was at one of your location at 5224 North Lincoln on 4/27/2017 at 7:16 PM ii stopped in to get a bowl before starting work. The employee took the food from around the the counters and put it back into the food that was already prepared at time i address the employee and he justed humped his shoulders like ok, i let the employee know that it was unsanitary. When i got to the check out i asked to speak to a manager and i would have never thought it but the employee was the manager and he didn't think he did nothing wrong . I found that very offensive who would do such a thing . I always stop at different locations but this one is fairly new and close to work but i will never stop there again and i'm also going to make a post on Social Media and let my Co-workers know this isn't somewhere they would want to stop an EAT. Very disappointed in Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Today (April 30th) my friend and I ordered burrito bowls with brown rice from the Grandview Heights Chipotle restaurant. A large percentage of the brown rice was uncooked and very hard. We had to throw it out because we could not chew it. It was excellent customer service and we were both treated very nicely, however the product was simply inedible.

The employees are beyond rude. The food is practically cold. And the chips are stale I took my grandmother and mother there for the first time and they didn't even want to eat their food I would very much appreciate a reimbursement or 3 cards to compensate the money spent and take them out again the food is not cheap and it was not what my family was expecting

Hi Iam fileing a complaint on the newo chipotle BWI west nursery road linthicum heights md 21090 ! Well to first start off straight off the back the new GM was very disrespectful as she spoke to me an I was claim in welcoming to her in she straight disrespected me for no reason! That's not at all ok with me exspesually if I was not given her any reason at all to come off to me that way... another complaint is about the new manger she is so disrespectful in so many ways, she treats all of the coworkers in the KMs very disrespectful be littles them in all kinds of ways possible, which is so not right at all. I mean there is no pleasant word that comes out of her mouth! Also they just started on Friday in they both came in there treating all of us like they were better then us in all of us were dum in didn't belong there that there ! I've been working at that location since we open a lot of other people that I started with quit not sure why but hey ... umm well Frist I was very pleased with the first two women that were in charge they were hard work reliable in honest respectful trustworthy faithful nice in very good at teaching us what to do in how to do things right the chipotle way ! I was looking for a new opportunity in experience so I decided to take a job with chipotle in let me tell you I love it Iam so please with all the mangers that work there in that's taught me everything I need to know to succeed in moving up at chipotle! Iam a 30 year old hard working women that is just there to learn in achieve new goals in my life ok so I'm not at chipotle for the dollar I'm there because I wanted a new experience in the work front and a new opportunity to have a new career in my life ok and that's what I have been getting since I started working there but now no not at all! Iam very dissatisfied with the new GM that they sent the in the new store owner to ... I'm not a mean women or disrespectful to anyone at all but they both have been to me in to all my coworkers in we have done nothing to deserve this treatment at all ! I come to work happy do all my task that Iam supposed to in treat the costumer with the up most respect that they deserve in that's my day ! All I ask is to not be treated like I'm stupid or dum, like I don't know what I'm doing in like I'm a peace of dirt just because I'm a crew member in she a GM or manger I mean they came in there like they were better then all of us even the mangers that been there they disrespectful talked to like they were trash in it's not right all I mean I know your a GM or the manger but still you do not have to treat us like that when we're not treating in like that way at all if we don't disrespect you in any way what gives them the right to come up in there in treat all of us disrespectful in like we're all trash in there better then us when we have not done any wrong to them an any way shape or form in for them to act like there better then us is not right either I mean come on we're all here for the same reason ! Please don't disrespect me if I'm not disrespecting you an any way ok that's all I ask in not they still do it, I'm sorry I plan on staying with chipotle for a long time so I don't deserve to be treated like this at all when I have not done anything wrong except do my job in make sure the costumer are happy ! So someone needs to please get theses two women out of this store asap please before it gets worst ! We are all human in deserve to be treated like one not like a dog ! Something needs to be done abut the new GM and the new Manger or the store at once trust me this is not the only complaint that is coming your way plenty more are on the way in will continue to come until something gets done about this !

