Chowking Pineapple juice lahang tubig na served pa.

Chowking Choices market pasig kumain kami dito nag order kami 10:55pm dumating chowpan rice namin 11:37pm 11:45pm wala pa yung order namin na siopao chicharap beef wanton halohalo kung hindi pa ako nagalit sa manager on duty hindi papa gagawin ng crew imagine unang served sa amin rice chaopan ha. Subrang Lose ang standard dito kapag kumain ka kahit kutcha at service water wala mg sasabi kapa sa crew
Tapos puro oo oo pero mg antay ka ng matagal..sana ayusin ninyo service ninyo nagbayad kami ng tama bigyan din ninyo kami ng tamang serbisyo pumunta kami diyan para kumain hindi para painitin ninyo ulo namin.😠

Chowking Poor Customer Service and ambiance is not good.

We jump in to Chowking SM Pampanga, Ground Floor beside Contis cake store. We ordered a dozen of siomai and wanton noodles. We are given 2 small saucer of chili sauce. Afterwards, we ask for additional chili sauce and i myself directly went to cashier to ask for it and the cashier ask to me to pay 5.00 pesos. Just want to verify if it was necessary to pay knowingly we ordered a dozen of siomai?

Secondly, in my years eating with you Chowking this is the only store that i was asked to pay for an extra chili sauce. How annoying!

Thirdly, prior going to cashier its been 2 to 3mins that occasionally we are raising our hands to get the attention of the crew to ask for the said sauce. That is why i decide to go directly to cashier and ask for chili.

Also, Crew or employees are not approachable. They are tardy! The ambiance is not good, and if im going to give a rating to this Chowking Store i will give a negative zero (0) for them.

LASTLY, ON OUR STAY THERE I HAVENT SEEN EVEN ONE (1) MANAGER. NO MANAGER IS AROUND. IF THERE IS, I THINK THIS WILL BE NOT PUT INTO A FORMAL COMPLAINT.

Chowking Poor service

We ordered the following items: 1 ss pork/sprite, 1 pcf csfc d/milktea, 1 psio and 1 tofu for dine - in. Based on the receipt, the order was placed at 7:12pm. We waited for 20 mins and the 1 psio was given to us. We made follow up to the waiter for the remaining order. After 30 mins, we made again a follow up yo the waiter named sean. He asked for our receipt, which we gave to him in order to fast track the order. After 35 mins, we saw several customers already finished their meals. We made follow up again. After 40 mins, we went to the cashier but no one is entertaining us. I asked the waiter who get our receipt and asked him where are our order? He asked for the receipt, I told him he had it already. Worst, I asked for his manager. I talked with the manager, however he was pretending he knows what he's doing. He asked for the receipt, but the receipt is nowhere to be find.in the end, I asked for the cancellation of the order. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. The manager and his staffs are not properly trained for their job. They lacked training on how to deliver their job efficiently and effectively. Worst process in getting orders and taking this issues. They are the worst crew.

For the refund of the order, the manager gave us php 319 short of php 60. I only found the deficit when I requested for copy of the or, but it's too late coz where out of the store.

This is so disappointing and worst service.

Chowking Super slow service

I ordered 2 pork chowfan dumpling with wonton mami alacarte, i ordered at around 7.16pm and i receive my order at around 7.40 pm, then i ordered additional 2 plain rice and again just for the plain rice they just let us wait, the counter person was aware that im mad already but the production team i think they didnt care about their customers, please give the branch feedback to the production team and poor shift management, just didnt enjoy the food

Gusto ko lang sabihin na puwede ba eh enhance niyo pa ang good customer service ninyo. Dahil noong February 24, 2020 nag punta kami ng partner ko sa Chowking Divisoria dito sa Cagayan de Oro around 10:00pm. Tapos pagpasok namin mag order na sana kami kaso lang walang cashier sa counter area, tumingin ako sa cooking area dahil my tao doon nagtanong ako kung pwede pa ba mag order tiningnan niya lang ako tapos inirapan lang ako okey lang sa akin dahil busy siya sa pagluluto. May nakita akong crew nagtanong ako kung pwede pa mag order kasi walang tao sa counter area, hindi niya ako pinansi para bang invisible ako sa kanyang paningin. Medyo galit na ako pero pinipigilan ko sarili ko. At nang nakita ko yong on duty na manager sabi ko sa kanya pwede pa po ba mag order, tapos tiningnan niya lang ako at umalis siya. Siguro hindi niya ako inasikaso kasi naka pang bahay lng ako. Umalis nalang kami nang partner ko. Dapat sana e train niyo pa nangmabuti ang mga empleyado niyo on how to deal a good customer service pati na yung manager na on duty sa oras na yun manager pa naman siya dapat e train niyo pa siya kong paano mag handle ng customer. Naiinis talaga ako kasi empleyado din ako hindi naman kami ganyan magtrato nang customer namin. Sana ma aksyonan niyo ito complain ko para hindi na maulit. Salamat

Chowking Order delay

Chowking Santa Grove Paranaque branch,

I ordered foods exactly 7 :19 but foods arrived 9:00pm.
They promise give me a complimentary gc because last time i ordered 8pm but i received the food almost 11pm..but unfornately, they dont even acknowledge my concern.
Please give attention to your services.. We pay and expect to receive our order on time...

