We stopped in to this Chili's on August 25, 2019 at 5:00 the first thing we noticed the restaurant was almost empty but we had to wait while they cleared a table. Chili's Grill & Bar food and service

Went to curbside tonight and received horrible service and I threw away half our food once home. One person who had parked next to me had to come back because of mistakes. Another lady finally had to go in to ask about her food. I had to do the same. You think the manager cared? Think again... Of course my food was ice cold (it had been setting out a long time you could tell) and even the cold items like our salads were gross (how can you screw up a basic salad?). I work very hard for $56 and I am disgusted that I spent it here. I will NEVER BE BACK!

Chili's Grill & Bar service and food

From the moment we entered the front door until the moment we made our exit the Chili's Indian Land, S.C. Was "wheels off".
No manager to be found
Bar understaffed
Wait staff woefully understaffed (finally had to leave our table and look for a wait person to take our order)
Ordered a round of drinks. After 30 min and no drinks one of us walked to the bar and retrieved them.
Ice had melted they had sat so long.
Food finally came after an unusually long wait and tasted the worst we've ever had at Chili's. Part of our order never came even though we told the waitress it was missing. We asked to speak with a manager who never appeared. Finally we had enough so we paid and left.
This location will heavily depend on The 3000 homes in Sun City Carolina Lakes across the highway, but, with service and food so poor they will find another place to dine.

Wow...I just submitted mine for this terrible place and low and behold yours for the same day and place is the first review listed! Lots of people will come once especially from Sun City and surrounding areas, but getting them to come a second time will not be as easy.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

Everything was so bad because the lady who take the order she was so rude and trying to get us out of the restaurant by doing bad moments with her face while we are making the order so i asked for the supervisor she told me he is not her than i asked another person about the supervisor so he came and after telling him what happened he wasn't so worried about us and he said what do you want me to do for you so i told him to make for me a complain, than he just took my phone number and told they will call me but no one called me and it's more than a month now so do you really care for your customers because i was eating in once a week or twice a month but i really think no chillis any more for me.

Chili's Grill & Bar 2 burger combo, chipotle crisper meal, customer service

This has happened twice, 2 burgers are basically raw, food cold as well chicken were not cooked completely, some parts were spongy and raw, lately this area service is not professional, waitresses look at you and not speak, doing nothing but stands around, when took order back, the young lady was rude not wanting to replace the orders, had attitude, cause we wanted refund. Said they can't give refunds, just wanted give gift cards, basically refusing, the attitude is not professional and not friendly at all, this can cause food poisoning, plus my daughter is expecting, glad this was detected before eating, very furious and annoyed

Chili's Grill & Bar food quality from the kitchen

As a family of 10, we met at Chili's for supper tonight to share a dinner before our niece and her family headed home to Ohio. We have eaten at Chili's on multiple occassions with no problems. My great nephew requested that he have his special trip to Chili's while here for his vacation treat. So, his mother suggested that we all meet for dinner there before they headed home.

We all arrived at the same time (again 10 of us). We were greeted at the door and tables were arranged to comfortably accommodate us. Amy was our server, and she was amazing. She was very courteous, kind, and attentive. We had separate tickets going for dinner. She first brought us drinks. 3 of us ordered iced tea. 3 unsweet. My daughters was brought to the table and was as ordered. My niece and I got sweet tea, and I am diabetic. We informed Amy, she apologized that someone put sweet tea in the wrong pitcher and she immediately fixed the situation. She asked us to taste it to be sure it was right. It was. Then we placed our orders. 3 of us, myself, another adult and a child ordered the ribeyes. They were not cooked according to our doneness request, as we showed Amy. She took the steaks and left the sides for us to enjoy until we received the steaks as ordered, making sure we were not sitting there with nothing as the others were eating. She came back to tell us that the Management was cooking our steaks so they should be perfect the second go. My niece took a bite and immediately took it out of her mouth, stating, "Aunt Cathie, taste your steak. It may be me but mine does not taste right." I cut a piece of mine, put it in my mouth, and without even chewing I could tell it was tainted/rancid. We had a child with a steak and I told her not to even try it. If 2 out of the 3 were dangerous, I assumed that the 3rd was the same. The manager came out, apologized and asked if we wanted replacements. My niece and I did not...kindof ruined our appetite. The child ordered a hamburger. Again, Amy was perfect...very patient, accommodating and apologetic. We reassured her that we knew this was not her fault and she was handling it all very professionally, and we were sorry she was having to go through this with us. The manager said he would credit our ticket for the 3 steaks. I might add that the corn on the cob and the loaded mash potatoes were excellent. But to begin with, even the sides came out in error. I was to have the mashed and corn on the cob and got broccoli. My niece was to have the same as mine and she got French fries. The child was to have the French fries, and another child was to have the broccoli with her meal and got loaded mash. We took them off of our plates and gave them to the kids.

The manager told us that he would take the steaks off of the tickets, which he did, but he took them off of the wrong ticket, and added them to the other ticket. Unfortunately, while we ordered 4 of the lava chocolate cakes, that all enjoyed, we had to ask again for assistance since the tickets were wrong. It was not Amy but another person there from another shift that jumped in to help. She and my daughter worked together to get the tickets straightened out, which they were able to do.

Again, I want to reiterate that the servers were fantastic...not so much the manager or the cooks. This happened today, 7/28/2019 beginning at around 3:00 p.m. Please make sure that Amy and the other servers are condoned for their professionalism in handling this mess of order mixups coming out of the kitchen, and tainted meats being served to us in the ribeye steaks, which has Never HAPPENED BEFORE at this location.

