Chowking halo halo and milk tea

Yung crew na gumagawa ng halo halo at milktea hindi gumagamit ng gloves.. Yung gumagawa ng halo halo pagka lagay ng ice cream mukhang alanganin pagkaka lagay inurong ng daliri ng walang gloves.. Yung nagtake naman ng order ko na cashier at nag sukli sakin ng barya na tig piso na syang gumawa mismo ng order ko hindi man lang nag sanitizer o nag gloves bago gawin ung mismong order ko na milktea baryang pera pa naman ang hinawakan.. Ang dugyot lang.. Nakaka dismaya 😣

Chowking yung mga dining di marnong mag assist

Yung mga dining di marunong mag assist.. Nanghihingi ako ng tubig dahil wala pa ung milk tea na order ko ince mejo nabubulunan n ung kasama ko.. Pero snob pa rin siya.. I look for the manager pero she's not around. Nakita ko nalang nung pauwi na kami.. Grabe.. Nangyari un kanina lang april 2 2019 around 4 pm. Sana ayusin naman ung service lalo na ung mga dining crew na snobber at di marunong makarinig ng customer

Chowking milktea large

Good Day !
Last March 31, 2018 I ordered 1 Milktea Large for Take-Out and The Cashier Give Me 15 Minutes to Wait, Then After 15 Minutes yung Milktea di pa naaaout, then i decided to wait for another 5 Minutes, Then After that, nagdecide ulit ako na magwait ng 2 Minutes, After Nun nagpunta ulit ako sa cashier para ifollow-up yung order and tinanong ko pa kung ang minutes pa, wala namn binigay sakin kung ilang oras pa or minutes pa iaassemble and i decided na umupo ulit then wait for another minutes, then i decided to go dahil nagmamadali narin ako, then hindi ko na pnakuha yung milktea.
Please make sure that if you have decided to pending the orders of your customer, make sure that you give standard time to make it complete.

Chowking customer service

Waiting time is too long. Its no longer a fastfood place. Orders are given incorrectly. This is not the first time it happened but my complain never been assisted and no one took actions. I like tofu so much but it was never served here nicely and ingredients were never completed. You can see disappointment on the faces of other customers who's waiting for their orders. One of the cashier is not so helpful. I was just asking 3 pcs. of calamansi but she insist that it will be served. Tables were not cleaned right away that is why other customer who are waiting were just standing while waiting for their orders.

Chowking halo-halo

Hello, for the 2nd time! I am here reporting the Halo Halo in Chowking Puregold Libertad-Pasay. We pay for the biggest size of your Halo-Halo just for the ice, milk, leche plan and gulaman? Seriously? This would be the last time we will be buying halo-halo in Chowking! Rest assured that this case will be posted on social media so people specially people from Pasay will be aware! They didn't even issue a receipt because the cashier named Jhen asked us if its okay to punch seperate receipt for Halo Halo which she doesn't give any. Annoying!

Chowking your employees are being forced to sell products under a very hot sunny day

Is this how you treat your employees?! Do you really care about your employees? Is this how you advertise your foods? Do not force your employees to endorse your food outside the store or sell your products in the middle of a hot sunny day. Customer will go to your stores if they want to. You dont need to force your employees to look for someone who will eat in your stores. It's not a strategy on what you are doing to your employees you're making them suffer you're making them sick, then what if they will not be feeling well and they will not be going to work you' re gonna give them some corrective actions worst case that might happen is you're going to fire them? Try to think of it. Treat your employees right

Chowking 4 orders of wanton asado package p99.00

March 19, 2019 at 21:20, or# 1131066.
On my way home, I ordered a take out for the package at mega caltex, chowking caltex nlt. Due to trust on your crew, I did not manage to check if items are all inside the bag. Upon reaching home, in pulilan, upon checking, 4 pcs of siopao asado are missing. I was irritated, because this is the second time it happened. There is no way I can turn back as I have to travel a long way and pay again the toll fees. If I do, my gas and toll will be higher than the 4 pcs siopao. Yesterday, I was in the area again, I pass north luzon expressway from sn fdo, pampanga. I claimed for the 4 pcs of siopao, and the supervisor on duty, said, "I cannot claim it due to the span of time".
My question is, why will I suffer even for small claims on the negligence of your crew. The item purchased was not a garment, that I have to follow return or complaint on specific number of days. I can buy siopao yes, but what I am claiming is my right of the paid item, that I did not enjoyed. I dropped by yesterday around 4:50 in the afternoon. The supervisor whom I talked with doesn't know how to give satisfying answers to a complaining customer. I repeat, the instance is not a first time incident. You can check on your google map, how long is the mega caltex to the next toll exit and travel back just to claim the siopao.

I will appreciate your feedack, please.

