Choice Hotels International cleanliness quality safety security

We stayed at Quality Inn Corpus Christi beach front. There were roaches and spiders the patio door was jammed and is a safety issue since there is no second way to exit in case of emergency. The neighbors were fighting violently passed 1:30 am which began around midnight and I couldn't sleep in fear that bullets would fly through my wall. I contacted front desk and was told they would check on it but never heard anyone check. The poor lady was screaming for help I was afraid to call police and nothing be done then have the angry man retaliate against us or our vehicle. I tied contacting management in morning but they wouldn't answer or return my calls very disappointed the hotel used to be a lot better several years back.

Choice Hotels International econolodge spokane wa on rustle rd

While waiting to relocate to NV I stayed at the above motel. The motel has earwigs and spiders. The pool motor broke, in August, and owner refused to fix due to cost. Advertised rates were 45.99. Upon check out I was given deducted charges from my Social Security Disability card of $2970! My repeated attempts to correct this are ignored. The owner is a liar and thief who takes advantage of the disabled and elderly.
I want this injustice corrected. I want my STOLEN money refunded immediately. That owner is a horrible representative of your hotel corporation and reputation.

Choice Hotels International cleanness of the room

My name is Kew Taybi (Customer # GP-KXT07813). On September 17, 2017 my wife, 2 small granddaughters and I stayed at the Comfort Suites (TX377) in La Porte, Texas (Reservation # [protected]) . We had chosen a room with sleeper couch for the two children. Reservation, check-in and the initial room appearance went well. When we pooled the couch out to sleep, we found used tissues and an empty bag of cough drops. Obviously someone had a cold and left the dirty tissues on the couch with some more on the floor under the couch. Also there were no sheets on the couch bed or in the drawers. We called the front desk and a nice gentleman came and removed the tissues and brought the needed sheets. This made us very uncomfortable that if the cleaning person didn't follow the cleaning standards, did she change our sheets or cleaned the bathrooms. What has made us more unhappy beside this disgusting experience, is that we never heard from the hotel management with the normal review request that we receive after every hotel stay. I am certain that they knew it was not going to be a good report. With many good experiences staying at other Choice Hotel properties, I am not going to drop as a customer; however, I feel this needs the attention of the management that standard cleaning procedure must be followed each and every time.

Best regards,

Kew Taybi

Choice Hotels International unsatisfactory stay with rodeway inn in fort lauderdale

I was told that i could contact you if I had a complaint about a hotel and I have one about the Rodeway Inn in Fort Lauderdale. I have a thread of emails from both of us but there was no where to attach the emails. So if you would like them, let me know where to send them. I sent a complaint also to guest relations over a week ago and as usual, no one has responded. I will not let this go do to principal. My husband and I spent a
miserable night in their hotel and it ruined my first day of the cruise and i think the only decent thing to do is to refund our nightly stay. To recap, we picked the hotel cause it had transportation to the ship. We got in very late around midnight and checked in. We were exhausted and so ready for a good nights sleep, when somewhere around 1am we heard this horrible sound coming from the air conditioner. At first we tried to turn it off and then back on, but that didn't help. This process went on thruout the entire night. We literally got no sleep at all. The next thing was the front desk and how little they cared. I tried to tell them how upset I was and they told me a manager would contact me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I emailed someone who insisted that we called for another room and refused. THAT NEVER HAPPENED and then they tell us that there were other guests who stayed in the room after us and the air conditioner made no noise at all. I will tell you what I told them. I don't care if it bothered anyone else, but it bothered us. So much so that our first day on the boat was ruined. We both had to crash in the room around 7pm cause we could barely keep our eyes opened after being up all night. I don't see how your hotel can claim that they aren't responsible. I am not a trouble maker, but it's the principle here. I have no use for choice points and there is no way I would ever recommend that hotel or any other choice hotel if I am not compensated. They are claiming things that never happened and things that I don't believe. You are my last resort before I go to social media and believe me, I will hit Google, Facebook and many friends. You can tell that I am very disappointed in the way this has been handled and I hope you will be more professional and do the right thing!

