i went to a chilis in charlotte nc well it was terible i made a complaint. well then i received gift cards from yall for $25 dollars. well we was in town in charlotte until today we came home well we tried it again we got the two for 25 and a childs chicken strip plate we did not even receive our chips and salsa and we were charged for two kids and plus the chips and salsa we did not get! our bill was $29.43 so how is a meal for 25 three drinks one child dinner that much! i want a refund to my card i am not going to a chilis ever again the steaks were so dry and tough could not eat...

Chili's Grill & Bar our meals

I took my daughters to Chili's by Lehigh Valley Mall for lunch on Saturday, June 1, 2019 and we all ordered the two for $16.49 and ate the bbq bacon chicken and chicken crispers with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob And shared an appetizer of the Texas fries. We are only ate half of her meals and took the leftovers home. Later on Saturday evening we all developed stomach pains and were all up through out the night with explosive diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. As we were vomiting we could smell and taste all the seasoning from the food that we ate at Chili's. And that was the only thing we ate on Saturday because something just did not sit right with our stomachs. Needless to say I had to call off work today Sunday, June 2nd, because I cannot stay out of the bathroom. My bill was $81 yesterday and I am highly upset and will never ever eat at your establishment again because I believe we were all infected with food poisoning from your food. I will be posting my review on yelp as well...but I would appreciate some type of reimbursement because this is ridiculous!

Chili's Grill & Bar manager

Friday evening 5/31/2019 my wife and I went to the Chili's in Yorba Linda as we usually do. We are regular customers that come in every week and up to twice a week at times. When we have visitors from out of town we take them to Chili's Yorba Linda at least once. Last night while sitting at the bar area we sat next to another couple and a manager from In n Out. Shortly after a women that look like she was already intoxicated came in and sat on the last seat next to the couple we sat next to. She was very loud and was served 2 more drinks. She ordered a 3rd but was cut off by the bartender. I witnessed the bartender and a manager approach her multiple times about lowering her voice. Shortly after she moved over and sat next to the In n Out manager and she kept repeating the F word. One of the managers approached her again and told her if she continued she would have to leave or he might even call the police. Shortly after a manager came up to my wife and was complaining about the noise. We explained that we were not with her and didn't even know who she was. At that time the couple sitting next to us laughed at a joke someone said. She told them they needed to keep it down. Their laughter was not even loud. I told her are you kidding me? Why would you tell them that. They were connecting everyone in that corner with the loud lady that now was sitting all the way on the other side. We go to Chili's, TGI Friday's, BJ's, Lazy Dog, Rodrigo's, and Red Robin on a regular bases and I have never been at a bar area that they were telling people to lower their voice. It was not any louder than any place I've been. We spend over $100 every time we go in and even up to $200. I told the manager that approached us and the bartender that we will never go to any Chili's again. The managers name was Liz. She wouldn't giver her last name. I actually have never seen her before. We know everyone else by a first name bases and loved going there. But thanks to Liz WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Chili's Grill & Bar horrible customer service

On 5/22/19 I visited store #1562. We ordered the 2 for 25. My other half ordered the chicken fajita with no onion as we always do. Our food comes out and its loaded with onion we brought it to our servers attention. He then brings it back 15min later with nothing but chicken on the plate we asked for the bell peppers and was told 10min later that he haf to check because his manager (clado) told him it only comes with onions so about 10 min after that we recieved a plate of bell peppers. And now our food was extremely cold. The manager told us they would comp the meal and bring out another plate they brought her food out in a to go container gave us $6 off of our order and also gave us our chips and salsa free which is already free with our rewards. The was told since we already had $6 off we no longer get the desert. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved from chilis.. We visit chilis once a week and will never go to this one again. Please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]. I feel like this needs to be addressed and made right. My other half didn't even get to enjoy her food there they put it in a box and basically sent us on our way...

Chili's Grill & Bar chilis/martinsville indiana

We were a church group of 14 we went to Chili's this morning Sunday morning at noon we waited on a table for an hour we ordered we waited on our drinks for 15 minutes we waited our food for almost another hour when we asked to see a manager our waitress said she was the manager we told her we had been there for over two hours and still have not gotten our food she will began to be very argumentative now mind you she is talking to an 80-year-old woman that's when I stepped in because I'm a 46-year-old man and tell her to stop being rude that people had other things to do besides wait on food at Chili's now we spent over $100 there and got treated like [censored] I think that's wrong and if you have any questions you can call me at area code [protected] I name is Jim Gregory and I will bank sure to let everybody know on how rudely we were treated by a manager at Chili's in Martinsville indianA I have been a server so I know how difficult it is but there's no sense in being rude especially to an 80-year-old woman

Chili's Grill & Bar salad

Today at 6:15 pm after a shift at Costco, I came in for a fantastic sirloin steak cooked perfectly. The only problem was the lettuce was brown and not fresh. I was starving since I had no lunch and very little breakfast. I did eat the sald even though it was not fresh the way it should be. The color was way off of the lettuce. Chili's Grill & Bar management