Chowking Promo infraction

There is this siomai love promo flaunted on grab, on chowking page. So I placed my order then upon arrival of the driver to the store, the resto staff doesn't know the delivery promo that is dti registered to think it was on its promo dates which is feb 18-24, and I ordered feb 20. The most disappointing part the food arrived without it, and the staff didn't even checked at all on its existence, the chao fam I ordered came coarse, and dry, and cold. The driver arrived on time but the food is old.

Chowking undelivered order

Hi. I ordered today feb 18, 2020 at 7:24 pm with order no. 317560. As said in the generated e-mail the order was already sent on the store. We waited for 2 hrs and texted the number attached which is 0908-896-3172 inquiring about the order but there was no reply. I called the p burgos spring cinema branch and was notified that my order wasn't received because they were offline. We waited for 2 hrs and found out that our order didn't pushed through without any advice. I hope you fix this matter because if I haven't called the branch we would have waited for nothing.

Chowking Yap i ordered a 6 pcs chicken bucket

Earlier I just drop by to chowking pedro gil st sta ana mla., and when one of the crew gave me my order I asked him if my orders complete and he said yes! I even checked by asking him If we have a gravy and he confidently said yes maam! So i didnt bother to check if its really there inside! So, when we got home, to my dismay the gravy that im looking for is missing! So I called your hotline and informed them that they forgot to include the gravy,

Chowking service

I always order pork chao fan with toppings (sometimes steamed siomai or fried shanghai) in sm megamall. When they serve my order for take out, I always ask for toyo and the servers will give me a toyo in a sachet which is good for take out. There is one instance that the manager (I think because of his uniform) named john served my order, I asked for toyo and he immediately responded that there will be additional charge for that, he didn't bother to ask or give me options. So I didn't argue with him and stayed silent instead. The same day, I found out that my food has a long hair on it. Since then I didn't want to order there anymore.

Chowking missed out utensils.

Kindly heads up your crew specifically to your dining who are responsible for out pending. Nakakainis lang nag mamadali kasi ako so di nako nag abala pa na tignan ung paper bag ko kung may kutsara kasi nga pork Chao fan lang naman inorder ko . Paki double check namna ung mga utensils. Lagi nalang ganyan pag nagtetake out ako. Halos pare pareho missed out nio utensils LANG. katulad sa festival ck branch.

Chowking wrong punching of my order, lapsed shanghai and chow fan. I am really disappointed.

I am writing tonight to complain of the poor service I received from your restaurant on Feb 15 2020 around 3am. My Receipt OR#[protected]. The crew was about showing a rude attitude rather than admit her fault. And also the food(shanghai and chowpan) was lapsed and there's an small egg shell in it. Hope you all take an action about it for the better of your restaurant. Thanks

Chowking staff

Good day! Yesterday we had a lunch at chowking u. N station with my co trainees and it was a bad experienced. It's around 12 or 1 pm. The only thing that we wanted to do is to move the tables para sama sama kami later on nagreact ung isang staff wearing blue polo shirt name "jerry". That time saktuhan n nandun sa area ung isang manager narinig ko usapan nila sabi nung jerry sa manager "mahihirapan kasi kami" in front pa namen may tnwag nmn n crew ung manager para tulungan kami pero kami pdin ang nag ayos. After nun nagmamake face n ung staff nagdadabog mag bass out sinara pa nga nya ung area sa likod namen ayaw nyang pa upuan I dont know why. Pero pick hours yun. Ung itsura nya mukhang galit samen. Ung isang ksma ko nwalan ng gana kumaen sa kanya. Ung feeling na hindi kami welcome. And last ung kulay yellow na nilalagay para sa close area nilagay din nya ang masaklap umibabaw pa sa plato sa side namen. He should know the word "customer service" and "manners". Pati ung isang guest sa table idinaan nya sa ulo ung kulay yellow na yan w/out saying excuse me tpos natamaan n walang sorry. Nunh nglagay den samen nyan walang excuse. Sana kung ayaw n nandun kami hinanapan nya kami ng table para mag move mhrap mghanap kce 11 kme and pick hours. Kami n nga nahiya kaya niligpit n nmen pinagkainan nami sana mabigyan ng aksyon ung mga ganetong staff. Thank u.

Chowking service

I would like to file a complaint and a commendation, I've always eaten in fastfood restaurants but this was the first time i got so angry about the service it was around 11pm and after we ordered food i was trying to find seats and then we called the crew and ask them to clean up the table and the crew said "wait lang po mam hanapin ko lang po yung basahan" but it never happened and almost all of the tables are so messy, most of the crews just keeps on walking and i kept observing on the things that they are doing but most of the time they only walk around the restaurant and serve the costumers order but they ignored all the messy tables and never cleaned a single one, but i saw this single crew that keeps working and cleaning and serving, he kept cleaning all of the tables all by HIMSELF and his name was Mark Anthony Pascual(i dont know if i spelled it wrong) and he's the person i would like to commend. And after we ate i ask for his name and told him the things he keeps doing and never talked to the manager about it because my body is like boiling in anger. Mark Anthony Pascual is very dedicated hardworking person to his work.