Choice Hotels International econolodge

I had a very unpleasant stay at the Econolodge at 6911 North Interstate Highway 35, Austin, TX 78752, on October 16, 2007. When I checked in, I was told that the room had a microwave and refrigerator. When I entered the room, there was no microwave nor refrigerator. I chose Econolodge because I recalled that they were undergoing renovations two years ago and thought the rooms would inviting but to my horror, this room should not have been rented out. A door was missing, carpet was coming up. It was the worse motel I've stayed in and I will note this on my Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Google Local Guide reviews. Thank you for your time.

Choice Hotels International bed bugs

The Date of my stay: 10/11/17
I checked into your Comfort Suites property located at 7619 Thorndike Road, Greensboro, NC 27409 on the 11th of October.
The first room I was given was 422 - upon entering I could see it was not ready for occupancy. The room had an odor, bed was unmade and the TV did not work.
I went to the front desk and was moved to my second room 527.
This room looked OK so I dropped my luggage and went to dinner.
Later that night I was working while lying in bed and kept itching. I got up to get my cell phone charging cord and noticed a small bug moving across the white sheet. I lifted the pillows and there were Bed Bugs everywhere, and I quickly realized the Bed Bugs had gotten into my clothes and on my skin, causing the itching and bite marks.
I immediately went to the front desk and reported the problem. The front desk did not appear alarmed and I was just offered another (my third) room, room 512. I told the front desk person I was skeptical of going to another room and requested another hotel nearby. One affiliated hotel property was called but could not accommodate the request. At this point it was very late in the evening. I was still very shaken and disgusted and chose to rest in ahe lobby. Eventually I was told I could not stay in the lobby (FYI - I did not have a rental car; was being picked up the next morning for my business meeting). I stayed up as long as I could but was told I had to leave or go to the new room. I reluctantly went to room 512, and there were Beg Bugs in that bed as well! I covered them back up and slept very briefly on a chair, showered early in the morning, and left. I purposely discarded my clothes because I was very afraid I would bring bed bugs home with me.
I have never had such an experience, nor am I the type to complain. This was above and beyond outrageous. I was still charged $179.91 for my stay, and I am requesting a refund of this amount, as well as for my clothing.
I have attached a picture of one of the bed bugs encountered, as well as the chair I slept on, in my third room. Please respond to this complaint by emailing me at [protected]@sbcglobal.net. I can also be reached via cell phone at [protected]. Thank you.

Choice Hotels International air conditioners and pictures

I am a diamond member with choice hotels and when I am out of town working which is approx 220 days a year all I stay in is choice hotels which I am considering changing brands due to pictures on sites are not updated. When I book thru choice app on phone and look at pictures of hotels before I book they are deceiving. Pics are not always correct. Hotel looks good and fresh on app then when you get to hotel they are run down in some places. I wish choice would make there hotels update there pictures at least once a year. And the most irritating thing is you book room and get settled and you got a 50-50 chance that air is cold and works correctly in room. I can handle some things but when I get in room after working all day it would be nice to have a cold ac. I am staying at a quality inn in evergreen Alabama tonight and is cooler outside than in room. And the bad thing is 50 percent of hotels are like this. Someone needs to put stiffer inspections.

Choice Hotels International unclean facility in one of the clarion locations.

I have tried to get an address and the name of the CEO for Clarion so I can address my concerns and send pictures of the room I stayed in. Unfortunately I did not get enough pictures of the hallways etc. I was ill at the time and travelling on to another location. If someone would contact me I would greatly appreciate it; I really don't want to go public with these pictures. I do believe the health department would be interested. Complaint #8907880, the manager there did comp the room. However, it was too little to late.

Choice Hotels International quality of hotel vs price/unsanitary conditions/poor customer service

