Chicken Express management/ customer service

the Food and most of the employees here are lovely, however My experiences with Vickie have all been very unpleasant. Instances ranging from rolling her eyes at me when asking for serendipity, to openly cussing about the employees there stating ( sorry we've got a bunch of [censored] non listening little kids working here) excuse me?! As a manager I would NEVER talk about employees in this manner especially to a customer! Vickie has an all around horrible attitude and terrible customer Service skills!

Chicken Express service is substandard

The so called manager has a horrible attitude, she's outright rude. A miserable person who hates her job and takes it out on the customers. Never again. I'd rather pay more for KFC but get real service.

The attitude started when I asked for a meal that had to be prepared and wasn't already fried. She wants to go home and let's you know that you're not exactly welcome 30 minutes before closing, I mean how dare I place an order, right ?

Stay clear of this place.

Chicken Express service and food

Upon ordering thru your drive thru the young man taking my order was very rude n allow me the time to order my food I got to the window and asked him to repeat my order because I wasn't sure he heard me correctly well he didn't do it I paid got the order and checked it myself we'll get home to eat my roll was hard the tenders seem as if they had been sitting there over a hr I'm currently a fast food manager myself and customer service is very important to me because I give good service and expect it back I wouldn't allow my crew to talk to anyone in my drive thru the way he did and brush them off thanks for the horrible service and I want ever be back

Chicken Express drink

I went in through drive thru and ordered a box. It had 3 spicy chicken strips, mashed potatoes, a biscuit with a lemon-aid (half water and half lemon-aid) I went to work and ate. I ate, and took sips of my drink while I ate. I didn't want my drink anymore, it was half gone. I poured the drink in the sink and once all the liquids were out and ice this is what was left behind. OMG! I wonder if I swallowed any of that! I want a refund!

Chicken Express mgr and quality and heat of food!

The Wife and I ordered to dine in an I also ordered 2 orders of livers to go! One with cole slaw and okra and the other with just liver an a roll. When we finished eating i went to get my to go order and they had put the cole slaw with liver in the warming box with No Okra (Trying to Kill Us)! The lady MGR kept being Rude and arguing with me as she said they did not want to stuff the box I toldthey went different places and to use a larger box in the mean time The male MGR went and got another Okra to put in the box and the Rude lady MGR snatched it from him and said no! Snatched my bag and Boxes and went and picked it out of one box and put it in the other box Brought it to me and Threw it on the counter at me! The liver and okra were warm as was the Cole Slaw! Very Unhappy Customer!

Chicken Express service and products

I went to your Chicken Express yesterday and ordered the 4-Piece tender. I waited 15 minutes in line, the first one in line, before anyone even acknowledged I was there. The people that were cooking were slower than sloths. I get my food, I come home, and I start to eat, the mashed potatoes were cold, the okra was overcooked and so greasy that they almost made me sick the chicken was lukewarm and the biscuit was cold as well. I have been to this establishment many times and I have never been more disappointed. I don't think I will ever go back. That's how disappointed I was. Please do something about this or you won't last. Thank you for listening

Chicken Express call and order

I called in a order to children express and pick it up when I got home I realized no gravy for the. Chicken strips. I called and drove all the way back across town and received a bag and a complimentary sweet tea. When I got home I still did not receive gravy. It was mash potatoes which I don't like. I feel they need to pay attention to the customer and listen. Needless to say my dinner was ruined .

Chicken Express manager named alex

I ordered throught the drive through. First of all i spent about 30 min in the drive through if not longer just to get my food. When i got home i took the food out of the bag and my rolls crumbled. I am pregnant and the only reason i go to chicken express is for the rolls. Well the ones i got were basically in edible. I was not happy and called the store. The manager basically said the rolls that were on the line were just a little crispy but they were fine. So he was basically calling me a lier in a sarcastic way. So in order to prove to him i was not lying i made the trip back to the store where he proceeded in having a bad attitude towards me when i showed him the crap food they were serving. He seemed like he was perfectly fine with serving the bad food...and at that he says he is the store manager. He needs to be retrained because i have never in my life had a manger treat me in the way he did. I go to chicken express all the time but here lately the food has not been great i will probably just pick a new chicken place to start eating at because the customer service i received today does not make me want to come back any time soon.