Chili's Grill & Bar the food and customer service

We went to have a nice dinner at chili's Friday night on 7/26 and waited over an hour never got an update from our waiter on how long or an apology for it taking so long so we continued to wait until we got tired of waiting and asked to take the food to go from how disappointed we were the waiter packed our food brought it to us cold with no silverware no napkins no thank you or sorry for the wait in all it was very unprofessional and a waste of money for what we ordered.

I was paying with my $30 gift card & Chelsea ran my card once & said our gift cards system don't work. & I asked her can she try another register & she said no & it's just not working.
Then I asked her for change for a $20 so I can leave her a tip & she said no I don't have change . You just opened how can u not have change? Than u couldn't ask a manager how to fix the problem with the gift card? I'm not happy about how I was handled.

Chili's Grill & Bar dugs

There was an employee who was clearly smoking meth in the parking lot then proceeds to go inside for her shift. Her name was Heidi Hood. Later found out she's on parole for drugs. We will not be back to this location that has a bunch of convicts employed! Chilli's is an excellent restraint with a good reputation which should be kept! I hope this problem gets resolved!

Chili's Grill & Bar service and food

Good morning
I am in Miami on vacation and went to your restaurant in downtown Miami last night for dinner with our family and friends.
When we arrived at 20.50hrs we were informed that it would be 40 minutes for a table which we thought was fine so we went for a walk and returned at 21.30hrs. On arrival we were informed the table for 8 was just being cleaned and would be ready in a moment. At 21.50 we were still not seated and then our table was given to another party. We then had to wait on another table which was not available. Eventually at 22.15 we were seated SEPARATELY in the restaurant. On being told our table was ready the reception person told us to "SIT", this attitude and mannerisms is not acceptable to customers and needs to be addressed. Eventually we made our orders and I must say the young lady serving us was very helpful in taking our order. My wife and myself ordered steak, mashed potatoes veg and a side order of prawns, both steaks were to be cooked medium. On arrival of our food at 22.30 I found my mashed potatoes Luke warm, prawns were cold and the steak was well done to the point of crispy ( I have pictures for your viewing) my wife's food was of a similar result. We paid for our meal and went to see our friends who were sitting in another part of the restaurant only to find a similar response to the food they had ordered, over cooked and not appetising.
This is not the level of service we expect from chillis and as we are on vacation to the USA we always make a point of eating at least 3 or 4 times during our visits . The service and food we received last night has made us make the decisions we will not be returning to the restaurant unless we receive a satisfactory response to our complaint.

Chili's Grill & Bar lack of customer service/extended wait times

When my party entered the Chili's located at the Mall at Cheltenham and Ogontz Ave, we were told there would be a 15 min wait for a table when the restaurant was more than half empty. It was a Holiday during the week, Thursday July 4th and the restaurant was visibly empty. The stated wait time was unreasonable. Efforts should have been made by Raul Portillo, the General Manager, to make sure there was enough coverage so that customers don't have a 15-20 min wait in an empty restaurant. And as we waited, employees stood around not working to shorten the wait time...IE assisting servers, bussing tables...ETC... This experience has soured me on the Chili's brand and chain.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

Chili's in Simpsonville sc is new to the area and we have tried this place a handful of times and loved that a new restaurant had come to the area. Unfortunately every time that we have visited this location the service has been terrible but the food has been amazing. We let it go the first few times with it being new but this has been a constant issue with other people we have talked to as well. The main issue is just the wait after being seated. I believe that this restaurant will succeed but management will need to play a big factor at this location. Good work comes from good management. Weed out the management and it will survive

Chili's Grill & Bar dining experience

Myself and my family were out to eat tonight at your Machesney Park location. This picture attached is the view I had as I sat to enjoy my meal. It was more annoying to see the manager and several team members walk right through the trash and leave it there. GUEST PERCEPTION should always be in your mind. This was my first time at this location and probably won't be back.

Chili's Grill & Bar well done fajita steak rare.

My sister and I ordered 2 mix and match fajitas with well done steak to go. After returning home to eat to the steak was as chewy add big league gum. Further inspection revealed it was rare. Contacted the manager Shanna Monroe and asked that just the money for the steak be returned and that we would keep the rest because it was actually edible. She offered to make more steak but once yo have to make a complaint can you really trust the next order. Afraid our food would be sabotaged I refused to which Shanna said that all she could do. I then informed her that would not suffice so she offered to give the money back to which I agreed. She placed me in hold than returned saying she could only have a gift card sent to my address. Not trusting her at this point nor planning on going to chili's any time in the near future I informed her that it would be useless to me and at this point I only want the funds returned and would be contacting corporate. She placed me in another hold and a second employee took the line and thanked me for being reasonable and not asking that the whole meal be refunded and apologized for the food and said they would compensate me shortly. Then Shanna returned to destroy the progress made and said she's did not know who took the phone and that she should find out and handle them but it's×× COMPANY POLICY THEY CAN NOT HAND CASH OUT IN THE RESTAURANT AS A SECURITY ISSUE.*** I told her that this is not logical they make cash transactions minute to minute and I found this insulting to my intelligence and advised her I've seen entire refunds for less and that I only asked partial trying to be reasonable and was hurt. I referred to classism as her continued reference to cash being returned implied some sort of impoverishment. Broke my heart and bond with Chili's. Sorry I can't return because cash transactions with me break your security policy. Please tell me something can be done about the manager and this situation.