I stayed at the Econolodge on airport road in Jacksonville, Florida on Tuesday September 12 2017. I booked the hotel through choice hotels web site. The stay was in the midst of Hurricane Irma, however my husband and I were staying there on military orders. Upon walking into the room it smelled of tobacco and smoke, I immediately went to the front desk and ask if the room that I was assigned was a non smoking room, in which the front desk personnel replied yes. At that moment the manager walked in and explained to me that due to Hurricane Irma, that they were overbooked and even had pets in non pet rooms, so someone could had been smoking in there when they weren't suppose to.. keep in mind I paid for a non smoking room. I then asked if I could be moved to a newer room or a cleaner one and they said no.
My husband and I left for dinner and arrived back at the hotel around 7 pm.
I noticed a few things about the room that seemed to had been forgotten to be cleaned such as lamp shades that had mold and dirt on them, the air conditioning unit that had mold between the vents, the floor was very dirty (dirty enough to transfer to the bottoms of my feet), there was a lamp that could not be used due to the fact the switch was broken and not there.. and to top it all off, there was a blood spot on the sheets that was found when my husband stood up off the bed. As soon as we saw that we started looking online for a different hotel to stay at in the area but every hotel in a reasonable distance was booked up. By now its about 9 PM. We went to the front desk, told them the issue of the sheets and the front desk attendant said "I'm the only one here, I can't leave" I explained that was fine, we just wanted clean sheets and we would be able to change the sheets ourselves (my husband and I) she then called someone on the phone and magically she wasn't the only one there anymore; the manager and a house keeper showed up to change the bed sheets. While changing the bed sheets, the manager took the pillows that we were planning on sleeping with and put them on the floor of the hotel room.. the same floor that made my feet very dirty. The house keeper and manager were about to place the same comforter and blanket on the bed that they had just removed until I spoke up and said something. When they were done, I brought up the fact that the switch on the lamp was broken, in which the manager simply said "okay" and the fact that there was mold in the a/c vents, which she replied "we've had some very humid weather" and left it at that.
We didn't sleep with those pillows. In addition to all of these issues, there was also ants in the bathroom, that were not discovered until 11 pm when I got up to use the restroom.
Upon checking out, I asked the front desk attendant "if i had any issues with my stay, who do I take it to" and she said "call corporate"
Which I did.. I sat on the phone for 25 minutes until I got to speak with someone, when I finished the call she said that someone would be in contact with me in 72 hours. Shortly after 72 hours the manager of the hotel emailed me, explaining that there was no mold in the room that it was just a little dirt (which I disagree with, I know what mold looks like) and that the blood on the sheets was taken care of. Yes the blood on the sheets was taken care of but, the fact of the matter is that THERE WAS BLOOD ON SUPPOSEDLY CLEAN SHEETS. She also explained that if I had wanted a refund I could have gotten one when I checked, but I didn't let any of my issues known until I checked out, which was a lie. Also I wasn't offered a refund at any point. I was told to call corporate.
I called corporate back after I got that email and explained that I wanted a refund for staying in a smoking room when I paid for a non smoking room, that I wanted a refund because of the terrible sanitary situations, and now for the fact that the manager is lying as to what really happened.
Since the manager denied the refund, the only thing corporate could do is give me points towards the choice points program, which I respectfully declined. Or they could give a refund of $35 via check which could take 6-8 weeks to process. I paid $79.32 for the one night stay.
I emailed the manger back and asked if it was possible to come in and talk about this in person, she said yes but she does not have a set schedule as to when and what days she is at the property. I replied back and asked for a confirmation of a time and day so that I don't make an hour drive from my apartment to speak with her, and take a chance of her not being there.
It has been a week since I sent that email and she has yet to reply. Maybe now that I'm putting something in writing I'll get a better response.

Choice Hotels International problem with changing a reservation

On August 8th, I reserved a room at the Clarion Inn, Mackinaw City Mi.
For Monday 9/25. Confirmation # [protected].
Today I called and talked to Anna (1:30 P.M. Standard time) and told her I wanted to change the reservation to Sunday 9/24. I asked her to just change and not cancel and reissue. She said she had to cancel, and then rebook. (cancellation # [protected])
What then happened is strange and some what irritating.
In August I booked the room for 12000 points and now it is 25000 points.
I didn't have that many points and wouldn't have wanted to use more than double points, so I booked a different and what I believe not as nice hotel.
New reservation # is [protected].
What can you do to book me into the Clarion?
If this is impossible, I feel a point addition to my account would be
appropriate. I know a change in your system, without a cancellation is possible, because Jerry in your reservation center just changed a different
reservation for my wife and I and didn't have to cancel.
Please let me know how you can help me.