Chicken Express service

I provided a coupon to the cashier who took my order and he did not use the coupon or give it back and when i asked why. I got a "I dont know." Then i had to pull up to the window and and even the manager said there is nothing they can do and basically were very rude. I go here all the time and is known as the lemon guy and if this does not get resolved i will never be going back.

Chicken Express sweet tea

I'm writing to complain about, well just about everything, coming out of your Marshal, Texas location. The gallon tea sours within 5 hours of purchase(sometimes they chande the number on the lid), when picking up at drve thru the boxes never have silverware or napkins... sometimes even the gravy is missing.
This problem is growing exponentially worse as time goes on. PLEASE FIX IT!
We've complained at the store and are a DAILY customer. We will discontinue our patronage if things don't improve.

Chicken Express customer service

Went to the chicken express in commerce texas on June 20, 2019 at 12:59pm with my two children with me . The woman working behind the counter was beyond rude for no reason. While we were looking at the menu discussing what we wanted while waiting to be waited on, she came to the front huffing and said that there were only 2 people there so it was going to be slow. We weren't in a rush so it wasnt a big deal nor had we said anything yet about the slow service. When she took our order she got upset when I corrected myself and said we wanted rolls with our meal instead of biscuits. I even apologized and added that I was mistakenly thinking of a different restaurant. I paid and then me and my two sons sat down at a table near the counter. a few other groups of people came in after this. When our food was ready, she took the trays to a table on the opposite side of the table, huffed some when they told her it wasnt their order, then slammed them on an empty table. My oldest son made a comment that he thought the trays looked like ours. I agreed with him. As she started to walk away from the food that's still on the opposite side of the restaurant, a man that was dining told him it was our order. she ran over huffed and puffed and said "they are just going to have to wait" and then threw the trays of food down on our table. my son tried to tell her thank you and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I have never received such rude service. to top it off the chicken was slightly cold and had lots of grizzle and the fries were not cooked all the way through. we ended up going next door to get food and received much better service than what we received at this facility. Someone should teach her how to talk to customers and a remind about food policy. and if race was an issue since my children are mixed then she needs to keep her biases to herself and out of the restaurants. the minute our food touched another table it was no longer deemed safe by food handlers policy.

Chicken Express continuously items missing from order

Hi, I now come to the point of speaking out against the Chicken Express in Lawton, OK.
For the 4 th. (!) time our order was incomplete and it looks like done on purpose since we reminded the person taking the order to make sure everything we pay for is in the bag.
We love the food at Chicken Express which is not the reason for my complaint but getting ripped off is. We eat at Chicken Express a lot and two weeks ago we went through the drive thru and when we got home we was missing not only the rolls on two orders but also the corn nuggets on one of the orders. We went back the same week and came home again without the rolls. (If you call they tell you to come an get them but that is not the point, I do not want to make several trips for an incomplete order.)
Yesterday, (06/11/19) my husband went inside to order. ( We always eat the liver dinner), he made sure to tell the person to make sure everything is inside and he was assured it will be. Well he came home and you may guessed it right: The rolls was missing again (but we was of course charged for it). In addition the food was packed sloppy and disgusting. Some bright light is laying the container w/gravy or mashed potatoes on its side which make them leak out, - disgusting to look at ! You are not a cheap place to eat and we do expect better and more honest service then that. I have pictures which I can gladly put on trip adviser.

Chicken Express chicken not nice!

I bought 6 normal wings and chips but the order slip is for 6 fire wings and chips! When I got home and took out my chicken wings it was hard and the outside broke off in pieces because it was dry! Part of the chicken was also not cooked through and was still raw! I gave the raw chicken to my dog! I ate the other parts because I am cripple and can't walk back to the shop, but now I know why my kids don't buy from you anymore! They had several of their orders mixed up and they have spoken to cecile about it and afterwards it is the same mess-up again! Cecile was not in the shop and I met her on my way out of the parking-lot.