Chowking service.

I went to chowking Pateros Bayan. There cashier name jesza, she didnt great me, so 1st I understand maybe she's tired. But when I'm asking in a nice way what available part of chicken they have, and she no answered politely. So I ordered Chapman with fried chicken, she answered sarcastic "wala kami ganyang meal" the she rolled her eyes and she murmured everytime I talk.
I hope you can give her a disciplinary action of her, when I come back. I don't want to see her again.

I went at chowking festival supermall and the personal are so unpleasant and not respectful to their customers. I think they need to attend seminars and training about Good customer service especially the manager assigned at groundflr festival supermall alabang around 17:44

Gud pm... nag request kmi thigh part... sabi ng cashier 15 to 20 mins nag willing to wait nmn kmi kc natatakam sa thigh part yun asawa ko... nag call nmn c cashier na request nmin thigh part sa kitchen cnbi nya willing to wait kmi... after dumating hnd thigh part tapos my lumapit samin staff na lalake sabi nya frozen daw yun thigh... dpat umpisa order pa lng nmin nag sabi na cla not available at frozen thigh para aware kmi at hnd na kmi nag antay sa request nmin... tapos antay ulit kmi another 10 mins pra sa thigh.. nanjan na yun chicken bloody nmn... kinuha yun chicken nilublob lng sa mantika kaya nangyari mamantika lng yun manok... nalipasan na ng gutom... nawalan pa ng gana.. dhil sa panget ng service...

Chowking service

I would like to complain that my solo parent card was not honored for the first time yesterday Feb 13, 2020 around 6:30 to 7PM. I Bern using it for 2 years and unfortunately not honored by Liza. I was asking for her supervisor but was not available by that time. I would like to complain about it. Instead I bought the food with out any discount. I am with my daughter surfing that time. I know that there is a law re solo parents and can avail discounts on food etc. Hope you answer my query. Thank you.

Chowking service, and order

Ck ortigas avenue rosario pasig city.

I order for take out around 8am in the morning, with the staff named jed, also the one who served my order, thinking that it was all complete, because he said its all complete, till i check my coffee, he served me a hot tea, so i rushed back to the store, it was a waste of time. On the same day i came back with my friends around 11:44 in the evening, we ordered again, then they served us a drink with thick oil on the glass, so i ask to replace it, the food came at 12:12am, i tried to update for the food, but the server do bussing so i remained silent for 26 mins, i even ask for a complemetary sauces, coz the cashier did not gave me any sauces, until the food was served, yet it is not what i ordered, but still i remained silent, it is clear that the staffs are lack of knowledge, imagine, two mistakes, on one person, on the same day, that was my first time to visit the store, and that will also be the last.

Chowking service time

Not sure what happened inside the kitchen, if they loss my receipt there that is why my order wasn't serve. I already made 3 follow ups for my order and still it wasn't serve yet. Until I saw the manager so I followed up to him also. Its almost more than 30 mins until finally my order has been served. Take note its just a chaofan and it took that long to serve, so disgusting. Another thing I came first before other customers but they are being served first. Such a waste of time, they should advise that my order will took more 30 mins before it will be serve. DISAPPOINTED customer here.

Chowking order takes too long, when we cancelled the order, cancellation took too long also

We ordered pancit canton with chinese fried chicken with drink and 1 siomai ala carte. The cashier did not ask us if we are willing to wait for our order so we just paid what is due for our order because we did not think it would be very long to get our order since customers are few.

After 15 mins., we followed up on our order. As we look around the dining area, we noticed everyone already has orders and we tried recalling that these people ordered right after us so we are wondering why our order is still not given.

After 15 mins (total of 30 mins), we proceeded on cancelling our orders instead.

We went down and asked the cashier to give us a refund, which took another 20 mins. Imagine waiting for 50 mins. while starving, standing, and going up and down the stairs for followup. That is exhausting.

The manager who is cancelling the order is not even polite and courteous, and she did not even ask for forgiveness about the incident and just let us go without any remorse.

Though we got our refund, the service is still very poor. There are a lot of improvements and customer service and prioritization should be the top priority

Chowking I ask for extra creamer for coffee

I ordered a longanisa breakfast and ask for 1 sugar and 5 creamer for my coffee. It was acknowledged by the cashier and I waited for 15 minutes. When it was not yet served after that waiting time I approached the counter the store manager informed me that I can be given 1 creamer and I have to pay for the extra. Wait what? I waited 15 minutes and for what? I have similar requests from other fast food but I never this kind of unacceptable response. I hope Chowking will fix this.