Tom

Choice Hotels International quality of hotel and room

I stayed at the Comfort Inn on Hwy 62 in Orange TX from 9/8/2017 through 9/11/2017. I was supposed to stay a full 9 nights, but could not stand the hotel that long and checked out early. I had my doubts when I checked in due to the location--right on a busy interstate and facing a Church's chicken drive-through window. But the front desk guy at check-in (can't remember his name, but he was a larger fellow with blonde hair) was very friendly and I knew it was the only room available close to my mother's home which had flooded during Hurricane Harvey. The front desk clerk warned me that there was no housekeeping because the folks hadn't returned since the storm. He said I would need to ask for replacement towels, etc. I was there to help my elderly mother with clean out and inventory, but also needed to work in the evenings. The rugs/carpets were not up to my standards of clean and the work table in the room was very small. Nevertheless, I spread out my things and got organized to sleep and work in the room for 9 days. The traffic noise and the smell from the drive-through were significant. I put on my sound machine to be able to sleep.
The next day, I requested another table be put in my room, as I did not have the space I needed to work on the very small square table allotted. I was promised by Ricardo, a very helpful front desk clerk that he would find one and place it in my room by the time I returned that evening. When I did return, exhausted and facing several hours of work on my computer, the elevator did not work (I was on the 3rd floor) and the table wasn't in my room. I figured the elevator had broken prior to the table being placed in my room. I went back down and asked the very rude woman at the front desk when the elevator might be fixed. She said "I think he's got bigger priorities right now than the elevator." I said "who is 'he'"? and she said "the manager." I said "this is a hotel, the elevator is pretty important. What other things?" and she informed me things such as getting the housekeeping people back and getting the hotel back in order since the storm. A man next to me asked where he could get ice and was told in a rude tone that there was a convenience store nearby, that "they" had broken all the ice machines in the hotel. I can't remember this woman's name but she was close to middle-aged and had short blonde hair cut in a bob. I went back up the 3 floors and started to try to work. Long story a little shorter, the internet is NOT high speed, when I tested it, it was pulling in less than 1 mbps, not the 12 advertised. I couldn't work. After 3 days of trying to work in that environment, I waited until the minute the elevator was fixed (I literally waited on the elevator guy to tell me he was through), checked out and brought down my computer, extra monitor, ice chests, luggage, etc. and checked out. I was told by the manager, Alex, that it was a very bad time for my stay and he recommended I check the Best Western or La Quinta nearby. I informed him, as he already knew, that there were no rooms due to evacuees staying in hotels while displaced. I voiced my displeasure. In spite of this, I was charged the full $112 plus tax for a total of $386.76 for 3 nights in a hotel with no housekeeping, no elevator and no ice machine, no internet (and noisy and dirty). This was a $50/night hotel, at best. The hotel should never have been opened for business and it should not be a Choice hotel. OR, a serious discount should be applied to everyone's bill. This is an example of pure greed, knowing that "FEMA" may pay for displaced persons' hotel rooms (that was what was being said everywhere). I, however, just came to stay as a regular guest and was paying full price. No more Choice Hotels for me.

Choice Hotels International price, little hot water, breakfast, air

I stayed at an econo lodge on 11th street in Beaumont Texas, it was the last hotel room I could find im sure due to storm Harvey, but I was staying due to the death of my brother I feel the price was unreasonable I was charged over 174 dollars, I had to come from out of town and had to stay so I had no choice but I still believe there should be a bereavement rate, and due to all the problems there should be some reduction in rate, now the staff was very nice and it was clean enough but I am upset about the rate and water

Choice Hotels International treatment by econo lodge employee

9/12/17 at around 11:00 am. I called the Americus, Ga Econolodge [protected]. I asked the employee who answered to connect me to my parents room. It was an emergency. She would not connect me because I did not have the room number. I had no way to contact them and let them know that a tree had fallen in their yard in Florida due to the hurricane. They needed to get home ASAP to turn the breaker off in their house. The power company needed their help. This was unacceptable! I could not reach them. I am furious with your employee for not helping me. I just wanted to speak to them. I did not know the room number. I should have been connected to them. My father, John Messer, said the hotel was unfriendly to them. They are elderly and were very scared from fleeing the hurricane. I would like my parents refunded at least one night for such poor treatment. I will never recommend your company to anyone I know. The employee should be reprimanded also.