I was in Chili's restaurant in Woodbury, having dinner on a Friday night during the evening rush. When not only my drinks took 15mins I sat 45min waiting for my food, when it did not arrive I asked to speak to management. My server told me that he could not find the manager. I waited 15 more min and my food finally arrived (cold) and when the manager was finally free to speak with me, she came smelling like she was smoking. It was disgusting to have to smell cigarettes on her breath while trying to eat. I was very disappointed that you let your managers leave in the middle of busy nights to smoke. Very upset that I had to smell and speak with her. She told me her name was Ashley. Ashley did not apologize on the food wait or the fact that two meals came out cold. Chili's needs better management or my family and I will not be attending anymore.

Chili's Grill & Bar southwest chicken cesar salad

Came in to have lunch and ordered the southwest chicken cesar salad. Was really disappointed with what I received. In the photos you can tell there was very little actual green in my salad. I basically got the bottom/lightest part of the lettuce. Not good at all. We told the manager and she told us unfortunately the produce company that sends the romaine lettuce sends it that way. Unfortunately I got the bottom of the bag it was sent in.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

I was a little disappointed by the service received at StoreID: ORDCHI01. Our server 345051 Mahlah was slower than normal. After taking our drink order, she returned 10 minutes later with our drinks and as she was walking away gave us an explanation about the dishwasher being broken. She came back 10 minutes later to take our order. We waited approximately 15 minutes for her to bring out my appetizer and another 10 minutes before she brought out the main entrees. When someone in my party observed there was no mustard on his burger she attempted to argue with him that mustard comes on the burger and after he showed her that there was no mustard on the burger did she accept that it was not on the burger and she did not apologize. He had to wait 10 minutes before she brought the mustard; which she placed on the table as if she was inconvenienced. We had to look for her to request our check and we had to look for her again to pay for the food. My suggestion would be to take her off the floor and give her some additional training on providing quality customer service.

Chili's Grill & Bar fajitas

We order about every two weeks take out from Chili's on Eastman Road in Kingsport, Tn .I would estimate we spend $700 to $800 a year on take out food at Chili's .We normally enjoy our food very much .However, the last two times we have ordered we have had issues that are frustrating and disappointing .We normally order fajitas .About two weeks ago we ordered two orders of Fajitas .When we got home one order had only 2 tortillas and the other one had three .They are supposed to have four .Can not eat your meal properly with these missing .Called the manager .He was nice and apologized.Said he would send me some coupons in the mail.To date have not received them.Today is my birthday (5/5) ;ordered fajitas again for takeout (only one order this time).Got home and only had three tortillas .Tried to call a manager but was put on hold.No manager picked up so after about 10 minutes or so I hung up.We like your food but are very frustrated with service .May be taking our busIness elsewhere .My name is Mark Lowe and the phone number I always order under is [protected].Please check my order history so you can see how frequently we order from you .The check number on 5/5 was 5017 and server was Shelby, Based on these issues we would respectfully request a $50 coupon which is the approximate value of last two orders that were wrong .Thank You for your consideration .

The server responded several minutes later, that the remote was unattainable, and that no one had access to it. Chili's Grill & Bar no support from management for an employee.

The Garner NC store, doesn't show a newer bartender any support. The 2 Managers, were ex-bartenders at the same restaurant that they are at now. Kamron, does a great job behind the bar. She has a great welcoming personality, and does the best she can. She was thrown too the dogs, and not "Chillies" trained. Last night i hear one of the "Mgrs" give her crap saying "that ypu dont need any help". Sorry that she's not as trained as you but, she's trying her damndest to do the best job that she can. Kamron and her husband are moving to Hickory, and i hope that she will receive better treatment/respect than she does here. It's pathetic!

Chili's Grill & Bar terrible service!

Chili's Bar and Grill-- 14735 N. Meridian, Carmel IN 46032. General Manager Rueben Gonzales. Table 23/1, #50031.
My daughter and I had the Soup & Salad Combo with unlimited. Once order was placed we never saw our waitress again for any type of meal refill. A young server came by to bring us our drinks but we had already had our drinks and told him we needed our waitress so we could pay our bill. Eventually after waiting and waiting we left our table and went to the main entrance were employess were just sitting around. We told them our waitress never came to take care of our bill, they looked for her and was told they "didn't know where she was". We voiced our complaint that we were never had any "all your can eat" of the S&S combo and that we never saw her once at our table, nor were we leaving a tip. Very unsatisfied and will NEVER eat there again! Hopefully, the other Chili establishments are not like this! No wonder this restaurant was empty! Be warned!

Chili's Grill & Bar to go order incorrect, again!

My hubs got home with the food, and found that they had not done the order correctly. His corn had both butter and seasoning, and my mashed potatoes had onions. We were careful to make the corrections on the on line order, and they did show correctly on the order. The recpt also shows the deleted items from the order.

