I ordered sunglasses from this company two months ago today… Needless to say I have still not received anything from this company. I have emailed them two dozen times and I have received three responses. All responses appear to be canned responses. Two of the responses Said that they were escalating to upper management. The email I received today had some lame excuse about switching their email servers. Any correspondence where I requested a refund has been ignored. I really wish I had done a little research before ordering from this company because the hundreds of complaints that I can find online are a clear indication that this company is a scam! Lesson learned! My advice for anyone thinking of ordering from this company… NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have already sent 4 emails which have not replied to my complaint so would be very grateful if you could reply and take this complaint seriously.
If I do not hear anything within the next 3 days I will be contacting my bank to get the money reclaimed from your account along with making sure plenty of bad reviews are placed.

They don't even deserve one star. Basically the goods received are nothing as advertised. Appears the images were taken from somewhere else and a very poor effort to replicate those images by this company. Goods received were super cheap, materials all the same, probably all cut from the same piece of cloth.
Return policy is 14 days, but not on sales goods. However, pretty much everything is on some sort of quick sale for a 'few hours', therefore you will never get a refund!
They don't reply any emails. I'm actually looking into a way to report them as they should not be allowed to operate and continue to scam innocent consumers.
If anyone has been successful in reporting them or getting in touch with them, please do share.

Purchased a dress from choco and cream in May, received it with a rip in it. Messaged them to send it back, they told me it would be too expensive and could they send me s replacement which I did not want. they offered me credit to buy something else which I didn't want either. I'm out of pocket £25. Voucher code never received, blocked on Facebook messenger and email blocked too. The dress is awful quality and damaged, nothing at all like in the photo.

I bought a romper from here. They said it would take 2 weeks but it took almost a month. The item arrived looking nothing like the picture. It is a crappy shiny thin material. Even the pattern looked cheap and off. Almost like they took the picture on their website from somewhere else and sent their knocked off version. The worse part is it arrived with a hole in it! The company refused to send me a shipping label. They said they would only refund me if i paid to send the damaged item back to china! That will probably cost more than the romper! Why should i have to pay to ship their damaged item! It's already inconvenient enough that i have to go return it! They r a scam!

This is a fake site! I ordered 2 dresses one was completely the wrong dress and the other was a fake disgusting flower pattern that was nothing like the one I bought! They will not give me a refund!

I placed an order on 5/17 for a dress, was charged instantly, and have never received. I have reached out to the company 3 times via email to get a status update (no phone number provided) and have had zero response. I tried to track through the tracking link and it was invalid
2 emails attached, one was through the website, and I stated I would file a complaint if no response was given.

Placed 2 orders one after the other. Neither of themhave arrived a month later, they will not respond to my emails or messages either. I have tried contacting them through social media as well but they still ignore the messages. The site really should be closed down so people dont keep using it. Unfortunately I liked the look of the clothes so placed the orders before reading reviews. Around the same time I also experienced fraud with my bank, I think they will be linked as they are clearly out to rob people.

This site appears to be the rebranding of the site Milk and Choco, which is also badly reviewed. The dress below was also featured on the Choco and Cream website, same model, same everything. I tried to warn other buyers but the company blocked me from posting on their Facebook and Instagram pages!

i purchased two items for summer vacation back in June - till this day now October I still have not gotten my items. I have emailed them 5 times asking where my product is and each time they say its on its way... [censored] them Im reporting them and having them blocked on credit card.
I sent my items back 6 weeks ago and I am still awaiting a refund I have emailed them but I have not received any reply I have sent them proof of my return and numerous emails but I have received no reply they are saying they haven't received my package please could you look into this I feel it is a common problem with this website
This brand is a scam - I placed an order and it has lm’t arrived and when I emailed them they said once it’s shipped they aren’t responsible for the product - although they gladly took my money. Such a scam - they are still selling on Instagram and Facebook tricking folks - I reported to better business bureau and to Facebook and Instagram. So aggravating.

I also ordered from this company Choco & Cream. Its been over 6 week for 3 piece to be sent to me. I come from the textile industry and the cut and material is cheap. Definitely the worst poor material and cuts. Basically their spending about 50 cents to make the dresses right off the bat. They definitely do not have quality control nor do they care about repeat customers. They are using several websites with different names, and selling from the same Warehouse. WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE WEBSITES! Its a complete ripoff.

I placed an order May 24th and it still hasn't arrived. I sent an email May 31st because i still did not receive any tracking information. I eventually got an email back with information and that i would be receiving it soon. It is now June 12th and the tracking had not updated since June 7th. I also noticed the same dress on other websites and they are selling it for a better price and quicker shipping. I tried writing something about this on there instagram page under the picture of the dress i ordered and they deleted in immediately. Don't waste your money on this brand!
Exact same thing happened to me. I ordered May 23rd, a week later was sent an email wit an invalid tracking number. My order has never arrived and the company doesn't respond to emails. Lesson learned the hard way for me.
I have also received a low quality dress, purchased via an advert on Facebook. It doesn’t look anything like the photos. My dress arrived quickly though so although the return address is China I wondered if there may be a UK shipping address which would be much cheaper to return to? Here’s the email I got from them so hopefully when I return it I’ll get a refund.
The dress and purse I ordered were of terrible quality. The customer service replied initially with a "voucher" for future purchases. I said I'd rather return and get a refund. Shipping back to china cost way too much. So asking for my voucher, but now no replies. What an awful company. Wish I'd read these reviews. I'm about $60 lighter. Live and learn. Sigh!
This is the absolute WORST company in the world. The jumper I purchased looks NOTHING like it does on their web site and is poorly made with cheap materials. Their return policy is absolutely insane as it will cost you more to send it back to them then it did to purchase it. STAY AWAY FROM CHOCO & CREAM.