Choice Hotels International night stay in comfort suites perimeter center, 6110 peachtree dunwoody rd, atlanta ga

I almost always book with Comfort Suites when available for our movers as they generally have a good sleep, hot breakfast & good parking. The visit to the Comfort Suites Perimeter Center @ 6110 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. Atlanta Ga on 9/5/17 was absolutely awful. Our guys had the misfortune to have the truck air conditioner fail on their trip to GA & were hot, sweaty and tired. I booked this hotel because it wasn't too far from delivery and had a excellent rating on the Choice Hotel chart. Very inaccurate! Upon arrival, (later in the evening) the guys arrived to find a room infested with roaches and the air conditioner not working. I depend on clean, air conditioned, comfortable rooms for our men so they will be in top working condition the following day. They did not sleep well because the room was not cool and with the bug problem, had a terrible day at clients house the next day. This was not a $29.95 a night room(which I would never book for our employees), but over $100 a night. If the entire hotel is indicative of this type of room, corporate should address it. Needless to say, we will not be booking any more of our 50plus a year stays with comfort inn again until this problem is addressed If a hotel is not up to the Choice Standard, it should be indicated on the website as a less than "good" stay. Very, very disappointed to the point that I don't know if we will remain in the choice preferred system.

Choice Hotels International hotel

My bed didn't have a bed skirt, there is construction all over the inside and outside, elevator doesn't work properly, absolutely no artwork in the intire hotel. There was no trim around air conditioner unit in my room. I believe the manger said no trim in any room around AC. I hosted a meeting in the meeting room and it wasn't finished, patches of drywall mud and water spots on the ceiling.

Choice Hotels International sleep inn at rehoboth beach de

We stayed there about 3 weeks ago for 4 nights. We usually don't book a low level hotel like this but it there was nothing else available for $250 a night or less. We brought 3 teens and they loved the movie room advertised in the choice hotels website. One of the reasons we booked.

So that evening the teens went to the front desk to ask where the movie room was. The front desk person rudely told them that they haven't had that in 5 years. So I emailed choice hotels ... 3 weeks later the pic of the movie room is still on their website. False advertising, I also complained about the room as there must have been too much moisture as the sheets and blankets felt damp. Plus room wS barely cleaned each night and toilet wSnt cleaned the whole time we were there, this is why we don't stay st these type hotels. Over $1000 for 4 nights. Disgusting overall condition nit what I paid for st $250 a night

Choice Hotels International pool area-staff-maintenance

Staying at Hinesville, Ga. Econo Lodge. Was told that the pool is closed due to the weather being overcast. Problem is that as it might be cloudy outside, the nearest storm or lightening is 145 mikes away from this location. I have a BIG problem with this! There is absolutely no reason for thebpool to not be open. Funny thing is I've stayed here before and when lightening was detected 1.1 miles away there were people swimming in the pool as I had to notify the front desk at that time because their maintenance personal walked by and didn't say anything to guests in the pool. I would love for someone from corporate to contact me asap not only about this matter at hand, but a handful of other important complaints I believe they should know about. This for me was the last straw. The blatant discrimination at hand needs to be addressed and in a timely manner.

