.. She spoke at her loud voice saying "wala gani ice no! Para sa halo.2 lang na".. Inapproach ko ulit yung crew and begged him na kahit konting ice lang pampalamig sa drinks ko kasi wala pong ice. I felt really disappointed nung tinaasan nya ulit ng boses yung crew: "wala lagi ice!" so, for me as a customer ang pangit pong pakinggan mas lalong naging pangit tingnan dahil sa facial expression nya. I don't know kung nagalit ba sya dahil sa konting ice na hinihiling ko.. I saw her from a distance murmuring. She is ma'am joan. Sana lang po nextime wag yung sa harapan ng maraming tao. Sana po ma address itong feedback ko. God bless

Chowking customer service

April 19, 2019

I'm writing to address my concern regarding the customer service of chowing, ramos-lacson branch.

To the persons concerned:
I am in great disappointment. My family and I went to chowking ramos-lacson branch before 9pm, april 18, I forgot to track the time because I was so mad. Here are the concerns:

We have 2 senior citizens with us. It is very disappointing to find no "pwd/ senior citizen" lane. So unfair. Next, my mom and I just went to a lane and ordered. There's this cashier, who threw a nasty look at us, not being approachable, and a -10 out of 100 for customer service👎. I did not mind. We asked if there's halo-halo available. She said there's none. And, I saw a crew making halo-halo behind her back. She was mocking me, like she got irritated because she said it was the last one. I did not mind, again. Next thing, we ordered 3 asado siopaos, 1 large asado, 1 kangkong, 1 set of lumpia, 1 wanton, 1 wanton beef mami with asado siopao, 1 chicken with chocopao, 1 chao fan, 1 chao fan with siomai toppings, and 2 chicharaps. We wondered why there's only 3 siopaos on our table when we've been there for like 30 min. We called their attention 5 times! No one even said sorry for the late services. For the 5th call, there was no response. Then, the wanton noodles we ordered, the other one showed no beef. When we asked why there's none, they said it was out of stock! What the hell? They should've said earlier. Then, we asked for the 3 siopaos. The large one, and the 2 sides. The cashier, nikki, insisted that she gave them all. When in fact, it was only 3 siopaos on our table because me and my grandfather haven't eaten yet because we're waiting for the siopaos. Another 30min has passed, they did not go to the table to check how many boxes of siopao were there. Instead, they checked the cctv. That is very insulting. They did not even let us sit down while they check; they did not even say sorry, and that's very insulting because they already checked the receipt many times! The managers who were there, do not deserve to be called as "managers". My mom is a manager for 13 years and she's worked with mang inasal for like 3 years, and said she was never like that when she was a manager. The manager's name was kat, btw. She said she was a trainee. There was another gay manager too, who did not dare to accomodate us, but rather mocked us with our concerns. Bs.

Well, you might say that, "it's just siopao". The main concern here is the services. What if there will be more complaints and more victimes of these mere matter? It will reflect to the company. My advice is, there should be a supervisor for that branch. Not newbie managers. I'm not generalizing or anything, but there skills do not reach half of the skills a manager should have. Again, this complaint is for the betterment of the comapany.

P. S, we can afford the siopaos.
