Chick-fil-A - refused service from manager without explanation

I wouldn't usually complain, but on 10/21/19 at approximately 7:00 pm I was refused service at chick-Fil-A in Bossier. They were very busy as usual and I had waited in line for several minutes to place my order. The attendant was very nice and took my order - 2 - 30 count nuggets and 2- large Mac & cheese (which at that time she said there would be a ten minute wait and I agreed to wait the allotted time) and a large Coke Zero. A couple minutes later the same attendant came to my window and informed me that her manager told her I could not wait on Mac & cheese. I inquired Why I couldn't wait? The attendant could only say that her manager said I couldn't wait. I cancelled my order and took my business to Sonic. I would really love an explanation for why I couldn't wait on the Mac & cheese.