Chowking food served is cold not hot neither warm it's cold

I was in vacation in philippines last march 4, -22, 2019, in really love eating in chowking all the product taste good and I partcularly love thier sweet and sour pork, and shomai.
Even I just arrived in manila before going home the next 3 days I province I was every day in thier branch for bfast, lunch even dinner. When I was in my home town malaybalay city bukidnon I was glad becasue there was already chowking branch. And it was already new branch renovated and transfer I guess. I was there once and very disappointed because that time im looking for a hot meal and oviously I choosed my favorite chowking sweet and sour pork meal. For all of my life eating in chowking all over the philippines its the first time I have served a cold meal. The fried rice is not hot not even warm enough and the sweet and sour pork is cold. I cold the attention of one of the crew but I dont know if he mind my complain.
I wonder and dis appointed becasue my mother said she always eating in chowking malaybaly city and become alway cold food, even teh shomai. Not only her but some of my friends and relatives told me. And they dont know that it should be hot because they are not fan of eating in fastfood.
I have experinces and knowledge in food and beverages companies in philippines since im part of it before for many years and I know fast food that serve hot meals should serve hot meals. I hope you gonna look in about my complain beacuse its not only about the customer's pleasure to become hot meals that matters but especially their health. We know that foods has its shelf life, from frozen to thawing to cooking to serving.

Chowking delivery

I called chowking delivery hotline at around 330 pm. Ordered 4 large halo halo anf a box of siopao.338 wheb they committed 90 mins delivery time instead of 60 mins. We then agreed

At 4:56 pm i called the hotlone to follow it up. At around 5:10 I folllowed it up again but to no avail. Pass 5 pm i followed it up again.finally the store manager a certain sheila ayala called me up. I first talked to the rider he apologized because he had lots of deliveries.he just got back to the store to pick up my orders. I was so furious bcoz they informed the hot line that the rider left at 4:07pm. What a bunch of liars!

Finally the manager in charge sheila ayala told me that no house number was given to them. What an alibi! They couldve asked for the house number when they called to inform us about tht 90 mins delivery time.Secondly she told me that the delivery is still not late according to her watch. The nerve!

I called the customer service but im not sure if they will take action on this.

Will never order from that branch ever again.

Chowking no chili sauce for take out??? missing item milk tea!!!

Seriously? No chili sauce for take out? You can't provide what the customer needs?😠😠😠😠
I ask for mr. Yurie! To give a chili sauce and put it to small cup or insert so I can have it on take out service but he resufed and he said "hindi po pwede yun po yung standard". Wow, I dont know anything of your policy regarding on this but you should provide something and ways to offer to your customer. I'm craving for it that's why I ordered at your branch but this happens 😠😠😠😠. Nakakainis lang! Then when I arrived at my place I noticed that my milk tea was not given. 😠😡 what a poor service you have in chowking waltermart makati!

Chowking product and services complaint delivery

I called chowking hotline no 98888 to make order 4 halo halo special at 2 boxes of siopao and 6pcs chicken. I called 4pm and they told me delivery will take 75mins. I agree and cfm ok. Then I follow up 0515pm my order they told the rider is already out then 0530pm no delivery til I called again delivery hotline the store sm center chowking called me and told me that may order wl be deliver in 10mins. I wait again then finally the rider came and I was so dispointed and very angry my halo halo order not included accdg to rider no halo2 and still in the store. What a big dispointed and very very poor service... I didnt accept the order due to incomplete... Im filing this complaint to the highest chowking management.. This poor poor service...0630pm no delivery from.4pm place of order

Chowking service crew na mataray at walang initiative jazel ang nakalagay sa name plate niya

Ilang minuto na kaming nakaupo ng lolo ko sa table na hindi nalinisan. Wala kasing service crew so etong service crew na to pagkadaan nya harap namin dahil nag hatid sya ng food tinawag ko sya. maayos naman pagkakatawag ko sakanya ang sabi ko "miss, pwede po?" Then nagulat ako sa action nya kasi nilingon nya lang kami then inirapan nya ako. Nagulat kami ng lolo ko. Sabi ko "hala di tayo pinansin tay." Sabi lang ng lolo ko "baka naman tatawag sya ng mag lilinis kasi taga serve sya" then naka ilang minito at ilang pabalik balik sya sa harap namin hindi nya talaga kami pinansin at wala man lang initiative na tumawag ng kapwa service crew. Wala kasing nag iikot para mag linis.
Bakit may mga gantong klaseng service crew? Walang initiative at walang pleasing personality. Sana mapansin tong concern ko at sana mabigyan ny aksyon. Thank you and more power.

Chowking dining staff

Natataranta na ako pati nasa kabilang table kase nalagyan ng chili mata nang anak ko humingi ako tissue sa dining crew nyo. Imbis na ibigay agad dahil nga sa emergency na ang ginawa eh nagwalis pa sa harap ko pa talaga.! Kung di ba naman gago, pwede mapapano mata ng bata nagwalis pa muna. Ang pinaka nakakainis di manlang pinaabot sa manager on duty kung meron man (wala ko nakita) nagmamadali magclosing. Take note wala masyadong tao that time. Nakakagigil! Ganyan ba sop nyo 9pm close ng mall 7pm palang ngreready na magclosing?! Okay lang sana kung makakareaponse agad para sa customer hindi eh inuna pa maglinis.