Thank you,
Lea Kish

Choice Hotels International my stay at a comfort inn

Good evening. I am writing this correspondence to inform you of my recent stay at one of your hotels. My sister, myself and our children reserved two rooms in January for a stay in August of this year. Check in was at 3:00 and we arrived at 3:30. The hotel had a sign that asked guests to "pardon our dust" due to renovations. We figured this to mean some rooms not painted, etc.
After checking in to the room we left right away to visit relatives and returned to our rooms to unpack around 11:00.
After taking our shoes off we realized that our socks were getting wet from the floor. Upon further inspection I realized that there were several red stains on the floor that someone tried to unsuccessfully clean up, and the floor was not dry from the cleaning solution.
My daughters (ages 10, 15, and 15) were freaked out that it might have been blood or throw up but I told them to just leave their shoes on and assured them that it was probably nothing.
This is only the START of the story. Trust me when I tell you it gets much better.
My youngest daughter and I were sharing a bed and once we got under the covers we noticed a horrific smell. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from and then realized that it was coming from the sheets and bed cover. It was human pee. A very distinct Oder. The entire bed and sheets had dry pee stains all over it and it reeked. I went to the front desk and told the guy about the sheets and the wet floor. He came to the room with me and verified both and we went back to the front desk where he handed me new sheets and said I could replace them.
When I was replacing the sheets I noticed that not only were the sheets not changed and stained but the pad under the sheets was also stained. I put the clean sheets over the pad and the comforter over the sheets and was just going to do my best to get some rest. This did not work because the smell was still so strong it was making me and my children nauseous. I went back to the front desk and asked if I could possibly move to another room due to the smell of pee. He told me that because of the state fair being in town that everything was booked. I understood the situation and asked for a cot which he provided. I was trying to put all of the bedsheets in the corner and pulled off the last cover when I realized that the actual mattress had dried pee stains on it too. It was so smelly. In addition, in-between the headboard and the mattress I found a child's sock and a baby bottle with left over soured formula or milk in it. Not 100 percent sure of the contents but it was chunky. (Seriously I couldn't make this up if I tried).
My daughter who suffers from anxiety had a complete anxiety attack and threw up in the bathroom and started to cry uncontrollably. I went back to the front desk and gave the baby bottle to the clerk and told him that the entire mattress was covered in pee, was horrible smelling and would most likely need to be replaced.
So now I have three children and myself trying to sleep in a room that the smell alone is making us nauseous and to top it off we are all trying to squeeze in one bed and a cot. I didn't sleep at all because my daughter keep crying and saying she was scared and I couldn't stop smelling rotten pee all night. (I even tried to spray body mist on it to cover up the smell but it didn't work very well). If my kids hadn't been with me I would have slept in the car.
The next morning the manager approached me, apologized, told me that he will get me a new room and discount my price of the room. He told me that there were residents that were living in that room and he was under the impression that it had been cleaned.
At breakfast my sister informed me that she found a cockroach in her bathroom...her room was about five doors down. We figured that this was due to renovating...but still no excuse.
The new room was fine. This time we were right next to my sisters room. All the sheets smelled fresh and everyone slept well. In the morning as we were getting ready to leave I saw a cockroach climbing up the curtain. Seriously?Thank goodness I didn't see it that night or I would have for sure slept in the car. Before my girls saw it I killed it (your welcome)so they wouldn't freak out any further.
As we were checking out, I did mention that we both saw cockroaches and we got no response. I looked at the bill and the manager took off a total of 20.00 from the entire stay.
Please read my experience over and imagine having three daughters and tell me if this hotel would be a place that you would like to bring your family to for a mini family vacation. My family is honestly so incredibly grossed out over the entire situation that I can't even think about it without getting so grossed out. It's really so disgusting. Just knowing that we stepped in some "unknown" wet stain on the floor and then we slept in somebody else's pee..and had to breathe it in all night...found a baby bottle with rotten milk and then a cockroach. Like I said...I couldn't make this story up if I tried.
I am probably on the right track by saying the owner of this hotel chain would most likely be horrified about this experience. I realize that I could give bad reviews or post it on social media and tarnish your business but I am not going to do that. I just wanted to let you know that my girls and I are truly traumatized by this whole ordeal. Please pass this along to somebody that will be able to do something about this so no other family trying to enjoy a little time together leaves with permanent scars from your hotel chain.
I would like to make note that the clerk on duty that night was very kind and honestly felt really bad for me. He did everything that he could to help. In addition the manager was apologetic too. And...the breakfast was really good.
I am looking forward to your return correspondence soon.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn at Lumberton, N.C. on Christmas Eve. We got in our room and went down to the desk to ask where the Ice Machine was. The lady at the desk politely said "at the end of the hall." When we got to the end of the hall we discovered the Ice Machine had a note on it that said "Out of Order." We went back to the desk and asked if there was an Ice Machine in the hotel that was not out of order. The lady behind the desk responded confidently, "No." And that was the end of that. Really?

Choice Hotels International breakfast and watching only cnn news

I am here at the Comfort Inn near Seaworld in San Antonio. Everyday I go down for breakfast and have to listen to CNN news because that is the ONLY station that is authorized to view per the staff here. If I have to listen to a news station bashing OUR President constantly...I will not continue supporting your company by staying at your hotels. This truly is disappointing that this company has to try and control what we have to listen to and not enjoy our breakfast. What an awful start of the day on our vacation. I cant believe you would try and force us to watch something so disgusting and support the bashing media on our president. Aren't you suppose to support and encourage the leadership in our country...and yet people wonder why our children are becoming more disrespectful. Maybe we should make a better example. Half the media on the tv isnt true anyway. I am sure Im not the only one that feels this way.
