The night before thanksgiving my family and I decided to stop and get chicken. The line was pretty fast but whenever I was supposed to recommend food I was told I had to wait 3 minutes and pull up. Chicken Express Customer service

The food was fresh and delicious. The staff didnt seem at all that intereststed with customer interaction I waited at the front counter for 5 minutes before I got help the staff seems child like more interested in going outside an smokeing 2 at a time then helping a paying customer want be coming back ill drive an extra few blocks an get cains instead

Chicken Express Customer service

While I was getting my order taken at chicken Express the guy taking my order asked what I wanted to replace my gravy with and I told him ranch. He said that he couldn't replace It with ranch and would charge extra for more ranch. Gravy and ranch are both condiments and he should have replaced the gravy with ranch because my order was supposed to come with gravy in the first place and I shouldn't have had to pay for an extra ranch. When I wanted to pay with exact change the same guy gave me back my change and broke one of my dollars because he said that he did not feel like counting the change. That was frustrating because I gave him change with the intentions of not breaking my dollar and helping with the change shortage our country has. He should have taken my change instead of being lazy and breaking my dollar.

Let me say that I love your chicken when it's not old and it's piping hot. Now when it sets under a heat lamp, the taste and the look of the chicken isn't very appetizing. Chicken Express Safety

I was at the location on Broad st in Mansfield tx yesterday. From the drive thru window I saw 3 workers with their mask pulled down off their faces. And no one preparing food was wearing gloves. I called and left a message for the manager to call me. Needless to say it's been 2 days with no callback.

My husband and I ordered a 8 pc family meal on 8/15/20 from the athens, tx location. The okra had a bad taste as well as the chicken and mashed potatoes were extremely dry and flaky. A few hours later we were both nauseous and horribly sick. The next day (8/16 today) we were both still very sick, I am 90% sure we have food poisoning, and my husband lost a days pay.

Chicken Express Service

To whom it it may concern. I just wanted to let someone in upper management know how the Nacogdoches store is being ran. There's a lot of young people working there that don't have any manners or has been properly trained on how to be professional came by drive thru ordered 3 special 3 sweet teas one to be a Arnold Palmer. The cashier at window made a comment because I called the Arnold Palmer a different name stated I must must have been drunk. I need the GM to visit store and see how things are going just a surprise visit. You will be seeing how they put on a front while you are there, but look a your video cameras and see what's really taking place. Talk to some of the workers there they will tell you what's going on.

We ordered a number 1 and they gave us a number two for 5 dollars more than what we originally wanted, then we told them that we ordered the number one and they told us they wouldn't change it. we would like a full refund of $18.27 and this happened on 04/19/2020 we do not want coupons because we will not be returning thanks again, Patsy Lindsey

Called the store direct about my incorrect order and, Evan, the Store Manager wanted me to waste my time, gas, inconvenience and safety amongst this Covid-19 Epidemic just to replace the one item they got wrong. Chicken Express service of the crew members

We were waiting in line and we waited for far too long. I could see inside the building and the people running the drive thru, specifically the female that was taking the orders, we're just standing around and laughing one another instead of taking peoples money or running food out to people to speed up the service. They also completely left out some of our order. You'd think they could get it correct if they had so much free time.
