Good day, this morning I went to the chicken licken in bree street ordered rock my soul 3 with chips and 4 hot wings, the total of both meals came out to r100 so I asked the cashier mambatha to return the wings and give me the pocket meal of r25 as the 4 hot wings was r55 without chips, firstly it was 10 in the morning and she dint even greet me... Secondly she mxm (or pulled me through her teeth) and made a fuss of me wanting to change the chicken... She than bumbled and spoke something in her language that she speak... I than said to her you don't have to be rude... And speak in your language... Was very embarrassed as there was other customers in the store... I also work in a customer care environment and the way she treated me was not nice... Is this the way you treat your loyal customers... And for her not to even have a smile on her face is unacceptable... We all have problems and issues but at work you need to be a different person... Her behavior and attitude towards me stinks... She needs to be customer focused and have a smile on her face... If I don't get feedback I will go to hello peter... Very unhappy client

I arrived at one of your outlets and was not happy with the service I received, firstly it took me about 10min to be serviced though I was the only person on the counter to be serviced.
I made an order of 10 hot wings, waited for about 30min or more and when I went to check for my order I was told hot wings are finished they gave them to someone else who came after me, they didn't even apologize

Went in to buy our supper and and the list we bought popcorn chick shakers and they were burned, instead of them been golden brown they were dark brown some black
Very disappointing i must say R22 is a lot of money to be thrown away
Its unfortunate as i saw them when my kid was about to have the last one
I never check my order as i trust ppl will serve us with price

On the 24 august I used drive thru< northmead chicken licken> and bought family full house 8 pieces and 4 sliders at 18:57. When I got home I saw meat had lil stones like it was marinated on the floor or they were sweaping with it, I was so angry that I wasted my money r163.80 for nothing, no one could eat that 8 pieces of meat. I will never ever set my feet there and I will tell people about the bad experience I had with your meat.. Mando [protected]

Yesterday I was at the Chicken Licken Midrand Mews drive thru and I was requested to park my vehicle at the parking at around 8:40 pm and was told I'll wait for 10 minutes for my order and 9:10 pm I still didn't have my order but they kept on taking peoples orders and and they had to walk to the shop which is unacceptable. What is the meaning of a drive thru? I should have just went to buy like normal inside the store. I there proceeded in the shop and waited and 10 mins for a party 16, I was and still am very disappointed in Chicken Licken and it's sad cause I love it so much and I am a loyal customer of that specific one. Going forward I will refuse to move my car from the drive way until I receive my order to avoid what happened yesterday.

Today I went to Chicken Licken in Mtubatuba and placed an order of 2 slyders with chips and one piece of meat. It wasn't busy today inside. There were quite a few people in the kitchen. I placed my order at 14:50 and only received my order at 15:25. Yesterday they were very very busy but I received my order within 15 minutes. My colleagues and I buy here every week. We've never been subjected to this. Even worse when I take my meal out to eat the meat in my slyders is burnt and hard. The whole service for me was unacceptable. It felt like it was purposely done. So many people placed orders after me and left while I sat and waited. Understandably slyders might take a while but not 35 minutes. Its really unacceptable. You lowering your standards and chasing us away from your business. If I show this to all my colleagues, believe me they won't support you the way we've been doing. Myself I don't have any reason to go back there. I work at Empangeni every second week. I would rather wait and buy there than to be subjected to this. My contact number is [protected].

Jane Mothoa who works at Mangalani Chicken Licken has been harassing my partner. They work together but she has been making romantic moves on him for a while now. He got rid off whatsapp because she was sending him messages and proposing love. She knows us but that did not stop her. She posts him on WATSAPP and calls him at night while we are sleeping. This has ruined our family and relationship. HOW HEARTLESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Chicken Licken must discipline her for misconduct. She was supposed to work and not make moves on other peoples partners.

We wanted to by a family meal on the 3 Aug at about 19:30, to be only told that the only have hot chicken left. I told the lady that I can not give it to my children, only to be told the the chicken are still frozen and that she can not help me. We ay got some 4 wings

We are disappointed because we really wanted to have some Chicken Licken.

I bought 10 wings x 2 at bridge city today. Im so disappointed and disgusted at how the store thinks we deserve to be derved old hard, dry dark coloured, oil smelly wings which just by looking at them you can see the oil used is from God knows when... This is so direspectful and clearly shows you have no regard for your customers, even judging by your attention to queries, you clearly show you dont give a damn and why should your staff care...?...there are no consequenses, they can just dish us any nonsense they want... now that you know what are you going to do?...

I went to chicken licken at liberty Midlands mall at petermaritzburg and the service was just poor as I'm writingr this complaint I am still awaiting for ny order of hot wings meal 8 and rock my soul, placed order at 20:13pm and it's 20:52pm we still waiting when we ask we get told the wings are being fried, we were not informed or asked if we willing to wait I was told I'll wait 2 minutes but it's been more than 30min, I drove 30min to buy this meal and now I have to wait for another 30min for such a simple meal I'm so disappointed this is nonsense and all these ladies here don't care they just dragging their feet

Please be advised that we as a family received shocking treatment at abranch where i spent R166.00

Whilst placing my order, my 3 year old daughter asked to use the toilet, i asked the consultant and she said its fine . I looked at my daughter and said its fine she can go with the aunty . The lady then opens the counter for her and lets her through . As they walk in the kitchen . The manager then looks at her and another lady and then she looks at me and say they dont have a toilet .

This is the most shocking service that any retail branch can offend to any customer as we talking about a 3 year old girl . Do we need to emphasise on what colour skin the girl wAs, NO . A child is a child period . .. so lets not go down the racist issue . I wont

What I even found more shocking was that the ladys then started speaking in xhosa which i had no issue with but when she turned to me and said we must go over to kfc I then felt absouletely gutted . I looked at both of them and said that My lunch will come out to R300

At this time my wife looked at me and said she will take my daughter opposite the road rather

I hereby appeal to all people of south africa with kids and know what your kids mean to you to totally abstain fron this neglection and pathetic service . How the hell do you deny child access to a damn toilet . I just found confidence in her to go with a lady that she does not know and then to break her heart from a national franchise can and will not be acceptable .

Dont expect a thank you or kind regards from this as nothing from the service we received comes close to pleasing

As a concerned South African, I want to voice my concern about your recent unapologetic behaviour over the word "soul". It's about time that companies that make their lively hood from killing innocent animals listen to what we have to say.

How can such a huge company that makes millions of rands a year, benefit from suing a small vegan company just because the company has the word soul in its name. Have you sat back and thought about what you are doing.

One possible reasons why a person becomes a vegan is because they become aware of the violence, pain, and barbarism that is associated with consuming animals and animals products. This compassion to animals happen through the understanding that animals and humans both have souls and are the same. It can happen through the understanding that animals also feel pain and hurt equally to humans. So obviously, the word "soul" has an association with being vegan. So it makes sense to call a vegan cafe something with the word soul in it.

I can't understand how you believe that you own the "brand" soul. Are you going to sue God next because the word soul in religious a scripture.

Your trademark of words that's are associated with food in general like "soul food", "hot wings" etc, to me personally shows how your billion rand empire can get what ever it wants.

But remember, the public is not blind. We all see what you are doing.

Today I bought Rock my Soul 6 pieces chicken in Stanger ( Kwadukuza Mall) but the manager said its some sort of spice or whatever and just denied the obvious facts which everyone can see.
What i would like to know is whats on this meat? Is this what our delicious chicken is made of? Highly disappointed and annoyed by how the store manager handled the whole issue of the meat having maggots.