We usually order the same or similar things, and they have been correct most of the time lately! Wonder what happened!

Chili's Grill & Bar gift card/food services

We were gifted a gift card for your establishment for christmas. About a month later we attempted to use the gift card which was denied due to lack of employee competence. Upon checking the balance of said gift card, the balance was the full $25 gifted amount. We ended up paying via credit card for the purchase at the establishment who was not willing to work with us in this situation. We came back to chili's today, 4/20, to use the $25 gift card that has been verified online and via phone and has had the $25 verified on it. The staff was inable to verify that there was a $25 credit on it until we pointed out calling and/or checking via web the remaining amount which is listed on the back of the card. At this point they verified the $25 credit was applicable after 20 mins. We ordered burgers which were ordered to medium, but were received sticky and bright red in the middle. This used to be our favorite restaurant but likely will not return after this terrible visit. The management attempted to blame the cooks/waitress which this was in no way their fault and if it was, they were not trained properly. She mention the staff is trained to cook to either "pink or not pick" which is absolutely ricidous and cannot be the standard for food establishments for food safety reasons. This is really embarrassing to your company and I feel really sorry for your employees to have to deal with this situation. Do better. Please do not blame the wonderful waitress we had - this is pure management and lack of training.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

I visited the Chili's in Iowa City, Iowa today by the Coral Ridge Mall. "Just so you know I have been working in restaurants for over 20 years" I walked in and there was no one to greet us at the door. We stood there for 3 minutes before someone sat us. I assume it was the manager because he was standing at a table on a laptop, he had looked at us a few times before seating us. We sat at the table for another 5 minutes before a server came over. Right away I knew we were in for crap service because there was only 4 tables in the place. She took our drink order and food order since we had plenty of time to look at the menu. The food came out in 10-12 minutes witch I didn't think was to bad at all. My steak was spot on how I ordered it, the loaded mashed were on point, the broccoli was good but a little cold. I assume it is preportioned and microwaved. After we got our food then the server checked on us once and then gave us the bill. The biggest part of the problem was the slow start to the experience. I noticed people coming in after us had to wait some time before being seated. Except when black people came in, then they got seated right away. I'm not screaming racism but it did look that way. This was the first time I have ever been to a Chili's and enjoyed the food so I will be back, just not this one.

We sat here for 15 mins with not even drinks. 35 mins no entree. My soup was warm no saucer. Not satisfactory at all. After 40 mins our order wrong. My quesadillas are thrown together and not hot. A server noticed our horrible service and made sure our waiter came to check on us. I had to send my meal back. Very disappointed. Not busy here. So mad

Chili's Grill & Bar sirloin steak

I ordered the medium-rare sirloin. When I received it, it was raw—cooked WAY under rare! I told my server and she had the manager come talk to me. The manager said he would cook the steak longer for me, as I requested. A few minutes later, the exact same steak was brought back to me- cooked a bit more. I told the manager about this and he said, "Whenever customers complain about food being undercooked, we take that SAME piece of food and throw it on the grill and cook it more." That is so unsanitary and disgusting.

Chili's Grill & Bar poor management and no service

My wife and I decided to have a meal out after a hard day's work. Chili's is about 5 minutes from my home. First there was no greeter for about 3 minutes. Not the friendliest guy. We were seated and 15 minutes went by and not one person even acknowledged us. No water. No nothing. I watched as I presumed that it was the manager who walked down the aisle twice without even acknowledging us. We left as who wants to patronize a establishment that doesn't seem to want your business. What a shames as it's only 5 minutes from my home. We've eaten there several times before and the service is never stellar but not this bad. There are other restaurants just as close to my home. My question is...if the manager knows he's short staffed, why is he not on the floor taking orders and bringing out water and drinks?

It must be a cooperate problem. Cause when employees report things to them. We are ignored and fired. Store #1617 got the worst general manager ever. They don’t sanitize dishes. Cause they never have any. And dishwasher been broke for 3 months or more

Chili's Grill & Bar carry out order

On 3/12/19 I went to Chili's on East Kemper Road Cincinnati Ohio and I had order the 3 for 10. On one of these order was supposed to be Roasted Corn so I asked the gentleman at the counter was on the roasted corn and he said yes I checked them and they were all plain corn on the cob. When I arrived home I realized that they had not put my fries in non on the boxes I ordered 3. Then when I ordered on the phone I told the guy 3 pink lemonades with no ice I get there and all 3 drinks had I so I asked him to remake them and he told me that they were out of lemonades. I have never seen a restaurant function so poorly. It seems like every time we go to this location there is always some kind of problems. We did contact the manager about not getting our fries so he said if my husband come back he would make sure we get them. We don't live around the corner from Chili's so it is a good 20 minute drive to go back to get something we should have gotten in the first place. Totally a big inconvenience they ruined my dinner that night by the time we had to go back to get stuff I did not even want the meal any more. Chili's needs to get it together or I will stop going period. Management does not seem to care