I went in chipotle located on Ritchie Rd in Capitol heights and purchased 4 burrito bowls which were disgusting the chicken was burnt and all the bowls had black pieces of crust from the grill in them, I patronize chipotle at least twice a week and I'm very disappointed I think the employees need some extra training to help fix this issue . Thanks in advance

Chipotle in forest hill my refused to put my cheese on the side they wanted to charge me an extra 1.25 to do so I had told them every where else I have gone they do it the woman behind the counter stated we do stuff differently here someone needs to go down there and have a talk with the staff because they where nasty and had attitudes and I know that's not what Chipotle is about

Hello, we r regular customers at chipotle n we were at chipotle last week as our kids had spring break.well it was an appropriation day for them as they earned free meal coupons of chipotle from school for reading books. We went to Warner Robins . Ga location n the manager on duty told we do not except such coupons n he don't know how to redeem them, we did request them but as if he was not interested in our talk n I just thought of paying it as it was looking like he n the co employee made an uncomfortable situation by laughing n talking to other customers n as an educated n confident person I shouldn't think so but it was n racists behavior n I didn't want my kids to get in such situation n didn't wanted their happy mood go bad but if this is going happens again the company should stop encouraging kids for nothing... Pizza Hut do that too, never problems n on the top they appreciate our kids frequent visits with reading rewards coupons... just not that I do took pics of the store, it was so dirty, the serving station was mess.. non tables clean to sit n eat, we cleaned n sat to eat.chips were over salted n not crispy but chewy.
I did told the manager that I am going to let your company know about this n he was whatever, just not interested.

Went to the Chipotle in Winchester Va where I have frequently eaten before. The line was long and there was one poor woman trying to cope by herself. Once I finally made it to the front to order I noticed the portion size was unusually small and I always order extra meat. The meat quality was also usually poor. It looked like it was more fat that actually meat. I hadn't been to that location in a while but they had been one of the better locations I had been to. Even with with its issues it's still better than the Manassas, Va (sudley road) location which is just plain dirty! I think I may try the new cafe Rio location.

Went into chipotle yesterday and was not thrilled about the food got a lot of fatty pieces in my food barely got any meat either and also barely any rice chipotle is my favorite restaurant to go to maybe it was just a mistake. But every time I come into chipotle they usually barely gives me and my friends meat or any type of sides on it I will look forward to see chipotle better thank you

Today I stopped at Chipotle in Rochester and there was a sign on the door saying "closed for equipment issues " so I was not able to take my lunch there. I am a firefighter/paramedic and lunch breaks are limited so not able to come back. I enjoy eating at Chipotle and go to this location multiple times per week. It would be nice to have notifications if a location is closed prior to going there and finding it was closed.

I live by the Chipotle on 441 and southern so I go to this location 2 times a week. Every time I go in there the portion amounts get smaller and smaller so rather then complain or ask for more free I get double meat and pay for it. At this location every time they give an attitude when you ask for more rice. When I am paying almost $12.00 for a bowl with just 2 LITTLE scoops of chicken and 1 LITTLE scoop of rice. If you guys cant afford it then close some stores. Also corn was FROZEN

I called the location to speak with the manager but he was gone. (Shocker) so I spoke with punk kid assistant LOUIS who had an attitude and hung up on me. When I called to get the Corp # he gave me a fake #.

What kind of place is this?

I want to be contacted by an area manager about this issue.

This evening i went to chipotle along with my Family, we love the food we love it today was very unpleasant the way we got served. Customer service was not as great as usual.