We ordered 2 regular halo halo. With, special instructions ...
Without beans and pinipig for both orders..
Cashier steph, repeat to us our request for both orders.
Pero, nung sinerved yung order im so dissappointed kasi hindi naman ginawa yung request. Were waiting for almost, 30 mins .. And its just a HALO HALO!
6:41 pm receipt time we ended the transaction, and they serve it around 7:17pm . it takes too long..

Chowking chao fan, meal

wait time for delivery should only take 60-75minutes.

it took 1 hr. and 45 mins., didn't even received any updates from the delivery man, 105 minutes. hays. haven't any apologies.

I stated a clear landmark from the chowking online delivery website, checked out as a guest. I even ordered at Burger King after placing the order from Chowking, they was able to get to my exact location earlier than the expected time of delivery. Your delivery man is Rude, and giving me unacceptable reasons and leeway.

Chowking complaint: kitchen staff, geraldo ramos

Hi,

I'd like to complain your kitchen crew, Geraldo Ramos of Chowking PTT SCTEX. We waited for so long and ended up finishing my siopao without the chicharap. My boyfriend approached your crew. We heard her shouting at the kitchen staff. After few minutes, the chicharap was served but it was "makunat." The manager on duty, Luis came and we decided to cancel the order. Suprisingly, we heard your kitchen staff singing "bahala kayo sa buhay nyo!" This is very rude! He knew we heard him so he intentionally went far away from the reception area. I am very disappointed. I look forward to hearing from you. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

Chowking food service

I bought a pork chao fan for two for take out after I've waited for about 30mins. When they serve my order the crew told me my order for two was combined in one serving box plate I was disappointed bcoz they didn't inform why they combined my order and didn't told me d reason why they done that kind of service.this is the 2nd time I order in this branch. Very disappointing... Poor customer and food service I give

Bastos na crew. Kumain kmi last feb 23, 2019 ng baby ko at ng kapatid ko. Apat na meal ang aming inorder. Then nghingi kapatid ko ng extra chilli dahi dalawa lng binigay niya at sinabihan ba naman kami na "madami na yan" at ung kapatid ko nlng ang nahiya sa knya kaya sa ibang crew nlng ng hingi sister ko. Kulang kulang pa bigay ng order. At pag pag tanong ko ng extra milk para sa naicha na inorder ko sagot niya sakin na pataray na may bayad nga dw. Sabi ko . "ok mag babayad nlng ako. Then kumakain na kmi napatingin ako sa knya, naka tingin din pla siya na naka simangot at naka taas ang kilay. Nakipag labanan tlga siya ng tinginan. Sana ma aksyunan niyo ung ganyang kabastusan na crew niyo. Di nko nka complain sa manager dahil may baby ako na kasma at nag mamadali kmi gabi na din un. Buti pa ung guard na nka duty naiintindihan ako. Dahil sknya ko sinabi. At sana ayusin din nila pag huhugas ng mga baso dahil malansa kitang kita ung sebo pag nalagyan ng coke. Ang tagal pa ng service. Ngaun lng ako nag ka time mag complain dahil bc po ako sa bussines ko. Maraming salamat po. Ps dati din po ako ng ibat ibang fast food pero hnd po ganyan kabastos ugali ko.

Chowking serving time

I don't understand why everytime I drop by for a milktea take out at chowking edsa it took like 15mins to be serve. Knowing the fact that they don't have that much number of customer's be serve. What I get upset the most is that, they will not prepare my order unless I ask them about it since I no longer seeing any pending orders in their dashboard. Not just that, they even point the task to other crews, maybe twice or thrice before they do it. It doesn't even take 2 mins to prepare it. I really love chowking but it makes me avoid you because of your service crews. Its not just about a poor customer service but I guess you're not getting the worth of what you are paying for your staff, they give negative impression to your franchise. I'm using this way to send my complain because i'm not a person who will discriminate a person in front of the others. Please do guide them properly, I know it's not just me but there so many people outthere who experiences the same, they just don't have time to complain.

Chowking I am complaining about your service crew

Last sunday kumain kami sa chowking sm telabastagan pampanga with my family actually 2nd time na namin kumain don, yung cashier niyo ang susungit hindi man lang marunong ngumiti yung nag take ng order namin ang name niya roy kundi ako nag kakamali nung una kaming kumain siya din nag take ng order namin at ang sungit sungit niya pinalampas kopa yon dahil baka kako pagod lang pero nung ikalawang kumain kami siya pa din at wala pa din pinag bago, sana man lang sabihan niyo yung mga crew niyo wag masyadong masungit dahil naging service crew din ako at naiintindihan ko kung gaano kapagod mag work sa fastfood pero yung mag sungit ka sa customer di namanata tama yon tapos ipapatake out ko yung siopao na di namin nagalow nag punta ako sa counter 5mins akong naka tayo walang pumapansin pag sabihan niyo yung mga crew niyo!