Chicken Express poor quality and missing food

I just brought dinner home for my wife and I. Order number 3746 on June 5th at 5:54pm for $11.45. Ordered 2 pc fish dinner with okra, green beans and cole slaw. The fish was so tough you could barely cut it with a knife and you failed to give us the green beans even though it was clearly on the order stapled to the to-go bag. We live 10 miles away so no sense spending the effort to go back and complain. The clerk was friendly enough and acted like he checked the order - but didn't know I also have to open the boxes and check for my self.
Pretty irritating to not get what we paid for. The missing cole slaw was also an extra $1.89+tax to say nothing of the tough fish.

Chicken Express drive-thru getting my order incomplete

I went through the drive-thru of Chicken Express in Athens Texas at approximately 12 p.m. I ordered a family 25 piece tender with two sides and I ordered an extra family side of poppers when they handed me my order my poppers were missing so I went into the store and told them that they were missing. Then they crumpled my receipt to throw it away told me that they knew they were fixing them right then then they had to open them from the freezer and fry them then I was given a brown bag with a cup in the bottom of it with poppers in it not the box of family size.

Chicken Express my food

My food came freezing cold, the chicken was burnt, they got my burgers wrong, they coleslaw looked grey, the chicken was hard as anything chis were freezing the delivery man was rude as anything the store was rude kept passing me to different people defo wouldn't recommend tbh horrible people
I rang them up and they said what do you want me to do with it and I said come and get your food and bring me some new food as I have ordered your food spent over £10 just so go could deliver for one and my food come freezing cold and couldn't even eat I had t thro it in the bin in the end and couldn't even have my dinner me and my cousin are not happy with the result tonight they tried to say when I order next time they will give us free food tbh I will never order food from here again missed a portion of chips out aswell the chicken nuggets was that burnt you could even bite into them I wasn't every happy with this chicken express it was the one in the photos you can clearly see the food doesn't look like something you wasn't to eat tbh

Chicken Express the place, workers

My family and I love chicken express and the last few times we've came to this location. It has been dirty, all tables had crumbs on them. My husband had to go get napkins to clean the table we ate at. Once we got our food we realized we needed an extra plate. My husband waiting for the lady to come back inside from talking to her friend outside just to get help. Need improved! Employees don't smile they seem like that hate their job. Rushes you when your ordering.

Chicken Express over charged on my card & told to take it up with whoever

went to Loop 288 location in Denton, TX. they charged my card extra & was told to take it up with whoever several times & said oh I've seen this before with those kinds of cards. I asked who the manager was & he said me. I than asked who his boss was & he stated "Tom Sawyer." I am very pissed & this was horrible service, especially coming from the "manager". for him to reply with such a sarcastic answer when asking the name of his boss. that's total disrespect. what kind of "manager" speaks to a customer like that?

Chicken Express placed order

The young lady who took my order was very rude for the start of placing..she never greeted me just asked me what I wanted to order...even tried joking with her to lighten up..while placing order she cut me off and asked could I hold..only to come back and ask me to repeat the order all over again..but whn I asked did she not remember anything I said..she repeated my order..when at the window the young lady never acknowledged me..passed me a drink that she was wasting as passing..the whole experience was awful..and whn I called to speak with Manager the call went unanswered after several attempts..

Chicken Express rude service

I took my son to the Chicken Express in Mt. Pleasant, Texas where I could spend time with him. We got in the store at 9:40 PM and paid for our food. After getting our receipt and drink cup we could not get tea because the tea station was already taken apart. I then asked of we had time to eat and was told yes by the employee. We got our food and less than five minutes later that same employee said, "Were closing". I then asked if he was kicking us out and he said, "No and I'm not trying to sound rude but, eat fast". I got a to go box and left. Just thought y'all might care.