About 2 weeks ago, i received 4 coupons a really good friend of mines gave me them for my birthday. Therefore i decided to take my family out today. We ordered 3 bowls and one burrito. The coupon was buy one get one free we only used 2. The tortilla lady was very nice, the salsa gentlemen was nice as well, but the guy atthe register was horrible. He turned around and gave his burrito or taco a bite the as he was chewing he ringed us up. With one of the bowls i order a tortilla on the side and he forgot to put it in the bag, so after i payed i said "uhm sir, the tortilla is also mine" and he said "mmhh" (still had food in his mouth) (as he graved the tortilla he slmaed it inside my bag) . Ok its fine i let it go. My mother was behind me and also had 2 bowls Since she had the coupon as well she asked to get chips on the side. The guy slightly rolled his eyes thinking that we didn't see him. With out a " have a good night, or thank you for your purchase". I honestly do not understand why Chipotle gives out coupons if we receive an unpleasant customer service. I am very upset and even if the food is amazing, i will decrease the choice of eating at chipotle from now on.

I love chipotle and Menlo they give a lot of food but here at George street location I ordered a Veggie and chicken bowl, the rice is less (which is fine) but she gave me very little veggies and the pan barely had any left instead of refilling the veggies she gave what was the leftovers (brunt) and barely picked up any with the serving tongs, very disappointing. I told her to out cheese (she forgot..REALLY!). What am i paying money for seriously very less quantity,

I placed an order online for pickup for 9:30. I got there at 9:30, there was nobody in line and our food was not even started to be ready. The workers just stood around while we waited for our food. We received our food at 9:50 and the worker did not even say sorry for the wait or anything. I ordered a bowl and 2 burritos and 2 bags of chips with salsas. I received 1 bowl and 1 burrito and 1 bag of chips with no salsa. After a half hour drive home I opened the bag and noticed all these items were missing. I'm requesting a refund for the burrito I paid for but did not receive and the chips and salsa I did not receive.

The food was good it was a late dinner with my daughter 12/03/2016 the cashier Ana Order #525 on 2280 Lone Star Dr Sugar Land, Texas 77479, ruined my appetite just over a simple drink "I had asked her for a grapefruit Izze drink and a pomegrade drink but I tough the "Blackberry Izze" was pomegrade flavor and she gave me other brand I din not see her grab it then I said "Oh no I meant the Izze"; then she rudely said that one is blackberry when I asked her if it was the same price she could change it for me and she rolled her eyes and turn mad and said "I GUESS NOW IT IS" ... then when she was going to putting my drink away I asked for it back and said to her "Never mind that I did not like your attitude" then when I went to the restroom to wash my hands and came back to eat she was talking to another employee about the issue and she was laughing and she saw me looking at her she continued to tell him and laugh pointing at the drinks "she totally ruined my appetite" before leaving I ask another employee if she was the manager and she said yes, then I just told her I had a complain about her cashiers attitude and explained what had happened and I ask her if glass bottles cost the same price and she said yes, so the cashier could just had exchange the drink for me she said yes I could not belive the attitude and rudeness she gave me.
I always go to this location because its close to my house but I am not sure I would like to see the same cashier again when she did not even apologize while I complained to the manager.

I ordered on line at route 18 new Brunswick, nj on 11/12/2016. we ordered the chicken bowl, and the chicken was actually gummy and not well cooked. I feel that the people working there don't care and its starting to decrease in volume based upon the people that was there. The Halal Place next door is kicking there butts and providing better quality and quantity of food.

I don’t recommend anyone to order food from www.chipotle.com. We bought from them, but the seller delivered expired food and their prices were too high. We contacted the seller and asked to provide refund, because it was mentioned on the website that they guaranteed money back. But the seller was too rude with us and said that he didn’t refund and tried to persuade that his food was good.

I love chiplote don't get me wrong my daughter lives in Arlington Virginia and I cannot get enough so when they built the store on miles trip road in hamburg New York I was so happy. I have been there several times. The place is filthy ulk. I ordered a burrito bowl my steak was so tuff I had to throw it out. Even my dog would not eat it. The size of the portion was so small and I asked for everything they hardly gave me any meat or toppings. What's going on...if the waiting area is dirty what's the kitchen like your place in Hamburg is a real turn off.
